ဆာလံ 51

1 ၁ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကျေးဇူးပြုချင်သော စေတနာ စိတ်တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုသနားတော်မူပါ။ စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း ကရုဏာများပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်လွန်ကျူးခြင်း အပြစ်ကိုဖြေတော်မူပါ။

For the end, a Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came to him, when he had gone to Bersabee. Have mercy upon me, O God, according to your great mercy; and according to the multitude of your compassions blot out my transgression.

2 ၂ ဒုစရိုက်အညစ်အကြေးကို အကုန်အစင် ဆေးကြော၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို သန့်ရှင်းစေတော်မူပါ။

Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

3 ၃ အကျွန်ုပ်လွန်ကျူးပါပြီဟု ဝန်ချလျက် ကိုယ် အပြစ်ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် အောက်မေ့လျက်နေပါ၏။

For I am conscious of mine iniquity; and my sin is continually before me.

4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပြစ်မှားပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုသာ ပြစ်မှား၍ မျက်မှောက်တော်၌ပင် မတရားသောအမှုကို ပြုပါပြီ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ မိန့်တော်မူချက်သည် ဖြောင့်ပါ၏။ တရားစီရင်တော်မူချက်သည် အပြစ်လွတ်ပါ၏။

Against you only have I sinned, and done evil before you: that you might be justified in your sayings, and might overcome when you are judged.

5 ၅ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မွေးစကပင် အပြစ်ပါလျက် ရှိ၏။ အမိဝမ်းထဲမှာ ပဋိသန္ဓေယူစဉ်ပင် အပြစ်စွဲ၏။

For, behold, I was conceived in iniquities, and in sins did my mother conceive me.

6 ၆ ဟုတ်မှန်ဖြောင့်မတ်သော စိတ်နှလုံးကို နှစ်သက် တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ စိတ်နှလုံးထဲမှာ ပညာကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။

For, behold, you love truth: you have manifested to me the secret and hidden things of your wisdom.

7 ၇ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စင်ကြယ်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ဟုဿုပ်ပင် ညွန့်နှင့် သန့်ရှင်းခြင်းမင်္ဂလာကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မိုဃ်းပွင့်ထက်သာ၍ ဖြူစေခြင်းငှါ ဆေးကြောတော် မူပါ။

You shall sprinkle me with hyssop, and I shall be purified: you shall wash me, and I shall be made whiter than snow.

8 ၈ စိတ်သက်သာဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း ရှိမည်အကြောင်း စကားကို အကျွန်ုပ်အားကြားစေတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလျှင်၊ ချိုးဖဲ့တော်မူသော အရိုးတို့သည် ရွှင်မြူးခြင်းရှိကြပါလိမ့် မည်။

You shall cause me to hear gladness and joy: the afflicted bones shall rejoice.

9 ၉ အကျွန်ုပ်လွန်ကျူးခြင်း ဒုစရိုက်တို့မှ မျက်နှာ တော်လွှဲ၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အပြစ်ရှိသမျှတို့ကိုလည်း ဖြေတော် မူပါ။

Turn away your face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

10 ၁၀ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အထဲ၌ စင်ကြယ် သောနှလုံးကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူပါ။ မြဲမြံတည်ကြည်သော သဘောကို အသစ်ပြုပြင်တော်မူပါ။

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit in my inward parts.

11 ၁၁ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အထံတော်ထဲက နှင်ထုတ်တော် မမူပါနှင့်။ သန့်ရှင်းသောဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို ရုပ်သိမ်းတော် မမူပါနှင့်။

Cast me not away from your presence; and remove not your holy Spirit from me.

12 ၁၂ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းနှင့်ယှဉ်သော ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း အခွင့်ကို ပြန်၍ ပေးသနားတော်မူပါ။ ကြည်ညိုသော စေတနာစိတ်သဘောသည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ထောက်မပါ စေသော။

Restore to me the joy of your salvation: establish me with your directing Spirit.

13 ၁၃ အကျွန်ုပ်သည်လည်း မတရားသောသူတို့အား တရားလမ်းကို ပြသသွန်သင်ပါမည်။ အပြစ်ရှိသော သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ထံသို့ ပြန်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။

[Then] will I teach transgressors your ways; and ungodly men shall turn to you.

14 ၁၄ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်တင်တော် မူသောဘုရား၊ လူအသက်ကို သတ်ခြင်းအပြစ်နှင့် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူပါ။ တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်တော်မူခြင်းကို အကျွန်ုပ်လျှာသည် ရွှင်လန်းစွာ သီချင်း ဆိုပါမည်။

Deliver me from blood-guiltiness, O God, the God of my salvation: [and] my tongue shall joyfully declare your righteousness.

15 ၁၅ အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ နှုတ်ကို ဖွင့်တော် မူပါ။ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်း၍ မြွက်ဆိုပါမည်။

O Lord, you shall open my lips; and my mouth shall declare your praise.

16 ၁၆ ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်းကို အလိုတော်မရှိ။ သို့မဟုတ် လျှင် ယဇ်ပူဇော်ပါမည်။ မီးရှို့သော ယဇ်ပူဇော်ခြင်းကိုပင် နှစ်သက်တော်မမူ။

For if you desired sacrifice, I would have given [it]: you will not take pleasure in whole burnt offerings.

17 ၁၇ ဘုရားသခင်နှစ်သက်တော်မူသော ယဇ်မူကား၊ ကျိုးပဲ့သောစိတ်ပေတည်း။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကျိုးပဲ့ကြေမွသော နှလုံးကို ငြင်းပယ်တော်မမူ တတ်ပါ။

Sacrifice to God is a broken spirit: a broken and humbled heart God will not despise.

18 ၁၈ စေတနာစိတ်တော်ရှိ၍ ဇိအုန်တောင်ကို ကျေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ရိုးကို တည်စေတော် မူပါ။

Do good, O Lord, to Sion in your good pleasure; and let the walls of Jerusalem be built.

19 ၁၉ ထိုအခါတရားသဖြင့် ပူဇော်သောယဇ်၊ မီးရှို့ သောယဇ်၊ တကိုယ်လုံးမီးရှို့သောယဇ်နှင့် မွေ့လျော်တော် မူလိမ့်မည်။ ထိုအခါ ယဇ်ပလ္လင်တော်ပေါ်မှာ နွားလား တို့ကို ယဇ်ပူဇော်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။ ဒါဝိဒ်သည် ဗာသရှေဘနှင့်မှားယွင်း၍၊ မရောဖက်နာသန်၏ဆုံးမခြင်း ကိုခံပြီးမှ စပ်ဆိုသောဆာလံ။

Then shall you be pleased with a sacrifice of righteousness, offering, and whole burnt sacrifices: then shall they offer calves upon your altar.
