یەکەم پوختەی مێژوو 15

1 داود چەند تەلارێکی بۆ خۆی لە شاری داود دروستکرد و شوێنێکی بۆ سندوقی خودا ئامادە کرد و چادرێکی بۆی هەڵدا.

And [David] made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of God, and pitched for it a tent.

2 ئینجا داود گوتی: «کەس بۆی نییە سندوقی خودا هەڵبگرێت، تەنها لێڤییەکان نەبێت، چونکە یەزدان ئەوانی هەڵبژاردووە بۆ هەڵگرتنی سندوقی یەزدان و خزمەتکردنی هەتاهەتایە.»

Then David said, None ought to carry the ark of God but the Levites: for them hath the LORD chosen to carry the ark of God, and to minister to him for ever.

3 داود هەموو ئیسرائیلی لە ئۆرشەلیم کۆکردەوە بۆ هێنانی سندوقی یەزدان بۆ ئەو شوێنەی کە بۆی ئامادە کردبوو.

And David assembled all Israel to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the LORD to its place, which he had prepared for it.

4 هەروەها داود نەوەی هارون و لێڤییەکانی کۆکردەوە.

And David assembled the children of Aaron, and the Levites:

5 لە نەوەی قەهات، ئوریێلی سەرکردە و سەد و بیست کەس لە خزم و نزیکەکانی.

Of the sons of Kohath; Uriel the chief, and his brethren a hundred and twenty:

6 لە نەوەی مەراری، عەسایای سەرکردە و دوو سەد و بیست کەس لە خزم و نزیکەکانی.

Of the sons of Merari; Asaiah the chief, and his brethren two hundred and twenty:

7 لە نەوەی گێرشۆن، یۆئێلی سەرکردە و سەد و سی کەس لە خزم و نزیکەکانی.

Of the sons of Gershom; Joel the chief, and his brethren a hundred and thirty:

8 لە نەوەی ئەلیچافان، شەمەعیای سەرکردە و دوو سەد کەس لە خزم و نزیکەکانی.

Of the sons of Elizaphan; Shemaiah the chief, and his brethren two hundred:

9 لە نەوەی حەبرۆن، ئەلیێلی سەرکردە و هەشتا کەس لە خزم و نزیکەکانی.

Of the sons of Hebron; Eliel the chief, and his brethren eighty:

10 لە نەوەی عوزیێل، عەمینادابی سەرکردە و سەد و دوازدە کەس لە خزم و نزیکەکانی.

Of the sons of Uzziel: Amminadab the chief, and his brethren a hundred and twelve.

11 ئینجا داود بانگی سادۆق و ئەبیاتاری کرد کە هەردووکیان کاهین بوون، هەروەها بانگی ئوریێل و عەسایا و یۆئێل و شەمەعیا و ئەلیێل و عەمینادابی کرد کە لە لێڤییەکان بوون.

And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,

12 پێی گوتن: «ئێوە گەورەی بنەماڵەکانی لێڤین، خۆتان و براکانتان تەرخان بکەن و سندوقی یەزدانی پەروەردگاری ئیسرائیل بۆ ئەو شوێنە بهێنن کە بۆم ئامادە کردووە،

And said to them, Ye [are] the chief of the fathers of the Levites: sanctify yourselves, [both] ye and your brethren, that ye may bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel to [the place that] I have prepared for it.

13 چونکە یەکەم جار ئێوەی لێڤی ئەوتان هەڵنەگرت، ئیتر یەزدانی پەروەردگارمان دڕی پێداین، لەبەر ئەوەی پرسمان بە خودا نەکرد کە چۆن ئەو کارە بکەین.»

For because ye [did it] not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order.

14 ئینجا کاهین و لێڤییەکان خۆیان تەرخان کرد بۆ هێنانی سندوقی یەزدانی پەروەردگاری ئیسرائیل.

So the priests and the Levites sanctified themselves to bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel.

15 نەوەی لێڤییەکان هەروەک چۆن موسا بەپێی فەرمایشتی یەزدان فەرمانی دابوو ئاوا سندوقی خودایان بە دوو دارەکەی لەسەر شانیان هەڵگرت.

And the children of the Levites bore the ark of God upon their shoulders with the staffs on it, as Moses commanded, according to the word of the LORD.

16 داود بە سەرکردە لێڤییەکانی گوت کە برا گۆرانیبێژەکانیان بە ئامێرەکانی مۆسیقاوە دابنێن، بە ساز و قیسارە و سەنجەوە، هەتا بە خۆشییەوە و بە دەنگی بەرز گۆرانی بڵێن.

And David spoke to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren [to be] the singers with instruments of music, psalteries, and harps, and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy.

17 لێڤییەکانیش ئەمانەیان دانا: هێیمانی کوڕی یۆئێل و لە براکانیشی ئاسافی کوڕی بەرەخیا و لە نەوەی مەراریش لە براکانیان، ئێیتانی کوڕی قوشایاهو،

So the Levites appointed Heman the son of Joel; and of his brethren, Asaph the son of Berechiah; and of the sons of Merari their brethren, Ethan the son of Kushaiah;

18 لەگەڵیشیان خزم و کەسە پلە دووەکانیان: زەکەریا، یەعزیێل، شەمیرامۆت، یەحیێل، عونی، ئەلیاب، بەنایا، مەعسێیاهو، مەتیسیا، ئەلیفەلێهو و میقنێیاهو و هەردوو دەرگاوانەکان، عوبێد ئەدۆم و یەعیێل.

And with them their brethren of the second [degree], Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, the porters.

19 مۆسیقاژەنەکانیش، هێیمان و ئاساف و ئێیتان سەنجی بڕۆنزیان لێدەدا.

So the singers, Heman, Asaph, and Ethan, [were appointed] to sound with cymbals of brass;

20 زەکەریا و عەزیێل و شەمیرامۆت و یەحیێل و عونی و ئەلیاب و مەعسێیاهو و بەنایا سازیان بە شێوەی عەلامۆت دەژەند.

And Zechariah, and Aziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, and Eliab, and Maaseiah, and Benaiah, with psalteries on Alamoth;

21 مەتیسیا و ئەلیفەلێهو و میقنێیاهو و عوبێد ئەدۆم و یەعیێل و عەزەزیاهو قیسارەیان بۆ ڕابەرایەتیکردن بە شێوەی شەمینیت دەژەند.

And Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obed-edom, and Jeiel, and Azaziah, with harps on the Sheminith to excel.

22 کەنەنیاهوی بەهۆی شارەزاییە باشەکەی لە مۆسیقا، ڕابەرایەتی ژەنیارە لێڤییەکانی دەکرد.

And Chenaniah, chief of the Levites, [was] for song: he instructed about the song, because he [was] skillful.

23 بەرەخیا و ئەلقانەش دەرگاوانی سندوقی پەیمانەکە بوون.

And Berechiah and Elkanah [were] door-keepers for the ark.

24 کاهینەکانیش شەڤەنیا و یۆشافات و نەتەنێل و عەماسەی و زەکەریا و بەنایا و ئەلیعەزەر لەبەردەم سندوقی خودا فوویان بە کەڕەنادا دەکرد و عوبێد ئەدۆم و یەحیاش دەرگاوانی سندوقی پەیمانەکە بوون.

And Shebaniah, and Jehoshaphat, and Nethaneel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer the priests, did blow with the trumpets before the ark of God: and Obed-edom and Jehiah [were] door-keepers for the ark.

25 داود و پیرانی ئیسرائیل و فەرماندەی یەکەکانی هەزاران بە خۆشییەوە چوون بۆ هێنانی سندوقی پەیمانی یەزدان لە ماڵی عوبێد ئەدۆمەوە.

So David and the elders of Israel, and the captains over thousands, went to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from the house of Obed-edom with joy.

26 کاتێک خودا یارمەتی لێڤییەکانی هەڵگرانی سندوقی پەیمانی یەزدانی دا، حەوت گا و حەوت بەرانیان وەک قوربانی سەربڕی.

And it came to pass, when God helped the Levites that bore the ark of the covenant of the LORD, that they offered seven bullocks and seven rams.

27 داود و هەموو لێڤییەکانی کە سندوقی پەیمانیان هەڵدەگرت، مۆسیقاژەنەکان و کەنەنیاهوی ڕابەری مۆسیقای تیپی گۆرانیبێژەکان، هەمووان کەوای کەتانی ناسکیان لەبەردا بوو، هەروەها داود ئێفۆدێکی کەتانی لەبەردا بوو.

And David [was] clothed with a robe of fine linen, and all the Levites that bore the ark, and the singers, and Chenaniah the master of the song with the singers: David also [had] upon him an ephod of linen.

28 هەموو ئیسرائیل بە هاواری خۆشی و بە لێدانی کەڕەنا و کەڕەنای قۆچە بەران و سەنج، هەروەها بە ژەنینی ساز و قیسارە، سندوقی پەیمانی یەزدانیان هێنا.

Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.

29 کاتێک سندوقی پەیمانی یەزدان هاتە ناو شاری داود، میخەلی کچی شاول لە پەنجەرەکەوە سەیری خوارەوەی کرد و بینی داودی پاشا سەما دەکات و هەڵدەبەزێتەوە، لە دڵی خۆیدا بە سووکی زانی.

And it came to pass, [as] the ark of the covenant of the LORD came to the city of David, that Michal the daughter of Saul, looking out at a window, saw king David dancing and playing: and she despised him in her heart.
