भजनसंग्रह 52
1 हे वीर मानिस, दुःख दिनमा तिमी किन घमण्ड गर्छौ? परमेश्वरको करारको विश्वस्तता हरेक दिन आउँछ ।
To the chief Musician: an instruction. Of David; when Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said unto him, David came to the house of Ahimelech. Why boastest thou thyself in evil, thou mighty man? The loving-kindness of God [abideth] continually.
2 छलपूर्ण रूपले काम गरेर तिम्रो जिब्रोले धारिलो छुराले जस्तै विनाशको योजना बनाउँछ ।
Thy tongue deviseth mischievous things, like a sharp razor, practising deceit.
3 तिमीले असलभन्दा खराब र धार्मिकताभन्दा झुट बोल्न रुचाउँछौ । सेला
Thou hast loved evil rather than good, lying rather than to speak righteousness. (Selah)
4 तँ चली जिब्रो, तँ अरूलाई निल्ने सबै कुराहरू रुचाउँछस् ।
Thou hast loved all devouring words, O deceitful tongue!
5 परमेश्वरले तँलाई त्यसरी नै सदासर्वदाको निम्ति नाश पार्नुहुनेछ । उहाँले तँलाई माथि उठाउनुहुनेछ, तेरो पालबाट तँलाई निकाल्नुहुनेछ र जीवितहरूको देशबाट तँलाई उखेल्नुहुनेछ । सेला
God shall likewise destroy thee for ever; he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of [thy] tent, and root thee out of the land of the living. (Selah)
6 धर्मीहरूले यो देख्नेछन् र भय मान्नेछन् । तिनीहरूले त्यसलाई हाँसो उडाउनेछन् र यसो भन्नेछन्,
The righteous also shall see, and fear, and shall laugh at him, [saying, ]
7 “हेर, यो मानिसले परमेश्वरलाई आफ्नो शरणस्थान बनाएन, तर त्यसले आफ्नो समपत्तिको प्रशस्ततामा भरोसा गर्यो । र त्यसले अरूको विनाश गर्दा त्यो बलियो थियो ।”
Behold the man that made not God his strength, but put confidence in the abundance of his riches, [and] strengthened himself in his avarice.
8 तर मेरो बारेमा, परमेश्वरको मन्दिरमा म हरियो जैतूनको रूखजस्तो छु । म परमेश्वरको करारको विश्वस्ततामा सदासर्वदा भरोसा गर्नेछु ।
But as for me, I am like a green olive-tree in the house of God: I will confide in the loving-kindness of God for ever and ever.
9 तपाईंले जे गर्नुभएको छ त्यसको निम्ति म तपाईंलाई सदासर्वदा धन्यवाद चढाउनेछु । तपाईंका भक्तजनहरूका उपस्थितिमा म तपाईंको नाउँको आसा गर्नेछु, किनकि यो असल हो ।
I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done [it]; and I will wait on thy name, before thy godly ones, for it is good.
