< Ezayi 52 >

1 Oh Siona, lamuka, lamuka! Tika ete omikomisa lisusu makasi. Yelusalemi, engumba ya bule, lata bilamba na yo ya lokumu, pamba te ezala moto oyo bakata ngenga te to moto ya mbindo, akokota lisusu kati na yo te.
Awake, awake, Put on thy strength, O Zion, —Put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem—thou holy city, For there shall not again come into thee any more the uncircumcised and unclean.
2 Oh Yelusalemi, milongola na putulu, telema mpe vanda na esika na yo ya lokumu! Oh Siona, mboka kitoko, yo oyo ozali mokangami, kata minyololo na kingo na yo!
Shake thyself from the dust arise—sit down O Jerusalem, —Loose thyself from the bonds of thy neck, O captive! daughter of Zion!
3 Pamba te, tala liloba oyo Yawe alobi: « Lokola bomitekaki na ofele, bokosikolama mpe na mbongo te. »
For, thus, saith Yahweh, For nought, ye sold yourselves, —And not with silver, shall ye be redeemed,
4 Pamba te, tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: « Na ebandeli, bato na Ngai bakendeki na Ejipito mpo na kovanda kuna lokola bapaya; mpe na sima, Asiri anyokolaki bango.
For, thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, To Egypt, went down my people at first to sojourn there, —But, Assyria, without cause, hath oppressed him.
5 Sik’oyo, eloko nini nasili kozwa awa, » elobi Yawe? « Pamba te bamemaki bato na Ngai na pamba, mpe bato oyo bazali kokonza bango bazali koganga makasi, » elobi Yawe, « mpe, mokolo na mokolo mpe tango nyonso, Kombo na Ngai ezali kofingama.
Now, therefore, what do I here? Demandeth Yahweh. That my people have been taken away for nought? They who rule them, do howl, Declareth Yahweh, And, continually—all the day, is my Name brought into contempt.
6 Yango wana, bato na Ngai bakoyeba Kombo na Ngai; yango wana, na mokolo wana, bakoyeba ete Ngai moko nde nasakolaki yango. Solo, ezali nde Ngai. »
Therefore, shall my people acknowledge my Name: Therefore, in that day, shall they acknowledge that, I, am the same, even I who am speaking, —Here, I am,
7 Tala ndenge ezali kitoko, na likolo ya bangomba, makolo ya bato oyo basakolaka basango ya malamu, ba-oyo batatolaka kimia, ba-oyo bamemaka basango ya boboto, ba-oyo basakolaka lobiko, ba-oyo balobaka na Siona: « Nzambe na yo azali Mokonzi! »
How beautiful, upon the mountains are the feet—Of him That bringeth good tidings, That publisheth peace, That bringeth good tidings of blessing, That publisheth salvation, —That saith unto Zion, Thy God, hath become king.
8 Yoka! Bakengeli na yo batomboli mingongo; bazali koganga elongo na esengo, pamba te, na miso na bango, bakomona Yawe kozonga lisusu na Siona.
The voice of thy watchmen! They have uplifted a voice Together, do they renew the shout of triumph, —For eye to eye, shall they see, When Yahweh returneth to Zion.
9 Bino mipiku ya mabanga ya Yelusalemi, boyemba elongo banzembo ya esengo, pamba te Yawe abondisi bato na Ye, asikoli Yelusalemi.
Break forth, shout in triumph together, ye waste places of Jerusalem, —For Yahweh Hath comforted his people, Hath redeemed Jerusalem:
10 Yawe asemboli na pole loboko na Ye ya bule na miso ya bikolo nyonso; mpe suka nyonso ya mokili ekomona Lobiko ya Nzambe na biso.
Yahweh hath bared his holy arm, in the eyes of all the nations, So shall all the ends of the earth see the salvation of our God.
11 Bokende, bokende, bobima awa! Bosimba eloko moko te ya mbindo! Bobima kati na yango mpe bozala peto, bino oyo bomemi bisalelo ya Tempelo ya Yawe!
Away! away! come, forth from thence!—Nought unclean, may ye touch, —Come forth out of her midst, Purify yourselves, ye who are to carry the vessels of Yahweh;
12 Kasi na mbala oyo, bokobima na kowela te mpe bokokende te lokola bato bazali kokima, pamba te Yawe akotambola liboso na bino mpe Nzambe ya Isalaele akozala Mokengeli na bino na sima.
For, not in haste, shall ye come forth, Nor, by flight, shall ye journey, —For, your van-guard, is Yahweh, And, your rear-guard, the God of Israel.
13 Tala, mosali na ngai akosala na bwanya, akotombolama, akomata likolo mpe akonetolama makasi penza.
Lo! my Servant, prospereth, —He riseth, and is lifted up, and becometh very high:
14 Ndenge bato mingi bazalaki na somo mpo na ye na ndenge abebaki, elongi na ye etikalaki lisusu te lokola elongi ya moto, mpe lolenge na ye etikalaki lisusu te lokola mwana ya moto nyonso,
The more that Many, were amazed at thee, So marred, beyond any man’s, was his appearance, —And his form, beyond the sons of men,
15 ndenge wana mpe bato ya bikolo bakokamwa, mpe bakonzi bakokanga minoko na bango na tina na ye, pamba te bakomona oyo nanu babetela bango lisolo te mpe bakososola oyo nanu bayoka te.
The more doth he startle Many nations, Before him, have kings closed their mouth, —For, that which had not been related to them, have they seen, And that which they had not heard, haw they diligently considered.
