ဆာလံ 109

1 ၁ အကျွန်ုပ် ချီးမွမ်းသော ဘုရားသခင်၊ တိတ် ဆိတ်စွာနေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။

For the leader. Of David, a psalm. O God whom I praise, keep not silence;

2 ၂ မတရားသောသူနှင့် သစ္စာပျက်သော သူတို့ သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်၌နှုတ်ကိုဖွင့်၍၊ မုသားစကားကို ပြောဆိုကြပါ၏။

for their wicked mouths they have opened against me, they speak to me with tongues that are false,

3 ၃ မနာလိုသောစိတ်နှင့် စကားပြောလျက်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကိုဝိုင်း၍ အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ စစ်တိုက်ကြပါ၏။

they beset me with words of hatred, and fight without cause against me.

4 ၄ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ မေတ္တာအတွက် သူတို့သည် ရန်ဘက်ပြုကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား ပဌနာပြုလျက် နေပါ၏။

My love they requite with hostility, while for them I lift up my prayer.

5 ၅ အကျွန်ုပ်ပြုသော ကျေးဇူးအတွက် မကောင်း သောအပြစ်ကို၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မေတ္တာအတွက် မုန်းခြင်းကို ၎င်း ဆပ်ပေးကြပါ၏။

Evil for good they reward me, and hatred for my love.

6 ၆ ထိုသို့သော သူ၏အပေါ်မှာ မတရားသောသူကို ခန့်ထားတော်မူပါ။ သူ၏လက်ျားနားမှာ ရန်သူနေပါစေ။

‘Set over him one who is godless,’ they say, ‘an opponent at his right hand.

7 ၇ သူသည် တရားစီရင်ခြင်းကို ခံရာတွင်ရှုံးပါစေ။ သူပြုသော ပဌနာသည် ပြစ်မှားခြင်းဖြစ်ပါစေ။

From his trial let him come forth guilty, may his prayer be counted as sin.

8 ၈ သူ၏အသက်တိုပါစေ။ သူ၏အရာကိုလည်း အခြားသူရပါစေ။

Grant that his days may be few, that his office be seized by another.

9 ၉ သူ၏သားတို့သည် ဘသားဆိုး၊ မယားလည်း မုတ်ဆိုးမဖြစ်ပါစေ။

Grant that his children be fatherless, and that his wife be a widow.

10 ၁၀ သူ၏သားတို့သည် အရပ်ရပ်လည်၍ သူတောင်း စား ဖြစ်ကြပါစေ။ ပျက်စီးသော မိမိတို့နေရာများမှ ထွက်၍၊ အစာကိုရှာကြပါစေ။

Up and down may his children go begging, expelled from their desolate home.

11 ၁၁ သူ၌ရှိသမျှကို ကြွေးရှင်သိမ်းယူပါစေ။ သူလုပ် ၍ရသော ဥစ္စာကိုလည်း တပါးအမျိုးသား လုယူပါစေ။

May all that he owns be seized by the creditor may strangers plunder the fruits of his toil.

12 ၁၂ သူ၌ကျေးဇူးပြုသောသူ၊ သူ၏ဘသားဆိုး တို့ကို ကယ်မသနားသောသူ တယောက်မျှ မရှိစေနှင့်။

‘May none extend to him kindness, or pity his fatherless children.

13 ၁၃ သူ၏အနွှယ်သည် ပြတ်ပါစေ။ လူမျိုးဆင်းသက် ၍ တဆက်တည်းတွင်၊ သူတို့၏ နာမည်သည် ကျေပျောက် ပါစေ။

His descendants be doomed to destruction! Blotted out be his name in one generation!

14 ၁၄ သူ့ဘိုးဘေးတို့၏ ဒုစရိုက်ကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သတိရတော်မူပါစေ။ သူ့အမိ၏ အပြစ်သည် မဖြေပါစေနှင့်။

May his father’s guilt be remembered, and his mother’s sin not blotted out:

15 ၁၅ ထိုဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်သည် ထာဝရဘုရားရှေ့မှာ အစဉ်အမြဲ ထင်ရှား၍၊ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ထိုသူတို့ကို အောက်မေ့စရာ အမှတ်မျှ မရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ပယ်ရှင်းတော်မူ ပါစေ။

on record always before the Lord, and his memory root from the earth;

16 ၁၆ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ထိုသူသည် ကယ်မ သနားခြင်းငှါ သတိမရှိ။ ဆင်းရဲငတ်မွတ်၍ စိတ်ပျက် သောသူကို သေစေသည်တိုင်အောင် ညှဉ်းဆဲပြီ။

for he gave no thought to show kindness, but pursued the poor and the needy, drove the downhearted to death.

17 ၁၇ သူသည် ကျိန်ဆဲခြင်းကို နှစ်သက်သည်နှင့်အညီ၊ သူ့အပေါ်သို့ ရောက်ပါစေ။ ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာကို အလိုမရှိသည်အတိုင်း သူနှင့်ဝေးပါစေ။

‘May the curses he loved light upon him, may the blessings he loathed be afar.

18 ၁၈ အဝတ်ကို ဝတ်သကဲ့သို့ ကျိန်ဆဲခြင်းကို ဝတ်ရပါ စေ။ ရေကဲ့သို့ သူ၏ဝမ်းထဲသို့၎င်း၊ ဆီကဲ့သို့ သူ၏အရိုး ထဲသို့၎င်း ဝင်ပါစေ။

Like a garment he clothed him with curses; may they pierce to his inwards like water, and cling to his bones like oil.

19 ၁၉ သူ၏ကိုယ်ကိုခြုံသော အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့၎င်း၊ သူ၏ ခါး၌ အစဉ်စည်းသော ခါးစည်းကဲ့သို့၎င်း သူ၌ဖြစ်ပါစေ။

Let them be like the robe he wraps round him, like the belt he wears every day.’

20 ၂၀ ငါ၏ဝိညာဉ်တဘက်၌ မကောင်းသောစကားကို ပြောတတ်သော ငါ၏ရန်သူတို့သည် ထိုသို့သော အကျိုး ကို ထာဝရဘုရားထံ ခံရကြပါစေ။

Be this the reward of my adversaries, of those who speak evil against me.

21 ၂၁ အိုဘုရားရှင် ထာဝရဘုရား၊ နာမတော်အတွက် ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ်အမှုကို စောင့်တော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာတော် ကောင်းသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။

But you, Lord my God, be true to your name, deal kindly with me; in your gracious kindness save me.

22 ၂၂ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဆင်းရဲငတ်မွတ်ပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် အထဲ၌ နှလုံးနာလျက်ရှိပါ၏။

For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.

23 ၂၃ ရှည်လျားသော အရိပ်ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်ရွေ့သွား ပါ၏။ ကျိုင်းကောင်ကဲ့သို့ လှုပ်ရှားလျက်ရှိပါ၏။

I am gone like a lengthening shadow, I am shaken off like a locust.

24 ၂၄ အစာမစားဘဲ နေရသောကြောင့်၊ ဒူးဆစ်နုန့်နဲ့ ၍ အသားလည်း လျော့ပါ၏။

My knees totter from fasting, my flesh is shrivelled and spare.

25 ၂၅ အကျွန်ုပ်သည်လည်း သူတပါးတို့ ကဲ့ရဲ့စရာ အကြောင်းဖြစ်၍၊ သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မြင်သော အခါ၊ ခေါင်းညှိတ်ခြင်းကို ပြုကြပါ၏။

They heap insults upon me: when they see me, they shake their head.

26 ၂၆ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မစတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင် ကယ်တင်တော်မူပါ။

Help me, O Lord my God, and save me in your kindness.

27 ၂၇ ထိုအမှုသည် တန်ခိုးတော်ကြောင့်ဖြစ်၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရားတည်းဟူသော ကိုယ်တော်စီရင်တော်မူ သည်ဟု ထိုသူတို့သည် သိကြပါစေသော။

Teach them that this is your hand, and your own doing, O Lord.

28 ၂၈ ထိုသူတို့သည် ကျိန်ဆဲသော်လည်း၊ ကိုယ်တော်မူကား ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူပါ။ သူတို့သည် ထသောအခါ အရှက်ကွဲကြပါစေသော။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မူကား၊ ဝမ်းမြောက်ပါစေသော။

Let them curse, if only you bless. Put my assailants to shame, and make your servant glad.

29 ၂၉ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူတို့သည် ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်း အဝတ်ကိုဝတ်၍၊ စောင်နှင့်ခြုံသကဲ့သို့၊ မျက်နှာပျက်ခြင်း နှင့် ကိုယ်ကိုခြုံကြပါစေသော။

My opponents be clothed with dishonour, and wrapped in a robe of shame.

30 ၃၀ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် နှုတ်မြွက်၍၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ဂုဏ်ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို အလွန်ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။ များစွာသော သူတို့အလယ်မှာ ချီးမွမ်းပါမည်။

I give thanks to you, Lord, with loud voice, I give praise in the midst of the throng;

31 ၃၁ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဆင်းရဲသောသူ၏ ဝိညာဉ်ကို အပြစ်စီရင်သော သူတို့၏လက်မှ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းငှါ၊ သူ၏လက်ျာဘက်မှာရပ်၍ နေတော်မူတတ်၏။

for he stands by the poor, at his right hand, to save them from those who condemn them.
