တရားဟောရာ 32
'Give ear, O heavens, and I speak; And thou dost hear, O earth, sayings of my mouth!
2 ၂ ငါ့ ဒေသနာ သည် မိုဃ်း ရေကဲ့သို့ စက်စက် ကျ၍၊ ငါ့ စကား သည် နှင်း ကဲ့သို့ ဖြည်းညှင်း စွာ သက်ရောက်လိမ့်မည်။ နုသောပျိုးပင် ပေါ် မှာ ရွာသောမိုဃ်း ကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း၊ မြက်ပင် ပေါ် မှာ များပြားသော မိုဃ်း ရေကဲ့သို့ ၎င်း ဖြစ်လိမ့်မည်။
Drop as rain doth My doctrine; Flow as dew doth My sayings; As storms on the tender grass, And as showers on the herb,
3 ၃ ငါသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ နာမတော် ကို ဘော်ပြ သည်ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ငါ တို့ဘုရားသခင် ၏ ဘုန်း အာနုဘော်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ကြလော့။
For the Name of Jehovah I proclaim, Ascribe ye greatness to our God!
4 ၄ ဘုရားသခင် သည် မူလအမြစ်ဖြစ်၍၊ အမှု တော်သည် စုံလင် ပေ၏။ စီရင် တော်မူသမျှ တို့သည် တရား နှင့် ညီလျက်၊ သစ္စာ စောင့်သောဘုရား ၊ အပြစ် ကင်းလွတ် ၍ ဟုတ်မှန် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော ဘုရားဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
The Rock! — perfect [is] His work, For all His ways [are] just; God of stedfastness, and without iniquity: Righteous and upright [is] He.
5 ၅ သူ တို့သည် ယိုယွင်း ကြပြီ။ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သား မ ဟုတ်၊ အညစ် အကြေးကပ်ကြ၏။ သဘော ကောက်၍ ဖောက်ပြန် သောအမျိုး ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
It hath done corruptly to Him; Their blemish is not His sons', A generation perverse and crooked!
6 ၆ အို ပညာ မဲ့ သော လူမိုက် တို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ဤသို့ ဆပ် မည်လော။ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင့် ကို ဖြစ် စေသောအဘ ၊ သင့် ကို ဖန်ဆင်း ၍ နေရာချသောသူဖြစ် တော်မူသည် မ ဟုတ်လော။
To Jehovah do ye act thus, O people foolish and not wise? Is not He thy father — thy possessor? He made thee, and doth establish thee.
7 ၇ ရှေး ကာလ ကို အောက်မေ့ လော့။ လွန်လေ ပြီးသော နှစ် ပေါင်းများကို ဆင်ခြင် လော့။ သင့် အဘ ကို မေးမြန်း လျှင် သူသည် ဘော်ပြ လိမ့်မည်။ အသက်ကြီး သူတို့ ကို မေးမြန်းလျှင် သူတို့သည် ပြောဆိုကြလိမ့်မည်။
Remember days of old — Understand the years of many generations — Ask thy father, and he doth tell thee; Thine elders, and they say to thee:
8 ၈ အမြင့်ဆုံး သော ဘုရားသည် အာဒံ၏အမျိုးအနွယ်ဖြစ်သော လူမျိုး တို့ကို ပိုင်းခြား ၍ အမွေ မြေ ကို ဝေပေးသောအခါ ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့ အရေအတွက် ကို ထောက်ရှု ၍၊ လူမျိုး တို့နေရာအပိုင်းအခြားကို စီရင်တော်မူ၏။
In the Most High causing nations to inherit, In His separating sons of Adam — He setteth up the borders of the peoples By the number of the sons of Israel.
For Jehovah's portion [is] His people, Jacob [is] the line of His inheritance.
10 ၁၀ လူ ဆိတ်ညံသောအရပ် ၊ သားရဲ မြည်၍၊ လွတ်လပ် သောတောလွင်ပြင် ၌ ယာကုပ် ကို တွေ့ တော်မူသောအခါ ဝန်းရံ ဆီးကာခြင်း၊ သွန်သင် ခြင်းကျေးဇူးကို ပြု၍ မျက် ဆန် တော်ကဲ့သို့ စောင့် တော်မူ၏။
He findeth him in a land — a desert, And in a void — a howling wilderness, He turneth him round — He causeth him to understand — He keepeth him as the apple of His eye.
11 ၁၁ ရွှေလင်းတ သည် အသိုက် ကို မွှေ လျက်၊ သား ငယ်တို့အပေါ် မှာ လှုပ်ရှား လျက်၊ အတောင် တို့ကို ဖြန့် လျက်၊ သားငယ် တို့ကိုယူ ၍ မိမိ အတောင် တို့ဖြင့် ဆောင် သကဲ့သို့၊
As an eagle waketh up its nest, Over its young ones fluttereth, Spreadeth its wings — taketh them, Beareth them on its pinions; —
Jehovah alone doth lead him, And there is no strange god with him.
13 ၁၃ မြေကြီး ပေါ် မှာမြင့်မြတ် သော အရပ်တို့၌ နေရာ ချတော်မူသဖြင့် ၊ သူသည် မြေ အသီးအနှံ ကိုစား ၍ ကျောက် ထဲ ကပျားရည် ကို၎င်း၊ မီး ပါကျောက် ထဲ ကဆီ ကို ၎င်း၊
He maketh him ride on high places of earth, And he eateth increase of the fields, And He maketh him suck honey from a rock, And oil out of the flint of a rock;
14 ၁၄ သိုးသငယ် ဆီဥ ၊ ဗာရှန် အမျိုး ၏သိုး ထီး၊ ဆိတ် ထီး ဆီဥ၊ ဂျုံ စပါး၊ ကျောက်ကပ် ဆီဥ နှင့်တကွ နွား နို့ဓမ်း နှင့် သိုး နို့ ကို၎င်းစို့မည်အကြောင်းစီရင်တော်မူ၍၊ သင်သည် စပျစ်သီး အသွေး စစ်ကို သောက် ရ၏။
Butter of the herd, and milk of the flock, With fat of lambs, and rams, sons of Bashan, And he-goats, with fat of kidneys of wheat; And of the blood of the grape thou dost drink wine!
15 ၁၅ သို့ရာတွင် ၊ ယေရှုရုန် သည် ဆူဝ ၍ ခြေ နှင့်ကန် လေ၏။ ဆူဝ လျက်၊ တုတ် လျက်၊ ဆီဥ နှင့်ပြည့်စုံလျက် နေသဖြင့် ၊ ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူသောဘုရားသခင် ကို စွန့် ၍ ၊ ကယ်တင် ရာကျောက် ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုလေ၏။
And Jeshurun waxeth fat, and doth kick: Thou hast been fat — thou hast been thick, Thou hast been covered. And he leaveth God who made him, And dishonoureth the Rock of his salvation.
16 ၁၆ သူတို့သည် အခြား တပါးသောဘုရားအားဖြင့် ငြူစူ စေကြ၏။ ရွံရှာ ဘွယ်သော အမှုအရာအားဖြင့် အမျက် တော်ကို နှိုးဆော်ကြ၏။
They make Him zealous with strangers, With abominations they make Him angry.
17 ၁၇ ဘုရား မ ဟုတ်သော နတ်ဆိုး ၊ မ သိ ဘူးသော ဘုရား ၊ ဘိုးဘေး တို့ မ ကြောက် ဘူးသော ဘုရားသစ် တို့ အား ယဇ် ပူဇော်ကြ၏။
They sacrifice to demons — no god! Gods they have not known — New ones — from the vicinity they came; Not feared them have your fathers!
The Rock that begat thee thou forgettest, And neglectest God who formeth thee.
And Jehovah seeth and despiseth — For the provocation of His sons and His daughters.
20 ၂၀ ငါသည် ကိုယ် မျက်နှာ ကို သူ တို့မှ လွှဲ မည်။ သူ တို့ သည် အဘယ်သို့ ဆုံး မည်ကို ငါကြည့် မည်။ သဘော ခိုင်မာသောအမျိုး ၊ သစ္စာ မ ရှိသော သား သမီးဖြစ်ကြ၏။
And He saith: I hide My face from them, I see what [is] their latter end; For a froward generation [are] they, Sons in whom is no stedfastness.
21 ၂၁ ဘုရား မ ဟုတ်သောအရာအားဖြင့် ငါ သည် ငြူစူ သောစိတ်ရှိစေခြင်းငှါပြုကြပြီ။ အချည်းနှီး သောအရာ အားဖြင့် ငါ့ အမျက် ကို နှိုးဆော်ကြပြီ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ မ ရေရာ သော လူမျိုး အားဖြင့် သူ တို့သည် ငြူစူ သောစိတ်ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း၊ ပညာ မရှိသောလူမျိုး အားဖြင့် စိတ်ဆိုး စေခြင်းငှါ၎င်း ငါပြုမည်။
They have made Me zealous by 'no-god,' They made Me angry by their vanities; And I make them zealous by 'no-people,' By a foolish nation I make them angry.
22 ၂၂ ငါ သည် အမျက် ထွက်၍ မီး ရှို့ သဖြင့် ၊ အနက်ဆုံး သောမရဏာ နိုင်ငံသို့ လောင် လိမ့်မည်။ မြေ နှင့် မြေ အသီးအနှံ ကို ကျွမ်း စေ၍ တောင် ခြေရင်း တိုင်အောင်လောင် လိမ့်မည်။ (Sheol h7585)
For a fire hath been kindled in Mine anger, And it burneth unto Sheol — the lowest, And consumeth earth and its increase, And setteth on fire foundations of mountains. (Sheol h7585)
I gather upon them evils, Mine arrows I consume upon them.
24 ၂၄ သူတို့သည် မွတ်သိပ် ခြင်းအရှိန်ကို ခံ ရ၍ ၊ ပူလောင် ခြင်းဘေး၊ ပြင်းစွာ သောဖျက်ဆီး ခြင်းဘေး အားဖြင့် ဆုံးရှုံး ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သားရဲ တို့၏ သွား ကို၎င်း ၊ မြေ ၌ ကျင်လည်သော မြွေ အဆိပ် ကို ၎င်း၊ သူ တို့၌ ငါစေလွှတ် မည်။
Exhausted by famine, And consumed by heat, and bitter destruction. And the teeth of beasts I send upon them, With poison of fearful things of the dust.
25 ၂၅ အိမ်ပြင် ၌ ထား ဘေး၊ အိမ် အတွင်း၌ ကြောက်မက် ဘွယ်သောဘေးသည် လူပျို နှင့် အပျို ကို၎င်း၊ နို့စို့ သူငယ် နှင့် ဦးဆံ ဖြူသောသူ ကို၎င်း ဖျက်ဆီး လိမ့်မည်။
Without bereave doth the sword, And at the inner-chambers — fear, Both youth and virgin, Suckling with man of grey hair.
I have said: I blow them away, I cause their remembrance to cease from man;
27 ၂၇ ရန်ဘက် ပြုသောသူတို့သည် ထောင်လွှားလျက်၊ ဤ အမှုအလုံးစုံ ကို ထာဝရဘုရား မ ပြု ၊ ဘုန်းကြီး သောငါ တို့ လက်ရုံး ပြပြီဟု ပြော မည်ကို စိုးရိမ် စရာမရှိလျှင်၎င်း၊ သူ တို့ ကို မြေကြီးစွန်းတိုင်အောင်အရပ်ရပ်သို့ ကွဲပြား စေ၍၊ အဘယ်သူမျှမအောက်မေ့ စေခြင်းငှါပယ်ရှင်း မည်ဟု ငါအကြံ ရှိ၏။
If not — the anger of an enemy I fear, Lest their adversaries know — Lest they say, Our hand is high, And Jehovah hath not wrought all this.
For a nation lost to counsels [are] they, And there is no understanding in them.
29 ၂၉ ပညာ ကိုရ၍ ဤ အမှုကို နားလည် ကြပါစေ သော။ နောက်ဆုံး ကာလ၌ အဘယ်သို့ဖြစ်မည်ကို ဆင်ခြင် ကြပါစေသောဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
If they were wise — They deal wisely [with] this; They attend to their latter end:
30 ၃၀ သူ တို့ခိုလှုံစရာကျောက် သည် သူ တို့ကိုမ ရောင်း ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သူ တို့ကို အပ် တော်မမူလျှင် ၊ လူတယောက် သည် လူတထောင် ကို အဘယ်သို့ နှင်နိုင်မည်နည်း။ လူနှစ် ယောက်သည် လူတသောင်း ကို အဘယ်သို့ပြေး စေနိုင်မည်နည်း။
How doth one pursue a thousand, And two cause a myriad to flee! If not — that their rock hath sold them, And Jehovah hath shut them up?
For not as our Rock [is] their rock, (And our enemies [are] judges!)
32 ၃၂ သူ တို့စပျစ် နွယ်ပင်သည် သောဒုံ စပျစ် နွယ်ပင် မျိုး၊ ဂေါမောရ မြေ ၌ ပေါက်သော အပင်မျိုးဖြစ်၏။ သူ တို့ စပျစ်သီး သည် ခါး သောအပင်၏ အသီး ဖြစ်၍၊ စပျစ်သီးပြွတ် တို့သည် ခါး သောအရသာနှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြ၏။
For of the vine of Sodom their vine [is], And of the fields of Gomorrah; Their grapes [are] grapes of gall — They have bitter clusters;
The poison of dragons [is] their wine And the fierce venom of asps.
Is it not laid up with Me? Sealed among My treasures?
35 ၃၅ အပြစ်တရားကို စီရင်ရသောအခွင့်၊ အပြစ် နှင့် အလျောက်ဆပ် ပေးရသောအခွင့်ကို ငါပိုင်၏။ အချိန် တန်မှ သူ တို့ခြေ သည် ချော် လိမ့်မည်။ သူ တို့၌ ဘေး ရောက်သောအချိန် နီး ပြီ။ သူ တို့တွေ့ကြုံရသောအမှုသည် အလျင်အမြန် ရောက်လာလိမ့်မည်။
Mine [are] vengeance and recompense, At the due time — doth their foot slide; For near is a day of their calamity, And haste do things prepared for them.
36 ၃၆ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မိမိ လူ တို့အဘို့ တရား စီရင်တော်မူမည်။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် တို့သည် တန်ခိုး ကုန် ကြောင်း ၊ အချုပ် ခံရသောသူ၊ လွတ် သောသူတယောက် မျှ မရှိကြောင်းကို မြင် သောအခါ ၊ သူတို့အမှုကြောင့် နောင်တ ရ တော်မူလျက်၊
For Jehovah doth judge His people, And for His servants doth repent Himself. For He seeth — the going away of power, And none is restrained and left.
And He hath said, Where [are] their gods — The rock in which they trusted;
38 ၃၈ သူ တို့ပူဇော် သော ဆီဥ ကို စား ၍ သွန်းလောင်း ရာ ပူဇော်သက္ကာ စပျစ်ရည် ကို သောက် သောသူ တို့ သည် အဘယ်မှာရှိသနည်း။ သူ တို့သည် ထ ၍ သင် တို့ကို ကွယ်ကာ စောင့်မပါလေစေ။
Which the fat of their sacrifices do eat, They drink the wine of their libation! Let them arise and help you, Let it be for you a hiding-place!
39 ၃၉ ငါ သည် ကိုယ်တိုင် အားဖြင့်ဘုရားဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကို၎င်း၊ ငါ မှတပါး အခြားသောဘုရား မ ရှိကြောင်းကို၎င်းကြည့်ရှု ကြလော့။ ငါ သည် အသက်ကို သေ စေ၏။ အသက် ကိုလည်း ရှင်စေ၏။ ငါသည် အနာပေါ်စေခြင်းငှါဒဏ်ခတ်၏။ အနာ ကိုလည်း ပျောက် စေ၏။ ငါ့ လက် မှ အဘယ်သူ မျှမကယ် မနှုတ်နိုင်။
See ye, now, that I — I [am] He, And there is no god with Me: I put to death, and I keep alive; I have smitten, and I heal; And there is not from My hand a deliverer,
For I lift up unto the heavens My hand, And have said, I live — to the age!
41 ၄၁ ငါသည် ပြောင်လက် သောထား ကို သွေး ၍ ၊ တရားစီရင်စပြုလျက် ငါ့ ရန်သူ တို့၌ အပြစ် တရားကို စီရင် မည်။ ငါ့ ကိုမုန်း သောသူတို့ ခံ ထိုက်သောအပြစ်အလျောက် ငါဆပ် ပေးမည်။
If I have sharpened the brightness of My sword, And My hand doth lay hold on judgment, I turn back vengeance to Mine adversaries, And to those hating Me — I repay!
42 ၄၂ ငါ့ မြှား တို့ကို အသွေး နှင့် ယစ်မူး စေမည်။ ငါ့ ထား သည် အသား ကို စား လိမ့်မည်။ သတ် သောသူ၊ လက်ရ သောသူတို့၏ အသွေး ၊ ရန်သူ အကဲအမှူး တို့၏ ဦးခေါင်း ကို စားသောက်လိမ့်မည်။
I make drunk Mine arrows with blood, And My sword devoureth flesh, From the blood of the pierced and captive, From the head of the freemen of the enemy.
43 ၄၃ တပါးအမျိုးသား တို့၊ သင်တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ လူမျိုး နှင့်အတူဝမ်းမြောက် ခြင်းရှိကြလော့။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ကျွန် တို့ကိုသတ် သော အပြစ် နှင့် အလျောက်ဒဏ် ပေး၍ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ရန်သူ တို့ ၌ အပြစ် တရားကို စီရင်တော်မူမည်။ ပြည် တော်နှင့် မိမိ လူမျိုး ကို ကယ်မ သနားတော်မူမည်ဟူသော၊
Sing ye nations — [with] his people, For the blood of His servants He avengeth, And vengeance He turneth back on His adversaries, And hath pardoned His land — His people.'
And Moses cometh and speaketh all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he and Hoshea son of Nun;
45 ၄၅ ထိုသို့ မောရှေ သည် ဤ စကား အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအပေါင်း တို့အား အကုန်အစင် ဟောပြောမြွက်ဆို ပြီးလျှင်၊
and Moses finisheth to speak all these words unto all Israel,
46 ၄၆ သင် တို့အား ယနေ့ ငါ သက်သေခံ သမျှ သော စကား တို့ကို နှလုံး သွင်း ကြလော့။ သင် တို့သား သမီးတို့ သည် ဤ ပညတ် တရား စကား တော်အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက် စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ သူ တို့အား ထပ်ဆင့်၍ မှာထား ရကြမည်။
and saith unto them, 'Set your heart to all the words which I am testifying against you to-day, that ye command your sons to observe to do all the words of this law,
47 ၄၇ ဤအမှုသည် သာမညအမှုမဟုတ်။ သင်တို့အသက်နှင့်ဆိုင်သော အမှုဖြစ်၏။ ယော်ဒန် မြစ်ကိုကူး ၍ ဝင်စား လတံ့သော ပြည် ၌ ဤ အမှု ကို စောင့်ရှောက်လျှင်၊ ကိုယ် အသက်တာ ရှည် ကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ပြောဆို၏။
for it [is] not a vain thing for you, for it [is] your life, and by this thing ye prolong days on the ground whither ye are passing over the Jordan to possess it.'
48 ၄၈ ထိုနေ့ ခြင်း တွင် ထာဝရဘုရား က၊ ယေရိခေါ မြို့ တဘက် ၊ မောဘ ပြည် အာဗရိမ် တောင်ရိုး ၊ နေဗော တောင် ထိပ် ပေါ် သို့တက် ၍၊
And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, in this self-same day, saying,
'Go up unto this mount Abarim, mount Nebo, which [is] in the land of Moab, which [is] on the front of Jericho, and see the land of Canaan which I am giving to the sons of Israel for a possession;
50 ၅၀ သင့် အစ်ကို အာရုန် သည် ဟောရ တောင် ပေါ် မှာ သေ ၍ မိမိ လူမျိုး စည်းဝေး ရာသို့ ရောက်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ သင် သည်လည်း တက် သွားသော ဤတောင် ပေါ် မှာ သေ ၍ ၊ သင် ၏လူမျိုး စည်းဝေး ရာသို့ ရောက်လော့။
and die in the mount whither thou art going up, and be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother hath died in the mount Hor, and is gathered unto his people:
51 ၅၁ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သင်တို့သည် ဇိန တော ၊ ကာဒေရှ ရွာ၊ မေရိဘ စမ်းရေ အနား၌ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့ရှေ့ မှာ ငါ့ ကို မ ရိုမသေပြု၍ ပြစ်မှား ကြပြီ။
'Because ye trespassed against me in the midst of the sons of Israel at the waters of Meribath-Kadesh, the wilderness of Zin — because ye sanctified Me not in the midst of the sons of Israel;
52 ၅၂ ထို့ကြောင့် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့အား ငါ ပေး သော ပြည် ကို သင်သည် ကိုယ်မျက်စိနှင့် မြင် ရသော်လည်း ၊ ထို ပြည်သို့ မ ဝင်စား ရဟု မောရှေ အား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
but over-against thou seest the land, and thither thou dost not go in, unto the land which I am giving to the sons of Israel.'
