ဆာလံ 60
1 ၁ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အား စွန့်ပစ်တော်မူ၍အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်စေတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အား အမျက်ထွက်တော်မူပါပြီ။ သို့ရာတွင်ယခုကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ထံသို့ ပြန်၍ကြွတော်မူပါ။
To the chief Musician upon Shushan-eduth, Michtam of David, to teach; when he strove with Aram-naharaim and with Aram-zobah, when Joab returned, and smote of Edom in the valley of salt twelve thousand. O God, thou hast cast us off, thou hast scattered us, thou hast been displeased; O turn thyself to us again.
2 ၂ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ပြည်တော်ကိုသိမ့်သိမ့်တုန် စေ၍ ကွဲအက်စေတော်မူပါပြီ။ ပြည်တော်သည်ပြိုကွဲလျက်ရှိသဖြင့် ကွဲအက်ရာများကိုပြုပြင်တော်မူပါ။
Thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.
3 ၃ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏လူစုတော်အား အတိဒုက္ခရောက်စေတော်မူပါပြီ။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားသေသောက်ကူး သူများသဖွယ်ယိမ်းယိုင်စေတော်မူပါပြီ။
Thou hast shewed thy people hard things: thou hast made us to drink the wine of astonishment.
4 ၄ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေသူတို့ သည် အပြစ်ဒဏ်လွတ်မြောက်စေရန်သူတို့အား ကိုယ်တော်သတိပေးတော်မူပါပြီ။
Thou hast given a banner to them that fear thee, that it may be displayed because of the truth. (Selah)
5 ၅ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တန်ခိုးတော်အားဖြင့် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ချစ်တော်မူသောသူတို့သည်ကယ်ဆယ် ခြင်း ခံရကြစေရန်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏ ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကိုနားညောင်းတော်မူပါ။
That thy beloved may be delivered; save [with] thy right hand, and hear me.
6 ၆ သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနတော်မှထာဝရဘုရား က``ငါသည် အောင်ပွဲခံ၍ရှေခင်မြို့ကိုပိုင်းခြားမည်။ သုကုတ်ချိုင့်ဝှမ်းကိုငါ၏လူစုတော်အား ခွဲဝေပေးမည်။
God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
7 ၇ ဂိလဒ်ပြည်ကိုငါပိုင်၏။ မနာရှေပြည်ကိုလည်း ငါပိုင်၏။ ဧဖရိမ်ပြည်သည်ငါ၏မကိုဋ်ဖြစ်၍ ယုဒပြည်ကားငါ၏ရာဇလှံတံဖြစ်၏။
Gilead [is] mine, and Manasseh [is] mine; Ephraim also [is] the strength of mine head; Judah [is] my lawgiver;
8 ၈ သို့ရာတွင်ငါသည်မောဘပြည်ကိုငါ၏ ခြေဆေးခွက်အဖြစ်ဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ဧဒုံပြည်ကိုငါ၏ဖိနပ်ချွတ်အဖြစ်ဖြင့် လည်းကောင်း အသုံးပြုမည်။ ဖိလိတ္တိပြည်သည်ငါ့ကိုအနိုင်ရ၍အောင်သံ ဖြင့် ကြွေးကြော်နိုင်မည်ဟုထင်မှတ်သလော'' ဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။
Moab [is] my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me.
9 ၉ အို ဘုရားသခင်၊ ခိုင်ခံ့လုံခြုံသည့်မြို့တွင်းသို့အဘယ်သူသည် ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားခေါ်ဆောင်သွားပါမည် နည်း။ အဘယ်သူသည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားဧဒုံပြည် သို့ ပို့ဆောင်ပါမည်နည်း။
Who will bring me [into] the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?
10 ၁၀ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အား အကယ်ပင် စွန့်ပစ်တော်မူပါပြီလော။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့၏စစ်တပ်များနှင့်အတူ ချီတက်တော်မမူဘဲနေပါမည်လော။
[Wilt] not thou, O God, [which] hadst cast us off? and [thou], O God, [which] didst not go out with our armies?
11 ၁၁ ရန်သူကိုတိုက်ခိုက်နိုင်ရန်ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အား ကူမတော်မူပါ။ လူသားတို့၏အကူအညီသည်အချည်းနှီး ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
Give us help from trouble: for vain [is] the help of man.
12 ၁၂ ငါတို့၏ဘက်တွင်ဘုရားသခင်ရှိတော်မူလျှင် ငါတို့သည်အောင်မြင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါတို့၏ရန်သူများကို နှိမ်နင်းတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
Through God we shall do valiantly: for he [it is that] shall tread down our enemies.
