| بەڵام عیسا چوو بۆ کێوی زەیتوون. | 1 |
but Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
| لە بەرەبەیاندا گەڕایەوە حەوشەکانی پەرستگا، هەموو خەڵک هاتنە لای و ئەویش دانیشت و دەستی کرد بە فێرکردنیان. | 2 |
Now very early in the morning, he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him, and he sat down and taught them.
| مامۆستایانی تەورات و فەریسییەکان ژنێکیان هێنا کە لە کاتی داوێنپیسیدا گیرابوو، لەناوەڕاستی خەڵکەکە ڕایانگرت، | 3 |
Then the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman taken in adultery, and having set her in the midst,
| پێیان گوت: «مامۆستا، ئەم ژنە لە کاتی ئەنجامدانی داوێنپیسیدا گیراوە. | 4 |
they said to him, "Teacher, we found this woman in adultery, in the very act.
| موساش لە تەوراتدا فەرمانی پێ کردووین ژنی ئاوا بەردباران بکرێت. تۆ چی دەڵێی؟» | 5 |
Now in the Law, Moses commanded us to stone such. So what do you say?"
| ئەمەیان بۆ تاقیکردنەوەی عیسا گوت، تاکو شتێکیان هەبێت سکاڵای لێ بکەن. بەڵام عیسا خۆی چەماندەوە و بە پەنجە دەستی کرد بە نووسین لەسەر زەوی. | 6 |
Now they said this to test him, that they might have something to accuse him of. But Jesus stooped down, and wrote on the ground with his finger.
| کاتێک ئەوان بەردەوام بوون لە پرسیارکردن، عیسا هەستایەوە و پێی فەرموون: «کامەتان بێ گوناهە با یەکەم کەس بەردی تێبگرێت.» | 7 |
But when they continued asking him, he looked up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw the first stone at her."
| دیسان خۆی چەماندەوە و دەستی کردەوە بە نووسین لەسەر زەوی. | 8 |
Again he stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground.
| ئەوانەی گوێیان لێبوو، یەک لەدوای یەک ڕۆیشتن، دەستپێک لە پیرانەوە. ئەوسا عیسا بە تەنها مایەوە، ژنەکەش لەوێ ڕاوەستابوو. | 9 |
But when they heard it, they went out one by one, beginning from the oldest, even to the last, and he was left alone with the woman where she was, in the middle.
| عیسا ڕاستبووەوە و پێی فەرموو: «خانم، ئەوان لە کوێن؟ کەس تاوانباری نەکردیت؟» | 10 |
Then Jesus, standing up, said to her, "Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?"
| گوتی: «نەخێر گەورەم.» عیسا فەرمووی: «منیش تاوانبارت ناکەم. بڕۆ ئیتر گوناه مەکە.» | 11 |
And she said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said, "Neither do I condemn you. Go, and sin no more."
| دیسان عیسا قسەی بۆ کردن و فەرمووی: «منم ڕووناکی جیهان. ئەوەی دوام بکەوێت هەرگیز بە تاریکیدا ناڕوات، بەڵکو ڕووناکی ژیانی دەبێت.» | 12 |
Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life."
| ئینجا فەریسییەکان پێیان گوت: «تەنها خۆت شایەتی بۆ خۆت دەدەیت. شایەتییەکەت ڕاست نییە.» | 13 |
The Pharisees therefore said to him, "You testify about yourself. Your testimony is not valid."
| عیساش پێی فەرموون: «تەنانەت ئەگەر تەنها خۆم شایەتی بۆ خۆم بدەم، شایەتییەکەم ڕاستە، چونکە دەزانم لەکوێوە هاتووم و بۆ کوێ دەڕۆم. بەڵام ئێوە نازانن من لەکوێوە هاتووم یان بۆ کوێ دەڕۆم. | 14 |
Jesus answered them, "Even if I testify about myself, my testimony is true, for I know where I came from, and where I am going; but you do not know where I came from, or where I am going.
| ئێوە بەگوێرەی پێوانەکانی مرۆڤ حوکم دەدەن، بەڵام من کەس حوکم نادەم. | 15 |
You judge according to the flesh. I judge no one.
| ئەگەر حوکمیش بدەم حوکمدانەکەم ڕاستە، چونکە بە تەنها نیم، بەڵکو من لەگەڵ باوکدام، ئەوەی کە ناردوومی. | 16 |
Even if I do judge, my judgment is true, for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent me.
| لە تەوراتی ئێوەشدا نووسراوە کە شایەتی دوو کەس ڕاستە. | 17 |
It's also written in your Law that the testimony of two people is valid.
| منم شایەتی بۆ خۆم دەدەم، ئەو باوکەش کە منی ناردووە شایەتیم بۆ دەدات.» | 18 |
I am one who testifies about myself, and the Father who sent me testifies about me."
| ئەوسا لێیان پرسی: «باوکت لەکوێیە؟» عیسا وەڵامی دایەوە: «نە من دەناسن و نە باوکیشم. ئەگەر منتان بناسیایە ئەوا باوکیشمتان دەناسی.» | 19 |
They said therefore to him, "Where is your Father?" Jesus answered, "You know neither me, nor my Father. If you knew me, you would know my Father also."
| ئەو قسانەی لە کاتێکدا فەرموو کە لەناو حەوشەکانی پەرستگا لە نزیک گەنجینەکە خەڵکی فێردەکرد، بەڵام کەس نەیگرت، چونکە هێشتا کاتی نەهاتبوو. | 20 |
Jesus spoke these words in the treasury, as he taught in the temple. Yet no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.
| دیسان عیسا پێی فەرموون: «من دەڕۆم و ئێوە بەدوامدا دەگەڕێن، بەڵام لەناو گوناهەکانتان دەمرن. ئێوە ناتوانن بێنە ئەو شوێنەی من بۆی دەچم.» | 21 |
Jesus said therefore again to them, "I am going away, and you will seek me, and you will die in your sins. Where I go, you cannot come."
| لەبەر ئەوە جولەکەکان پرسیاریان کرد و گوتیان: «ئایا خۆی دەکوژێت؟ چونکە دەڵێ:”ئێوە ناتوانن بێنە ئەو شوێنەی من بۆی دەچم.“» | 22 |
The Jewish leaders therefore said, "Will he kill himself, that he says, 'Where I am going, you cannot come?'"
| ئیتر عیسا پێی فەرموون: «ئێوە هی خوارەوەن، من هی سەرەوەم. ئێوە هی ئەم جیهانەن، بەڵام من هی ئەم جیهانە نیم. | 23 |
He said to them, "You are from beneath. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world.
| لەبەر ئەوە پێم گوتن: لەناو گوناهەکانتان دەمرن، چونکە ئەگەر باوەڕ نەهێنن کە من ئەوم، ئەوا لەناو گوناهەکانتان دەمرن.» | 24 |
I said therefore to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that I am he, you will die in your sins."
| لێیان پرسی: «تۆ کێیت؟» عیسا پێی فەرموون: «من هەر ئەوەم کە لە سەرەتاوە پێم گوتن. | 25 |
They said therefore to him, "Who are you?" Jesus said to them, "Just what I have been saying to you from the beginning.
| زۆر شتم هەیە لەسەرتان کە بیڵێم و ئێوەی پێ حوکم بدەم. بەڵام ئەوەی ناردوومی جێی متمانەیە، هەرچیم لەو بیستووە بە جیهانی دەڵێم.» | 26 |
I have many things to speak and to judge concerning you. However he who sent me is true; and the things which I heard from him, these I say to the world."
| ئەوان تێنەگەیشتن کە باسی باوکی دەکات. | 27 |
They did not understand that he spoke to them about the Father.
| لەبەر ئەوە عیسا پێی فەرموون: «کاتێک کوڕی مرۆڤتان بەرزکردەوە، ئەوسا دەزانن کە من ئەوم و لە خۆمەوە هیچ ناکەم، بەڵکو بەو جۆرە قسە دەکەم کە باوک فێری کردووم. | 28 |
Jesus therefore said to them, "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he, and I do nothing of myself, but as the Father taught me, I say these things.
| ئەوەی ناردوومی لەگەڵمدایە و بە تەنها بەجێی نەهێشتووم، چونکە هەمیشە ئەوە دەکەم کە جێی ڕەزامەندی ئەوە.» | 29 |
He who sent me is with me. The Father hasn't left me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to him."
| کاتێک ئەم قسانەی دەکرد، زۆر کەس باوەڕیان پێی هێنا. | 30 |
As he spoke these things, many believed in him.
| عیسا بەو جولەکانەی فەرموو کە باوەڕیان پێی هێنابوو: «ئەگەر لەسەر فێرکردنەکانم بمێننەوە، ئەوا بەڕاستی قوتابی منن و | 31 |
Jesus therefore said to those Judeans who had believed him, "If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples.
| ڕاستی دەناسن، ڕاستیش ئازادتان دەکات.» | 32 |
You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
| جولەکەکان وەڵامیان دایەوە: «ئێمە نەوەی ئیبراهیمین، هەرگیز کۆیلەی کەس نەبووین. ئیتر چۆن دەفەرمووی:”ئێوە ئازاد دەبن“؟» | 33 |
They answered him, "We are Abraham's descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can you say, 'You will be made free?'"
| عیسا وەڵامی دانەوە: «ڕاستی ڕاستیتان پێ دەڵێم، هەرکەسێک گوناه بکات کۆیلەی گوناهە. | 34 |
Jesus answered them, "Truly I tell you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin.
| کۆیلە هەتاهەتایە لە ماڵ نامێنێتەوە، بەڵام کوڕ هەتاهەتایە دەمێنێتەوە. (aiōn g165) | 35 |
A slave does not live in the house forever. A son remains forever. (aiōn g165)
| ئەگەر کوڕەکە ئازادی کردن، ئەوا بە ڕاستی ئازاد دەبن. | 36 |
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
| دەزانم کە ئێوە لە نەوەی ئیبراهیمن، بەڵام هەوڵی کوشتنم دەدەن، چونکە پەیامەکەم لە دڵی ئێوەدا جێگای نییە. | 37 |
I know that you are Abraham's descendants, yet you seek to kill me, because my word finds no place in you.
| چیم لەلای باوکم بینیوە دەیڵێم، ئێوەش چیتان لە باوکتانەوە بیستووە دەیکەن.» | 38 |
I say the things which I have seen with my Father; and you also do the things which you have heard from your father."
| وەڵامیان دایەوە: «باوکمان ئیبراهیمە.» عیساش پێی فەرموون: «ئەگەر ڕۆڵەی ئیبراهیم بوونایە، کردارەکانی ئیبراهیمتان دەکرد. | 39 |
They answered him, "Our father is Abraham." Jesus said to them, "If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works of Abraham.
| بەڵام ئێستا هەوڵی کوشتنی من دەدەن، ئەو کەسەی کە ڕاستیی لە خوداوە بیست و پێی گوتن. ئیبراهیم وەک ئێوەی نەکردووە. | 40 |
But now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this.
| ئێوە کردارەکانی باوکتان دەکەن.» جا پێیان گوت: «بە زۆڵی لەدایک نەبووین. یەک باوکمان هەیە کە خودایە.» | 41 |
You do the works of your father." They said to him, "We were not born of sexual immorality. We have one Father, God."
| عیسا پێی فەرموون: «ئەگەر خودا باوکتان بووایە، منتان خۆشدەویست، چونکە لە خوداوە دەرچووم و هاتووم. لە خۆمەوە نەهاتووم، بەڵکو ئەو ناردوومی. | 42 |
Therefore Jesus said to them, "If God were your father, you would love me, for I came out and have come from God. For I have not come of myself, but he sent me.
| بۆچی لە قسەکانم تێناگەن؟ چونکە ئێوە ناتوانن گوێ لە وشەکانم بگرن. | 43 |
Why do you not understand my speech? Because you cannot hear my word.
| ئێوە لە ئیبلیسی باوکتانن، دەتانەوێت ئارەزووەکانی باوکتان جێبەجێ بکەن. ئەو لە سەرەتاوە بکوژ بووە، لە ڕاستیدا نەچەسپاوە، چونکە ڕاستی لە ئەودا نییە. کاتێک درۆ دەکات، بە زمانی خۆی قسە دەکات، چونکە درۆزنە و باوکی درۆیە. | 44 |
You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and its father.
| هەر بۆیە، کاتێک من ڕاستی دەڵێم ئێوە باوەڕم پێ ناکەن! | 45 |
But because I tell the truth, you do not believe me.
| کامەتان دەتوانێت گوناهێکم لەسەر بسەلمێنێ؟ جا ئەگەر ڕاستی دەڵێم، بۆچی باوەڕم پێ ناکەن؟ | 46 |
Which of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me?
| ئەوەی لە خوداوەیە، گوێ لە پەیامی خودا دەگرێت. بۆیە ئێوە گوێ ناگرن، چونکە لە خوداوە نین.» | 47 |
He who is of God hears the words of God. For this cause you do not hear, because you are not of God."
| جولەکەکان وەڵامیان دایەوە: «ئایا ئێمە ڕاست ناڵێین کە تۆ سامیرەییت و ڕۆحی پیست تێدایە؟» | 48 |
Then the Judeans answered him, "Do not we say well that you are a Samaritan, and have a demon?"
| عیسا وەڵامی دانەوە: «من ڕۆحی پیسم تێدا نییە، بەڵام ڕێزی باوکم دەگرم و ئێوەش سووکایەتیم پێ دەکەن. | 49 |
Jesus answered, "I do not have a demon, but I honor my Father, and you dishonor me.
| داوای شکۆ بۆ خۆم ناکەم، بەڵام یەکێک هەیە کە بۆم داوا دەکات و حوکم دەدات. | 50 |
But I do not seek my own glory. There is one who seeks and judges.
| ڕاستی ڕاستیتان پێ دەڵێم: ئەگەر یەکێک گوێڕایەڵی وشەکانم بێت هەرگیز مردن نابینێت.» (aiōn g165) | 51 |
Truly, truly, I tell you, if a person keeps my word, he will never see death." (aiōn g165)
| پاشان جولەکەکان پێیان گوت: «ئێستا زانیمان ڕۆحی پیست تێدایە. ئیبراهیم و پێغەمبەران مردن، کەچی تۆ دەڵێی:”ئەوەی گوێڕایەڵی وشەکانم بێت هەرگیز تامی مردن ناکات.“ (aiōn g165) | 52 |
Then the Judeans said to him, "Now we know that you have a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets; and you say, 'If anyone keeps my word, he will never taste of death.' (aiōn g165)
| ئایا تۆ لە ئیبراهیمی باوکمان گەورەتری کە مرد؟ پێغەمبەرانیش مردن. خۆت بە چی دەزانیت؟» | 53 |
Are you greater than our father, Abraham, who died? The prophets died. Who do you make yourself out to be?"
| عیسا وەڵامی دانەوە: «ئەگەر من خۆم شکۆدار بکەم، ئەوا شکۆمەندییەکەم هیچ نییە، ئەوە باوکمە کە شکۆدارم دەکات، ئەوەی ئێوە دەڵێن خودامانە. | 54 |
Jesus answered, "If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. It is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say 'He is our God.'
| هەرچەندە ئێوە نایناسن، بەڵام من دەیناسم. ئەگەر بڵێم نایناسم، وەک ئێوە دەبمە درۆزن. بەڵام دەیناسم و گوێڕایەڵی وشەکانی دەبم. | 55 |
You have not known him, but I know him. If I said, 'I do not know him,' I would be like you, a liar. But I know him, and keep his word.
| ئیبراهیمی باوکتان دڵشاد بوو کە ڕۆژی هاتنی من ببینێت، جا ئەو ڕۆژەی بینی و دڵخۆش بوو.» | 56 |
Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day. He saw it, and was glad."
| جولەکەکان پێیان گوت: «تۆ جارێ تەمەنت نەبووە بە پەنجا ساڵ، ئیتر چۆن دەڵێیت کە ئیبراهیمت بینیوە؟» | 57 |
The Judeans therefore said to him, "You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?"
| عیسا پێی فەرموون: «ڕاستی ڕاستیتان پێ دەڵێم، پێش ئەوەی ئیبراهیم لەدایک ببێت، من هەم.» | 58 |
Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I tell you, before Abraham came into existence, I AM."
| ئەوسا بەردیان هەڵگرت تاکو بەردبارانی بکەن، بەڵام عیسا خۆی شاردەوە و حەوشەکانی پەرستگای بەجێهێشت. | 59 |
Therefore they took up stones to throw at him, but Jesus was concealed, and went out of the temple.
