ဆာလံ 128

1 ၁ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့၍၊ လမ်းခရီးတော် သို့ လိုက်သွားသမျှသော သူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။

A song of ascents. Happy all who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways.

2 ၂ ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် သင်သည် မိမိလက်နှင့် လုပ် ဆောင်၍ရသော အစာကို စားရလိမ့်မည်။ မင်္ဂလာရှိ၍ ကောင်းစားရလိမ့်မည်။

You will eat what your hands have toiled for, and be happy and prosperous!

3 ၃ သင်၏မယားသည် သင့်အိမ်နားမှာ များစွာ အသီးသီးသော စပျစ်နွယ်ပင်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ သားသမီး တို့သည် သင့်စားပွဲပတ်လည်၌ စိုက်ပျိုးသော သံလွင်ပင် များကဲ့သို့၎င်း ဖြစ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

Like a fruitful vine shall your wife be in the innermost room of your house: your children, like olive shoots, round about your table.

4 ၄ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့သောသူသည် ထိုသို့ သော မင်္ဂလာရှိရလိမ့်မည်။

See! This is the blessing of the man who fears the Lord.

5 ၅ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဇိအုန်တောင်ပေါ်က ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူ၍၊ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့ခံရသော ကောင်းကျိုးကို တသက်လုံးမြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။

The Lord shall bless you from Zion. You will see Jerusalem nourish all the days of your life.

6 ၆ မိမိသားသမီးတို့၌ ဘွားမြင်သော သားသမီး တို့ကိုလည်း မြင်ရလိမ့်မည်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၌ ငြိမ်ဝပ် ခြင်း ရှိပါစေသော။

You will see your children’s children. Peace upon Israel.
