ارمیا 33

۱ 1 و هنگامی که ارمیا در صحن زندان محبوس بود کلام خداوند بار دیگر براو نازل شده، گفت:

Then the word of Yahweh came to Jeremiah a second time, while he was still shut within the courtyard of the guard, saying,

۲ 2 «خداوند که این کار رامی کند و خداوند که آن را مصور ساخته، مستحکم می‌سازد و اسم او یهوه است چنین می‌گوید:

“Yahweh the maker, says this—Yahweh, who forms in order to establish—Yahweh is his name,

۳ 3 مرا بخوان و تو را اجابت خواهم نمودو تو را از چیزهای عظیم و مخفی که آنها راندانسته‌ای مخبر خواهم ساخت.

'Call to me, and I will answer you. I will demonstrate great things to you, mysteries that you do not understand.'

۴ 4 زیرا که یهوه خدای اسرائیل درباره خانه های این شهر و درباره خانه های پادشاهان یهودا که در مقابل سنگرها ومنجنیقها منهدم شده است،

For Yahweh, God of Israel, says this concerning the houses in this city and the houses of the kings of Judah that are torn down because of the siege ramps and the sword,

۵ 5 و می‌آیند تا باکلدانیان مقاتله نمایند و آنها را به لاشهای کسانی که من در خشم و غضب خود ایشان را کشتم پرمی کنند. زیرا که روی خود را از این شهر به‌سبب تمامی شرارت ایشان مستور ساخته‌ام.

'The Chaldeans are coming to fight and to fill the houses with corpses of people whom I will kill in my wrath and fury, when I hide my face from this city because of all their wickedness.

۶ 6 اینک به این شهر عافیت و علاج باز خواهم داد و ایشان راشفا خواهم بخشید و فراوانی سلامتی و امانت رابه ایشان خواهم رسانید.

But see, I am about to bring healing and a cure, for I will heal them and will bring to them abundance, peace, and faithfulness.

۷ 7 و اسیران یهودا واسیران اسرائیل را باز آورده، ایشان را مثل اول بناخواهم نمود.

For I will bring back the fortunes of Judah and Israel; I will build them up as in the beginning.

۸ 8 و ایشان را از تمامی گناهانی که به من ورزیده‌اند، طاهر خواهم ساخت و تمامی تقصیرهای ایشان را که بدانها بر من گناه ورزیده واز من تجاوز کرده‌اند، خواهم آمرزید.

Then I will purify them from all the iniquity that they have committed against me. I will pardon all the iniquities that they have done against me, and all the ways that they rebelled against me.

۹ 9 و این شهر برای من اسم شادمانی و تسبیح و جلال خواهد بود نزد جمیع امت های زمین که چون آنهاهمه احسانی را که به ایشان نموده باشم بشنوندخواهند ترسید. و به‌سبب تمام این احسان وتمامی سلامتی که من به ایشان رسانیده باشم خواهند لرزید.

For this city will become for me an object of joy, a song of praise and honor for all the nations of the earth who will hear of all the good things that I am going to do for it. Then they will fear and tremble because of all the good things and the peace that I will give to it.'

۱۰ 10 خداوند چنین می‌گوید که دراین مکان که شما درباره‌اش می‌گویید که آن ویران و خالی از انسان و بهایم است یعنی در شهرهای یهودا و کوچه های اورشلیم که ویران و خالی ازانسان و ساکنان و بهایم است،

Yahweh says this, 'In this place about which you are now saying, “It is desolate, a place with neither man nor beast,” in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate having neither man nor beast, there will be heard again

۱۱ 11 در آنها آوازشادمانی و آواز سرور و آواز داماد و آواز عروس و آواز کسانی که می‌گویند یهوه صبایوت راتسبیح بخوانید زیرا خداوند نیکو است و رحمت او تا ابدالاباد است، بار دیگر شنیده خواهد شد وآواز آنانی که هدایای تشکر به خانه خداوندمی آورند. زیرا خداوند می‌گوید اسیران این زمین را مثل سابق باز خواهم آورد.

the sound of joy and the sound of gladness, the sound of the groom and the sound of the bride, the sound of those who say, while they bring thank offerings to the house of Yahweh, “Give thanks to Yahweh of hosts, for Yahweh is good, and his unfailing love lasts forever!” For I will restore the fortunes of the land to what they were before,' says Yahweh.

۱۲ 12 یهوه صبایوت چنین می‌گوید: در اینجایی که ویران و از انسان وبهایم خالی است و در همه شهرهایش بار دیگرمسکن شبانانی که گله‌ها را می‌خوابانند خواهدبود.

Yahweh of hosts says this: 'In this desolate place, where now there is neither man nor beast—in all its cities there will again be pastures where shepherds can rest their flocks.

۱۳ 13 و خداوند می‌گوید که در شهرهای کوهستان و شهرهای همواری و شهرهای جنوب و در زمین بنیامین و در حوالی اورشلیم وشهرهای یهودا گوسفندان بار دیگر از زیردست شمارندگان خواهند گذشت.

In the cities in the hill country, the lowlands, and the Negev, in the land of Benjamin and all around Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, the flocks will again pass under the hands of the ones counting them,' says Yahweh.

۱۴ 14 اینک خداوندمی گوید: ایامی می‌آید که آن وعده نیکو را که درباره خاندان اسرائیل و خاندان یهودا دادم وفاخواهم نمود.

'Look! Days are coming—this is Yahweh's declaration—when I will do what I have promised for the house of Israel and the house of Judah.

۱۵ 15 در آن ایام و در آن زمان شاخه عدالت برای داود خواهم رویانید و او انصاف وعدالت را در زمین جاری خواهد ساخت.

In those days and in that time I will make a righteous branch to grow for David, and he will carry out justice and righteousness in the land.

۱۶ 16 درآن ایام یهودا نجات خواهد یافت و اورشلیم به امنیت مسکون خواهد شد و اسمی که به آن نامیده می‌شود این است: یهوه صدقینو.

In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will live in security, for this is what she will be called, “Yahweh is our righteousness.”'

۱۷ 17 زیرا خداوند چنین می‌گوید که از داود کسی‌که برکرسی خاندان اسرائیل بنشیند کم نخواهد شد.

For Yahweh says this: 'A man from David's line will never be lacking to sit on the throne of the house of Israel,

۱۸ 18 و از لاویان کهنه کسی‌که قربانی های سوختنی بگذراند و هدایای آردی بسوزاند وذبایح همیشه ذبح نماید از حضور من کم نخواهدشد.»

nor will a man from the Levitical priests be lacking before me to raise burnt offerings, to burn food offerings, and to perform grain offerings all the time.'”

۱۹ 19 و کلام خداوند بر ارمیا نازل شده، گفت:

The word of Yahweh came to Jeremiah, saying,

۲۰ 20 «خداوند چنین می‌گوید: اگر عهد مرا با روز وعهد مرا با شب باطل توانید کرد که روز و شب دروقت خود نشود،

“Yahweh says this: 'If you can break my covenant with day and night so that there will no longer be day or night at their proper times,

۲۱ 21 آنگاه عهد من با بنده من داودباطل خواهد شد تا برایش پسری که بر کرسی اوسلطنت نماید نباشد و با لاویان کهنه که خادم من می‌باشند.

then you will be able to break my covenant with David my servant, so that he will no longer have a son to sit on his throne, and my covenant with the Levitical priests, my servants.

۲۲ 22 چنانکه لشکر آسمان را نتوان شمردو ریگ دریا را قیاس نتوان کرد، همچنان ذریت بنده خود داود و لاویان را که مرا خدمت می‌نمایند زیاده خواهم گردانید.»

As the hosts of heaven cannot be counted, and as the sand of the seashores cannot be measured, so I will increase the descendants of David my servant and the Levites who serve before me.'”

۲۳ 23 و کلام خداوند بر ارمیا نازل شده، گفت:

The word of Yahweh came to Jeremiah, saying,

۲۴ 24 «آیا نمی بینی که این قوم چه حرف می‌زنند؟ می‌گویند که خداوند آن دو خاندان را که برگزیده بود ترک نموده است. پس قوم مرا خوارمی شمارند که در نظر ایشان دیگر قومی نباشند.

“Have you not considered what this people has declared when they said, 'The two families that Yahweh chose, now he has rejected them'? In this way they despise my people, saying that they are no longer a nation in their sight.

۲۵ 25 خداوند چنین می‌گوید: اگر عهد من با روز وشب نمی بود و قانون های آسمان و زمین را قرارنمی دادم،

I, Yahweh, say this, 'If I have not established the covenant of day and night, and if I have not fixed the laws of heaven and earth,

۲۶ 26 آنگاه نیز ذریت یعقوب ونسل بنده خود داود را ترک می‌نمودم و از ذریت او بر اولادابراهیم و اسحاق و یعقوب حاکمان نمی گرفتم. زیرا که اسیران ایشان را باز خواهم آورد و برایشان ترحم خواهم نمود.»

then I will reject the descendants of Jacob and David my servant, and not bring from them a person to rule over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will restore their fortunes and show mercy to them.'”
