1 داود و سەرکردەکانی سوپا هەندێک لە کوڕەکانی ئاساف و هێیمان و یەدوتونیان بۆ خزمەتی ڕاگەیاندنی پەیامی خودا تەرخان کرد، ئەم خزمەتەشیان بە قیسارە و ساز و سەنج دەکرد. لیستی تۆماری پیاوە ژەنیارەکان بەگوێرەی خزمەتەکەیان بەم جۆرە بوو:

David and the leaders of the army selected some of the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun to prophesy with harps, with stringed instruments, and with cymbals. Here is the list of the men who performed this service:

2 لە کوڕەکانی ئاساف: زەکور، یوسف، نەتەنیاهۆ و ئەسەرئێلا. کوڕەکانی ئاساف لەژێر سەرپەرشتی ئاسافدا بوون کە لەبەردەستی پاشادا پەیامی خودایان ڕادەگەیاند.

From the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asharelah, the sons of Asaph, under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the king's supervision.

3 لە یەدوتون، کوڕەکانی یەدوتون: گەدەلیاهو، چەری، یەشەعیا، شیمعی، حەشەڤیا و مەتیسیا، واتە شەش کەس لەژێر سەرپەرشتی یەدوتونی باوکیاندا بوون، کە بە قیسارەوە پەیامی خودای ڕادەگەیاند و سوپاس و ستایشی یەزدانی دەکرد.

From the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six in all, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who played the harp for giving thanks and praising Yahweh.

4 لە هێیمان، کوڕەکانی هێیمان: بوقیاهو، مەتەنیا، عوزیێل، شوڤائێل، یەریمۆت، حەنەنیا، حەنانی، ئەلییاتا، گیدەلتی، ڕۆمەمتی عەزەر، یۆشبەقاشا، مەلۆتی، هۆتیر و مەحەزیۆت.

From the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shubael, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, Romamti-Ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.

5 هەموو ئەمانە کوڕەکانی هێیمان بوون کە پەیامی خودای بە پاشا ڕادەگەیاند. خودا بەڵێنی پێدابوو کە ناوی بەرز بکاتەوە و چواردە کوڕ و سێ کچی پێدا.

All these were the sons of Heman the king's prophet. God gave Heman fourteen sons and three daughters to lift up his horn.

6 هەموو ئەمانە لەژێر دەستی باوکیاندا بوون بۆ گۆرانی گوتن بۆ پەرستگای خودا بە سەنج و ساز و قیسارەش، بۆ خزمەتکردنی ماڵی خودا. ئاساف، یەدوتون و هێیمان لەژێر دەستی پاشادا بوون.

All these were under the direction of their fathers. They were musicians in Yahweh's house, with cymbals and stringed instruments as they served in God's house. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the king's supervision.

7 ژمارەی ئەمان و خزمەکانیان، کە فێری مۆسیقاژەندن بوون و شارەزا بوون لە مۆسیقاژەندن بۆ یەزدان، دوو سەد و هەشتا و هەشت کەس بوون.

They and their brothers who were skilled and trained to make music to Yahweh numbered 288.

8 جا تیروپشکیان کرد بۆ کار و ئەرکەکانیان، بچووک و گەورە وەک یەک، هەروەها قوتابی و مامۆستا وەک یەک.

They cast lots for their duties, all alike, the same for the young as well as the old, the teacher as well as the student.

9 تیروپشکی یەکەم کە هی ئاساف بوو، بۆ یوسف دەرچوو، خۆی و کوڕەکانی و براکانی؛ دووەم بۆ گەدەلیاهو، خۆی و براکانی و کوڕەکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

Now regarding Asaph's sons: The first lot fell to Joseph's family; the second fell to Gedaliah's family, twelve persons in number;

10 سێیەم بۆ زەکور، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the third fell to Zaccur, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

11 چوارەم بۆ یەچری، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the fourth fell to Izri, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

12 پێنجەم بۆ نەتەنیاهۆ، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the fifth fell to Nethaniah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

13 شەشەم بۆ بوقیاهو، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the sixth fell to Bukkiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

14 حەوتەم بۆ یەسەرێلا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the seventh fell to Jesarelah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

15 هەشتەم بۆ یەشەعیا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the eighth fell to Jeshaiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

16 نۆیەم بۆ مەتەنیا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the ninth fell to Mattaniah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

17 دەیەم بۆ شیمعی، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the tenth fell to Shimei, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

18 یازدەیەم بۆ عەزەرئێل، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the eleventh fell to Azarel, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

19 دوازدەیەم بۆ حەشەڤیا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the twelfth fell to Hashabiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

20 سێزدەیەم بۆ شوڤائێل، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the thirteenth fell to Shubael, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

21 چواردەیەم بۆ مەتیسیا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the fourteenth fell to Mattithiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

22 پازدەیەم بۆ یەریمۆت، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the fifteenth fell to Jerimoth, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

23 شازدەیەم بۆ حەنەنیا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the sixteenth fell to Hananiah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

24 حەڤدەیەم بۆ یۆشبەقاشا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the seventeenth fell to Joshbekashah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

25 هەژدەیەم بۆ حەنانی، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the eighteenth fell to Hanani, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

26 نۆزدەیەم بۆ مەلۆتی، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the nineteenth fell to Mallothi, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

27 بیستەم بۆ ئەلییاتا، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the twentieth fell to Eliathah, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

28 بیست و یەکەم بۆ هۆتیر، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the twenty-first fell to Hothir, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

29 بیست و دووەم بۆ گیدەلتی، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the twenty-second fell to Giddalti, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

30 بیست و سێیەم بۆ مەحەزیۆت، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون؛

the twenty-third fell to Mahazioth, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number;

31 بیست و چوارەمیش بۆ ڕۆمەمتی عەزەر، کوڕەکانی و براکانی کە دوازدە بوون.

the twenty-fourth fell to Romamti-Ezer, his sons and his relatives, twelve persons in number.
