1 ၁ အာဒံ၏သားစဉ်မြေးစက် စာရင်းဟုမူကား၊ လူကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသော ကာလ၌၊ မိမိပုံသဏ္ဍာန်နှင့် အညီ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၏။

This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created humankind, he made him in God's likeness.

2 ၂ လူယောက်ျားလူမိန်းမကို ဖန်ဆင်း၍၊ ကောင်းကြီးပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဖန်ဆင်းသောနေ့၌လည်း သူတို့ကို အာဒံအမည်ဖြင့် မှည့်တော်မူ၏။

He created them male and female, and blessed them, and called their name "humankind" on the day when they were created.

3 ၃ အာဒံသည် အသက်တရာ့သုံးဆယ်ရှိသော်၊ မိမိ ပုံသဏ္ဍာန်နှင့်အညီ သဏ္ဍာန်တည်းသားကိုမြင်ရ၍ ရှေသ အမည်ဖြင့် မှည့်လေ၏။

Adam lived two hundred and thirty years, and became the father of a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.

4 ၄ ရှေသကို ဘွားမြင်သောနောက် အာဒံသည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာ အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီးများကိုမြင်လေ၏။

The days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were seven hundred years, and he became the father of sons and daughters.

5 ၅ အာဒံသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်း ကိုးရာသုံးဆယ် စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။

All the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, then he died.

6 ၆ ရှေသသည် အသက်တရာငါးနှစ်ရှိသော်၊ သားဧနုတ်ကို မြင်လေ၏။

Seth lived two hundred and five years, and became the father of Enosh.

7 ၇ ဧနုတ်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ ရှေသသည် အနှစ် ရှစ်ရာခုနှစ်နှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီးများကို မြင်လေ ၏။

Seth lived after he became the father of Enosh seven hundred and seven years, and fathered sons and daughters.

8 ၈ ရှေလသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ တဆယ်နှစ်နှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။

All the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years, then he died.

9 ၉ ဧနုတ်သည် အသက်ကိုးဆယ်ရှိသော်၊ သား ကာဣနန်ကို မြင်လေ၏။

Enosh lived one hundred and ninety years, and became the father of Kenan.

10 ၁၀ ကာဣနန်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ ဧနုတ်သည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာတဆယ်ငါးနှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီးများ ကို မြင်လေ၏။

Enosh lived after he became the father of Kenan, seven hundred and fifteen years, and fathered sons and daughters.

11 ၁၁ ဧနုတ်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာငါးနှစ် စေ့သော်သေလေ၏။

All the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years, then he died.

12 ၁၂ ကာဣနန်သည် အသက်ခုနစ်ဆယ်ရှိသော်၊ သားမဟာလေလကို မြင်လေ၏။

Kenan lived one hundred and seventy years, and became the father of Mahalalel.

13 ၁၃ မဟာလေလဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ ကာဣနန်သည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာလေးဆယ်အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီး များကို မြင်လေ၏။

Kenan lived after he became the father of Mahalalel seven hundred and forty years, and fathered sons and daughters

14 ၁၄ ကာဣနန်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ တဆယ့်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။

and all the days of Kenan were nine hundred and ten years, then he died.

15 ၁၅ မဟာလေလသည် အသက်ခြောက်ဆယ့်ငါးနှစ် ရှိသော်၊ သားယာရက်ကို မြင်လေ၏။

Mahalalel lived one hundred and sixty-five years, and became the father of Jared.

16 ၁၆ ယာရက်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက် မဟာလေလသည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာသုံးဆယ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီးများကို မြင်လေ၏။

Mahalalel lived after he became the father of Jared seven hundred and thirty years, and fathered sons and daughters.

17 ၁၇ မဟာလေလသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းရှစ်ရာ ကိုးဆယ့်ငါးနှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏၊

All the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred and ninety-five years, then he died.

18 ၁၈ ယာရက်သည် အသက်တရာခြောက်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ် ရှိသော် သားနောက်ကိုမြင်လေ၏။

Jared lived one hundred and sixty-two years, and became the father of Hanokh.

19 ၁၉ ဧနောက်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက် ယာရက်သည် အနှစ်ရှစ်ရာ အသက်ရှင်၍၊ သားသမီးများကိုမြင်လေ၏။

Jared lived after he became the father of Hanokh eight hundred years, and fathered sons and daughters.

20 ၂၀ ယာရက်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ ခြောက်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။

All the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years, then he died.

21 ၂၁ ဧနောက်သည် အသက်ခြောက်ဆယ်ငါးနှစ် ရှိသော် သားမသုရှလကို မြင်လေ၏။

Hanokh lived one hundred and sixty-five years, and became the father of Methuselah.

22 ၂၂ မသုရှလဘွားမြင်သောနောက် ဧနောက်သည် အနှစ်သုံးရာပတ်လုံး ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်အတူသွားလာ၍ သားသမီးများကို မြင်လေ၏။

Hanokh walked with God after he became the father of Methuselah two hundred years, and fathered sons and daughters.

23 ၂၃ ဧနောက်အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းသုံးရာ ခြောက်ဆယ် ငါးနှစ်တည်း၊

All the days of Hanokh were three hundred and sixty-five years.

24 ၂၄ ဧနောက်သည် ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်အတူ သွားလာ၏။ နောက်တဖန် သူသည်မရှိ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဘုရား သခင် သိမ်းယူတော်မူသောကြောင့်တည်း။

Hanokh walked with God, and then he was not there, for God took him.

25 ၂၅ မသုရှလသည် အသက်တရာ့ရှစ်ဆယ်ခုနစ်နှစ် ရှိသော်၊ သား လာမက်ကို မြင်လေ၏။

Methuselah lived one hundred and eighty-seven years, and became the father of Lamech.

26 ၂၆ လာမက်ဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ မသုရှလသည် အနှစ်ခုနှစ်ရာ ရှစ်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီး များကို မြင်လေ၏။

Methuselah lived after he became the father of Lamech seven hundred and eighty-two years, and fathered sons and daughters.

27 ၂၇ မသုရှလသည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်းကိုးရာ ခြောက် ဆယ်ကိုးနှစ်စေ့သော် သေလေ၏။

All the days of Methuselah were nine hundred and sixty-nine years, then he died.

28 ၂၈ လာမက်သည် အသက်တရားရှစ်ဆယ်နှစ်နှစ် ရှိသော် သားကို မြင်၍၊

Lamech lived one hundred and eighty-two years, and became the father of a son,

29 ၂၉ ဤသူသည်ကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကျိန်တော်မူသော မြေ၌လုပ်၍ ပင်ပန်းစွာ ခံရသောငါတို့အား သက်သာစေသောသူဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်ဟူ၍ သူ့ကိုနောဧ ဟူသော အမည်ဖြင့် မှည့်လေ၏။

and he named him Noah, saying, "This one will comfort us in our labor and in the hard work of our hands, because of the ground which God has cursed."

30 ၃၀ နောဧဘွားမြင်သောနောက်၊ လာမက်သည် အနှစ်ငါးရာကိုးဆယ်ငါးနှစ်အသက်ရှင်၍ သားသမီးများ ကို မြင်လေ၏။

Lamech lived after he became the father of Noah five hundred and ninety-five years, and fathered sons and daughters.

31 ၃၁ လာမက်သည် အသက်နှစ်ပေါင်း ခုနှစ်ရာ ခုနစ်ဆယ် ခုနစ်နှစ် စေ့သော်သေလေ၏။

All the days of Lamech were seven hundred and seventy-seven years, then he died.

32 ၃၂ နောဧသည် အသက်ငါးရာရှိ၏။ နောဧ သားကား ၊ ရှေးမ၊ ဟာမ၊ ယာဖက်တည်း။

Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
