| و چون صبح شد، همه روسای کهنه ومشایخ قوم بر عیسی شورا کردند که اورا هلاک سازند. | ۱ 1 |
Now early in the morning (Nissan 14), all the chief priests and the elders of the people took counsel against Yeshua [Salvation] to put him to death:
| پس او را بند نهاده، بردند و به پنطیوس پیلاطس والی تسلیم نمودند. | ۲ 2 |
and they bound him, and led him away, and delivered him up to Pontius Pilate [Armed with javelin], the governor.
| در آن هنگام، چون یهودا تسلیم‌کننده او دید که بر او فتوا دادند، پشیمان شده، سی پاره نقره را به روسای کهنه و مشایخ رد کرده، | ۳ 3 |
Then Judas [Praised], who betrayed him, when he saw that Yeshua [Salvation] was condemned, felt remorse, and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
| گفت: «گناه کردم که خون بیگناهی را تسلیم نمودم.» گفتند: «ما را چه، خود دانی!» | ۴ 4 |
saying, “I have sinned in that I betrayed innocent blood.” But they said, “What is that to us? You see to it.”
| پس آن نقره را درهیکل انداخته، روانه شد و رفته خود را خفه نمود. | ۵ 5 |
He threw down the pieces of silver in the sanctuary, and departed. He went away and hanged himself.
| اما روسای کهنه نقره را بر داشته، گفتند: «انداختن این در بیت‌المال جایز نیست زیرا خونبها است.» | ۶ 6 |
The chief priests took the pieces of silver, and said, “It’s not lawful to put them into the treasury, since it is the price of blood.”
| پس شورا نموده، به آن مبلغ، مزرعه کوزه‌گر را بجهت مقبره غرباءخریدند. | ۷ 7 |
They took counsel, and bought the potter’s field with them, to bury strangers in.
| از آن جهت، آن مزرعه تا امروزبحقل الدم مشهور است. | ۸ 8 |
Therefore that field was called “The Field of Blood” to this day.
| آنگاه سخنی که به زبان ارمیای نبی گفته شده بود تمام گشت که «سی پاره نقره را برداشتند، بهای آن قیمت کرده شده‌ای که بعضی از بنی‌اسرائیل بر او قیمت گذاردند. | ۹ 9 |
Then that which was spoken through Jeremiah [Yah lifts up] the prophet was fulfilled, saying, “They took the thirty pieces of silver, which was the price the people of Israel [God prevails] had agreed to pay him,
| و آنها را بجهت مزرعه کوزه‌گر دادند، چنانکه خداوند به من گفت.» | ۱۰ 10 |
and used them to buy the potter’s field just as MarYah [Master Yahweh] commanded me.”
| اما عیسی در حضور والی ایستاده بود. پس والی از او پرسیده، گفت: «آیا تو پادشاه یهودهستی؟» عیسی بدو گفت: «تو می‌گویی!» | ۱۱ 11 |
Now Yeshua [Salvation] stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, “Are you the King of the Jews [Praisers]?” Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “So you say.”
| وچون روسای کهنه و مشایخ از او شکایت می‌کردند، هیچ جواب نمی داد. | ۱۲ 12 |
When he was accused by the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing.
| پس پیلاطس وی را گفت: «نمی شنوی چقدر بر تو شهادت می‌دهند؟» | ۱۳ 13 |
Then Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to him, “Don’t you hear how many things they testify against you?”
| اما در جواب وی، یک سخن هم نگفت، بقسمی که والی بسیار متعجب شد. | ۱۴ 14 |
He gave him no answer, not even one word, so that the governor marveled greatly.
| و در هر عیدی، رسم والی این بود که یک زندانی، هر‌که را می‌خواستند، برای جماعت آزاد می‌کرد. | ۱۵ 15 |
Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release to the multitude one prisoner, whom they desired.
| و در آن وقت، زندانی مشهور، برابا نام داشت. | ۱۶ 16 |
They had then a notable prisoner, called Bar-Abba [Son Father].
| پس چون مردم جمع شدند، پیلاطس ایشان را گفت: «که را می‌خواهید برای شما آزاد کنم؟ برابا یا عیسی مشهور به مسیح را؟» | ۱۷ 17 |
When therefore they were gathered together, Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “Whom do you want me to release to you? Bar-Abba [Son Father], or Yeshua [Salvation], who is called Messiah [Anointed one]?”
| زیرا که دانست او را از حسد تسلیم کرده بودند. | ۱۸ 18 |
For he knew that because of envy they had delivered him up.
| چون بر مسند نشسته بود، زنش نزد اوفرستاده، گفت: «با این مرد عادل تو را کاری نباشد، زیرا که امروز در خواب درباره او زحمت بسیار بردم.» | ۱۹ 19 |
While he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent to him, saying, “Have nothing to do with that upright man, for I have suffered many things today in a dream because of him.”
| اما روسای کهنه و مشایخ، قوم را بر این ترغیب نمودند که برابا را بخواهند و عیسی راهلاک سازند. | ۲۰ 20 |
Now the chief priests and the elders persuaded the multitudes to ask for Bar-Abba [Son Father], and destroy Yeshua [Salvation].
| پس والی بدیشان متوجه شده، گفت: «کدام‌یک از این دو نفر را می‌خواهیدبجهت شما رها کنم؟ گفتند: «برابا را.» | ۲۱ 21 |
But the governor answered them, “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” They said, “Bar-Abba [Son Father]!”
| پیلاطس بدیشان گفت: «پس با عیسی مشهور به مسیح چه کنم؟» جمیع گفتند: «مصلوب شود!» | ۲۲ 22 |
Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “What then shall I do to Yeshua [Salvation], who is called Messiah [Anointed one]?” They all said to him, “Put him to death on the stake!”
| والی گفت: «چرا؟ چه بدی کرده است؟» ایشان بیشترفریاد زده، گفتند: «مصلوب شود!» | ۲۳ 23 |
But the governor said, “Why? What evil has he done?” But they cried out exceedingly, saying, “Death on the stake!”
| چون پیلاطس دید که ثمری ندارد بلکه آشوب زیاده می‌گردد، آب طلبیده، پیش مردم دست خود راشسته گفت: «من بری هستم از خون این شخص عادل. شما ببینید.» | ۲۴ 24 |
So when Pilate [Armed with javelin] saw that nothing was being gained, but rather that a disturbance was starting, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, “I am innocent of the blood of this upright person. You see to it.”
| تمام قوم در جواب گفتند: «خون او بر ما و فرزندان ما باد!» | ۲۵ 25 |
All the people answered, “May his blood be on us, and on our children!”
| آنگاه برابا رابرای ایشان آزاد کرد و عیسی را تازیانه زده، سپرد تا او را مصلوب کنند. | ۲۶ 26 |
Then he released to them Bar-Abba [Son Father], but Yeshua [Salvation] he flogged and delivered to be nailed to the execution-stake.
| آنگاه سپاهیان والی، عیسی را به دیوانخانه برده، تمامی فوج را گرد وی فراهم آوردند. | ۲۷ 27 |
Then the governor’s soldiers took Yeshua [Salvation] into the Praetorium, and gathered the whole garrison together against him.
| واو را عریان ساخته، لباس قرمزی بدو پوشانیدند، | ۲۸ 28 |
They stripped him, and put a scarlet robe on him.
| و تاجی از خار بافته، بر سرش گذاردند و نی بدست راست او دادند و پیش وی زانو زده، استهزاکنان او را می‌گفتند: «سلام‌ای پادشاه یهود!» | ۲۹ 29 |
They braided a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and a reed in his right hand; and they knelt down before him, and mocked him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews [Praisers]!”
| و آب دهان بر وی افکنده، نی را گرفته بر سرش می‌زدند. | ۳۰ 30 |
They spat on him, and took the reed and struck him on the head.
| و بعد از آنکه او را استهزاکرده بودند، آن لباس را از وی کنده، جامه خودش را پوشانیدند و او را بجهت مصلوب نمودن بیرون بردند. | ۳۱ 31 |
When they had mocked him, they took the robe off of him, and put his clothes on him, and led him away to crucify him.
| و چون بیرون می‌رفتند، شخصی قیروانی شمعون نام را یافته، او را بجهت بردن صلیب مجبور کردند. | ۳۲ 32 |
As they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simeon [Hearing] by name, and they compelled him to go with them, that he might carry his execution-stake.
| و چون به موضعی که به جلجتایعنی کاسه سر مسمی بود رسیدند، | ۳۳ 33 |
When they came to a place called “Golgotha,” that means, “The place of a skull,”
| سرکه ممزوج به مر بجهت نوشیدن بدو دادند. اما چون چشید، نخواست که بنوشد. | ۳۴ 34 |
they gave him sour wine to drink mixed with gall. When he had tasted it, he would not drink.
| پس او را مصلوب نموده، رخت او راتقسیم نمودند و بر آنها قرعه انداختند تا آنچه به زبان نبی گفته شده بود تمام شود که «رخت مرا درمیان خود تقسیم کردند و بر لباس من قرعه انداختند.» | ۳۵ 35 |
When they had nailed him to the stake, they divided his clothing among them, casting lots,
| و در آنجا به نگاهبانی او نشستند. | ۳۶ 36 |
and they sat and watched him there.
| و تقصیر نامه او را نوشته، بالای سرش آویختند که «این است عیسی، پادشاه یهود!» | ۳۷ 37 |
They set up over his head the accusation against him written, “This Is Yeshua [Salvation], The King of The Jews [Praisers].”
| آنگاه دو دزد یکی بر دست راست و دیگری برچپش با وی مصلوب شدند. | ۳۸ 38 |
Then there were two robbers placed on execution-stakes with him, one on his right hand and one on the left.
| و راهگذاران سرهای خود را جنبانیده، کفر گویان | ۳۹ 39 |
Those who passed by blasphemed him, shaking their heads,
| می‌گفتند: «ای کسی‌که هیکل را خراب می‌کنی و در سه روزآن را می‌سازی، خود را نجات ده. اگر پسر خداهستی، از صلیب فرود بیا!» | ۴۰ 40 |
and saying, “You who destroy the temple, and build it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·, come down from the execution-stake!”
| همچنین نیزروسای کهنه با کاتبان و مشایخ استهزاکنان می‌گفتند: | ۴۱ 41 |
Likewise the chief priests also mocking, with the Torah-Teachers, the Pharisees [Separated], and the elders, said,
| «دیگران را نجات داد، اما نمی تواندخود را برهاند. اگر پادشاه اسرائیل است، اکنون ازصلیب فرود آید تا بدو ایمان آوریم! | ۴۲ 42 |
“He saved others, but he can’t save himself. If he is the Melek Isra'el [King of God prevails], let him come down from the execution-stake now, and we will believe in him.
| بر خداتوکل نمود، اکنون او را نجات دهد، اگر بدورغبت دارد زیرا گفت پسر خدا هستم!» | ۴۳ 43 |
He trusts in God. Let God deliver him now, if he wants him; for he said, ‘I am the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·.’”
| وهمچنین آن دو دزد نیز که با وی مصلوب بودند، او را دشنام می‌دادند. | ۴۴ 44 |
The robbers also who were placed on execution-stakes with him cast on him the same reproach.
| و از ساعت ششم تا ساعت نهم، تاریکی تمام زمین را فرو گرفت. | ۴۵ 45 |
Now from noon until three o'clock there was darkness over all the land.
| و نزدیک به ساعت نهم، عیسی به آواز بلند صدا زده گفت: «ایلی ایلی لما سبقتنی.» یعنی الهی الهی مرا چرا ترک کردی. | ۴۶ 46 |
About three o'clock in the afternoon, Yeshua [Salvation] cried with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lima sabachthani?” That is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
| اما بعضی از حاضرین چون این را شنیدند، گفتند که او الیاس را می‌خواند. | ۴۷ 47 |
Some of them who stood there, when they heard it, said, “This man is calling Elijah [My God Yah].”
| در ساعت یکی از آن میان دویده، اسفنجی را گرفت و آن را پر ازسرکه کرده، بر سر نی گذارد و نزد او داشت تابنوشد. | ۴۸ 48 |
Immediately one of them ran, and took a sponge, and filled it with vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave it to him to drink.
| و دیگران گفتند: «بگذار تا ببینیم که آیاالیاس می‌آید او را برهاند.» | ۴۹ 49 |
The rest said, “Let him be. Let’s see whether Elijah [My God Yah] comes to save him.”
| عیسی باز به آوازبلند صیحه زده، روح را تسلیم نمود. | ۵۰ 50 |
Yeshua [Salvation] cried again with a loud voice, and yielded up his spirit.
| که ناگاه پرده هیکل از سر تا پا دو پاره شد و زمین متزلزل وسنگها شکافته گردید، | ۵۱ 51 |
Behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom. The earth quaked and the rocks were split.
| و قبرها گشاده شد وبسیاری از بدنهای مقدسین که آرامیده بودندبرخاستند، | ۵۲ 52 |
The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised;
| و بعد از برخاستن وی، از قبوربرآمده، به شهر مقدس رفتند و بر بسیاری ظاهرشدند. | ۵۳ 53 |
and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection, they entered into the holy city and appeared to many.
| اما یوزباشی و رفقایش که عیسی رانگاهبانی می‌کردند، چون زلزله و این وقایع رادیدند، بینهایت ترسان شده، گفتند: «فی الواقع این شخص پسر خدا بود.» | ۵۴ 54 |
Now the centurion, and those who were with him watching Yeshua [Salvation], when they saw the earthquake, and the things that were done, feared exceedingly, saying, “Truly this was the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·.”
| و در آنجا زنان بسیاری که از جلیل در عقب عیسی آمده بودند تا او راخدمت کنند، از دور نظاره می‌کردند، | ۵۵ 55 |
Many women were there watching from afar, who had followed Yeshua [Salvation] from Galilee [District, Circuit], serving him.
| که از آن جمله، مریم مجدلیه بود و مریم مادر یعقوب ویوشاء و مادر پسران زبدی. | ۵۶ 56 |
Among them were Mary of Magdala [Rebellion of City tower], Mary [Rebellion] the mother of James [Surplanter] and Joses, and the mother of the sons of Zebedee [Bestowed by Yah].
| اما چون وقت عصر رسید، شخصی دولتمند از اهل رامه، یوسف نام که او نیز ازشاگردان عیسی بود آمد، | ۵۷ 57 |
When evening had come, a rich man from Arimathaea, named Joseph [May he add], who himself was also Yeshua [Salvation]'s disciple came.
| و نزد پیلاطس رفته، جسد عیسی را خواست. آنگاه پیلاطس فرمان داد که داده شود. | ۵۸ 58 |
This man went to Pilate [Armed with javelin], and asked for Yeshua [Salvation]’s body (Nissan 14). Then Pilate [Armed with javelin] commanded the body to be given up.
| پس یوسف جسد را برداشته، آن را در کتان پاک پیچیده، | ۵۹ 59 |
Joseph [May he add] took the body, and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
| او را در قبری نو که برای خود از سنگ تراشیده بود، گذارد و سنگی بزرگ بر سر آن غلطانیده، برفت. | ۶۰ 60 |
and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had cut out in the rock, and he rolled a great stone to the door of the tomb, and departed.
| و مریم مجدلیه و مریم دیگر در آنجا، در مقابل قبرنشسته بودند. | ۶۱ 61 |
Mary of Magdala [Rebellion of City tower] was there, and the other Mary [Rebellion], sitting opposite the tomb.
| و در فردای آن روز که بعد از روز تهیه بودروسای کهنه و فریسیان نزد پیلاطس جمع شده، | ۶۲ 62 |
Now on the next day, which was the day after the Preparation Day (Nissan 15), the chief priests and the Pharisees [Separated] were gathered together to Pilate [Armed with javelin],
| گفتند: «ای آقا ما را یاد است که آن گمراه‌کننده وقتی که زنده بود گفت: “بعد از سه روزبرمی خیزم.” | ۶۳ 63 |
saying, “Sir, we remember what that deceiver said while he was still alive: ‘After three days I will rise again.’
| پس بفرما قبر را تا سه روزنگاهبانی کنند مبادا شاگردانش در شب آمده، اورا بدزدند و به مردم گویند که از مردگان برخاسته است و گمراهی آخر، از اول بدتر شود.» | ۶۴ 64 |
Command therefore that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest perhaps his disciples come at night and steal him away, and tell the people, ‘He is risen from the dead;’ and the last deception will be worse than the first.”
| پیلاطس بدیشان فرمود: «شما کشیکچیان دارید. بروید چنانکه دانید، محافظت کنید.» | ۶۵ 65 |
Pilate [Armed with javelin] said to them, “You have a guard. Go, make it as secure as you can.”
| پس رفتند و سنگ را مختوم ساخته، قبر را باکشیکچیان محافظت نمودند. | ۶۶ 66 |
So they went with the guard and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone.
