| منسی دوازده ساله بود که پادشاه شد وپنجاه و پنج سال در اورشلیم سلطنت نمود. | ۱ 1 |
Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign; and he reigned fifty and five years in Jerusalem,
| و آنچه در نظر خداوند ناپسند بود، موافق رجاسات امت هایی که خداوند آنها را از حضوربنی‌اسرائیل اخراج کرده بود، عمل نمود. | ۲ 2 |
And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, after the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.
| زیرامکانهای بلند را که پدرش حزقیا خراب کرده بود، بار دیگر بنا نمود و مذبحها برای بعلیم برپا کرد واشیره‌ها بساخت و به تمامی لشکر آسمان سجده نموده، آنها را عبادت کرد. | ۳ 3 |
For he built again the high places which Hezekiah his father had broken down; and he reared up altars for the Baalim, and made Asheroth, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them.
| و مذبحها در خانه خداوند بنا نمود که درباره‌اش خداوند گفته بود: «اسم من در اورشلیم تا به ابد خواهد بود.» | ۴ 4 |
And he built altars in the house of the LORD, whereof the LORD said, In Jerusalem shall my name be forever.
| ومذبح‌ها برای تمامی لشکر آسمان در هر دوصحن خانه خداوند بنا نمود. | ۵ 5 |
And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the LORD.
| و پسران خود رادر وادی ابن هنوم از آتش گذرانید و فالگیری وافسونگری و جادوگری می‌کرد و با اصحاب اجنه و جادوگران مراوده می‌نمود و در نظرخداوند شرارت بسیار ورزیده، خشم او را به هیجان آورد. | ۶ 6 |
He also made his Children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: and he practised augury, and used enchantments, and practised sorcery, and dealt with them that had familiar spirits, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.
| و تمثال ریخته شده بت را که ساخته بود، در خانه خداوند برپا داشت که درباره‌اش خدا به داود و به پسرش سلیمان گفته بود: «در این خانه و در اورشلیم که آن را از تمامی اسباط بنی‌اسرائیل برگزیده‌ام، اسم خود را تا به ابد قرار خواهم داد. | ۷ 7 |
And he set the graven image of the idol, which he had made in the house of God, of which God said to David and to Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, will I put my name for ever:
| و پایهای اسرائیل را اززمینی که مقر پدران شما ساخته‌ام، بار دیگر آواره نخواهم گردانید، به شرطی که توجه نمایند تابرحسب هر‌آنچه به ایشان امر فرموده‌ام و برحسب تمامی شریعت و فرایض و احکامی که به‌دست موسی داده‌ام، عمل نمایند.» | ۸ 8 |
neither will I any more remove the foot of Israel from off the land which I have appointed for your fathers; if only they will observe to do all that I have commanded them, even all the law and the statutes and the ordinances by the hand of Moses.
| امامنسی، یهودا و ساکنان اورشلیم را اغوا نمود تا ازامت هایی که خداوند پیش بنی‌اسرائیل هلاک کرده بود، بدتر رفتار نمودند. | ۹ 9 |
And Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to err, so that they did evil more than did the nations, whom the LORD destroyed before the children of Israel.
| و خداوند به منسی و به قوم او تکلم نمود، اما ایشان گوش نگرفتند. | ۱۰ 10 |
And the LORD spake to Manasseh, and to his people: but they gave no heed.
| پس خداوندسرداران لشکر آشور را بر ایشان آورد و منسی رابا غلها گرفته، او را به زنجیرها بستند و به بابل بردند. | ۱۱ 11 |
Wherefore the LORD brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria, which took Manasseh in chains, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.
| و چون در تنگی بود یهوه خدای خود راطلب نمود و به حضور خدای پدران خویش بسیار تواضع نمود. | ۱۲ 12 |
And when he was in distress, he besought the LORD his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers.
| و چون از او مسالت نمودوی را اجابت نموده، تضرع او را شنید و به مملکتش به اورشلیم باز آورد، آنگاه منسی دانست که یهوه خدا است. | ۱۳ 13 |
And he prayed unto him; and he was entreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the LORD he was God.
| و بعد از این حصار بیرونی شهر داود را به طرف غربی جیحون در وادی تا دهنه دروازه ماهی بنا نمود و دیواری گرداگرد عوفل کشیده، آن را بسیار بلند ساخت و سرداران جنگی بر همه شهرهای حصاردار یهودا قرار داد. | ۱۴ 14 |
Now after this he built an outer wall to the city of David, on the west side of Gihon, in the valley, even to the entering in at the fish gate; and he compassed about Ophel, and raised it up a very great height: and he put valiant captains in all the fenced cities of Judah.
| و خدایان بیگانه و بت را از خانه خداوند و تمامی مذبحها راکه در کوه خانه خداوند و در اورشلیم ساخته بودبرداشته، آنها را از شهر بیرون ریخت. | ۱۵ 15 |
And he took away the strange gods, and the idol out of the house of the LORD, and all the altars that he had built in the mount of the house of the LORD, and in Jerusalem, and cast them out of the city.
| و مذبح خداوند را تعمیر نموده، ذبایح سلامتی و تشکربر آن گذرانیدند و یهودا را امر فرمود که یهوه خدای اسرائیل را عبادت نمایند. | ۱۶ 16 |
And he built up the altar of the LORD, and offered thereon sacrifices of peace offerings and of thanksgiving, and commanded Judah to serve the LORD, the God of Israel.
| اما قوم هنوزدر مکانهای بلند قربانی می‌گذرانیدند لیکن فقطبرای یهوه خدای خود. | ۱۷ 17 |
Nevertheless the people did sacrifice still in the high places, but only unto the LORD their God.
| و بقیه وقایع منسی و دعایی که نزد خدای خود کرد و سخنان رائیانی که به اسم یهوه خدای اسرائیل به او گفتند، اینک در تواریخ پادشاهان اسرائیل مکتوب است. | ۱۸ 18 |
Now the rest of the acts of Manasseh, and his prayer unto his God, and the words of the seers that spake to him in the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, behold, they are written among the acts of the kings of Israel.
| و دعای او ومستجاب شدنش و تمامی گناه و خیانتش وجایهایی که مکانهای بلند در آنها ساخت واشیره‌ها و بتهایی که قبل از متواضع شدنش برپانمود، اینک در اخبار حوزای مکتوب است. | ۱۹ 19 |
His prayer also, and how [God] was entreated of him, and all his sin and his trespass, and the places wherein he built high places, and set up the Asherim and the graven images, before he humbled himself: behold, they are written in the history of Hozai.
| پس منسی با پدران خود خوابید و او را در خانه خودش دفن کردند و پسرش آمون در جایش پادشاه شد. | ۲۰ 20 |
So Manasseh slept with his fathers, and they buried him in his own house: and Amon his son reigned in his stead.
| آمون بیست و دو ساله بود که پادشاه شد ودو سال در اورشلیم پادشاهی کرد. | ۲۱ 21 |
Amon was twenty and two years old when he began to reign; and he reigned two years in Jerusalem.
| و آنچه درنظر خداوند ناپسند بود، موافق آنچه پدرش منسی کرده بود، به عمل آورد و آمون برای جمیع بتهایی که پدرش منسی ساخته بود، قربانی گذرانیده، آنها را پرستش کرد. | ۲۲ 22 |
And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as did Manasseh his father: and Amon sacrificed unto all the graven images which Manasseh his father had made, and served them.
| و به حضورخداوند تواضع ننمود، چنانکه پدرش منسی تواضع نموده بود بلکه این آمون زیاده و زیاده عصیان ورزید. | ۲۳ 23 |
And he humbled not himself before the LORD, as Manasseh his father had humbled himself; but this same Amon trespassed more and more.
| پس خادمانش بر او شوریده، او را در خانه خودش کشتند. | ۲۴ 24 |
And his servants conspired against him, and put him to death in his own house.
| و اهل زمین همه کسانی را که بر آمون پادشاه شوریده بودند، به قتل رسانیدند و اهل زمین پسرش یوشیا را در جایش به پادشاهی نصب کردند. | ۲۵ 25 |
But the people of the land slew all them that had conspired against king Amon; and the people of the land made Josiah his son king in his stead.
