| من ئەو پیاوەم کە زەلیلیم بینی بە گۆچانی تووڕەیی ئەو. | 1 |
ALEPH. I am the man that sees poverty, through the rod of his wrath upon me.
| منی بە پێش خۆی دا و منی بە تاریکاییدا برد، بەبێ هیچ ڕووناکییەک. | 2 |
He has taken me, and led me away into darkness, and not [into] light.
| بێگومان، دەستی لە دژی من بەرزدەکاتەوە بە بەردەوامی و بە درێژایی ڕۆژ. | 3 |
Nay, against me has he turned his hand all the day.
| گۆشت و پێستی منی پیرکرد، ئێسکەکانی شکاندم. | 4 |
He has made old my flesh and my skin; he has broken my bones.
| دەوری گرتم و گەمارۆی دام بە ژەهر و ناخۆشی. | 5 |
BETH. He has built against me, and compassed my head, and brought travail [upon me].
| ناچاری کردم لەناو تاریکیدا نیشتەجێ بم وەک ئەوانەی لەمێژە مردوون. | 6 |
He has set me in dark places, as them that have long been dead.
| لەناو پەرژینێک بەندی کرد بۆ ئەوەی نەتوانم هەڵبێم، زنجیرەکانی منی قورس کرد. | 7 |
He has builded against me, and I can’t come forth: he has made my brazen [chain] heavy.
| هەروەها کاتێک هاوار دەکەم و داوای فریاکەوتن دەکەم، بەڵام نزاکانم ڕادەگرێت. | 8 |
GIMEL. Yes, [though] I cry and shout, he shuts out my prayer.
| بەردی تاشراوی کەڵەکە کرد و ڕێگای منی پێ گرت، ڕێڕەوەکانی منی خواروخێچ کرد. | 9 |
DALETH. He has built up my ways, he has hedged my paths;
| وەک ورچێک بۆم لە بۆسەدایە، وەک شێرێک خۆی مات دەکات، | 10 |
he has troubled me, [as] a she-bear lying in wait: he is to me [as] a lion in secret places.
| منی لەڕێ لادا و پارچەپارچەی کردم، منی وێران کرد. | 11 |
He pursued [me] after I departed, and brought me to a stand: he has utterly ruined me.
| کەوانەکەی ڕاکێشا منی کردە نیشانەی تیرەکانی. | 12 |
HE. He has bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.
| تیرەکانی تیردانەکەی لە دڵم چەقاند. | 13 |
He has caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins.
| هەموو گەلەکەم سووکایەتیم پێ دەکەن، بە درێژایی ڕۆژ بە گۆرانی گاڵتەم پێ دەکەن. | 14 |
I became a laughing stock to all my people; and their song all the day.
| تێری کردم لە تاڵی، زەقنەبووتی دەرخوارد دام. | 15 |
VAU. He has filled me with bitterness, he has drenched me with gall.
| بە چەو ددانەکانی منی وردوخاش کرد، منی لەناو خۆڵەمێش پەستایەوە. | 16 |
And he has dashed out my teeth with gravel, he has fed me with ashes.
| من لە ئاشتی بێبەش کراوم، سەرکەوتنم لەبیرچووەوە. | 17 |
He has also removed my soul from peace: I forgot prosperity.
| ئینجا گوتم، «شکۆمەندیم نەما، هەروەها هیوام بە یەزدان بڕا.» | 18 |
Therefore my success has perished, and my hope from the Lord.
| دێتەوە بیرم، ڕۆژانی زەلیلی و سەرگەردانیم، وەک ژەهر و زەقنەبووت بوون. | 19 |
ZAIN. I remembered by reason of my poverty, and because of persecution my bitterness and gall shall be remembered;
| بە باشی بەبیرم دێتەوە، لە ناخەوە ڕۆحم خەمبارە. | 20 |
and my soul shall meditate with me.
| بەڵام ئەوە دەهێنمەوە یادم و لەبەر ئەوە هیوام هەیە: | 21 |
This will I lay up in my heart, therefore I will endure.
| بەهۆی خۆشەویستی نەگۆڕی یەزدانە کە لەناونەچووین، چونکە بەزەییەکەی تەواو نابێت. | 22 |
HETH. [It is] the mercies of the Lord, that he has not failed me, because his compassions are not exhausted. Pity [us], O Lord, early [every] month: for we are not brought to an end, because his compassions are not exhausted.
| ئەوانەت هەموو بەیانییەک نوێن؛ دڵسۆزییەکەت چەند گەورەیە. | 23 |
[They are] new every morning: great is your faithfulness.
| بە خۆم دەڵێم: «یەزدان بەشی منە، لەبەر ئەوە هیوام بەوە.» | 24 |
The Lord is my portion, says my soul; therefore will I wait for him.
| یەزدان چاکە بۆ ئەوانەی هیوایان بەو هەیە، بۆ ئەو کەسەی داوای ئەو دەکات. | 25 |
TETH. The Lord is good to them that wait for him: the soul which shall seek him
| باشە بۆ کەسێک بە بێدەنگی چاوەڕێ بکات بۆ هاتنی ڕزگاریی یەزدان. | 26 |
[is] good, and shall wait for, and quietly expect salvation of the Lord.
| باشە پیاو نیر هەڵبگرێت هەر لە تەمەنی منداڵییەوە. | 27 |
TETH. [It is] good for a man when he bears a yoke in his youth.
| با بە تەنها دانیشێت و بێدەنگ بێت، چونکە یەزدان ئەمەی بەسەرهێناوە. | 28 |
He will sit alone, and be silent, because he has borne [it] upon him.
| با سەری بخاتە ناو خاکوخۆڵ، لەوانەیە هێشتا هیوای مابێت. | 29 |
| با ڕوومەتی بۆ ئەوە ڕابگرێت کە لێی دەدات، با تێربێت لە ڕیسوایی. | 30 |
JOD. He will give [his] cheek to him that smites him: he will be filled full with reproaches.
| چونکە کەس بۆ هەتاهەتایە لەلایەن پەروەردگارەوە ڕەت ناکرێتەوە. | 31 |
For the Lord will not reject for ever.
| لەگەڵ ئەوەی دڵتەنگی دەهێنێت، میهرەبانیش نیشان دەدات، بەپێی گەورەیی خۆشەویستییە نەگۆڕەکەی. | 32 |
CHAPH. For he that has brought down will pity, and [that] according to the abundance of his mercy.
| ئەو کەس لە دڵەوە زەلیل ناکات و دڵتەنگی ناکات. | 33 |
He has not answered [in anger] from his heart, though he has brought low the children of a man.
| تێکشکاندنی دیلەکانی هەموو زەوی لەژێر پێ، | 34 |
LAMED. To bring down under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
| یان بێبەشکردنی کەسێک لە مافی خۆی لەبەردەم خودای هەرەبەرز، | 35 |
to turn aside the judgment of a man before the face of the Most High,
| یان بەدوورگرتنی مرۆڤ لە دادپەروەری، ئایا پەروەردگار هەموو ئەمانە نابینێت؟ | 36 |
to condemn a man [unjustly] in his judgment, the Lord has not given commandment.
| کێ دەتوانێت قسە بکات قسەکەی بێتەجێ، ئەگەر پەروەردگار فەرمانی نەدابێت؟ | 37 |
Who has thus spoken, and it has come to pass? the Lord has not commanded it.
| ئایا ڕوودانی چاکە و خراپە بە فەرمایشتی خودای هەرەبەرز نییە؟ | 38 |
Out of the mouth of the Most High there shall not come forth evil and good.
| بۆچی مرۆڤی زیندوو گلەیی بکات کاتێک لەسەر گوناهەکانی سزا دەدرێت؟ | 39 |
MEM. Why should a living man complain, a man concerning his sin?
| با هەڵسوکەوتمان بپشکنین و تاقی بکەینەوە و بگەڕێینەوە بۆ لای یەزدان. | 40 |
NUN. Our way has been searched out and examined, and we will turn to the Lord.
| با دڵ و دەستمان بەرزبکەینەوە بۆ خودا لە ئاسمان، بڵێین: | 41 |
Let us lift up our hearts with [our] hand to the lofty One in heaven.
| «ئێمە گوناهمان کرد و یاخی بووین، تۆش لێمان خۆش نەبوویت. | 42 |
We have sinned, we have transgressed; and you have not pardoned.
| «خۆت بە تووڕەیی داپۆشی و ڕاوتناین، بەبێ بەزەیی ئێمەت کوشت. | 43 |
SAMECH. You has visited [us] in wrath, and driven us away: you has slain, you has not pitied.
| بە هەور خۆت داپۆشی بۆ ئەوەی نوێژەکانمان نەگاتە لات. | 44 |
You have veiled yourself with a cloud because of prayer, that I might be blind,
| ئێمەت کرد بە پاشەڕۆ و نەویستراو لەنێو گەلان. | 45 |
and be cast off. AIN. You have set us [alone] in the midst of the nations.
| «هەموو دوژمنانمان دەمیان لێمان کردەوە. | 46 |
All our enemies have opened their mouth against us.
| ترس و تەڵە باڵی بەسەرماندا کێشا، لەناوچوون و وێرانی.» | 47 |
Fear and wrath are come upon us, suspense and destruction.
| چاوەکانم کانی فرمێسک هەڵدەڕێژن لەبەر ئەوەی گەلەکەم لەناوچوون. | 48 |
Mine eye shall pour down torrents of water, for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
| چاوەکانم فرمێسک هەڵدەڕێژن و ناوەستن بەبێ پسانەوە، | 49 |
PHE. Mine eye is drowned [with tears], and I will not be silent, so that there shall be no rest,
| تاوەکو یەزدان لە ئاسمانەوە تەماشای خوارەوە بکات و ببینێت. | 50 |
until the Lord look down, and behold from heaven.
| ئەوەی دەیبینم گیانم ئازار دەدات لەبەر ئازاری کچانی شارەکەم. | 51 |
Mine eye shall prey upon my soul, because of all the daughters of the city.
| ئەوانەی دوژمنی من بوون بەبێ هۆ وەک چۆلەکە ڕاویان کردم. | 52 |
TSADE. The fowlers chased me as a sparrow, all mine enemies destroyed my life in a pit without cause,
| بە زیندووێتی منیان فڕێدا ناو چاڵ، بەردیان تێمگرت. | 53 |
and laid a stone upon me.
| نوقومی ئاو بووم، گوتم: «خەریکە بمرم.» | 54 |
Water flowed over my head: I said, I am cut off.
| ئەی یەزدان، لە قووڵایی چاڵەوە بە ناوی تۆوە نزا دەکەم. | 55 |
KOPH. I called upon your name, O Lord, out of the lowest dungeon.
| گوێت لە دەنگم بوو: «گوێت دامەخە کاتێک هاوار و هانات بۆ دەهێنم.» | 56 |
You heard my voice: close not your ears to my supplication.
| ئەو ڕۆژەی نزام بۆ کردیت نزیک بوویتەوە، فەرمووت: «مەترسە!» | 57 |
You drew near to my help: in the day wherein I called upon you you said to me, Fear not.
| ئەی پەروەردگار، بەرگریت لە کێشەی من کرد، ژیانی منت کڕییەوە. | 58 |
RECHS. O Lord, you has pleaded the causes of my soul; you has redeemed my life.
| ئەی یەزدان، ستەمدیدەیی منت بینی. دادوەری کێشەکەم بکە! | 59 |
You have seen, O Lord, my troubles: you have judged my cause.
| هەموو تۆڵەسەندنەوەکەی ئەوانت بینی، هەموو پیلانەکانیان لە دژی من. | 60 |
You have seen all their vengeance, [you have looked] on all their devices against me.
| ئەی یەزدان، گوێت لە ڕیسواکردنەکەیان بوو، هەموو پیلانەکانیان لە دژی من؛ | 61 |
CHSEN. You have heard their reproach [and] all their devices against me;
| ئەوەی دوژمنەکانم بە درێژایی ڕۆژ لە دژی من باسی دەکەن و دەیچرپێنن. | 62 |
the lips of them that rose up against me, and their plots against me all the day;
| تەماشایان بکە! هەستان و دانیشتنیان، بە گۆرانییەکانیان گاڵتەم پێ دەکەن. | 63 |
their sitting down and their rising up: look you upon their eyes.
| ئەی یەزدان، سزایان بدە، بەپێی کردەوەکانی دەستیان. | 64 |
You will render them a recompense, O Lord, according to the works of their hands.
| پێچە لەسەر دڵیان دابنێ، با نەفرەتت لەسەریان بێت! | 65 |
THAU. You will give them [as] a covering, the grief of my heart.
| بە تووڕەییەوە ڕاویان بنێ و لەناویان ببە لەژێر ئاسمانی یەزداندا. | 66 |
You will persecute them in anger, and will consume them from under the heaven, O Lord.
