1 Alleluja. [Aleph Beati immaculati in via, qui ambulant in lege Domini.
Alleluia. Blessed are the blameless in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord.
2 Beati qui scrutantur testimonia ejus; in toto corde exquirunt eum.
Blessed are they that search out his testimonies: they will diligently seek him with the whole heart.
3 Non enim qui operantur iniquitatem in viis ejus ambulaverunt.
For they that work iniquity have not walked in his ways.
4 Tu mandasti mandata tua custodiri nimis.
You have commanded [us] diligently to keep your precepts.
5 Utinam dirigantur viæ meæ ad custodiendas justificationes tuas.
O that my ways were directed to keep your ordinances.
6 Tunc non confundar, cum perspexero in omnibus mandatis tuis.
Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all your commandments.
7 Confitebor tibi in directione cordis, in eo quod didici judicia justitiæ tuæ.
I will give you thanks with uprightness of heart, when I have learnt the judgements of your righteousness.
8 Justificationes tuas custodiam; non me derelinquas usquequaque.
I will keep your ordinances: O forsake me not greatly.
9 Beth In quo corrigit adolescentior viam suam? in custodiendo sermones tuos.
Wherewith shall a young man direct his way? by keeping your words.
10 In toto corde meo exquisivi te; ne repellas me a mandatis tuis.
With my whole heart have I diligently sought you: cast me not away from your commandments.
11 In corde meo abscondi eloquia tua, ut non peccem tibi.
I have hidden your oracles in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
12 Benedictus es, Domine; doce me justificationes tuas.
Blessed are you, O Lord: teach me your ordinances.
13 In labiis meis pronuntiavi omnia judicia oris tui.
With my lips have I declared all the judgements of your mouth.
14 In via testimoniorum tuorum delectatus sum, sicut in omnibus divitiis.
I have delighted in the way of your testimonies, [as much] as in all riches.
15 In mandatis tuis exercebor, et considerabo vias tuas.
I will meditate on your commandments, and consider your ways.
16 In justificationibus tuis meditabor: non obliviscar sermones tuos.
I will meditate on your ordinances: I will not forget your words.
17 Ghimel Retribue servo tuo, vivifica me, et custodiam sermones tuos.
Render a recompense to your servant: [so] shall I live, and keep your words.
18 Revela oculos meos, et considerabo mirabilia de lege tua.
Unveil you mine eyes, and I shall perceive wondrous things of your law.
19 Incola ego sum in terra: non abscondas a me mandata tua.
I am a stranger in the earth: hide not your commandments from me.
20 Concupivit anima mea desiderare justificationes tuas in omni tempore.
My soul has longed exceedingly for your judgements at all times.
21 Increpasti superbos; maledicti qui declinant a mandatis tuis.
You have rebuked the proud: cursed are they that turn aside from your commandments.
22 Aufer a me opprobrium et contemptum, quia testimonia tua exquisivi.
Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have sought out your testimonies.
23 Etenim sederunt principes, et adversum me loquebantur; servus autem tuus exercebatur in justificationibus tuis.
For princes sat and spoke against me: but your servant was meditating on your ordinances.
24 Nam et testimonia tua meditatio mea est, et consilium meum justificationes tuæ.
For your testimonies are my (meditation) and your ordinances are my counsellors.
25 Daleth Adhæsit pavimento anima mea: vivifica me secundum verbum tuum.
My soul has cleaved to the ground; quicken you me according to your word.
26 Vias meas enuntiavi, et exaudisti me; doce me justificationes tuas.
I declared my ways, and you did hear me: teach me your ordinances.
27 Viam justificationum tuarum instrue me, et exercebor in mirabilibus tuis.
Instruct me in the way of your ordinances; and I will meditate on your wondrous works.
28 Dormitavit anima mea præ tædio: confirma me in verbis tuis.
My soul has slumbered for sorrow; strengthen you me with your words.
29 Viam iniquitatis amove a me, et de lege tua miserere mei.
Remove from me the way of iniquity; and be merciful to me by your law.
30 Viam veritatis elegi; judicia tua non sum oblitus.
I have chosen the way of truth; and have not forgotten your judgements.
31 Adhæsi testimoniis tuis, Domine; noli me confundere.
I have cleaved to your testimonies, O Lord; put me not to shame.
32 Viam mandatorum tuorum cucurri, cum dilatasti cor meum.
I ran the way of your commandments, when you did enlarge my heart.
33 He Legem pone mihi, Domine, viam justificationum tuarum, et exquiram eam semper.
Teach me, O Lord, the way of your ordinances, and I will seek it out continually.
34 Da mihi intellectum, et scrutabor legem tuam, et custodiam illam in toto corde meo.
Instruct me, and I will search out your law, and will keep it with my whole heart.
35 Deduc me in semitam mandatorum tuorum, quia ipsam volui.
Guide me in the path of your commandments; for I have delighted in it.
36 Inclina cor meum in testimonia tua, et non in avaritiam.
Incline mine heart to your testimonies, and not to covetousness.
37 Averte oculos meos, ne videant vanitatem; in via tua vivifica me.
Turn away mine eyes that I may not behold vanity: quicken you me in your way.
38 Statue servo tuo eloquium tuum in timore tuo.
Confirm your oracle to your servant, that he may fear you.
39 Amputa opprobrium meum quod suspicatus sum, quia judicia tua jucunda.
Take away my reproach which I have feared: for your judgements are good.
40 Ecce concupivi mandata tua: in æquitate tua vivifica me.
Behold, I have desired your commandments: quicken me in your righteousness.
41 Vau Et veniat super me misericordia tua, Domine; salutare tuum secundum eloquium tuum.
And let your mercy come upon me, O Lord; [even] your salvation, according to your word.
42 Et respondebo exprobrantibus mihi verbum, quia speravi in sermonibus tuis.
And [so] I shall render an answer to them that reproach me: for I have trusted in your words.
43 Et ne auferas de ore meo verbum veritatis usquequaque, quia in judiciis tuis supersperavi.
And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in your judgements. So shall I keep your law continually, for ever and ever.
44 Et custodiam legem tuam semper, in sæculum et in sæculum sæculi.
45 Et ambulabam in latitudine, quia mandata tua exquisivi.
I walked also at large: for I sought out your commandments.
46 Et loquebar in testimoniis tuis in conspectu regum, et non confundebar.
And I spoke of your testimonies before kings, and was not ashamed.
47 Et meditabar in mandatis tuis, quæ dilexi.
And I meditated on your commandments, which I loved exceedingly.
48 Et levavi manus meas ad mandata tua, quæ dilexi, et exercebar in justificationibus tuis.
And I lifted up my hands to your commandments which I loved; and I meditated in your ordinances.
49 Zain Memor esto verbi tui servo tuo, in quo mihi spem dedisti.
Remember your words to your servant, wherein you have made me hope.
50 Hæc me consolata est in humilitate mea, quia eloquium tuum vivificavit me.
This has comforted me in mine affliction: for your oracle has quickened me.
51 Superbi inique agebant usquequaque; a lege autem tua non declinavi.
The proud have transgressed exceedingly; but I swerved not from your law.
52 Memor fui judiciorum tuorum a sæculo, Domine, et consolatus sum.
I remembered your judgements of old, O Lord; and was comforted.
53 Defectio tenuit me, pro peccatoribus derelinquentibus legem tuam.
Despair took hold upon me, because of the sinners who forsake your law.
54 Cantabiles mihi erant justificationes tuæ in loco peregrinationis meæ.
Your ordinances were my songs in the place of my sojourning.
55 Memor fui nocte nominis tui, Domine, et custodivi legem tuam.
I remembered your name, O Lord, in the night, and kept your law.
56 Hæc facta est mihi, quia justificationes tuas exquisivi.
This I had, because I diligently sought your ordinances.
57 Heth Portio mea, Domine, dixi custodire legem tuam.
You are my portion, O Lord: I said that I would keep your law.
58 Deprecatus sum faciem tuam in toto corde meo; miserere mei secundum eloquium tuum.
I implored your favour with my whole heart: have mercy upon me according to your word.
59 Cogitavi vias meas, et converti pedes meos in testimonia tua.
I thought on your ways, and turned my feet to your testimonies.
60 Paratus sum, et non sum turbatus, ut custodiam mandata tua.
I prepared myself, (and was not terrified, ) to keep your commandments.
61 Funes peccatorum circumplexi sunt me, et legem tuam non sum oblitus.
The snares of sinners entangled me: but I forgot not your law.
62 Media nocte surgebam ad confitendum tibi, super judicia justificationis tuæ.
At midnight I arose, to give thanks to you for the judgements of your righteousness.
63 Particeps ego sum omnium timentium te, et custodientium mandata tua.
I am a companion of all them that fear you, and of them that keep your commandments.
64 Misericordia tua, Domine, plena est terra; justificationes tuas doce me.
O Lord, the earth is full of your mercy: teach me your ordinances.
65 Teth Bonitatem fecisti cum servo tuo, Domine, secundum verbum tuum.
You have wrought kindly with your servant, o Lord, according to your word.
66 Bonitatem, et disciplinam, et scientiam doce me, quia mandatis tuis credidi.
Teach me kindness, and instruction, and knowledge: for I have believed your commandments.
67 Priusquam humiliarer ego deliqui: propterea eloquium tuum custodivi.
Before I was afflicted, I transgressed; therefore have I kept your word.
68 Bonus es tu, et in bonitate tua doce me justificationes tuas.
Good are you, O Lord; therefore in your goodness teach me your ordinances.
69 Multiplicata est super me iniquitas superborum; ego autem in toto corde meo scrutabor mandata tua.
The injustice of the proud has been multiplied against me: but I will search out your commandments with all my heart.
70 Coagulatum est sicut lac cor eorum; ego vero legem tuam meditatus sum.
Their heart has been curdled like milk; but I have meditated on your law.
71 Bonum mihi quia humiliasti me, ut discam justificationes tuas.
[It is] good for me that you have afflicted me; that I might learn your ordinances.
72 Bonum mihi lex oris tui, super millia auri et argenti.
The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
73 Jod Manus tuæ fecerunt me, et plasmaverunt me: da mihi intellectum, et discam mandata tua.
Your hands have made me, and fashioned me: instruct me, that I may learn your commandments.
74 Qui timent te videbunt me et lætabuntur, quia in verba tua supersperavi.
They that fear you will see me and rejoice: for I have hoped in your words.
75 Cognovi, Domine, quia æquitas judicia tua, et in veritate tua humiliasti me.
I know, O Lord, that your judgements are righteousness, and [that] you in truthfulness have afflicted me.
76 Fiat misericordia tua ut consoletur me, secundum eloquium tuum servo tuo.
Let, I pray you, your mercy be to comfort me, according to your word to your servant.
77 Veniant mihi miserationes tuæ, et vivam, quia lex tua meditatio mea est.
Let your compassions come to me, that I may live: for your law is my (meditation)
78 Confundantur superbi, quia injuste iniquitatem fecerunt in me; ego autem exercebor in mandatis tuis.
Let the proud be ashamed; for they transgressed against me unjustly: but I will meditate in your commandments.
79 Convertantur mihi timentes te, et qui noverunt testimonia tua.
Let those that fear you, and those that know your testimonies, turn to me.
80 Fiat cor meum immaculatum in justificationibus tuis, ut non confundar.
Let mine heart be blameless in your ordinances, that I may not be ashamed.
81 Caph Defecit in salutare tuum anima mea, et in verbum tuum supersperavi.
My soul faints for your salvation: I have hoped in your words.
82 Defecerunt oculi mei in eloquium tuum, dicentes: Quando consolaberis me?
Mine eyes failed [in waiting] for your word, saying, When will you comfort me?
83 Quia factus sum sicut uter in pruina; justificationes tuas non sum oblitus.
For I am become as a bottle in the frost: [yet] I have not forgotten your ordinances.
84 Quot sunt dies servi tui? quando facies de persequentibus me judicium?
How many are the days of your servant? when will you execute judgement for me on them that persecute me?
85 Narraverunt mihi iniqui fabulationes, sed non ut lex tua.
Transgressors told me [idle tales]; but not according to your law, O Lord.
86 Omnia mandata tua veritas: inique persecuti sunt me, adjuva me.
All your commandments are truth; they persecuted me unjustly; help you me.
87 Paulominus consummaverunt me in terra; ego autem non dereliqui mandata tua.
They nearly made an end of me in the earth; but I forsook not your commandments.
88 Secundum misericordiam tuam vivifica me, et custodiam testimonia oris tui.
Quicken me according to your mercy; so shall I keep the testimonies of your mouth.
89 Lamed In æternum, Domine, verbum tuum permanet in cælo.
Your word, O Lord, abides in heaven for ever.
90 In generationem et generationem veritas tua; fundasti terram, et permanet.
Your truth [endures] to all generations; you have founded the earth, and it abides.
91 Ordinatione tua perseverat dies, quoniam omnia serviunt tibi.
The day continues by your arrangement; for all things are your servants.
92 Nisi quod lex tua meditatio mea est, tunc forte periissem in humilitate mea.
Were it not that your law is my (meditation) then I should have perished in mine affliction.
93 In æternum non obliviscar justificationes tuas, quia in ipsis vivificasti me.
I will never forget your ordinances; for with them you have quickened me.
94 Tuus sum ego; salvum me fac: quoniam justificationes tuas exquisivi.
I am your, save me; for I have sought out your ordinances.
95 Me exspectaverunt peccatores ut perderent me; testimonia tua intellexi.
Sinners laid wait for me to destroy me; [but] I understood your testimonies.
96 Omnis consummationis vidi finem, latum mandatum tuum nimis.
have seen an end of all perfection; [but] your commandment is very broad.
97 Mem Quomodo dilexi legem tuam, Domine! tota die meditatio mea est.
How I have loved your law, O Lord! it is my meditation all the day.
98 Super inimicos meos prudentem me fecisti mandato tuo, quia in æternum mihi est.
You have made me wiser than mine enemies [in] your commandment; for it is mine for ever.
99 Super omnes docentes me intellexi, quia testimonia tua meditatio mea est.
I have more understanding than all my teachers; for your testimonies are my medication.
100 Super senes intellexi, quia mandata tua quæsivi.
I understand more that the aged; because I have sought out your commandments.
101 Ab omni via mala prohibui pedes meos, ut custodiam verba tua.
I have kept back my feet from every evil way, that I might keep your words.
102 A judiciis tuis non declinavi, quia tu legem posuisti mihi.
I have not declined from your judgements; for you have instructed me.
103 Quam dulcia faucibus meis eloquia tua! super mel ori meo.
How sweet are your oracles to my throat! more so than honey to my mouth!
104 A mandatis tuis intellexi; propterea odivi omnem viam iniquitatis.
I gain understanding by your commandments: therefore I have hated every way of unrighteousness.
105 Nun Lucerna pedibus meis verbum tuum, et lumen semitis meis.
Your law is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my paths.
106 Juravi et statui custodire judicia justitiæ tuæ.
I have sworn and determined to keep the judgements of your righteousness.
107 Humiliatus sum usquequaque, Domine; vivifica me secundum verbum tuum.
I have been very greatly afflicted, O Lord: quicken me, according to your word.
108 Voluntaria oris mei beneplacita fac, Domine, et judicia tua doce me.
Accept, I pray you, O Lord, the free will offerings of my mouth, and teach me your judgements.
109 Anima mea in manibus meis semper, et legem tuam non sum oblitus.
My soul is continually in your hands; and I have not forgotten your law.
110 Posuerunt peccatores laqueum mihi, et de mandatis tuis non erravi.
Sinners spread a snare for me; but I erred not from your commandments.
111 Hæreditate acquisivi testimonia tua in æternum, quia exsultatio cordis mei sunt.
I have inherited your testimonies for ever; for they are the joy of my heart.
112 Inclinavi cor meum ad faciendas justificationes tuas in æternum, propter retributionem.
I have inclined my heart to perform your ordinances for ever, in return [for your mercies].
113 Samech Iniquos odio habui, et legem tuam dilexi.
I have hated transgressors; but I have loved your law.
114 Adjutor et susceptor meus es tu, et in verbum tuum supersperavi.
You are my helper and my supporter; I have hoped in your words.
115 Declinate a me, maligni, et scrutabor mandata Dei mei.
Depart from me, you evil-doers; for I will search out the commandments of my God.
116 Suscipe me secundum eloquium tuum, et vivam, et non confundas me ab exspectatione mea.
Uphold me according to your word, and quicken me; and make me not ashamed of my expectation.
117 Adjuva me, et salvus ero, et meditabor in justificationibus tuis semper.
Help me, and I shall be saved; and I will meditate in your ordinances continually.
118 Sprevisti omnes discedentes a judiciis tuis, quia injusta cogitatio eorum.
You have brought to nothing all that depart from your ordinances; for their inward thought is unrighteous.
119 Prævaricantes reputavi omnes peccatores terræ; ideo dilexi testimonia tua.
I have reckoned all the sinners of the earth as transgressors; therefore have I loved your testimonies.
120 Confige timore tuo carnes meas; a judiciis enim tuis timui.
Penetrate my flesh with your fear; for I am afraid of your judgements.
121 Ain Feci judicium et justitiam: non tradas me calumniantibus me.
I have done judgement and justice; deliver me not up to them that injure me.
122 Suscipe servum tuum in bonum: non calumnientur me superbi.
Receive your servant for good: let not the proud accuse me falsely.
123 Oculi mei defecerunt in salutare tuum, et in eloquium justitiæ tuæ.
Mine eyes have failed for your salvation, and for the word of your righteousness.
124 Fac cum servo tuo secundum misericordiam tuam, et justificationes tuas doce me.
Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your ordinances.
125 Servus tuus sum ego: da mihi intellectum, ut sciam testimonia tua.
I am your servant; instruct me, and I shall know your testimonies.
126 Tempus faciendi, Domine: dissipaverunt legem tuam.
[It is] time for the Lord to work: they have utterly broken your law.
127 Ideo dilexi mandata tua super aurum et topazion.
Therefore have I loved your commandments more than gold, or the topaz.
128 Propterea ad omnia mandata tua dirigebar; omnem viam iniquam odio habui.
Therefore I directed myself [according] to all your commandments: I have hated every unjust way.
129 Phe Mirabilia testimonia tua: ideo scrutata est ea anima mea.
Your testimonies are wonderful: therefore my soul has sought them out.
130 Declaratio sermonum tuorum illuminat, et intellectum dat parvulis.
The manifestation of your words will enlighten, and instruct the simple.
131 Os meum aperui, et attraxi spiritum: quia mandata tua desiderabam.
I opened my mouth, and drew breath: for I earnestly longed after your commandments.
132 Aspice in me, et miserere mei, secundum judicium diligentium nomen tuum.
Look upon me and have mercy upon me, after the manner of them that love your name.
133 Gressus meos dirige secundum eloquium tuum, et non dominetur mei omnis injustitia.
Order my steps according to your word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
134 Redime me a calumniis hominum ut custodiam mandata tua.
Deliver me from the false accusation of men: so will I keep your commandments.
135 Faciem tuam illumina super servum tuum, et doce me justificationes tuas.
Cause your face to shine upon your servant: and teach me your ordinances.
136 Exitus aquarum deduxerunt oculi mei, quia non custodierunt legem tuam.
Mine eyes have been bathed in streams of water, because I kept not your law.
137 Sade Justus es, Domine, et rectum judicium tuum.
Righteous are you, O Lord, and upright are your judgements.
138 Mandasti justitiam testimonia tua, et veritatem tuam nimis.
You has commanded righteousness and perfect truth, [as] your testimonies.
139 Tabescere me fecit zelus meus, quia obliti sunt verba tua inimici mei.
Your zeal has quite wasted me: because mine enemies have forgotten your words.
140 Ignitum eloquium tuum vehementer, et servus tuus dilexit illud.
Your word [has been] very fully tried; and your servant loves it.
141 Adolescentulus sum ego et contemptus; justificationes tuas non sum oblitus.
I am young and despised: [yet] I have not forgotten your ordinances.
142 Justitia tua, justitia in æternum, et lex tua veritas.
Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your law is truth.
143 Tribulatio et angustia invenerunt me; mandata tua meditatio mea est.
Afflictions and distresses found me: [but] your commandments [were] my (meditation)
144 Æquitas testimonia tua in æternum: intellectum da mihi, et vivam.
Your testimonies [are] an everlasting righteousness: instruct me, and I shall live.
145 Coph Clamavi in toto corde meo: exaudi me, Domine; justificationes tuas requiram.
I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will search out your ordinances.
146 Clamavi ad te; salvum me fac: ut custodiam mandata tua.
I cried to you; save me, and I will keep your testimonies.
147 Præveni in maturitate, et clamavi: quia in verba tua supersperavi.
I arose before the dawn, and cried: I hoped in your words.
148 Prævenerunt oculi mei ad te diluculo, ut meditarer eloquia tua.
Mine eyes prevented the dawn, that I might meditate on your oracles.
149 Vocem meam audi secundum misericordiam tuam, Domine, et secundum judicium tuum vivifica me.
Hear my voice, O Lord, according to your mercy; quicken me according to your judgement.
150 Appropinquaverunt persequentes me iniquitati: a lege autem tua longe facti sunt.
They have drawn near who persecuted me unlawfully; and they are far removed from your law.
151 Prope es tu, Domine, et omnes viæ tuæ veritas.
You are near, O Lord; and all your ways are truth.
152 Initio cognovi de testimoniis tuis, quia in æternum fundasti ea.
I have known of old concerning your testimonies, that you have founded them for ever.
153 Res Vide humilitatem meam, et eripe me, quia legem tuam non sum oblitus.
Look upon mine affliction, and rescue me; for I have not forgotten your law.
154 Judica judicium meum, et redime me: propter eloquium tuum vivifica me.
Plead my cause, and ransom me: quicken me because of your word.
155 Longe a peccatoribus salus, quia justificationes tuas non exquisierunt.
Salvation is far from sinners: for they have not searched out your ordinances.
156 Misericordiæ tuæ multæ, Domine; secundum judicium tuum vivifica me.
Your mercies, O Lord, are many: quicken me according to your judgement.
157 Multi qui persequuntur me, et tribulant me; a testimoniis tuis non declinavi.
Many are they that persecute me and oppress me: [but] I have not declined from your testimonies.
158 Vidi prævaricantes et tabescebam, quia eloquia tua non custodierunt.
I saw men acting foolishly, and I pined away; for they kept not your oracles.
159 Vide quoniam mandata tua dilexi, Domine: in misericordia tua vivifica me.
Behold, I have loved your commandments, O Lord: quicken me in your mercy.
160 Principium verborum tuorum veritas; in æternum omnia judicia justitiæ tuæ.
The beginning of your words is truth; and all the judgements of your righteousness [endure] for ever.
161 Sin Principes persecuti sunt me gratis, et a verbis tuis formidavit cor meum.
Princes persecuted me without a cause, but my heart feared because of your words.
162 Lætabor ego super eloquia tua, sicut qui invenit spolia multa.
I will exult because of your oracles, as one that finds much spoil.
163 Iniquitatem odio habui, et abominatus sum, legem autem tuam dilexi.
I hate and abhor unrighteousness; but I love your law.
164 Septies in die laudem dixi tibi, super judicia justitiæ tuæ.
Seven times in a day have I praised you because of the judgements of your righteousness.
165 Pax multa diligentibus legem tuam, et non est illis scandalum.
Great peace have they that love your law: and there is no stumbling block to them.
166 Exspectabam salutare tuum, Domine, et mandata tua dilexi.
I waited for your salvation, O Lord, and have loved your commandments.
167 Custodivit anima mea testimonia tua, et dilexit ea vehementer.
My soul has kept your testimonies, and loved them exceedingly.
168 Servavi mandata tua et testimonia tua, quia omnes viæ meæ in conspectu tuo.
I have kept your commandments and your testimonies; for all my ways are before you, O Lord.
169 Tau Appropinquet deprecatio mea in conspectu tuo, Domine; juxta eloquium tuum da mihi intellectum.
Let my supplication come near before you, o Lord; instruct me according to your oracle.
170 Intret postulatio mea in conspectu tuo; secundum eloquium tuum eripe me.
Let my petition come in before you, O Lord; deliver me according to your oracle.
171 Eructabunt labia mea hymnum, cum docueris me justificationes tuas.
Let my lips utter a hymn, when you shall have taught me your ordinances.
172 Pronuntiabit lingua mea eloquium tuum, quia omnia mandata tua æquitas.
Let my tongue utter your oracles; for all your commandments are righteous.
173 Fiat manus tua ut salvet me, quoniam mandata tua elegi.
Let your hand be [prompt] to save me; for I have chosen your commandments.
174 Concupivi salutare tuum, Domine, et lex tua meditatio mea est.
I have longed after your salvation, O Lord; and your law is my (meditation)
175 Vivet anima mea, et laudabit te, et judicia tua adjuvabunt me.
My soul shall live, and shall praise you; and your judgements shall help me.
176 Erravi sicut ovis quæ periit: quære servum tuum, quia mandata tua non sum oblitus.]
I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant; for I have not forgotten your commandments.
