۱ 1 آدم، شِيث اَنوش،

Adam, Sheth, Enosh,

۲ 2 قِينان مهلَلئِيل يارَد،

Kenan, Mahalaleel, Iered,

۳ 3 خَنُوخ مَتُوشالَح لَمَک،

Henoch, Methushelah, Lamech,

۴ 4 نُوح سام حام يافَث.

Noah, She, Ham, and Iapheth.

۵ 5 پسران يافَث: جُومَر و ماجُوج و ماداي و ياوان و ماشَک و تيراس.

The sonnes of Iapheth were Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Iauan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

۶ 6 وپسران جُومَر: اَشکَناز و ريفات و تُجَرمَه.

And the sonnes of Gomer, Ashchenaz, and Iphath and Togarmah.

۷ 7 و پسران ياوان: اَلِيشَه و تَرشِيش و کتيم و دُودانِيم.

Also the sonnes of Iauan, Elishah and Tarshishah, Kittim, and Dodanim.

۸ 8 و پسران حام: کوش و مِصرايم و فُوت و کَنعان.

The sonnes of Ham were Cush, and Mizraim, Put and Canaan.

۹ 9 و پسران کوش: سَبا و حَويلَه و سبتا و رَعما و سَبتَکا. و پسران رَعما: شَبا و دَدان.

And the sonnes of Cush, Siba and Hauilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. Also the sonnes of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.

۱۰ 10 و کوش، نِمرود را آورد، و او به جبار شدن در جهان شروع نمود.

And Cush begate Nimrod, who began to be mightie in the earth.

۱۱ 11 و مِصرايم، لُوديم و عَنَاميم و لَهابيم و نَفتُوحيم را آورد،

And Mizraim begate Ludim and Anamim, Lehabim, and Naphtuhim:

۱۲ 12 و فَتروسيم و کَسلُوحيم را که فَلَستيم و کَفتوريم از ايشان پديد آمدند.

Pathrusim also, and Casluhim, of whome came the Philistims, and Caphtorim.

۱۳ 13 و کَنعان نُخست زاده خود، صيدون و حِتّ را آورد،

Also Canaan begate Zidon his first borne, and Heth,

۱۴ 14 و يبُوسي و اَمُوري و جَرجاشي،

And the Iebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,

۱۵ 15 و حِوّي و عِرقي و سِيني،

And the Hiuuite, and the Arkite, and the Simite,

۱۶ 16 و اروادي و صَماري و حَماتي را.

And the Aruadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

۱۷ 17 پسران سام: عيلام و آشُّور و اَرفَکشاد و لُود واَرام و عُوص و حُول و جاتَر و ماشَک.

The sonnes of Shem were Elam and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Vz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.

۱۸ 18 و اَرفَکشاد، شالَح را آورد و شالَح، عابَر را آورد.

Also Arpachshad begate Shelah, and Shelah begate Eber.

۱۹ 19 و براي عابَر، دو پسر متولد شدند که يکي را فالَج نام بود زيرا در ايام وي زمين منقسم شد و اسم برادرش يقطان بود.

Vnto Eber also were borne two sonnes: the name of the one was Peleg: for in his dayes was ye earth deuided: and his brothers name was Ioktan.

۲۰ 20 و يقطان، اَلمُوداد و شالَف و حَضَرموت و يارَح را آورد؛

Then Ioktan begate Almodad and Sheleph, and Hazermaueth and Ierah,

۲۱ 21 و هَدُورام و اُوزال و دِقلَه،

And Hadoram and Vzal and Diklah,

۲۲ 22 و اِيبال و اَبيمايل و شَبا،

And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,

۲۳ 23 و اُوفير و حَويلَه و يوباب را که جميع اينها پسران يقطان بودند.

And Ophir, and Hauilah and Iobab: all these were the sonnes of Ioktan.

۲۴ 24 سام، اَرفَکشاد سالَح،

Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,

۲۵ 25 عابَر فالَج رَعُو،

Eber, Peleg, Rehu,

۲۶ 26 سَروج ناحُور تارَح،

Serug, Nahor, Terah,

۲۷ 27 اَبرام که همان ابراهيم باشد.

Abram, which is Abraham.

۲۸ 28 پسران ابراهيم: اسحاق واسماعيل.

The sonnes of Abraham were Izhak, and Ishmael.

۲۹ 29 اين است پيداش ايشان: نخستزاده اسماعيل: نَبايوت و قيدار و اَدَبئيل و مِبسام،

These are their generations. The eldest sonne of Ishmael was Nebaioth, and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

۳۰ 30 و مِشماع و دُومَه و مَسّا و حَدَد و تيما،

Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,

۳۱ 31 و يطُور و نافيش و قِدمَه که اينان پسران اسماعيل بودند.

Ietur, Naphish and Kedemah: these are the sonnes of Ishmael.

۳۲ 32 و پسران قَطُورَه که مُتعه ابراهيم بود، پس او زِمران و يقشان و مَدان و مِديان و يشباق و شُوحا را زاييد و پسران يقشان: شَبا و دَدان بودند.

And Keturah Abrahams concubine bare sonnes, Zimran, and Iokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah: and the sonnes of Iokshan, Sheba, and Dedan.

۳۳ 33 و پسران مِديان عِيفَه و عِيفَرو خَنُوح و اَبيداع و اَلدَعَه بودند. پس جميع اينها پسران قَطُورَه بودند.

And the sonnes of Midian were Ephah, and Ephar, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah: All these are the sonnes of Keturah.

۳۴ 34 و ابراهيم اسحاق را آورد؛ و پسران اسحاق عِيسُو واسرائيل بودند.

And Abraham begate Izhak: the sonnes of Izhak, Esau, and Israel.

۳۵ 35 و پسران عِيسُو: اَليفاز و رَعُوئيل و يعُوش و يعلام وقُورَح.

The sonnes of Esau were Eliphaz, Reuel, and Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah.

۳۶ 36 پسران اَليفاز: تيمان و اُومار و صَفي و جَعتام و قَناز و تِمناع و عَماليق.

The sonnes of Eliphaz, Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.

۳۷ 37 پسران رَعُوئيل: نَحَت و زارَح و شَمَّه و مِزَّه.

The sonnes of Reuel, Nahath, Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah.

۳۸ 38 و پسران سَعِير: لُوطان و شُوبال و صِبعون و عَنَه و ديشُون و اِيصر ودِيشان.

And the sonnes of Seir, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.

۳۹ 39 و پسران لُوطان: حوري و هُومام و خواهر لُوطان تِمناع.

And the sonnes of Lotan, Hori, and Homam, and Timna Lotans sister.

۴۰ 40 پسران شُوبال: عَليان ومَنَاحَت وعِيبال وشَفي واُونام و پسران صِبعُون: اَيه و عَنَه.

The sonnes of Shobal were Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sonnes of Zibeon, Aiah and Anah.

۴۱ 41 و پسران عَنَه: ديشون وپسران ديشون: حَمران و اِشبان و يتران و کَران.

The sonne of Anah was Dishon. And the sonnes of Dishon, Amran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

۴۲ 42 پسران ايصر: بِلهان و زَعوان و يعقان وپسران ديشان: عُوص و اَران.

The sonnes of Ezer were Bilhan, and Zaauan, and Iaakan. The sonnes of Dishon were Vz, and Aran.

۴۳ 43 و پادشاهاني که در زمين اَدُوم سلطنت نمودند، پيش از آنکه پادشاهي بر بني اسرائيل سلطنت کند، اينانند: بالَع بن بَعُور و اسم شهر او دِنهابِه بود.

And these were the Kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before a King reigned ouer the children of Israel, to wit, Bela the sonne of Beor, and the name of his citie was Dinhabah.

۴۴ 44 و بالَع مُرد و يوباب بن زارَح از بُصرَه به جايش پادشاه شد.

Then Bela died, and Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.

۴۵ 45 و يوباب مرد و حوشام از زمين تيماني به جايش سلطنت نمود.

And whe Iobab was dead, Hussham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.

۴۶ 46 و حُوشام مُرد وهَدَد بن بَدَد که مِديان را در زمين موآب شکست داد در جايش پادشاه شد و اسم شهرش عَوِيت بود.

And when Hussham was dead, Hadad the sonne of Bedad which smote Midian in the fielde of Moab, reigned in his steade, and the name of his citie was Auith.

۴۷ 47 و هَدَد مُرد و سَملَه از مَسريقَه به جايش پادشاه شد.

So Hadad dyed, and Samlah of Mashrecah reigned in his stead.

۴۸ 48 و سَملَه مُرد و شاؤل از رَحُوبوت نهر به جايش پادشاه شد.

And Samlah dyed, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the riuer reigned in his stead.

۴۹ 49 و شاؤل مُرد و بَعل حانان بن عَکبور به جايش پادشاه شد.

And when Shaul was dead, Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor reigned in his stead.

۵۰ 50 و بَعل حانان مُرد وهَدَد به جايش پادشاه شد؛ و اسم شهرش فاعي و اسم زنش مَهِيطَبئيل دختر مَطرِد دختر مَي ذَهَب بود.

And Baal-hanan dyed, and Hadad reigned in his stead, and the name of his citie was Pai, and his wiues name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred the daughter of Mezahab.

۵۱ 51 وهَدَد مُرد و اَميرانِ اَدوُم امير تِمناع وامير اَليه و امير يتِيت بودند.

Hadad dyed also, and there were dukes in Edom, duke Timna, duke Aliah, duke Ietheth,

۵۲ 52 و اَمير اَهولِيبَامَه و امير اِيلَه و امير فِينُون؛

Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,

۵۳ 53 وامير قَناز و اميرِتيمان وامير مِبصار؛

Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,

۵۴ 54 وامير مَجدِيئيل وامير عيرام؛ اينان اميران اَدُوم بودند.

Duke Magdiel, duke Iram: these were the dukes of Edom.
