ဆာလံ 24

1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မြေကြီးနှင့် မြေကြီးတန်ဆာ ကို၎င်း၊ လောကဓာတ်နှင့်လောကသားတို့ကို၎င်း၊ ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။

Of David. A psalm. The earth is the Lord’s and all that it holds, the world and those who live in it.

2 ၂ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထိုနေရာကို သမုဒ္ဒရာပေါ် မှာတည်၍၊ ရေများပေါ်မှာ မြဲမြံစေတော်မူပြီ။

For he founded it on the seas, and on the floods he sustains it.

3 ၃ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ တောင်တော်ပေါ်သို့ အဘယ်သူ သည် တက်ရမည်နည်း။ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်၌ အဘယ် သူသည် ရပ်နေရမည်နည်းဟူမူကား၊

Who may ascend the hill of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place?

4 ၄ သန့်ရှင်းသောလက်နှင့် ဖြူစင်သောနှလုံးရှိသော သူ၊ မုသာကိုမမှီဝဲ မဆည်းကပ်၊ မမှန်သောကျိန်ဆိုခြင်းကို မပြုသောသူသည်၊

The clean of hands, the pure of heart, who sets not their heart upon sinful things, nor swears with intent to deceive:

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ လက်တော်မှ ကောင်းကြီး မင်္ဂလာကို၎င်း၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်၏ လက်တော်မှ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရားကို၎င်း ခံရလိမ့်မည်။

they win from the Lord a blessing: God is their champion and saviour.

6 ၆ ထိုသူသည် ထာဝရဘုရားကို ရှာသောအမျိုး၊ မျက်နှာတော်ကို ရှာသောယာကုပ်အမျိုးဖြစ်သတည်း။

Such must be those who resort to him, and seek the face of the God of Jacob. (Selah)

7 ၇ အချင်းတံခါးတို့၊ တံခါးမုတ်ကိုကြွလိုက်ကြ။ အချင်းထာဝရတံခါးတို့၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကြွလိုက်ကြ။ ဘုန်းကြီး သောရှင်ဘုရင် ဝင်တော်မူမည်။

Lift high your heads, you gates – Higher, you ancient doors; welcome the glorious king.

8 ၈ ဘုန်းကြီးသောရှင်ဘုရင်ကား အဘယ်သူနည်း။ အစွမ်းတန်ခိုးနှင့် ပြည့်စုံတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရား၊ စစ်တိုက်ခြင်းငှါ တန်ခိုးကြီးတော်မူသော ထာဝရဘုရား ပေတည်း။

‘Who is the glorious king?’ ‘The Lord strong and heroic, the Lord heroic in battle.’

9 ၉ အချင်းတံခါးတို့၊ တံခါးမုတ်ကိုကြွလိုက်ကြ။ အချင်းထာဝရတံခါးတို့၊ ကိုယ်ကိုကြွလိုက်ကြ။ ဘုန်းကြီး သောရှင်ဘုရင်ဝင်တော်မူမည်။

10 ၁၀ ဘုန်းကြီးသောရှင်ဘုရင်ကား အဘယ်သူနည်း။ ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင်ထာဝရဘုရားပေတည်း။ ထိုဘုရားသည် ဘုန်းကြီးသောရှင်ဘုရင် ဖြစ်တော်မူ သတည်း။

‘Who is the glorious king?’ ‘The Lord, the God of hosts, he is the glorious king.’ (Selah)
