| و در آن روز دبوره و باراق بن ابینوعم سرودخوانده، گفتند: | ۱ 1 |
Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day, saying,
| «چونکه پیش روان در اسرائیل پیشروی کردند، چونکه قوم نفوس خود را به ارادت تسلیم نمودند، خداوند را متبارک بخوانید. | ۲ 2 |
For that the leaders took the lead in Israel, for that the people offered themselves willingly, bless ye the LORD.
| ای پادشاهان بشنوید! ای زورآوران گوش دهید! من خود برای خداوند خواهم سرایید. برای یهوه خدای اسرائیل سرود خواهم خواند. | ۳ 3 |
Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, [even] I, will sing unto the LORD; I will sing praise to the LORD, the God of Israel.
| ای خداوند وقتی که از سعیر بیرون آمدی، وقتی که از صحرای ادوم خرامیدی، زمین متزلزل شد و آسمان نیز قطره‌ها ریخت. و ابرها هم آبهابارانید. | ۴ 4 |
LORD, when thou wentest forth out of Seir, when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, the heavens also dropped, yea, the clouds dropped water.
| کوهها از حضور خداوند لرزان شد و این سینا ازحضور یهوه، خدای اسرائیل. | ۵ 5 |
The mountains flowed down at the presence of the LORD, even yon Sinai at the presence of the LORD, the God of Israel.
| در ایام شمجر بن عنات، در ایام یاعیل شاهراههاترک شده بود، و مسافران از راههای غیرمتعارف می رفتند. | ۶ 6 |
In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were unoccupied, and the travellers walked through byways.
| حاکمان در اسرائیل نایاب و نابود شدند، تا من، دبوره، برخاستم، در اسرائیل، مادر برخاستم. | ۷ 7 |
The rulers ceased in Israel, they ceased, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel.
| خدایان جدید را اختیار کردند. پس جنگ دردروازه‌ها رسید. در میان چهل هزار نفر دراسرائیل، سپری و نیزه‌ای پیدا نشد. | ۸ 8 |
They chose new gods; then was war in the gates: was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel?
| قلب من به حاکمان اسرائیل مایل است، که خودرا در میان قوم به ارادت تسلیم نمودند. خداوند رامتبارک بخوانید. | ۹ 9 |
My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people: bless ye the LORD.
| ای شما که بر الاغهای سفید سوارید و برمسندها می‌نشینید، و بر طریق سالک هستید، این را بیان کنید. | ۱۰ 10 |
Tell [of it], ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit on rich carpets, and ye that walk by the way.
| دور از آواز تیراندازان، نزد حوضهای آب درآنجا اعمال عادله خداوند را بیان می‌کنند، یعنی احکام عادله او را در حکومت اسرائیل. آنگاه قوم خداوند به دروازه‌ها فرود می‌آیند. | ۱۱ 11 |
Far from the noise of archers, in the places of drawing water, there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the LORD, [even] the righteous acts of his rule in Israel. Then the people of the LORD went down to the gates.
| بیدار شو بیدار شو‌ای دبوره. بیدار شو بیدارشو و سرود بخوان. برخیز‌ای باراق و‌ای پسرابینوعم، اسیران خود را به اسیری ببر. | ۱۲ 12 |
Awake, awake, Deborah; awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam.
| آنگاه جماعت قلیل بر بزرگان قوم تسلطیافتند. و خداوند مرا بر جباران مسلط ساخت. | ۱۳ 13 |
Then came down a remnant of the nobles [and] the people; the LORD came down for me against the mighty.
| از افرایم آمدند، آنانی که مقر ایشان در عمالیق است. در عقب تو بنیامین با قومهای تو، و از ماکیرداوران آمدند. و از زبولون آنانی که عصای صف آرا را به‌دست می‌گیرند. | ۱۴ 14 |
Out of Ephraim [came down] they whose root is in Amalek; after thee, Benjamin, among thy peoples; out of Machir came down governors, and out of Zebulun they that handle the marshal’s staff.
| و سروران یساکار همراه دبوره بودند. چنانکه باراق بود همچنان یساکار نیز بود. در عقب او به وادی هجوم آوردند. فکرهای دل نزد شعوب روبین عظیم بود. | ۱۵ 15 |
And the princes of Issachar were with Deborah; as was Issachar, so was Barak; into the valley they rushed forth at his feet. By the watercourses of Reuben there were great resolves of heart.
| چرا در میان آغلها نشستی. آیا تا نی گله‌ها رابشنوی؟ مباحثات دل، نزد شعوب روبین عظیم بود. | ۱۶ 16 |
Why satest thou among the sheepfolds, to hear the pipings for the flocks? At the watercourses of Reuben there were great searchings of heart.
| جلعاد به آن طرف اردن ساکن ماند. و دان چرانزد کشتیها درنگ نمود. اشیر به کناره دریانشست. و نزد خلیجهای خود ساکن ماند. | ۱۷ 17 |
Gilead abode beyond Jordan: and Dan, why did he remain in ships? Asher sat still at the haven of the sea, and abode by his creeks.
| و زبولون قومی بودند که جان خود را به خطرموت تسلیم نمودند. و نفتالی نیز در بلندیهای میدان. | ۱۸ 18 |
Zebulun was a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death, and Naphtali, upon the high places of the field.
| پادشاهان آمده، جنگ کردند. آنگاه پادشاهان کنعان مقاتله نمودند. در تعنک نزد آبهای مجدو. و هیچ منفعت نقره نبردند. | ۱۹ 19 |
The kings came and fought; then fought the kings of Canaan; in Taanach by the waters of Meggido: they took no gain of money.
| از آسمان جنگ کردند. ستارگان از منازل خودبا سیسرا جنگ کردند. | ۲۰ 20 |
They fought from heaven, the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
| نهر قیشون ایشان را در ربود. آن نهر قدیم یعنی نهر قیشون. ای جان من قوت را پایمال نمودی. | ۲۱ 21 |
The river Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon. O my soul, march on with strength.
| آنگاه اسبان، زمین را پازدن گرفتند. به‌سبب تاختن یعنی تاختن زورآوران ایشان. | ۲۲ 22 |
Then did the horsehoofs stamp by reason of the pransings, the pransings of their strong ones.
| فرشته خداوند می‌گوید میروز را لعنت کنید، ساکنانش را به سختی لعنت کنید، زیرا که به امدادخداوند نیامدند تا خداوند را در میان جباران اعانت نمایند. | ۲۳ 23 |
Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the LORD, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of the LORD, to the help of the LORD against the mighty.
| یاعیل، زن حابرقینی، از سایر زنان مبارک باد! از زنان چادرنشین مبارک باد! | ۲۴ 24 |
Blessed above women shall Jael be, the wife of Heber the Kenite, blessed shall she be above women in the tent.
| او آب خواست و شیر به وی داد، و سرشیر رادر ظرف ملوکانه پیش آورد. | ۲۵ 25 |
He asked water, [and] she gave him milk; she brought him butter in a lordly dish.
| دست خود را به میخ دراز کرد، و دست راست خود را به چکش عمله. و به چکش سیسرا را زده، سرش را سفت. و شقیقه او را شکافت و فرودوخت. | ۲۶ 26 |
She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen’s hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote through his head, yea, she pierced and struck through his temples.
| نزد پایهایش خم شده، افتاد و دراز شد. نزدپایهایش خم شده، افتاد. جایی که خم شد درآنجا کشته افتاد. | ۲۷ 27 |
At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead.
| از دریچه نگریست و نعره زد، مادر سیسرا از شبکه (نعره زد): چرا ارابه‌اش در‌آمدن تاخیرمی کند؟ و چرا چرخهای ارابه هایش توقف می‌نماید؟ | ۲۸ 28 |
Through the window she looked forth, and cried, the mother of Sisera [cried] through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
| خاتونهای دانشمندش در جواب وی گفتند. لیکن او سخنان خود را به خود تکرار کرد. | ۲۹ 29 |
Her wise ladies answered her, yea, she returned answer to herself,
| آیا غنیمت را نیافته، و تقسیم نمی کنند؟ یک دختر دو دختر برای هر مرد. و برای سیسراغنیمت رختهای رنگارنگ، غنیمت رختهای رنگارنگ قلابدوزی، رخت رنگارنگ قلابدوزی دورو. بر گردنهای اسیران. | ۳۰ 30 |
Have they not found, have they not divided the spoil? a damsel, two damsels to every man; to Sisera a spoil of divers colours, a spoil of divers colours of embroidery, of divers colours of embroidery on both sides, on the necks of the spoil?
| همچنین‌ای خداوند جمیع دشمنانت هلاک شوند. و اما محبان او مثل آفتاب باشند، وقتی که در قوتش طلوع می‌کند.» و زمین چهل سال آرامی یافت. | ۳۱ 31 |
So let all thine enemies perish, [O LORD]: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.
