ရောမ 8
1 ၁ ဘုရားသခင်ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူသောကြောင့် ယေရှုခရစ်၌တည်၍၊ ဇာတိပကတိအတိုင်းမကျင့်၊ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိအတိုင်း ကျင့်သောသူတို့သည် အပြစ်စီရင်ခြင်း နှင့် လွတ်ကြ၏။
There is, therefore, now no condemnation for those who are in union with Christ Jesus;
2 ၂ ယေရှုခရစ်၌တည်၍ အသက်ရှင်စေသော ဝိညာဉ်တော်၏တရားသည် အပြစ်တရား၏ လက်မှ၎င်း၊ သေခြင်းတရား၏လက်မှ၎င်း၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်လွှတ်ပြီ။
for through your union with Christ Jesus, the Law of the life-giving Spirit has set you free from the Law of sin and death.
3 ၃ ဇာတိပကတိကြောင့် ပညတ်တရားသည် အားနည်း၍ မတတ်နိုင်သောအမှုကို ဘုရားသခင်ပြု တော်မူခြင်းငှါ၊ အပြစ်နှင့်ပြည့်စုံသော ဇာတိပကတိ၏ သဏ္ဌာန်ကို ဆောင်သော မိမိသားတော်ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မူ၍၊ အပြစ်ဖြေဘို့ရာဇာတိပကတိ၌ အပြစ်ကို ဒဏ်ပေးတော်မူ၏။
What Law could not do, in so far as our earthly nature weakened its action, God did, by sending his own Son, with a nature resembling our sinful nature, to atone for sin. He condemned sin in that earthly nature,
4 ၄ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဇာတိပကတိအတိုင်းမကျင့်၊ ဝိညာဉ်ပကတိအတိုင်း ကျင့်သောငါတို့သည်၊ တရား၌ ပါသောပညတ်တို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက်မည်အကြောင်းတည်း။
so that the requirements of the Law might be satisfied in us who live now in obedience, not to our earthly nature, but to the Spirit.
5 ၅ ဇာတိပကတိရှိသောသူတို့သည် ဇာတိပကတိ နှင့် စပ်ဆိုင်သော အရာတို့ကိုစွဲလမ်းသော စိတ်သဘော ရှိကြ၏။ ဝိညာဉ်ပကတိရှိသော သူတို့မူကား၊ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိနှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်သောအရာတို့ကို စွဲလမ်းသော စိတ်သဘောရှိကြ၏။
They who follow their earthly nature are earthly-minded, while they who follow the Spirit are spiritually minded.
6 ၆ ဇာတိပကတိစိတ်သဘောသည် သေခြင်းအကြောင်းဖြစ်၏။ ဝိညာဉ်ပကတိစိတ်သဘောသည် အသက်ရှင်ခြင်းအကြောင်းနှင့် ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းအကြောင်း ဖြစ်၏။
To be earthly-minded means death, to be spiritually minded means life and peace;
7 ၇ အဘယ်ကြောင့်နည်းဟူမူကား၊ ဇာတိပကတိ စိတ်သဘောသည် ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ဖြစ်၏။ ဘုရးသခင်၏ တရားတော်အလို သို့မလိုက်တတ်။ ထိုမျှမကမလိုက်နိုင်။
because to be earthly-minded is to be an enemy to God, for such a mind does not submit to the Law of God, nor indeed can it do so.
They who are earthly cannot please God.
9 ၉ သို့သော်လည်း ဘုရားသခင် ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် သင်တို့အထဲ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူလျှင်၊ သင်တို့သည် ဇာတိပကတိဘက်၌ရှိကြသည်မဟုတ်။ ဝိညာဉ်ပကတိဘက်၌ ရှိကြ၏။ ခရစ်တော်၏ဝိညာဉ်ကိုမရသော သူမည်သည်ကား ခရစ်တော်နှင့်မဆိုင်။
You, however, are not earthly but spiritual, since the Spirit of God lives within you. Unless a person has the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ;
10 ၁၀ ခရစ်တော်သည် သင်တို့အထဲ၌ရှိတော်မူလျှင်၊ ကိုယ်ကာယသည် အပြစ်ကြောင့်အသေဖြစ်သော်လည်း ဝိညာဉ်မူကား ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းကြောင့် အသက်ရှင်လျက်ရှိ၏။
but, if Christ is within you, then, though the body is dead as a consequence of sin, the spirit is life as a consequence of righteousness.
11 ၁၁ ထိုမျှမက၊ ယေရှုကိုသေခြင်းမှ ထမြောက်စေတော်မူသော ဘုရား၏ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် သင်တို့ အထဲ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ်တော်မူလျှင်၊ ခရစ်တော်ကို သေခြင်းမှ ထမြောက်စေတော်မူသော ဘုရားသည် သင်တို့အထဲ၌ ကျိန်းဝတ်သောမိမိဝိညာဉ်တော်အားဖြင့်၊ သေတတ်သော သင်တို့၏ ကိုယ်ကာယကိုပင် ရှင်စေတော်မူမည်။
And, if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead lives within you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will give life even to your mortal bodies, through his Spirit living within you.
12 ၁၂ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ငါတို့သည်ဇာတိပကတိအတိုင်းကျင့်ရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ဇာတိပကတိ၏ ကျွန် ဖြစ်ကြသည်မဟုတ်။
So then, friends, we owe nothing to our earthly nature, that we should live in obedience to it.
13 ၁၃ သင်တို့သည် ဇာတိပကတိအတိုင်းအသက်ရှင်လျှင် သေရကြမည်။ ဝိညာဉ်တော်အားဖြင့် ကိုယ်ကာယ ၏အကျင့်တို့ကို သေစေလျှင် အသက်ရှင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။
If you live in obedience to your earthly nature, you will inevitably die; but if, by the power of the Spirit, you put an end to the evil habits of the body, you will live.
All who are guided by the Spirit of God are children of God.
15 ၁၅ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သင်တို့သည် တဖန်ကြောက် ရွံ့တတ်သော ကျွန်၏သဘောကို ရကြသည်မဟုတ်။ အဗ္ဗအဘဟုခေါ်ရသောအခွင့်နှင့် သားဖြစ်ခြင်း၏ သဘောကိုရကြပြီ။
For you did not receive the spirit of a slave, to fill you once more with fear, but the spirit of a child by adoption, which leads us to cry “Abba, our Father.”
The Spirit himself unites with our spirits in bearing witness to our being God’s children,
17 ၁၇ သားမှန်လျှင်အမွေခံ၊ ဘုရားသခင်၏ အမွေခံဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ခရစ်တော်နှင့်အတူ ဘုန်းဝင်စားမည် အကြောင်း၊ ထိုသခင်နှင့်အတူ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကိုခံရလျှင်၊ ထိုသခင်နှင့်ဆက်ဆံသောအမွေခံလည်းဖြစ်ကြ၏။
and if children, then heirs – heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ, since we share Christ’s sufferings in order that we may also share his glory.
18 ၁၈ ငါတို့အား ပေါ်ထွန်းလတံ့သော ဘုန်းကိုထောက်သော်၊ ယခုမျက်မှောက်ကာလ၌ ခံရသော ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကို ပမာဏမပြုထိုက်ဟု ငါသဘောရှိ၏။
I do not count the sufferings of our present life worthy of mention when compared with the glory that is to be revealed and bestowed on us.
All nature awaits with eager expectation the appearing of the sons of God.
For nature was made subject to imperfection – not by its own choice, but owing to him who made it so –
21 ၂၁ ဘုရားသခင်သားထူးမြတ်သော လွှတ်ခြင်း ချမ်းသာတည်းဟူသော ဖေါက်ပြန်ပျက်စီးခြင်း အနှောင် အဖွဲ့မှ ကယ်လွှတ်ခြင်း ချမ်းသာကို ဝင်စားမည်ဟု မြော်လင့်ရသော အခွင့်ကိုပေး၍အနိစ္စနိုင်ငံသို့ လိုက်စေ တော်မူသောသူ၏ အလိုတော်ကြောင့်သာ လိုက်ရ၏။
yet not without the hope that some day nature, also, will be set free from enslavement to decay, and will attain to the freedom which will mark the glory of the children of God.
22 ၂၂ ဤလောကတနိုင်ငံလုံးသည် ယခုတိုင်အောင် တညီတညွတ်တည်းညည်းတွား၍ ဆင်းရဲခြင်းဝေဒနာကို ခံရသည်ဟုငါတို့သိကြ၏။
We know, indeed, that all nature alike has been groaning in the pains of labour to this very hour.
23 ၂၃ ထိုမျှမကဝိညာဉ်တော်၏ ကျေးဇူးတော် အစအဦးကို ခံပြီးသော ငါတို့သည်လည်း၊ သားအရာ၌ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းအကြောင်းတည်းဟူသော ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ ရွေးနှုတ်ခြင်းချမ်းသာကို မြော်လင့်၍၊ စိတ်နှလုံးအထဲ၌ ညည်းတွားလျက်နေကြ၏။
And not nature only; but we ourselves also, though we have already a first gift of the Spirit – we ourselves are inwardly groaning, while we eagerly await our full adoption as sons – the redemption of our bodies.
24 ၂၄ ငါတို့သည် မြော်လင့်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြ၏။ မြော်လင့်သောအရာကို တွေ့မြင်လျှင် မြော်လင့်စရာ အကြောင်းမရှိ။ တွေ့မြင်သော အရာကိုအဘယ်ကြောင့် မြော်လင့်ရမည်နည်း။
By our hope we were saved. But the thing hoped for is no longer an object of hope when it is before our eyes; for who hopes for what is before his eyes?
25 ၂၅ ငါတို့သည် မတွေ့မမြင်သောအရာကို မြော်လင့်လျှင်မူကား၊ ထိုအရာကိုသည်းခံသောစိတ်နှင့် ငံ့လင့်၍ နေကြ၏။
But when we hope for what is not before our eyes, then we wait for it with patience.
26 ၂၆ ထိုမှတပါး၊ ငါတို့မတတ်နိုင်သောအရာမှာ ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် မစတော်မူ၏။ ငါတို့သည်ဆုတောင်း သင့်သည်အတိုင်း အဘယ်ဆုကို တောင်းရမည်ဟုမသိကြ။ သို့ရာတွင် ငါတို့ဆုတောင်းခြင်းအမှုကို နှုတ်မမြွက်နိုင်သော ညည်းတွားခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် စောင့်မတော်မူ၏။
So, also, the Spirit supports us in our weakness. We do not even know how to pray as we should; but the Spirit himself pleads for us in sighs that can find no utterance.
27 ၂၇ စိတ်နှလုံးကို စစ်တော်မူသောသူသည်လည်း ဝိညာဉ်တော်၏ စိတ်သဘောကိုသိတော်မူ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသူတို့၏ ဆုတောင်းခြင်းအမှုကို ဘုရားသခင်၏အလိုတော်နှင့် အညီစောင့်မ တော်မူ၏။
Yet he who searches all our hearts knows what the Spirit’s meaning is, because the pleadings of the Spirit for Christ’s people are in accordance with his will.
28 ၂၈ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချစ်သောသူတည်းဟူသော ကြံစည်တော်မူခြင်းအတိုင်း ခေါ်တော်မူသောသူတို့၏ အကျိုးကို ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့သည် တညီတညွတ်တည်း ပြုစုကြသည်ကို ငါတို့သိကြ၏။
But we do know that God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love him – those who have received the call in accordance with his purpose.
29 ၂၉ ဘုရားသခင်၏သားတော်သည် အများသော ညီတို့တွင် သားဦးဖြစ်တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း၊ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ရှေ့မဆွကသိတော်မူသော သူတို့ကို သားတော်၏ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်နှင့်တညီတည်း ဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှါ ရှေ့မဆွက ခွဲခန့်မှတ်သားတော်မူ၏။
For those whom God chose from the first he also destined from the first to be transformed into likeness to his Son, so that his Son might be the eldest among many brothers and sisters.
30 ၃၀ ထိုသို့ ခွဲခန့်မှတ်သားနှင့်သောသူတို့ကို ခေါ်တော်မူ၏။ ခေါ်တော်မူသော သူတို့ကိုလည်း ဖြောင့်မတ်ရာ၌ တည်စေတော်မူ၏။ ထိုသို့ တည်စေတော်မူသော သူတို့ကိုလည်း ချီးမြှောက်တော်မူ၏။
And those whom God destined for this he also called; and those whom he called he also pronounced righteous; and those whom he pronounced righteous he also brought to glory.
31 ၃၁ သို့ဖြစ်၍ ဤအရာများတို့၌ အဘယ်သို့ ပြောစရာရှိသနည်း။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ငါတို့ဘက်၌ ရှိတော်မူလျှင်၊ အဘယ်သူသည် ငါတို့တဘက်၌ နေနိုင်မည်နည်း။
What are we to say, then, in the light of all this? If God is on our side, who can there be against us?
32 ၃၂ မိမိသားတော်ရင်းကို မနှမြောဘဲ၊ ငါတို့ရှိသမျှ အဘို့အလိုငှါ စွန့်တော်မူသောသူသည်၊ သားတော်နှင့် တကွ ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့ကို ငါတို့အားမပေးဘဲ အဘယ်သို့ နေတော်မူမည်နည်း။
God did not withhold his own Son, but gave him up on behalf of us all; will he not, then, with him, freely give us all things?
33 ၃၃ ဘုရားသခင်ရွေးကောက်တော်မူသော သူတို့ကို အဘယ်သူသည် အပြစ်တင်မည်နည်း။ ဖြောင့်မတ်ရာ ၌တည်စေသောသူကား ဘုရားသခင်ပေတည်း။
Who will bring a charge against any of God’s people? He who pronounces them righteous is God!
34 ၃၄ အပြစ်စီရင်သောသူကား အဘယ်သူနည်း။ အသေခံ၍ခံသည်သာမက၊ သေခြင်းမှထမြောက်၍ ဘုရားသခင်၏ လက်ျာတော်ဘက်၌နေလျက်၊ ငါတို့ အဘို့ဆုတောင်းသောသူကား ခရစ်တော်ပေတည်း။
Who is there to condemn them? He who died for us is Christ Jesus! – or, rather, it was he who was raised from the dead, and who is now at God’s right hand and is even pleading on our behalf!
Who is there to separate us from the love of the Christ? Will trouble, or difficulty, or persecution, or hunger, or nakedness, or danger, or the sword?
36 ၃၆ အကယ်စင်စစ် ကိုယ်တော်အတွက် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အစဉ်မပြတ်အသေသတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြပါ၏။ သတ်ဘို့ရာထားသော သိုးကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို သူတပါး မှတ်တတ်ကြပါ၏ဟု ကျမ်းစာလာသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ဆင်းရဲ ငြိုငြင်ခြင်း၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲနှိပ်စက်ခြင်း၊ မွတ်သိပ်ခြင်း၊ အဝတ်အချည်းစည်းရှိခြင်း၊ ဘေးနှင့်တွေ့ကြုံခြင်း၊ ကွပ်မျက် ခြင်းခံရသော်လည်း၊ ထိုအမှုတို့တွင် အဘယ်အမှုသည် ခရစ်တော်၏ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာတော်နှင့် ငါတို့ကို ကွာစေမည်နည်း။
Scripture says – “For your sake we are being killed all the day long, We are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 ၃၇ မကွာစေသည်သာမက၊ ငါတို့ကို ချစ်တော်မူသောသူ၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကြောင့်၊ ငါတို့သည် ထိုအမှု ခပ်သိမ်းတို့ကို ခံစဉ်တွင်ပင် အထူးသဖြင့် အောင်မြင်ကြ၏။
Yet amid all these things we more than conquer through him who loved us!
38 ၃၈ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သေခြင်းဖြစ်စေ၊ အသက်ရှင် ခြင်းဖြစ်စေ၊ ကောင်းကင်တမန်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အထွဋ်အမြတ် ဖြစ်စေ၊ အာဏာတန်ခိုးဖြစ်စေ၊ မျက်မှောက်အရာဖြစ်စေ၊ နောင်လာလတံ့သောအရာဖြစ်စေ၊
For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor archangels, nor the present, nor the future, nor any powers,
39 ၃၉ အမြင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အနိမ့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဤအရာမှစ၍ အဘယ်နိမ္မိတအရာမျှသည်၊ ငါတို့သခင်ယေရှုခရစ် အားဖြင့် ခံရသောဘုရားသခင်၏ မေတ္တာတော်နှင့် ငါတို့ကို မကွာစေနိုင်ဟု ငါသည်သဘောကျလျက်ရှိ၏။
nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God revealed in Christ Jesus, our Lord!
