| و در سال بیست و هفتم یربعام، پادشاه اسرائیل، عزریا ابن امصیا، پادشاه یهوداآغاز سلطنت نمود. | ۱ 1 |
In the seuen and twentieth yeere of Ieroboam King of Israel, began Azariah, sonne of Amaziah King of Iudah to reigne.
| و شانزده ساله بود که پادشاه شد و پنجاه و دو سال در اورشلیم پادشاهی کرد واسم مادرش یکلیای اورشلیمی بود. | ۲ 2 |
Sixteene yeere olde was he, when he was made King, and he reigned two and fiftie yeere in Ierusalem: and his mothers name was Iecholiah of Ierusalem.
| و آنچه درنظر خداوند پسند بود، موافق هرچه پدرش امصیا کرده بود، بجا آورد. | ۳ 3 |
And he did vprightly in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father Amaziah did.
| لیکن مکانهای بلند برداشته نشد و قوم هنوز در مکانهای بلندقربانی می‌گذرانیدند و بخور می‌سوزانیدند. | ۴ 4 |
But the hie places were not put away: for the people yet offered, and burned incense in the hie places.
| وخداوند، پادشاه را مبتلا ساخت که تا روزوفاتش ابرص بود و در مریضخانه‌ای ساکن ماندو یوتام پسر پادشاه بر خانه او بود و بر قوم زمین داوری می‌نمود. | ۵ 5 |
And the Lord smote the King: and he was a leper vnto the day of his death, and dwelt in an house apart, and Iotham the kings sonne gouerned the house, and iudged the people of the land.
| و بقیه وقایع عزریا و هرچه کرد، آیا در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان یهودا مکتوب نیست؟ | ۶ 6 |
Concerning the rest of the actes of Azariah, and all that he did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Iudah?
| پس عزریا با پدران خود خوابید و او را با پدرانش در شهر داوددفن کردند و پسرش، یوتام در جایش پادشاه بود. | ۷ 7 |
So Azariah slept with his fathers, and they buryed him with his fathers in the citie of Dauid, and Iotham his sonne reigned in his stead.
| در سال سی و هشتم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، زکریا ابن یربعام بر اسرائیل در سامره پادشاه شد وشش ماه پادشاهی کرد. | ۸ 8 |
In the eyght and thirtieth yeere of Azariah King of Iudah did Zachariah the sonne of Ieroboam reigne ouer Israel in Samaria sixe moneths,
| و آنچه در نظر خداوندناپسند بود، به نحوی که پدرانش می‌کردند، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود. | ۹ 9 |
And did euill in the sight of the Lord, as did his fathers: for he departed not from the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne.
| پس شلوم بن یابیش بر او شوریده، او را در حضور قوم زد و کشت و به‌جایش سلطنت نمود. | ۱۰ 10 |
And Shallum the sonne of Iabesh cospired against him, and smote him in the sight of the people, and killed him, and reigned in his stead.
| و بقیه وقایع زکریا اینک در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است. | ۱۱ 11 |
Concerning the rest of the actes of Zachariah, behold, they are written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.
| این کلام خداوند بودکه آن را به ییهو خطاب کرده، گفت: «پسران تو تا پشت چهارم برکرسی اسرائیل خواهند نشست.» پس همچنین به وقوع پیوست. | ۱۲ 12 |
This was the word of the Lord, which he spake vnto Iehu, saying, Thy sonnes shall sit on the throne of Israel vnto the fourth generation after thee. And it came so to passe.
| در سال سی و نهم عزیا، پادشاه یهودا، شلوم بن یابیش پادشاه شد و یک ماه در سامره سلطنت نمود. | ۱۳ 13 |
Shallum the sonne of Iabesh began to reigne in the nine and thirtieth yeere of Vzziah King of Iudah: and he reigned the space of a moneth in Samaria.
| و منحیم بن جادی از ترصه برآمده، به سامره داخل شد. و شلوم بن یابیش رادر سامره زده، او را کشت و به‌جاش سلطنت نمود. | ۱۴ 14 |
For Menahem the sonne of Gadi went vp from Tirzah, and came to Samaria, and smote Shallum the sonne of Iabesh in Samaria, and slew him, and reigned in his stead.
| و بقیه وقایع شلوم و فتنه‌ای که کرد، اینک در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است. | ۱۵ 15 |
Cocerning the rest of the acts of Shallum, and the treason which he wrought, beholde, they are written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.
| آنگاه منحیم تفصح را با هرچه در آن بود و حدودش را از ترصه زد، از این جهت که برای او باز نکردند، آن را زد، و تمامی زنان حامله‌اش را شکم پاره کرد. | ۱۶ 16 |
Then Menahem destroyed Tiphsah, and all that were therein, and the coastes thereof from Tirzah, because they opened not to him, and he smote it, and ript vp all their women with childe.
| در سال سی و نهم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، منحیم بن جادی، بر اسرائیل پادشاه شد و ده سال در سامره سلطنت نمود. | ۱۷ 17 |
The nine and thirtieth yeere of Azariah King of Iudah, beganne Menahem the sonne of Gadi to reigne ouer Israel, and reigned ten yeeres in Samaria.
| و آنچه در نظرخداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود. | ۱۸ 18 |
And he did euill in the sight of the Lord, and departed not all his dayes from the sinne of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne.
| پس فول، پادشاه آشور، بر زمین هجوم آورد و منحیم، هزار وزنه نقره به فول داد تا دست او با وی باشد و سلطنت رادر دستش استوار سازد. | ۱۹ 19 |
Then Pul the king of Asshur came against the land: and Menahem gaue Pul a thousand talents of siluer, that his hande might bee with him, and establish the kingdome in his hand.
| و منحیم این نقد را براسرائیل، یعنی بر جمیع متمولان گذاشت تا هریک از ایشان پنجاه مثقال نقره به پادشاه آشوربدهند. پس پادشاه آشور مراجعت نموده، درزمین اقامت ننمود. | ۲۰ 20 |
And Menahem exacted the money in Israel, that all men of substance shoulde giue the King of Asshur fiftie shekels of siluer a piece: so the king of Asshur returned and taried not there in the land.
| و بقیه وقایع منحیم و هرچه کرد، آیا در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب نیست؟ | ۲۱ 21 |
Concerning the rest of the actes of Menahem, and all that he did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the kings of Israel?
| پس منحیم با پدران خود خوابید و پسرش فقحیا به‌جایش پادشاه شد. | ۲۲ 22 |
And Menahem slept with his fathers, and Pekahiah his sonne did reigne in his steade.
| و در سال پنجاهم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، فقحیا ابن منحیم بر اسرائیل در سامره پادشاه شد و دو سال سلطنت نمود. | ۲۳ 23 |
In ye fiftieth yere of Azariah king of Iudah, began Pekahiah the sonne of Menahem to reigne ouer Israel in Samaria, and reigned two yere.
| و آنچه در نظرخداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود. | ۲۴ 24 |
And he did euill in the sight of the Lord: for he departed not from the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne.
| و یکی ازسردارانش، فقح بن رملیا بر او شوریده، او رابا ارجوب واریه در سامره در قصر خانه پادشاه زد و با وی پنجاه نفر از بنی جلعادبودند. پس او را کشته، به‌جایش سلطنت نمود. | ۲۵ 25 |
And Pekah the sonne of Remaliah, his captaine conspired against him, and smote him in Samaria in the place of the Kings palace with Argob and Arieh, and with him fiftie men of the Gileadites: so he killed him, and reigned in his steade.
| و بقیه وقایع فقحیا و هرچه کرد، اینک درکتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است. | ۲۶ 26 |
Concerning the rest of the actes of Pekahiah, and all that he did, behold, they are written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.
| و در سال پنجاه و دوم عزریا، پادشاه یهودا، فقح بن رملیا بر اسرائیل، در سامره پادشاه شد وبیست سال سلطنت نمود. | ۲۷ 27 |
In the two and fiftieth yere of Azariah King of Iudah began Pekah the sonne of Remaliah to reigne ouer Israel in Samaria, and reigned twentie yeere.
| و آنچه در نظرخداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد و از گناهان یربعام بن نباط که اسرائیل را مرتکب گناه ساخته بود، اجتناب ننمود. | ۲۸ 28 |
And he did euil in the sight of the Lord: for he departed not from the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, that made Israel to sinne.
| در ایام فقح، پادشاه اسرائیل، تغلت فلاسر، پادشاه آشور آمده، عیون و آبل بیت معکه ویانوح و قادش و حاصور و جلعاد و جلیل وتمامی زمین نفتالی را گرفته، ایشان را به آشوربه اسیری برد. | ۲۹ 29 |
In the dayes of Pekah king of Israel came Tiglath Pileser king of Asshur, and tooke Iion, and Abel, Beth-maachah, and Ianoah, and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Gilead, and Galilah, and all the land of Naphtali, and caryed them away to Asshur.
| و در سال بیستم یوتام بن عزیا، هوشع بن ایله، بر فقح بن رملیا بشورید واو را زده، کشت و در جایش سلطنت نمود. | ۳۰ 30 |
And Hoshea the sonne of Elah wrought treason against Pekah the sonne of Remaliah, and smote him, and slewe him, and reigned in his stead in the twentieth yeere of Iotham the sonne of Vzziah.
| وبقیه وقایع فقح و هرچه کرد، اینک درکتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است. | ۳۱ 31 |

| در سال دوم فقح بن رملیا، پادشاه اسرائیل، یوتام بن عزیا، پادشاه یهودا، آغاز سلطنت نمود. | ۳۲ 32 |
In the second yere of Pekah the sonne of Remaliah King of Israel, began Iotham sonne of Vzziah King of Iudah to reigne.
| او بیست و پنج ساله بود که پادشاه شد وشانزده سال در اورشلیم پادشاهی کرد و اسم مادرش یروشا، دختر صادوق بود. | ۳۳ 33 |
Fiue and twentie yeere olde was he, when he began to reigne, and he reigned sixteene yeere in Ierusalem: and his mothers name was Ierusha the daughter of Zadok.
| و آنچه درنظر خداوند شایسته بود، موافق هر‌آنچه پدرش عزیا کرد، به عمل آورد. | ۳۴ 34 |
And hee did vprightly in the sight of the Lord: he did according to all that his father Vzziah had done.
| لیکن مکان های بلندبرداشته نشد و قوم در مکان های بلند هنوز قربانی می‌گذرانیدند و بخور می‌سوزانیدند، و او باب عالی خانه خداوند را بنا نمود. | ۳۵ 35 |
But the hie places were not put away: for the people yet offered and burnt incense in the hie places: he buylt the hyest gate of the house of the Lord.
| و بقیه وقایع یوتام و هرچه کرد، آیا در کتاب تواریخ ایام پادشاهان یهودا مکتوب نیست. | ۳۶ 36 |
Concerning the rest of the acts of Iotham, and all that hee did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the kings of Iudah?
| در آن ایام خداوند شروع نموده، رصین، پادشاه ارام و فقح بن رملیا را بر یهودا فرستاد. | ۳۷ 37 |
In those dayes the Lord began to send against Iudah Rezin the king of Aram, and Pekah the sonne of Remaliah.
| پس یوتام با پدران خود خوابید و در شهر پدرش داود با پدران خوددفن شد و پسرش، آحاز به‌جایش سلطنت نمود. | ۳۸ 38 |
And Iotham slept with his fathers, and was buryed with his fathers in the citie of Dauid his father, and Ahaz his sonne reigned in his steade.
