ယောဘ 7

1 ၁ လူ တို့သည် မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာ ပင်ပန်းစွာအမှု ထမ်း ရသည် မ ဟုတ်လော။ သူ နေရသော နေ့ ရက်တို့သည် အငှါး ခံသောသူ၏ နေ့ ရက်ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်သည်မဟုတ်လော။

Is not the life of man upon earth a state of trial? and his existence as that of a hireling by the day?

2 ၂ ကျွန် ခံရသောသူသည် မိုဃ်းချုပ် သောအချိန်ကို တောင့်တ ၍၊ အငှါး ခံသောသူသည် အခ ရမည့်အချိန်ကို မြော်လင့် သကဲ့သို့၊

Or as a servant that fears his master, and one who has grasped a shadow? or as a hireling waiting for his pay?

3 ၃ ထိုနည်းတူငါသည် ဒုက္ခနေ့လ တို့နှင့်ဆိုင် ရ၏။ ပင်ပန်း စွာခံရသောညဉ့် တို့သည်လည်း ငါ ၏အငန်း အတာ ဖြစ်၏။

So have I also endured months of vanity, and nights of pain have been appointed me.

4 ၄ အဘယ် အခါမှ ညဉ့် ကုန်၍ ငါထ ရပါမည်နည်းဟုငါသည် ညည်းတွားလျက် အိပ် ရ၏။ မိုဃ်းလင်း သည် တိုင်အောင် လှိမ့် လျက် လူးလျက်နေရ၏။

Whenever I lie down, I say, When [will it be] day? and whenever I rise up, again [I say] when [will it be] evening? and I am full of pains from evening to morning.

5 ၅ လောက် နှင့် ရွှံ့ တို့သည် အဝတ်ကဲ့သို့ငါ့ ကိုယ် ကို ဖုံးလွှမ်း ကြ၏။ ငါ့ အရေ သည်ကွဲ ၍ ယိ လျက်ရှိ၏။

And my body is covered with loathsome worms; and I waste away, scraping off clods of dust from my eruption.

6 ၆ ငါ့ နေ့ ရက်တို့သည် ရက်ကန်းလွန်း ထက် မြန် ၍ မြော်လင့် ခြင်းမ ရှိဘဲ လွန် သွားတတ်ကြ၏။

And my life is lighter than a word, and has perished in vain hope.

7 ၇ ငါ့ အသက် သည် လေ သက်သက်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကို အောက်မေ့ တော်မူပါ။ နောက်တဖန် ကောင်း သော အကျိုးကို ငါ မ မြင် ရ။

Remember then that my life is breath, and mine eye shalt not yet again see good.

8 ၈ ငါ့ ကို မြင် သောသူသည် နောက်တဖန်မ မြင် ရ။ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ကြည့်ရှု တော်မူသောအခါ ငါ ပျောက် ပါပြီ။

The eye of him that sees me shall not see me [again]: thine eyes are upon me, and I am no more.

9 ၉ မိုဃ်းတိမ် သည် ပြယ်ပျောက် ကွယ်လွင့် သကဲ့သို့၊ သင်္ချိုင်း တွင်းထဲသို့ ဆင်း သောသူသည် နောက်တဖန် မ တက် ရ။ (Sheol h7585)

[I am] as a cloud that is cleared away from the sky: for if a man go down to the grave, he shall not come up again: (Sheol h7585)

10 ၁၀ မိမိ အိမ် သို့ မ ပြန် ရ။ သူ ၏နေရင်းအရပ် သည် နောက် တဖန် သူ့ ကိုမ သိ ရ။

and he shall surely not return to his own house, neither shall his place know him any more.

11 ၁၁ ထို့ကြောင့် ငါ သည်ကိုယ် နှုတ် ကို မ ချုပ်တည်း။ စိတ် ပင်ပန်း လျက်နှင့်စကားပြော ရ၏။ အလွန်ညှိုးငယ် သောစိတ် နှင့် မြည်တမ်း ရ၏။

Then neither will I refrain my mouth: I will speak being in distress; being in anguish I will disclose the bitterness of my soul.

12 ၁၂ ငါ သည် ပင်လယ် ဖြစ်သလော။ နဂါး ဖြစ်သလော။ ထိုသို့ ဖြစ်သောကြောင့်ငါ့ ကို အစောင့် ထား တော်မူရသလော။

Am I a sea, or a serpent, that thou hast set a watch over me?

13 ၁၃ ငါ သည်အိပ် ၍ သက်သာ မည်။ ငါ့ ခုတင် သည် ချမ်းသာ ပေးမည်ဟု ငါဆို လျှင်၊

I said that my bed should comfort me, and I would privately counsel with myself on my couch.

14 ၁၄ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သော အိပ်မက် ကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။ ညဉ့်ရူပါရုံ အားဖြင့် ငါ့ ကို ထိတ်လန့် စေတော်မူ၏။

Thou scarest me with dreams, and dost terrify me with visions.

15 ၁၅ ငါ သည်ကိုယ်အရိုး ကို နှမြောသည်ထက် အသက် ချုပ် ၍သေ ရသောအခွင့်ကို သာ၍ တောင့်တပါ၏။

Thou wilt separate life from my spirit; and yet [keep] my bones from death.

16 ၁၆ ငါသည်အားလျော့ လျက်ရှိ၏။ အစဉ် မပြတ်အသက် မ ရှင်ရာ။ ငါ့ ကိုတတ် တိုင်း ရှိစေတော်မူပါ။ ငါ့ အသက် သည် အခိုး အငွေ့ဖြစ်၏။

For I shall not live for ever, that I should patiently endure: depart from me, for my life [is] vain.

17 ၁၇ ကိုယ်တော်သည် လူ ကိုပမာဏ ပြု၍ စိတ် စွဲလမ်း တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း၊

For what is man, that thou hast magnified him? or that thou givest heed to him?

18 ၁၈ သူ့ ကိုနံနက် တိုင်း အကြည့် အရှုကြွလာ၍ ၊ ခဏ ခဏစုံစမ်း တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း၊ လူသည် အဘယ် သို့သောသူဖြစ်ပါသနည်း။

Wilt thou visit him till the morning, and judge him till [the time of] rest?

19 ၁၉ အဘယ် ကာလမှငါ့ ကိုမ ကြည့်မရှု မျက်နှာ လွှဲတော်မူမည်နည်း။ ငါသည်ကိုယ် တံထွေး ကို မျို ရသည် တိုင်အောင် ၊ အဘယ်ကာလမှတတ်တိုင်းရှိစေတော်မူမည်နည်း။

How long dost thou not let me alone, nor let me go, until I shall swallow down my spittle?

20 ၂၀ လူ ကိုစောင့် တော်မူသောအရှင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်အပြစ် ရှိသည်မှန်ပါစေတော့။ ကိုယ်တော် ရှေ့ မှာ အဘယ် သို့ပြု ရပါမည်နည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကိုယ် ကိုကိုယ်ရွံ့ရှာရ သည်တိုင်အောင်အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် ပစ် စရာ စက်သွင်းတော်မူသနည်း။

If I have sinned, what shall I be able to do, O thou that understandest the mind of men? why hast thou made me as thine accuser, and [why] am I a burden to thee?

21 ၂၁ အကျွန်ုပ် ပြစ်မှား ခြင်းကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် သည်းခံ တော်မ မူသနည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ် အပြစ် ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့် ဖြေရှင်း တော်မမူသနည်း။ ယခု မှာအကျွန်ုပ်သည် မြေမှုန့် ၌ အိပ် ရပါမည်။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နံနက်အချိန်၌ ရှာ တော်မူသောအခါ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် မ ရှိပါဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။

Why hast thou not forgotten my iniquity, and purged my sin? but now I shall depart to the earth; and in the morning I am no more.
