دوم تواریخ 27

۱ 1 و یوتام بیست و پنج ساله بود که پادشاه شد و شانزده سال در اورشلیم سلطنت نمود و اسم مادرش یروشه دختر صادوق بود.

[was] a son of Twenty and five year[s] Jotham when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jerusha [the] daughter of Zadok.

۲ 2 وآنچه در نظر خداوند پسند بود، موافق هرآنچه پدرش عزیا کرده بود، به عمل آورد، اما به هیکل خداوند داخل نشد لیکن قوم هنوز فسادمی کردند.

And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Uzziah father his only not he went into [the] temple of Yahweh and yet the people [were] behaving corruptly.

۳ 3 و او دروازه اعلای خانه خداوند را بنانمود و بر حصار عوفل عمارت بسیار ساخت.

He he built [the] gate of [the] house of Yahweh upper and on [the] wall of Ophel he built to abundance.

۴ 4 وشهرها در کوهستان یهودا بنا نمود و قلعه‌ها وبرجها در جنگلها ساخت.

And cities he built in [the] hill country of Judah and in the wooded areas he built fortresses and towers.

۵ 5 و با پادشاه بنی عمون جنگ نموده، بر ایشان غالب آمد. پس بنی عمون در آن سال، صد وزنه نقره و ده هزار کر گندم و ده هزار کر جو به او دادند، و بنی عمون در سال دوم وسوم به همان مقدار به او دادند.

And he he waged war with [the] king of [the] people of Ammon and he prevailed over them and they gave to him [the] people of Ammon in the year that one hundred talent[s] of silver and ten thousand cors wheat and barley ten thousand this they brought to him [the] people of (Ammon. *Lav) And in the year second and third.

۶ 6 پس یوتام زورآور گردید زیرا رفتار خود را به حضور یهوه خدای خویش راست ساخت.

And he strengthened himself Jotham for he had directed ways his before Yahweh God his.

۷ 7 و بقیه وقایع یوتام و همه جنگهایش و رفتارش، اینک درتواریخ پادشاهان اسرائیل و یهودا مکتوب است.

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jotham and all wars his and ways his there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] kings of Israel and Judah.

۸ 8 و او بیست و پنج ساله بود که پادشاه شد وشانزده سال در اورشلیم سلطنت کرد.

A son of twenty and five year[s] he was when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem.

۹ 9 پس یوتام با پدران خود خوابید و او را در شهر داود دفن کردند، و پسرش آحاز در جایش سلطنت نمود.

And he lay down Jotham with ancestors his and people buried him in [the] city of David and he became king Ahaz son his in place of him.
