حزقیال 10

۱ 1 پس نگریستم و اینک بر فلکی که بالای سر کروبیان بود چیزی مثل سنگ یاقوت کبود و مثل نمایش شبیه تخت بر زبر آنهاظاهر شد.

Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.

۲ 2 و آن مرد را که به کتان ملبس بودخطاب کرده گفت: «در میان چرخها در زیرکروبیان برو و دستهای خود را از اخگرهای آتشی که در میان کروبیان است پر کن و بر شهربپاش.» و او در نظر من داخل شد.

And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.

۳ 3 و چون آن مردداخل شد، کروبیان بطرف راست خانه ایستاده بودند و ابر، صحن اندرونی را پر کرد.

Now the cherubims stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.

۴ 4 و جلال خداوند از روی کروبیان به آستانه خانه برآمد وخانه از ابر پر شد و صحن از فروغ جلال خداوندمملو گشت.

Then the glory of Yhwh went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of Yhwh's glory.

۵ 5 و صدای بالهای کروبیان تا به صحن بیرونی مثل آواز خدای قادر مطلق حینی که تکلم می کند، مسموع شد.

And the sound of the cherubims’ wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.

۶ 6 و چون آن مرد را که ملبس به کتان بود امرفرموده، گفت که «آتش را از میان چرخها از میان کروبیان بردار.» آنگاه داخل شده، نزد چرخهاایستاد.

And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.

۷ 7 و یکی از کروبیان دست خود را از میان کروبیان به آتشی که در میان کروبیان بود درازکرده، آن را برداشت و به‌دست آن مردی که به کتان، ملبس بود نهاد و او آن را گرفته، بیرون رفت.

And one cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that was between the cherubims, and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed with linen: who took it, and went out.

۸ 8 و در کروبیان شبیه صورت دست انسان زیربالهای ایشان ظاهر شد.

And there appeared in the cherubims the form of a man’s hand under their wings.

۹ 9 و نگریستم و اینک چهار چرخ به پهلوی کروبیان یعنی یک چرخ به پهلوی یک کروبی وچرخ دیگر به پهلوی کروبی دیگر ظاهر شد. ونمایش چرخها مثل صورت سنگ زبرجد بود.

And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone.

۱۰ 10 و اما نمایش ایشان چنین بود. آن چهار را یک شباهت بود که گویا چرخ در میان چرخ باشد.

And as for their appearances, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel.

۱۱ 11 وچون آنها می‌رفت بر چهار جانب خود می‌رفت وحینی که می‌رفت به هیچ سو میل نمی کرد، بلکه به‌جایی که سر به آن متوجه می‌شد از عقب آن می‌رفت. و چون می‌رفت به هیچ سو میل نمی کرد.

When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.

۱۲ 12 و تمامی بدن و پشتها و دستها وبالهای ایشان و چرخها یعنی چرخهایی که آن چهار داشتند از هر طرف پر از چشمها بود.

And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had.

۱۳ 13 وبه سمع من به آن چرخها ندا در‌دادند که «ای چرخها!»

As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel.

۱۴ 14 و هر یک را چهار رو بود. روی اول روی کروبی بود و روی دوم روی انسان و سوم روی شیر و چهارم روی عقاب.

And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.

۱۵ 15 پس کروبیان صعود کردند. این همان حیوان است که نزد نهر خابور دیده بودم.

And the cherubims were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.

۱۶ 16 و چون کروبیان می‌رفتند، چرخها به پهلوی ایشان می‌رفت و چون کروبیان بالهای خود را برافراشته، از زمین صعود می‌کردند، چرخها نیز از پهلوی ایشان برنمی گشت.

And when the cherubims went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turned not from beside them.

۱۷ 17 چون ایشان می‌ایستادندآنها می‌ایستاد و چون ایشان صعود می‌نمودند، آنها با ایشان صعود می‌نمود، زیرا که روح حیوان در آنها بود.

When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.

۱۸ 18 و جلال خداوند از بالای آستانه خانه بیرون آمد و بر زبر کروبیان قرار گرفت.

Then the glory of Yhwh departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims.

۱۹ 19 وچون کروبیان بیرون رفتند بالهای خود رابرافراشته، به نظر من از زمین صعود نمودند. وچرخها پیش روی ایشان بود و نزد دهنه دروازه شرقی خانه خداوند ایستادند. و جلال خدای اسرائیل از طرف بالا بر ایشان قرار گرفت.

And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of Yhwh's house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.

۲۰ 20 این همان حیوان است که زیر خدای اسرائیل نزد نهرخابور دیده بودم، پس فهمیدم که اینان کروبیانند.

This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river of Chebar; and I knew that they were the cherubims.

۲۱ 21 هر یک را چهار روی و هر یک را چهار بال بودو زیر بالهای ایشان شبیه دستهای انسان بود.

Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.

۲۲ 22 واما شبیه رویهای ایشان چنین بود. همان رویها بودکه نزد نهر خابور دیده بودم. هم نمایش ایشان وهم خود ایشان (چنان بودند) و هر یک به راه مستقیم می‌رفت.

And the likeness of their faces was the same faces which I saw by the river of Chebar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one straight forward.
