| ئەی سەرڕاستان گۆرانی شادی بۆ یەزدان بڵێن، ستایشکردن لە دڵڕاستان دەوەشێتەوە. | 1 |
[A Psalm] of David. Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous; praise becomes the upright.
| بە ساز ستایشی یەزدان بکەن، بە قیسارەی دە ژێیی مۆسیقای بۆ بژەنن. | 2 |
Praise the Lord on the harp; platy to him on a lute of ten strings.
| سروودێکی نوێی بۆ بڵێن، بە کارامەیی مۆسیقا بژەنن، بە هەلهەلەوە. | 3 |
Sing to him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.
| فەرمایشتی یەزدان ڕاستە، لە هەموو کردارەکانی دڵسۆزە. | 4 |
For the word of the Lord is right; and all his works are faithful.
| یەزدان ڕاستودروستی و دادپەروەری خۆشدەوێت، زەوی پڕ بووە لە خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەی. | 5 |
He loves mercy and judgement; the earth is full the mercy of the Lord.
| بە فەرمانی یەزدان ئاسمان دروستکرا، بە هەناسەی دەمی هەموو ئەستێرەکانی ئاسمان. | 6 |
By the word of the Lord the heavens were established; and all the host of them by the breath of his [mouth].
| ئاوی دەریا وەک بەنداو کۆدەکاتەوە و زەریاکان دەخاتە ناو ئەمبارەوە. | 7 |
Who gathers the waters of the sea as [in] a bottle; who lays up the deeps in treasuries.
| با هەموو زەوی لە یەزدان بترسێت، با هەموو خەڵکی دنیا سام دایانگرێت! | 8 |
Let all the earth fear the Lord; and let all that dwell in the world be moved because of him.
| لەبەر ئەوەی کە فەرمووی، پەیدا بوو، فەرمانی دا، بوو. | 9 |
For he spoke, and they were made; he commanded, and they were created.
| یەزدان پیلانی نەتەوەکانی پووچ کردەوە، تەگبیری گەلانی هەڵوەشاندەوە. | 10 |
The Lord frustrates the counsels of the nations; he brings to nothing also the reasonings of the peoples, and brings to nothing the counsels of princes.
| بەڵام پلانی یەزدان هەتاهەتایە دەمێنێت، تەگبیری دڵی بۆ هەموو نەوەکانە. | 11 |
But the counsel of the Lord endures for ever, the thoughts of his heart from generation to generation.
| خۆزگە دەخوازرێ بەو نەتەوەیەی کە یەزدان خودایانە، بەو گەلەی هەڵیبژاردووە بۆ میراتی خۆی. | 12 |
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
| یەزدان لە ئاسمانەوە دەڕوانێتە خوارێ، هەموو ئادەمیزاد دەبینێت. | 13 |
The Lord looks out of heaven; he beholds all the sons of men.
| لە نشینگەکەی خۆیەوە چاودێری هەموو دانیشتووانی زەوی دەکات. | 14 |
He looks from his prepared habitation on all the dwellers on the earth;
| ئەو کە شێوەی دڵی هەمووانی دروستکردووە، ئاگاداری هەموو کردەوەکانیانە. | 15 |
who fashioned their hearts alone; who understands all their works.
| هیچ پاشایەک بە گەورەیی سوپاکەی ڕزگاری نابێت، هیچ پاڵەوانێک بە هێزی بازووی دەرباز نابێت. | 16 |
A king is not saved by reason of a great host; and a giant shall not be delivered by the greatness of his strength.
| ئەسپ ئومێدێکی دۆڕاوە بۆ ڕزگار بوون، بە توندی هێزی ناتوانێت کەس دەرباز بکات. | 17 |
A horse is vain for safety; neither shall he be delivered by the greatness of his power.
| بەڵام یەزدان چاوی لەوانەیە کە ترسی ئەویان لە دڵدایە، ئەوانەی هیوایان بە خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕی ئەوە، | 18 |
Behold, the eyes of the Lord are on them that fear him, those that hope in his mercy;
| بۆ ئەوەی لە مردندا فریایان بکەوێت و لە قاتوقڕیدا ژیانیان دابین بکات. | 19 |
to deliver their souls from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
| ئێمە بە ئومێدی چاوەڕوانی یەزدانین، یەزدان یارمەتیدەر و قەڵغانمانە. | 20 |
Our soul waits on the Lord; for he is our helper and defender.
| دڵمان بەو خۆشە، چونکە ئێمە پشت بە ناوی پیرۆزی ئەو دەبەستین. | 21 |
For our heart shall rejoice in him, and we have hoped in his holy name.
| ئەی یەزدان، با خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕت بەسەرمانەوە بێت، بەگوێرەی هیوامان بە تۆ. | 22 |
Let your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we have hoped in you.
