Psalm 146

Praise all of you the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

His breath goes forth, he returns to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

5 Insewowo mwet se su eis God lal Jacob tuh Elan kasrel, Ac su filiya lulalfongi lal in LEUM GOD lal,

Happy is he that has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

6 Su orala kusrao, ac faclu, ac meoa, Ac ma nukewa loac. El karingin wulela lal pacl e nukewa.

Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keeps truth for ever:

Which executes judgment for the oppressed: which gives food to the hungry. The LORD looses the prisoners:

8 Ac El sang liyaten nu sin mwet kun. El tulokunulosyak su ikori. El lungse mwet suwoswos lal.

The LORD opens the eyes of the blind: the LORD raises them that are bowed down: the LORD loves the righteous:

9 El karingin mwetsac su muta in facl sesr; El kasru mwet mukaimtal ac katinmas, Ac El usla mwet koluk nu ke kunausten.

The LORD perserves the strangers; he relieves the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turns upside down.

10 LEUM GOD El tokosra ma pahtpat. God lom, O Zion, fah leum ke fwil nu ke fwil. Kaksakin LEUM GOD!

The LORD shall reign for ever, even your God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise all of you the LORD.
