1 Timotheo 1
1 Paulo ntumwa wa kirisitu Yesu, lingana na amri ya Nnungu na ywatukombweke Yesu Kirisitu yasili witu, wenga wa mwana wangu
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Savior, and Lord Jesus Christ, [who is] our hope;
2 Timotheo wa kweli katika aminia, Nema lwungo na amani yaibuka kwa Nnungu Tate bitu na Kirisitu Ngwana witu.
To Timothy, [my] own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, [and] peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.
3 kati mwatukulobite pamibai yenda makedonia, wigale efeso lenga panga uweze kwa lasimisa bandu fulani kenebapundise mapundiso genge.
As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine,
4 Kae kenebapekani omo na isabu ya uyomani yange mwisho. aga gasababisa sindana sana kuliko kwa yangatiya yundeleza mpango wa mnongo wa imani.
Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith; [so do].
5 bai niya langya nya kwa upenda waupitya mumwongo sati muzamili inanoga na muiimani ya kweti.
Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and [of] a good conscience, and [of] faith unfeigned:
6 Baadhi ya bandu balikosike lengo ngaba galeka mapundisho hanga na galambu kiiya malongulo ga kilalo.
From which some having swerved, have turned aside to vain jangling;
7 Bapendi panga balimu ba sheria, lakini batangitekwa gabalogula ao chabasisitiza.
Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor concerning what they affirm.
8 Lakini twatangite panga sheria ni inanoga manamundu aitumwa kinanoga.
But we know that the law [is] good, if a man useth it lawfully;
9 tutangike panga, sheria yatonilwe kwaanyili ya mundu mwenehaki ila kwasbabu ya tekwana sheria na baasi, bandu bange acha nuongo na bene dhambi na baba kotwike ba na nuongo na ubou. itongwile kwaajili ya bababulanga akina tante na babe na akina mau babe kwaajili ya abulangi.
Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers, and murderers of mothers, for man-slayers,
10 kitumbu Cha umalaya, kwa ajili ya baru babateka bandu na kuwapanga atumwa, sababu ya uboso kwaajili yo sindana, ubosu na ywoywote ywabile kisongu na ukweli.
For lewd persons, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for men-stealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine,
11 maelekezo ga'gabukana na Injili gene hemimaya Nnongo gagabalikilye nagoga baga aminile.
According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
12 Nenda kunshukuru Yesu Kirisitu Nngwana wangu ywonipei ngupu Mana anibalangi nenga panga na mwaminifu na kunibeka uduma.
And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;
13 nai na mundu wokupulu, nai mundu watesa, nai namundu wa puyo. Ila napatike lwongo sababu ya ulalo kwa kutoka aminiwa.
Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did [it] ignorantly in unbelief:
14 Lakini nema ya Nnongo witu itwilile upendo wabile mean Yesu Kirisitu.
And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
15 Habari yeya kwiamini ninayenda staili na kwipokya kwa boti, Mana Yesu aisi pa Dunia kwalopoa bene sambi. nee na mmbaya kuliko boti.
This [is] a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all long-suffering, for a pattern to them who should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. (aiōnios g166)
17 Nana mbiyambino kwa mtawala ywange mwiso ywangali was ywana ubonekana Nnongo ywakisake Ibe isima na utukupu wageyomoka miaka na miaka. Amina. (aiōn g165)
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, God the only wise, [be] honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
18 Nenada kulangwa wenga wa Timotheo, mwana wangu. Nipanga nyanya lingana na unabii wabapitiyite apo zamani lenga wenga, ube mu ngondo inanoga.
This charge I commit to thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mayest war a good warfare;
19 Upange nyo linga ube na imani na zamili inanoga, kwabinabandu banikana na atikwa angamisa kwa Imani.
Holding faith and a good conscience; which some having put away, concerning faith have made shipwreck:
20 Kati mwana pangite himeneyo na Alekizanda banapei setani apundise kene bakana kufuru.
Of whom is Hymeneus and Alexander; whom I have delivered to Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.
