വെളിപാട് 7

1 ൧ ഇതിനുശേഷം ഭൂമിമേലും കടലിന്മേലും യാതൊരു വൃക്ഷത്തിന്മേലും നാല് ദൂതന്മാർ ഭൂമിയിലെ നാല് കാറ്റും പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു ഭൂമിയുടെ നാല് ദിക്കിലും നില്ക്കുന്നതു ഞാൻ കണ്ട്.

After this, I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, restraining the four winds of the earth, so that no wind should blow over the earth, or over the sea, or against any tree.

2 ൨ ജീവനുള്ള ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മുദ്രയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന മറ്റൊരു ദൂതൻ, കിഴക്കുനിന്ന് മുകളിലേക്കു വരുന്നത് ഞാൻ കണ്ട്. അവൻ ഭൂമിക്കും സമുദ്രത്തിനും കേടുവരുത്തുവാൻ അനുവാദം കൊടുക്കപ്പെട്ട നാല് ദൂതന്മാരോട്:

And, in the east, I saw another angel, ascending, holding the seal of the living God; and he cried in a loud voice to the four angels, to whom there had been given power to harm the earth and the sea –

3 ൩ നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ദാസന്മാരുടെ നെറ്റികളിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ ഒരു മുദ്രയിട്ട് തീരുവോളം ഭൂമിക്കോ, സമൂദ്രത്തിനോ, വൃക്ഷങ്ങൾക്കോ കേടുവരുത്തരുത് എന്നു ഉറക്കെ വിളിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു.

“Do not harm the earth, or the sea, or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.”

4 ൪ മുദ്രയേറ്റവരുടെ എണ്ണവും ഞാൻ കേട്ട്; യിസ്രായേൽ ജനങ്ങളുടെ എല്ലാ ഗോത്രത്തിലും നിന്നു മുദ്രയേറ്റവർ 1,44,000.

I heard, too, the number of those who had been sealed. It was one hundred and forty-four thousand; and they were from every tribe of the Israelites.

5 ൫ യെഹൂദാഗോത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നു മുദ്രയേറ്റവർ പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; രൂബേൻഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; ഗാദ്ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം.

From the tribe of Judah twelve thousand were sealed, from the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand, from the tribe of Gad twelve thousand,

6 ൬ ആശേർ ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; നഫ്താലി ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; മനശ്ശെഗോത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം.

from the tribe of Asher twelve thousand, from the tribe of Napthali twelve thousand, from the tribe of Manasseh twelve thousand,

7 ൭ ശിമെയോൻ ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; ലേവിഗോത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; യിസ്സാഖാർ ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം;

from the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand, from the tribe of Levi twelve thousand, from the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand,

8 ൮ സെബൂലൂൻഗോത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; യോസഫ് ഗോത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നു പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരം; ബെന്യാമിൻ ഗോത്രത്തിൽനിന്നു മുദ്രയേറ്റവർ പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരവും ആയിരുന്നു.

from the tribe of Zebulon twelve thousand, from the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand, from the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand were sealed.

9 ൯ ഈ സംഭവങ്ങൾക്കുശേഷം ഞാൻ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ, എല്ലാ ജാതികളിലും ഗോത്രങ്ങളിലും വംശങ്ങളിലും ഭാഷകളിലുംനിന്ന് സിംഹാസനത്തിനും കുഞ്ഞാടിനും മുമ്പാകെ നില്ക്കുന്ന, ആർക്കും എണ്ണിത്തീർക്കുവാൻ കഴിയാത്ത വെള്ളനിലയങ്കി ധരിച്ചും കൈകളിൽ കുരുത്തോലകൾ പിടിച്ചും ഉള്ള ഒരു മഹാപുരുഷാരത്തെ കണ്ട്. അവർ അത്യുച്ചത്തിൽ വിളിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞത്:

After this, in my vision, I saw a vast throng which no one could number, of people from every nation and of all tribes, and peoples, and languages. They stood in front of the throne and in front of the Lamb, robed in white, holding palm branches in their hands.

10 ൧൦ “രക്ഷ സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവനായ നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിനും കുഞ്ഞാടിനും ഉള്ളത്”.

And they are crying in a loud voice – “Salvation be ascribed to our God who is seated on his throne and to the Lamb.”

11 ൧൧ സകലദൂതന്മാരും സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെയും മൂപ്പന്മാരുടെയും നാല് ജീവികളുടെയും ചുറ്റും നിന്നു, അവർ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ കവിണ്ണുവീണു ദൈവത്തെ ആരാധിച്ചും കൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞത്:

And all the angels were standing round the throne and the elders and the four creatures, and they prostrated themselves on their faces in front of the throne and worshiped God,

12 ൧൨ “ആമേൻ;” നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന് എന്നെന്നേക്കും സ്തുതിയും മഹത്വവും ജ്ഞാനവും സ്തോത്രവും ബഹുമാനവും ശക്തിയും ബലവും; ആമേൻ. (aiōn g165)

saying – “Amen. Blessing and praise, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might be ascribed to our God for ever and ever. Amen.” (aiōn g165)

13 ൧൩ അപ്പോൾ മൂപ്പന്മാരിൽ ഒരുവൻ എന്നോട്: വെള്ളനിലയങ്കി ധരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഇവർ ആർ? അവർ എവിടെ നിന്നു വന്നു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

Then one of the elders turned to me and said “Who are these who are robed in white? And where did they come from?”

14 ൧൪ യജമാനന് അറിയാമല്ലോ എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞതിന് അവൻ എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞത്: ഇവർ മഹാകഷ്ടത്തിൽനിന്ന് വന്നവർ; അവർ കുഞ്ഞാടിന്റെ രക്തത്തിൽ അവരുടെ അങ്കി അലക്കി വെളുപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

“My Lord,” I answered, “it is you who know.” “These,” he said, “are they who come through the Great Persecution; they washed their robes white in the blood of the Lamb.

15 ൧൫ അതുകൊണ്ട് അവർ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിൻ മുമ്പിലിരുന്ന് അവന്റെ ആലയത്തിൽ രാവും പകലും അവനെ ആരാധിക്കുന്നു; സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവൻ അവരോട് കൂടെ വസിക്കും.

And therefore it is that they are before the throne of God, and are serving him day and night in his Temple; and he who is seated on the throne will shelter them.

16 ൧൬ ഇനി അവർക്ക് വിശക്കയില്ല ദാഹിക്കയും ഇല്ല; സൂര്യവെളിച്ചവും മറ്റ് ചൂടും അവരെ ബാധിക്കുകയില്ല.

Never again will they be hungry, never again will they be thirsty, nor will the sun smite them, nor any scorching heat;

17 ൧൭ സിംഹാസനത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഉള്ള കുഞ്ഞാട് അവരെ പോറ്റുകയും അവരെ ജീവജലത്തിന്റെ ഉറവുകളിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. ദൈവം അവരുടെ കണ്ണിൽ നിന്ന് കണ്ണുനീർ എല്ലാം തുടച്ചുകളയുകയും ചെയ്യും.

for the Lamb that stands in the space before the throne will be their shepherd, and will lead them to life-giving springs of water; and God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
