تثنیه 34

۱ 1 و موسی از عربات موآب، به کوه نبو، برقله فسجه که در مقابل اریحاست برآمد، و خداوند تمامی زمین را، از جلعاد تا دان، به او نشان داد.

Therfor Moyses stiede fro the feeldi places of Moab on the hil of Nebo, in to the cop of Fasga, ayens Gerico. And the Lord schewide to hym al the lond of Galaad `til to Dan,

۲ 2 و تمامی نفتالی و زمین افرایم ومنسی و تمامی زمین یهودا را تا دریای مغربی.

and al Neptalym, and the lond of Effraym and of Manasses, and al the lond of Juda, `til to the laste see; and the south part,

۳ 3 وجنوب را و میدان دره اریحا را که شهر نخلستان است تا صوغر.

and the breede of the feeld of Jerico, of the citee of Palmes `til to Segor.

۴ 4 و خداوند وی را گفت: «این است زمینی که برای ابراهیم و اسحاق و یعقوب قسم خورده، گفتم که این را به ذریت تو خواهم داد، تو را اجازت دادم که به چشم خود آن راببینی لیکن به آنجا عبور نخواهی کرد.»

And the Lord seide to hym, This is the lond for which Y swoor to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and Y seide, Y schal yyue it to thi seed; thou hast seyn it with thin iyen, and thou schalt not passe `to it.

۵ 5 پس موسی بنده خداوند در آنجا به زمین موآب برحسب قول خداوند مرد.

And Moyses, the seruaunt of the Lord, was deed there, in the lond of Moab, `for the Lord comaundide.

۶ 6 و او را در زمین موآب در مقابل بیت فعور، در دره دفن کرد، واحدی قبر او را تا امروز ندانسته است.

And the Lord biriede hym in a valey of the lond of Moab, ayens Fegor, and no man knewe his sepulcre `til in to present day.

۷ 7 و موسی چون وفات یافت، صد و بیست سال داشت، و نه چشمش تار، و نه قوتش کم شده بود.

Moises was of an hundrid and twenti yeer whanne he diede; his iye dasewide not, nethir hise teeth weren stirid.

۸ 8 وبنی‌اسرائیل برای موسی در عربات موآب سی روز ماتم گرفتند. پس روزهای ماتم و نوحه گری برای موسی سپری گشت.

And the sones of Israel biwepten hym thretti daies in the feeldi places of Moab; and the daies of weilyng of men `bymorenynge Moises weren fillid.

۹ 9 و یوشع بن نون از روح حکمت مملو بود، چونکه موسی دستهای خود را بر او نهاده بود، وبنی‌اسرائیل او را اطاعت نمودند، و برحسب آنچه خداوند به موسی‌امر فرموده بود، عمل کردند.

Forsothe Josue, the sone of Nun, was fillid with `the spyrit of wisdom, for Moises settide hise hondis on hym; and the sones of Israel obeieden to Josue, and diden as the Lord comaundide to Moises.

۱۰ 10 و نبی‌ای مثل موسی تا بحال در اسرائیل برنخاسته است که خداوند او را روبرو شناخته باشد.

And `a profete roos no more in Israel `as Moises, whom the Lord knewe face to face,

۱۱ 11 در جمیع آیات و معجزاتی که خداونداو را فرستاد تا آنها را در زمین مصر به فرعون و جمیع بندگانش و تمامی زمینش بنماید.

in alle myraclis, and grete wondris, whiche the Lord sente bi hym, that he schulde do in the lond of Egipt to Farao, and alle hise seruauntis, and to al the lond `of hym,

۱۲ 12 و درتمامی دست قوی، و جمیع آن هیبت عظیم که موسی در نظر همه اسرائیل نمود.

and al strong hond, and the `grete merueylis, whiche Moyses dide bifor al Israel.
