And Segub begat Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gilead.

And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath and its towns, [even] sixty cities. All these [belonged to] the sons of Machir, the father of Gilead.

And the sons of Ram the first-born of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.
28 O ana’ i Onameo, le i ­Samaý naho Iadà. O ana’ i Samaìo: i Nadabe naho i Abisore.
And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada. And the sons of Shammai; Nadab, and Abishur.
29 I Abihaile ty tahinam-bali’ i Abisore; ie ty nisamake i Akbane vaho i Molide.
And the name of the wife of Abishur [was] Abihail; and she bore him Ahban, and Molid.
30 O ana’ i Nadabeo: i Selede naho i Apaime; fe nihomake betsiterake t’i Selede.
And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Appaim: but Seled died without children.

And the sons of Appaim; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ahlai.

And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.
33 O ana’ Ionataneo: i Pelete naho i Zazà. Ana’ Ierakmeele irezay.
And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.

Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel [were], Mesha his first-born, who [was] the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.

And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.

And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jorkoam: and Rekem begat Shammai.

And the son of Shammai [was] Maon: and Maon [was] the father of Beth-zur.
46 Nasama’ i Efàe, sakeza’ i Kaleba t’i Karane naho i Motsà naho i Gazeze; le nasama’ i Karane t’i Gazeze.
And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bore Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez.
47 O ana-dahi’ Iedahio, i Regeme naho Iotame naho i Gesane naho i Pelete naho i Efà vaho i Saàfe.
And the sons of Jahdai; Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
48 Nasama’ i Maakàe sakeza’ i Kalebe t’i Sebere naho i Tirkanà.
Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber, and Tirhanah.
49 Nasama’e ka t’i Saafe, rae’ i Madmanà naho i Seva rae’ i Makbenà naho rae’ i Gibà; i Aksà ty anak’ ampela’ i Kalebe.
She bore also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea: and the daughter of Caleb [was] Achsah.
50 Ana’ i Kalebe irezay. O ana’ i Koreo tañoloñoloña’ i Efratae, le i Sobale rae’ i Kiriate’ Iearime
These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the first-born of Ephratah; Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim,
51 naho i Salmà rae’ i Betlekheme naho i Karefe rae’ i Bete-gadere.
Salma the father of Beth-lehem, Hareph the father of Beth-gader.

And Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim had sons; Haroeh, [and] half of the Manahethites.

And the families of Kirjath-jearim; the Ithrites, and the Puhites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zereathites, and the Eshtaulites.
54 O ana’ i Salmao: i Betelekheme naho o nte-Netofào naho i Ata­rote, anjomba’ Ioabe naho ty vaki’ o nte-Manakhateo, o Tsorào.
The sons of Salma; Beth-lehem, and the Netophathites, Ataroth, the house of Joab, and half of the Menahethites, the Zorites.
55 Le o fifokoa’ o mpanokitse mpimoneñe e Iabetseoo: O nte-Tiraò naho o nte-Simào vaho o nte-Sokào; nte-Kaine boak’e Kemate, rae’ i anjomba’ i Rekabey iereo.
And the families of the scribes who dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, [and] Suchathites. These [are] the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.
