ဒံယေလ 2
1 ၁ နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာမင်းသည် နန်းစံနှစ်နှစ်တွင်၊ အိပ်မက်ကို မြင်တော်မူ၍ ထိတ်လန့်ခြင်း စိတ်ရှိသော ကြောင့်၊ စက်တော်မခေါ်နိုင်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊
In the second year of [his] reign Nabuchodonosor dreamt a dream, and his spirit was amazed, and his sleep departed from him.
2 ၂ အိပ်မက်တော်ကို ပြန်ပြောစေခြင်းငှါ မာဂု ပညာရှိ၊ ဗေဒင်တတ်၊ သူပြုဆရာ၊ ခါလဒဲဆရာတို့ကို ခေါ်ချေဟု အမိန့်တော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ သူတို့သည် အထံတော်သို့ ရောက်လာကြသည်ရှိသော်၊
And the king gave orders to call the enchanters, and the magicians, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, to declare to the king his dreams. And they came and stood before the king.
3 ၃ ရှင်ဘုရင်က၊ ငါသည် အိပ်မက်ကိုမြင်ပြီ။ ထိုအိပ်မက်ကိုမသိ၊ နားမလည်သည်ဖြစ်၍ စိတ်မအီ မသာရှိသည်ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
And the king said to them, I have dreamt, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream.
4 ၄ ခါလဒဲပညာရှိတို့ကလည်း၊ အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ အသက်တော်အစဉ်အမြဲ ရှင်ပါစေ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့အား အိပ်မက်တော်ကို မိန့်တော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အနက်ကို ဘော်ပြပါမည်ဟု၊ ရှုရိဘာသာဖြင့် လျှောက် ကြ၏။
And the Chaldeans spoke to the king in the Syrian language, [saying], O king, live for ever: do you tell the dream to your servants, and we will declare the interpretation.
5 ၅ ရှင်ဘုရင်ကလည်း၊ ငါအမိန့်တော်ရှိပြီ။ ထိုအိပ် မက်နှင့်အနက်ကို သင်တို့မဘော်မပြလျှင်၊ သင်တို့ကို အပိုင်းပိုင်းစဉ်းမည်။ သင်တို့အိမ်များကိုလည်း နောက် ချေးပုံဖြစ်စေမည်။
The king answered the Chaldeans, The thing has departed from me: if you do not make known to me the dream and the interpretation, you shall be destroyed, and your houses shall be spoiled.
6 ၆ အိပ်မက်နှင့်အနက်ကို ဘော်ပြလျှင်၊ ဆုလပ် သပ်ပကာ၊ ဂုဏ်အသရေများကို ငါပေးမည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍၊ အိပ်မက်နှင့်အနက်ကို ငါ့အားဘော်ပြကြဟု၊ ခါလဒဲပညာ ရှိတို့ကို မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
But if you make known to me the dream, and the interpretation thereof, you shall receive of me gifts and presents and much honour: only tell me the dream, and the interpretation thereof.
7 ၇ ထိုသူတို့က၊ အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ မြင်မက်တော်မူချက် ကို အမိန့်ရှိတော်မူပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အနက်ကို ဘော်ပြပါမည်ဟု တဖန်လျှောက်ကြပြန်လျှင်၊
They answered the second time, and said, Let the king tell the dream to his servants, and we will declare the interpretation.
8 ၈ ရှင်ဘုရင်က၊ ငါ့အမိန့်တော်ရှိပြီးသောကြောင့်၊ သင်တို့သည် နေ့ရက်အချိန်ကာလကြာစေခြင်းငှါ ရွှေ့ချင် သည်ကို ငါအမှန်သိ၏။
And the king answered and said, I verily know that you are trying to gain time, because you see that the thing has gone from me.
9 ၉ အိပ်မက်ကို ငါ့အားမဘော်မပြလျှင်၊ သင်တို့ သည် အကြံတခုတည်းသာရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ကာလပြောင်း လဲသည်တိုင်အောင်၊ ငါ့ရှေ့၌ လျှောက်စရာဘို့ ကောက် ကျစ်လိမ်လစ်သောစကားကို ပြင်ဆင်နှင့်ကြပြီ။ အိပ်မက် ကို ပြန်ပြောကြ။ ထိုသို့ပြောလျှင်၊ အိပ်မက်အနက်ကို ဘော်ပြနိုင်သည်ကို ငါသိမည်ဟု ပြန်၍ မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
If then you do not tell me the dream, I know that you have concerted to utter before me a false and corrupt tale, until the time shall have past: tell me my dream, and I shall know that you will also declare to me the interpretation thereof.
10 ၁၀ ခါလဒဲဆရာတို့ကလည်း၊ အရှင်မင်းကြီး၏ အမှု အရာကို ဖြေနိုင်မည်သူ၊ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ တယောက်မျှ မရှိပါ။ အဘယ်မည်သော ရှင်ဘုရင်သည် ဘုန်းတန်ခိုး ကြီးသော်လည်း၊ မာဂုပညာရှိ၊ ဗေဒင်တတ်၊ ခါလဒဲ ဆရာတို့ကို ဤသို့မေးမြန်းလေ့မရှိပါ။
The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is no man upon the earth, who shall be able to make known the king's matter: forasmuch as no great king or ruler asks such a question of an enchanter, magician, or Chaldean.
11 ၁၁ အရှင်မင်းကြီး မေးမြန်းတော်မူသောအရာသည် ခက်ခဲသော အရာဖြစ်ပါ၏။ လူပကတိနှင့် မဆက်ဆံ သော ဘုရားမှတပါး အဘယ်သူမျှ အရှင်မင်းကြီး ရှေ့တော်၌ မထုတ်မဘော်နိုင်ပါဟု တဖန်ပြန်ကြား လျှောက်ထားကြ၏။
For the question which the king asks is difficult, and there is no one else who shall answer it before the king, but the gods, whose dwelling is not with any flesh.
12 ၁၂ ထိုစကားကို ကြားတော်မူလျှင် ပြင်းစွာ အမျက် တော်ထွက်၍၊ ဗာဗုလုန်မြို့၌ ရှိသမျှသော ပညာရှိတို့ကို ပယ်ရှင်းစေဟုအမိန့်တော်ရှိ၏။
Then the king in rage and anger commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon.
So the decree went forth, and they began to kill the wise men; and they sought Daniel and his fellows to kill [them].
Then Daniel answered [with] counsel and prudence to Arioch the captain of the royal guard, who was gone forth to kill the wise men of Babylon; [saying],
15 ၁၅ ဗာဗုလုန်ပညာရှိတို့ကို ပယ်ရှင်းခြင်းငှါ ထွက် သွားသော ကိုယ်ရံတော်မှူးအာရုတ်ကို သတိပညာနှင့် မေးမြန်း၍၊ အာရုတ်သည် ထိုအကြောင်းကို ကြားပြော လျှင်၊
Chief magistrate of the king, therefore has the preemptory command proceeded from the king? So Arioch made known the matter to Daniel.
16 ၁၆ ဒံယေလသည် နန်းတော်သို့ ဝင်၍ အိပ်မက် တော်ကို ဖြေရသော နေ့ရက်အချိန်ကို ပေးတော်မူမည် အကြောင်း အသနားတော်ခံပြီးမှ၊
And Daniel entreated the king to give him time, and that he might [thus] declare to the king the interpretation of it.
17 ၁၇ မိမိအိမ်သို့ပြန်သွား၍၊ ထိုအကြောင်းကို မိမိ အပေါင်းအဘော် ဟာနနိ၊ မိရှေလ၊ အာဇရိတို့အား ကြားပြော၍၊
So Daniel went into his house, and made known the matter to Ananias, and Misael, and Azarias, his friends.
18 ၁၈ ငါတိုပသည် အခြားသော ဗာဗုလုန်ပညာရှိတို့ နှင့်အတူ မသေမပျောက်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ဤနက်နဲသော အရာ၌ကရုဏာ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ခံရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံရှင်ဘုရားသခင်ကို ဆုတောင်းကြကုန် အံ့ဟုပြောဆို၏။
And they sought mercies from the God of heaven concerning this mystery; that Daniel and his friends might not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
Then the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night; and Daniel blessed the God of heaven, and said,
20 ၂၀ ထိုအခါ ဒံယေလသည် ကောင်းကင်ဘုံရှင် ဘုရားသခင်၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းလျက်၊ ဘုရား သခင်၏ နာမတော်သည် ထာဝရမင်္ဂလာရှိပါစေ သတည်း။ ပညာနှင့်၎င်း၊ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့်၎င်း ပြည့်စုံ တော်မူ၏။
May the name of God be blessed from everlasting and to everlasting: for wisdom and understanding are his.
21 ၂၁ ကာလအချိန် ဥတုများကို ပြောင်းလဲစေတော် မူ၏။ ရှင်ဘုရင်တို့ကိုလည်း နှိမ့်ချချီးမြှောက်တော်မူ၏။ ပညာရှိတို့အားပညာကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။ ဥာဏ်ရှိသော သူတို့သည် ကျေးဇူးတော်အားဖြင့်သာ၊ ထိုးထွင်း၍ နားလည်တတ်ကြ၏။
And he changes times and seasons: he appoints kings, and removes [them], giving wisdom to the wise, and prudence to them that have understanding:
22 ၂၂ နက်နဲခက်ခဲသော အရာတို့ကို ထင်ရှားစွာ ပြတော်မူ၏။ မှောင်မိုက်၌ရှိသမျှတို့ကို သိမြင်၍ အလင်း ၏တည်ရာဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
he reveals deep and secret [matters]; knowing what is in darkness, and the light is with him.
23 ၂၃ အကျွန်ုပ် ဘိုးဘေးတို့၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အား ပညာအစွမ်းသတ္တိကို ပေးသနား၍၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဆုတောင်းသည်အတိုင်း၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ အိပ်မက်ကို ဖွင့်ပြတော် မူသော ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းထောမနာ ပြုပါ၏ဟု ဒံယေလမြွက်ဆိုပြီးမှ၊
I give thanks to you, and praise [you], O God of my fathers, for you has given me wisdom and power, and has made known to me the things which we asked of you; and you has made known to me the king's vision.
24 ၂၄ ဗာဗုလုန်ပညာရှိတို့ကို ပယ်ရှင်းစေခြင်းငှါ၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်ခန့်ထားတော်မူသော အာရုတ်ထံသို့သွား၍၊ ဗာဗုလုန် ပညာရှိတို့ကို မလုပ်ကြံပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အထံတော်သို့ခေါ်သွင်းပါ။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် အိပ်မက် တော်နှင့် အနက်ကိုဘော်ပြ၍ လျှောက်ပါမည်ဟုဆို၏။
And Daniel came to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon, and said to him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon, but bring me in before the king, and I will declare the interpretation to the king.
25 ၂၅ ထိုအခါ အာရုတ်သည် ဒံယေလကို အလျင် တဆော အထံတော်သို့ ခေါ်သွင်းပြီးလျှင်၊ အိပ်မက်တော် နှင့်အနက်ကို အရှင်မင်းကြီးအား ဘော်ပြနိုင်သော သူတယောက်ကို ယုဒအမျိုး လက်ရလူတို့တွင် အကျွန်ုပ် တွေ့ပါပြီဟု လျှောက်လေ၏။
Then Arioch in haste brought in Daniel before the king, and said to him, I have found a man of the children of the captivity of Judea, who will declare the interpretation to the king.
26 ၂၆ ရှင်ဘုရင်ကလည်း၊ ငါမြင်မက်သော အိပ်မက်ကို ပြန်ပြော၍ အနက်ကို ဘော်ပြနိုင်သလောဟု၊ ဗေလတရှာ ဇာအမည်ရှိသော ဒံယေလကို မေးတော်မူလျှင်၊
And the king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Baltasar, Canst you declare to me the dream which I saw, and the interpretation thereof?
27 ၂၇ ဒံယေလက၊ အရှင်မင်းကြီးမေးမြန်းတော်မူ သောအရာကို ပညာရှိ၊ ဗေဒင်တတ်၊ မာဂုဆရာ၊ အနာ ဂတ္တိဆရာတို့သည် အရှင်မင်းကြီးအား ဘော်ခြင်းငှါ မတတ်နိုင်ကြပါ။
And Daniel answered before the king, and said, The mystery which the king asks [the explanation of] is not [in the power] of the wise men, magicians, enchanters, [or] soothsayers to declare to the king.
28 ၂၈ နက်နဲသော အရာတို့ကို ဖွင့်ပြ၍၊ နောင်ကာလ၌ ဖြစ်လတံ့သော အရာတို့ကို နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာမင်းကြီးအား ကြားပြောတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်တဆူသည် ကောင်း ကင်ဘုံမှာ ရှိတော်မူ၏။
But there is a God in heaven revealing mysteries, and he has made known to king Nabuchodonosor what things must come to pass in the last days. Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, are as follows,
29 ၂၉ အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ နောင်၌ ဖြစ်လတံ့သော အရာ တို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်သည် စက်တော်ခေါ်၍ မြော်လင့်တော် မူ၏။ နက်နဲသောအရာကို ဖွင့်ပြတော်မူသော ဘုရား သည် နောင်ကာလ၌ ဖြစ်လတံ့သော အရာတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်အားပြတော်မူ၏။
O king: your thoughts upon your bed arose [as to] what must come to pass hereafter: and he that reveals mysteries has made known to you what must come to pass.
30 ၃၀ ဤနက်နဲသောအရာကိုကား၊ အခြားသော သတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့ထက် အကျွန်ုပ်သာ၍ ပညာရှိသော ကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အား ဘုရားသခင် ဖွင့်ပြတော်မူသည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် စိတ်နှလုံးတော်၏ အထင်ကို နားလည်မည်အကြောင်း၊ ထိုအနက်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ပြန်ကြား လျှောက်ထားစိမ့်သောငှါသာ ဘုရားသခင် ဖွင့်ပြတော် မူ၏။
Moreover, this mystery has not been revealed to me by reason of wisdom which is in me beyond all [others] living, but for the sake of making known the interpretation to the king, that you might know the thoughts of your heart.
31 ၃၁ အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ စက်တော်ခေါ်၍ မြင်မက်တော် မူသော ရူပါရုံဟူမူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကြည့်ရှု၍ ရုပ်တုကြီးကို မြင်တော်မူ၏။ ထူးမြတ်သော အရောင်အဝါ နှင့် ပြည်စုံ၍၊ ကြီးမြင့်သော ထိုရုပ်တုသည် ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သော ပုံသဏ္ဌာန်ကိုဆောင်လျက် ကိုယ်တော်ရှေ့၌ တည်ရှိ၏။
You, O king, saw, and behold an image: that image was great, and the appearance of it excellent, standing before your face; and the form of it was terrible.
[It was] an image, the head of which was of fine gold, its hands and breast and arms of silver, [its] belly and thighs of brass,
33 ၃၃ ဝမ်းနှင့်ပေါင်နှစ်ဘက်သည် ကြေးဝါဖြစ်၏။ ခြေသလုံးနှစ်ဘက်သည် သံဖြစ်၏။ ခြေဘဝါးနှင့် ဖမိုး သည် သံတပိုင်းသရွတ်တပိုင်းဖြစ်၏။
its legs of iron, its feet, part of iron and part of earthenware.
34 ၃၄ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကြည့်ရှုတော်မူစဉ်၊ လက်ဖြင့် မထုမလုပ်ဘဲ အလိုလိုဖြစ်သော ကျောက်တလုံးသည် သံနှင့်သရွတ်ဖြစ်သော ရုပ်တု၏ခြေကို ထိခိုက်၍ ချိုးဖဲ့ သည်ရှိသော်၊
You saw until a stone was cut out of a mountain without hands, and it struck the image upon its feet of iron and earthenware, and utterly reduced them to powder.
35 ၃၅ သံ၊ သရွတ်၊ ကြေးဝါ၊ ငွေ၊ ရွှေတို့သည် ကျိုးပဲ့ ကြေမွလျက်၊ နွေကာလ၌ ကောက်နယ်တလင်း အမုန့် ကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်သဖြင့်၊ လေတိုက်လွှင့်၍ သူတို့နေရာမရှိ၊ ပျောက်လေ၏။ ရုပ်တုကို ထိခိုက်သော ကျောက်မူကား၊ တိုးပွားသဖြင့် တောင်ကြီးဖြစ်၍၊ မြေကြီးတပြင်လုံးကို ဖုံးလွှမ်းသည်ဟု မြင်မက်တော်မူ၏။
Then once for all the earthenware, the iron, the brass, the silver, the gold, were ground to powder, and became as chaff from the summer threshing floor; and the violence of the wind carried them away, and no place was found for them: and the stone which had struck the image became a great mountain, and filled all the earth.
This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.
37 ၃၇ အရှင်မင်းကြီး၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဘုရင်တို့၏ ဘုရင်ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံရှင် ဘုရားသခင် သည် နိုင်ငံနှင့်တကွ တန်ခိုးအာနုဘော်အစွမ်းသတ္တိ ဘုန်းအသရေကို ကိုယ်တော်အား ပေးတော်မူပြီ။
You, O king, are a king of kings, to whom the God of heaven has given a powerful and strong and honourable kingdom,
38 ၃၈ လူနေရာ ရှိသမျှတို့နှင့် မြေကြီးသား တိရစ္ဆာန်၊ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်ငှက်များတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်လက်၌ အပ် ပေး၍၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အလုံးစုံတို့ကို အုပ်စိုးရသော အခွင့်ရှိတော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ရုပ်တု၏ ရွှေဦး ခေါင်းဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
in every place where the children of men dwell: and he has given into your hand the wild beasts of the field, and the birds of the sky and the fish of the sea, and he has made you lord of all.
39 ၃၉ ကိုယ်တော်နောက်၌ ကိုယ်တော်၏ နိုင်ငံ လောက်မမြတ်သော နိုင်ငံတခုသည် တည်ထောင်လိမ့် မည်။ ထိုနောက်၊ မြေကြီးတပြင်လုံးကို အုပ်စိုးသော ကြေးဝါနိုင်ငံတည်းဟူသော တတိယနိုင်ငံတည်ထောင် လိမ့်မည်။
You are the head of gold. And after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to you, an a third kingdom which is the brass, which shall have dominion over all the earth;
40 ၄၀ စတုတ္ထနိုင်ငံသည် သံကဲ့သို့ခိုင်မာသော နိုင်ငံ ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ သံသည် အခြားသောအရာရှိသမျှတို့ကို ချိုးဖဲ့၍ နိုင်သကဲ့သို့၊ စတုတ္ထနိုင်ငံသည် ချိုးဖဲ့နှိပ်စက်ခြင်း ကို ပြုလိမ့်မည်။
and a fourth kingdom, which shall be strong as iron: as iron beats to powder and subdues all things, so shall it beat to powder and subdue.
41 ၄၁ ရုပ်တု၏ခြေနှင့် ခြေချောင်းတို့သည် သရွတ် တပိုင်း သံတပိုင်းရှိသည်ကို မြင်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊ အချင်းချင်းကွဲပြားသော နိုင်ငံဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။ သို့သော် လည်း ဖုတ်သောသရွတ်နှင့် သံရောနှောသည်ကို မြင် တော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သံသည်ခိုင်မာခြင်း သတ္တိရှိလိမ့်မည်။
And whereas you saw the feet and the toes, part of earthenware and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; yet there shall be in it of the strength of iron, as you saw the iron mixed with earthenware.
42 ၄၂ ခြေချောင်းတို့သည် သံတပိုင်းသရွတ်တပိုင်း ဖြစ်သည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ထိုနိုင်ငံသည် ခိုင်မာခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း၊ ကျိုးပဲ့ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်းဆက်ဆံလိမ့်မည်။
And [whereas] the toes of the feet were part of iron and part of earthenware, part of the kingdom shall be strong, and [part] of it shall be broken.
43 ၄၃ ဖုတ်သောသရွတ်နှင့် သံရောနှောသည်ကို မြင် တော်မူသည်နှင့် လျော်စွာ၊ နိုင်ငံသားတို့သည် အခြား သော လူမျိုးသားတို့နှင့် ပေါင်းဘော်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သို့သော် လည်း၊ သရွတ်နှင့်သံမရောနှောနိုင်သကဲ့သို့၊ သူတို့သည် အချင်းချင်း ပေါင်းဘော်၍ မသင့်နိုင်ကြ။
Whereas you saw the iron mixed with earthenware, they shall be mingled with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave together, as the iron does not mix itself with earthenware.
And in the days of those kings the God of heaven shall set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed: and his kingdom shall not be left to another people, [but] it shall beat to pieces and grind to powder all [other] kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
45 ၄၅ သံကြေးဝါ၊ သရွတ်၊ ငွေ၊ ရွှေတို့ကို ချိုးဖဲ့သည်ကို မြင်တော်မူသည် အကြောင်းအရာမှာ၊ ပျက်စီးခြင်းသို့ မရောက်နီုင်သော နိုင်ငံတခုကို ထိုမင်းကြီးများ လက်ထက်၌ ကောင်းကင်ဘုံရှင် ဘုရားသခင်သည် တည်ထောင်စေတော်မူမည်။ ထိုနိုင်ငံသည် အခြားသော လူမျိုးလက်သို့ မရောက်ရဘဲ၊ အထက်ဆိုခဲ့ပြီးသော နိုင်ငံ ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ချိုးဖဲ့ဖျက်ဆီး၍ အစဉ်အမြဲတည်လိမ့်မည်။ ထိုသို့နောက်၌ ဖြစ်လတံ့သောအရာတို့ကို ကြီးမြတ်တော် မူသော ဘုရားသခင်သည် အရှင်မင်းကြီးအား ကြားပြော တော်မူ၏။ အိပ်မက်တော်ရွေ့လျော့ခြင်းမရှိ။ အနက် သည်လည်း မှန်ပါ၏ဟု ဒံယေလသည် အထံတော်၌ လျှောက်ထား၏။
Whereas you saw that a stone was cut out of a mountain without hands, and it beat to pieces the earthenware, the iron, the brass, the silver, the gold; the great God has made known to the king what must happen hereafter: and the dream is true, and the interpretation thereof sure.
46 ၄၆ ထိုအခါ နေဗုခဒ်နေဇာ မင်းကြီးသည် ပြပ်ဝပ်၍ ဒံယေလကို ရှိခိုးကိုးကွယ်ပြီးလျှင်၊ ပူဇော်သက္ကာပြုခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ နံ့သာမျိုးကို မီးရှို့၍ ဆပ်ကပ်ခြင်းငှါ၎င်း စီရင် တော်မူလျက်၊
Then king Nabuchodonosor fell upon his face, and worshipped Daniel, and gave orders to offer to him gifts and incense.
47 ၄၇ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ဤနက်နဲသောအရာကို ဖွင့်ပြ နိုင်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ အကယ်စင်စစ် ကိုယ်တော်၏ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ဘုရားတို့၏ဘုရား၊ ဘုရင်တို့၏ အရှင်၊ နက်နဲသော အရာကိုဖွင့်ပြတော်မူသော သခင်ဖြစ် တော်မူ၏ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၍၊
And the king answered and said to Daniel, Of a truth your God is a God of gods, and Lord of kings, who reveals mysteries; for you has been able to reveal this mystery.
48 ၄၈ ဒံယေလကို ချီးမြှောက်လျက်၊ များစွာသော ဆုလပ်သပ်ပကာ တို့ကိုပေး၍၊ ဗာဗုလုန်နိုင်ငံတွင် ဝန်ကြီး အရာ၌၎င်း၊ ဗာဗုလုန်ပညာရှိတို့ကို အုပ်စိုးသော ဝန်အရာ၌၎င်း ခန့်ထားတော်မူ၏။
And the king promoted Daniel, and gave him great and abundant gifts, and set him over the whole province of Babylon, and [made him] chief satrap over all the wise men of Babylon.
49 ၄၉ ထိုအခါ ဒံယေလသည် သံတော်ဦးတင်သော ကြောင့်၊ မင်းကြီးသည် ရှာဒရက်၊ မေရှက်၊ အဗေဒနေ ဂေါတို့ကို ဗာဗုလုန်နိုင်ငံတွင် ဝန်အရာ၌ ခန့်ထားတော် မူ၏။ ဒံယေလသည် နန်းတော်ဦး၌ နေရလေ၏။
And Daniel asked of the king, and he appointed Sedrach, Misach, and Abdenago, over the affairs of the province of Babylon: but Daniel was in the king's palace.
