1 Palyo sabato iyomwike, Mariam Magdalena ni Mariamu mao bake Yakobo ni Salome, bapemike manukato ganoike, ili baise kupakaya mauta yega wa Yesu kwaajili ya kunsika.
And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the [mother] of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
2 Meke, bwamba lisiku ya kwanza ya juma, bayeyi kuli kaburi palyo lisoba lipii.
And very early in the morning, the first [day] of the week, they came to the sepulcher at the rising of the sun:

And they said among themselves, Who shall roll away for us the stone from the door of the sepulcher?
4 Ya kulola, kuba mmona mundu kalipiya libwe, labi likolo muno.
(And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away) for it was very great.
5 Kabayingiya mulikaburi ni kummona mwinsembe aweti joho leupe atami mmalyo, kabakaganywa.
And entering into the sepulcher, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were frightened.
6 Kabaakokeya kana n'yope, mumpala Yesu, wa Nazarethi aliye sulubiwa ayokike! ntopo pano lola palyo baibambei.
And he saith to them, Be not frightened: ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him:
7 Yendaye mkaabakiye benepunzi bake ni Petro kuba alongolile Galilaya, mwammona ako kati yaa abakiye”.
But go, tell his disciples and Peter, that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said to you.
8 Baaaboi ni kubutuka kuoma kulikaburi kabalendema ni kukanganya. Bakoiye kwa kilebe kwa mundu yeyote ywa mwalo bale yogopa muno.
And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulcher; for they trembled, and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any [man]; for they were afraid.

[And] she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, believed not.
12 kuoma hapo, kaitokeya kwa namna yenge kwa benge abele kabatyanga kuoma kati ya nchi.
After that, he appeared in another form to two of them, as they were walking and going into the country.
13 Bayei ni kuakokeya benepunzi benge baingile lakini baaminike kwaa.
And they went and told [it] to the residue: neither believed they them.
14 Yesu kapita kwa balyo komi ni yimo bai baegami meza, nikabakoya kwa kutoamini kwabe ni kunonopa kwabe kwa mayo, mwalo hawa kuwaamini balyo babweni baada ya kuyoka kuoma kwa wafu.
Afterward he appeared to the eleven, as they sat at table, and upbraided them with their unbelief, and hardness of heart, because they believed not them who had seen him after he was risen.
15 Kabaakokeya “Eyendaye mkahubiri injili Dunia nsima na kwa ilebe yoti.
And he said to them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 Ywaa aamini ni kubatizwa aokolewa, ni ywa aamini kwaa aahukumiwa.
He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 Ishara yeno ya yendana ni balyo bote waamonio. Kwa lina lyango bapiya nsela. kabakoya kwa lugha ya ayambe.
And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak in new languages;
18 Kabakamwa nyoka kwa maboko gabe, hata mana banyii kilebe sosote sa kufisha kiadhuru kwaa. baabeka maboko kwaa abinye, ni benmbe babaakoto.”
They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 Baada ya Bwana kukoya nabo, katolwa kunani mbinguni na atami luboko lwa mmulyo wa Nnongo.
So then after the Lord had spoken to them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20 Benepunzi baboi ni kuyenda kuhubiri kila pandu, Bwana katenda nabo kazi ni kuthibitisha liyaulyo kwa miujiza ni ishara kaikota.
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
