ଯିଶାଇୟ 66

1 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, “ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ ଆମ୍ଭର ସିଂହାସନ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ଆମ୍ଭର ପାଦପୀଠ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିମନ୍ତେ କି ପ୍ରକାର ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବ? ଓ କେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ଆମ୍ଭର ବିଶ୍ରାମ-ସ୍ଥାନ ହେବ?

Thus saith the LORD, The heaven [is] my throne, and the earth [is] my footstool: where [is] the house that ye build unto me? and where [is] the place of my rest?

2 କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭର ହସ୍ତ ଏହିସବୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛି, ଆଉ ତହିଁ ସକାଶୁ ଏହିସବୁ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ହେଲା, ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି; ମାତ୍ର ଏହି ଲୋକ ପ୍ରତି, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଦୁଃଖୀ, ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣମନା ଓ ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବାକ୍ୟରେ କମ୍ପମାନ ହୁଏ, ତାହା ପ୍ରତି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରିବା।

For all those [things] hath mine hand made, and all those [things] have been, saith the LORD: but to this [man] will I look, [even] to [him that is] poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

3 ଯେ ଗୋବଧ କରେ, ସେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ହତ୍ୟାକାରୀ ପରି ହୁଏ; ଯେ ମେଷଶାବକ ବଳିଦାନ କରେ, ସେ କୁକ୍କୁର ବେକ କାଟି ପକାଇବା ଲୋକ ପରି ହୁଏ; ଯେ ନୈବେଦ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରେ, ସେ ଶୂକର ରକ୍ତ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ଲୋକ ପରି ହୁଏ; ଯେ କୁନ୍ଦୁରୁ ଜ୍ୱଳାଏ, ସେ ଦେବତାର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କରିବା ଲୋକ ପରି ହୁଏ; ହଁ, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ପଥ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାଣ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବିଷୟରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହୁଏ;

He that killeth an ox [is as if] he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, [as if] he cut off a dog’s neck; he that offereth an oblation, [as if he offered] swine’s blood; he that burneth incense, [as if] he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations.

4 ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିଜନକ ବିଷୟ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବା ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭୟର ବିଷୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଘଟାଇବା; କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଡାକିଲା ବେଳେ କେହି ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ ନାହିଁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ କଥା କହିଲା ବେଳେ ସେମାନେ ଶୁଣିଲେ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ଯାହା ଆମ୍ଭ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ମନ୍ଦ, ତାହା ସେମାନେ କଲେ ଓ ଯହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ସନ୍ତୋଷ ନାହିଁ, ତାହା ସେମାନେ ମନୋନୀତ କଲେ।”

I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose [that] in which I delighted not.

5 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟରେ କମ୍ପମାନ ହେଉଅଛ ଯେ “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣ; ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଯେଉଁ ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭ ନାମ ସକାଶେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୂର କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ କହିଅଛନ୍ତି, ‘ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଆନନ୍ଦ ଦେଖି ପାରିବା, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମହିମାନ୍ୱିତ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ;’ ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେବେ।

Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.

6 ନଗରରୁ କଳହର ରବ, ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ରବ, ଯେ ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦିଅନ୍ତି, ସେହି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ରବ!

A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that rendereth recompence to his enemies.

7 ବେଦନାର ପୂର୍ବେ ସେ ପ୍ରସବ କଲା; ଗର୍ଭବେଦନା ଆସିବା ପୂର୍ବେ ପୁତ୍ରସନ୍ତାନ ଭୂମିଷ୍ଠ ହେଲା।

Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.

8 ଏପ୍ରକାର କଥା କିଏ ଶୁଣିଅଛି? ଏପ୍ରକାର କଥା କିଏ ଦେଖିଅଛି? ଏକ ଦିନରେ କି କୌଣସି ଦେଶର ଜନ୍ମ ହେବ? କୌଣସି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟ ଲୋକେ କି ଏକାବେଳେ ଜନ୍ମ ହେବେ? ସିୟୋନ ଗର୍ଭବେଦନା ପାଇବା ମାତ୍ରେ, ସେ ଆପଣା ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ପ୍ରସବ କଲା।

Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? [or] shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.

9 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରସବକାଳ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ କରି କି ପ୍ରସବ କରାଇବା ନାହିଁ? ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କହନ୍ତି, ପ୍ରସବ କରାଉ ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ କି ଗର୍ଭରୋଧ କରିବା?

Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut [the womb]? saith thy God.

10 ହେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ପ୍ରେମକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହା ସହିତ ଆନନ୍ଦ କର ଓ ତାହା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କର; ତାହା ବିଷୟରେ ଶୋକକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ସକାଶୁ ତାହା ସହିତ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କର;

Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her:

11 ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାର ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନାରୂପ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ କରି ତୃପ୍ତ ହେବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ଦୁହିଁ ତାହାର ଐଶ୍ୱର୍ଯ୍ୟର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟରେ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହେବ।”

That ye may suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.

12 କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, “ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ଆଡ଼କୁ ନଦୀ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଶାନ୍ତି ଓ ଉଚ୍ଛୁଳିବା ସ୍ରୋତ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ନାନା ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଐଶ୍ୱର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବହାଇବା, ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତହିଁରୁ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ କରିବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବାହୁରେ ବୁହାଯିବ ଓ ଆଣ୍ଠୁ ଉପରେ ନଚାଯିବ।

For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon [her] sides, and be dandled upon [her] knees.

13 ଯେପରି ଜଣକୁ ତାହାର ମାତା ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା କରେ, ସେହିପରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ପାଇବ।

As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.

14 ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହା ଦେଖିବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ହୃଦୟ ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ହେବ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅସ୍ଥି ନବୀନ ତୃଣ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ସତେଜ ହେବ; ପୁଣି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ହସ୍ତ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦାସମାନଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେବ ଓ ସେ ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ କୋପାନ୍ୱିତ ହେବେ।

And when ye see [this], your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and [his] indignation toward his enemies.

15 କାରଣ ଦେଖ, ମହାତାପରେ ଆପଣାର କ୍ରୋଧ ଓ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣା ଭର୍ତ୍ସନା ପ୍ରତିଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ସହକାରେ ଆଗମନ କରିବେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ରଥସବୁ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବାୟୁ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ହେବ।

For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

16 କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଓ ଆପଣା ଖଡ୍ଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଯାବତୀୟ ମର୍ତ୍ତ୍ୟ ସହିତ ବିବାଦ ନିଷ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବେ; ତହିଁରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ହତ ଲୋକ ଅନେକ ହେବେ।

For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.

17 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଏକ ଜଣର ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍‍ ଉଦ୍ୟାନକୁ ଯିବା ପାଇଁ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପବିତ୍ର ଓ ଶୁଚି କରନ୍ତି, ଶୂକର ମାଂସ ଓ ଘୃଣ୍ୟ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଓ ମୂଷା ଖାଆନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ଏକତ୍ର ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହେବେ।

They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one [tree] in the midst, eating swine’s flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.

18 କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କ୍ରିୟା ଓ କଳ୍ପନାସବୁ ଜାଣୁ; ସର୍ବଦେଶୀୟ ଓ ଭାଷାବାଦୀ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବାର ସମୟ ଆସୁଅଛି ଓ ସେମାନେ ଆସି ଆମ୍ଭର ମହିମା ଦେଖିବେ।

For I [know] their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.

19 ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ଚିହ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ରକ୍ଷାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନାନା ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ, ତର୍ଶୀଶ, ପୂଲ୍‍ ଓ ଲୁଦ୍‍, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଧନୁର୍ଦ୍ଧାରୀ, ତୁବଲ୍‍ ଓ ଯବନ, ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଯେଉଁ ଦୂରସ୍ଥ ଦ୍ୱୀପଗଣ ଆମ୍ଭର ସୁଖ୍ୟାତି ବିଷୟ କେବେ ଶୁଣି ନାହାନ୍ତି, କିଅବା ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରତାପ ଦେଖି ନାହାନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ପ୍ରେରଣ କରିବା ଓ ସେମାନେ ନାନା ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ମହିମା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବେ।

And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them unto the nations, [to] Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, [to] Tubal, and Javan, [to] the isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.

20 ପୁଣି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଯେପରି ଶୁଚି ପାତ୍ରରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ ଉପହାର ଆଣନ୍ତି, ସେହିପରି ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଭ୍ରାତା ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉପହାର ନିମନ୍ତେ, ସର୍ବଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଶ୍ୱ, ରଥ ଓ ଚୌଦଳ, ଖଚର ଓ ଦ୍ରୁତଗାମୀ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପବିତ୍ର ପର୍ବତ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଆଣିବେ।

And they shall bring all your brethren [for] an offering unto the LORD out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the LORD, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the LORD.

21 ଆହୁରି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଲେବୀୟ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଲୋକ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା, ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।

And I will also take of them for priests [and] for Levites, saith the LORD.

22 କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ନୂତନ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଓ ନୂତନ ପୃଥିବୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା, ତାହା ଯେପରି ଆମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ହେବ, ସେହିପରି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବଂଶ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ନାମ ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ହେବ, ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।

For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.

23 ଆଉ, ଏକ ଅମାବାସ୍ୟାଠାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅମାବାସ୍ୟା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଓ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ରାମବାରଠାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ବିଶ୍ରାମବାର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଯାବତୀୟ ମର୍ତ୍ତ୍ୟ ଆମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଭଜନା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆସିବେ, ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।

And it shall come to pass, [that] from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.

24 ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ବାହାରେ ଯାଇ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଅଧର୍ମ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଶବ ଦେଖିବେ; କାରଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କୀଟ ମରିବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅଗ୍ନି ନିର୍ବାଣ ହେବ ନାହିଁ; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତ ମର୍ତ୍ତ୍ୟର ଘୃଣାସ୍ପଦ ହେବେ।”

And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.
