ಮಾರ್ಕನು 9
1 ಅನಂತರ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಶಕ್ತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವವರೆಗೆ ಮರಣದ ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
He said to them, “Truly I say to you, there are some of you who are standing here who will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God come with power.”
2 ಯೇಸು ಆರು ದಿನಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೇತ್ರ, ಯಾಕೋಬ, ಯೋಹಾನನನ್ನೂ ತಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಏಕಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ರೂಪಾಂತರಗೊಂಡರು.
Six days later, Jesus took Peter and James and John with him up a high mountain, alone by themselves. Then he was transfigured before them.
3 ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಉಡುಪು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಯಾವ ಅಗಸನೂ ಬಿಳುಪು ಮಾಡಲಾರದಷ್ಟು ಉಜ್ವಲವಾಗಿ ಹೊಳೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
His garments became radiantly brilliant, extremely white, whiter than any bleacher on earth could bleach them.
4 ಆಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲೀಯನು ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಶೆಯು ಯೇಸುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಕಂಡರು.
Then Elijah with Moses appeared to them, and they were talking with Jesus.
5 ಪೇತ್ರನು ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ, “ಗುರುವೇ, ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲೇ ಇರುವುದು ನಮಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ನಿನಗೊಂದು, ಮೋಶೆಗೊಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲೀಯನಿಗೊಂದರಂತೆ ಮೂರು ಗುಡಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕಟ್ಟುವೆವು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
Peter answered and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, it is good for us to be here, and so let us make three shelters, one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”
6 ತಾನು ಏನು ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಹೆದರಿದ್ದರು.
(For he did not know what to say, for they were terrified.)
7 ಆಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮೋಡವು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕವಿದುಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಮೋಡದೊಳಗಿಂದ, “ಈತನು ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು, ಈತನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ,” ಎಂಬ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಬಂದಿತು.
A cloud came and overshadowed them. Then a voice came out of the cloud, “This is my beloved Son. Listen to him.”
8 ಕೂಡಲೇ ಅವರು ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ನೋಡಲಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನೇ ಹೊರತು ಇನ್ನಾರನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ.
Suddenly, when they looked around, they no longer saw anyone with them, but only Jesus.
9 ಬೆಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಇಳಿದು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ, ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರರಾದ ತಾವು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವವರೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಕಂಡದ್ದನ್ನು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಹೇಳಬಾರದೆಂದು ಯೇಸು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದರು.
As they were coming down the mountain, he commanded them to tell no one what they had seen, until the Son of Man had risen from the dead.
10 “ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎದ್ದು ಬರುವುದೆಂದರೆ ಏನು?” ಅವರು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಆ ಮಾತನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.
So they kept the matter to themselves, but they discussed among themselves what “rising from the dead” could mean.
11 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರು ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ, “ಎಲೀಯನು ಮೊದಲು ಬರುವುದು ಅಗತ್ಯವೆಂದು ನಿಯಮ ಬೋಧಕರು ಏಕೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
They asked him, “Why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”
12 ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಎಲೀಯನು ಮೊದಲು ಬಂದು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆಂಬ ಮಾತು ನಿಜವೇ. ಆದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನಾದ ನಾನು ಬಹಳ ಯಾತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ನನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಬರೆದಿರುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?
He said to them, “Elijah does come first to restore all things. Why then is it written that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be despised?
13 ಆದರೆ, ಎಲೀಯನು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಬಂದನು. ಅವನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಬರೆದಿರುವಂತೆ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
But I say to you that Elijah has come, and they did whatever they wanted to him, just as scripture says about him.”
14 ಯೇಸು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಷ್ಯರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ, ಅವರ ಸುತ್ತಲು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಮೂಹವನ್ನೂ ನಿಯಮ ಬೋಧಕರು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತರ್ಕಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡರು.
When they came to the disciples, they saw a great crowd around them and scribes were arguing with them.
15 ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಕಂಡಕೂಡಲೇ, ಬಹು ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟು ಓಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದು ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.
As soon as they saw Jesus, the whole crowd was amazed and as they ran up to him they greeted him.
16 ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಏನು ತರ್ಕಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರಿ?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
He asked his disciples, “What are you arguing with them about?”
17 ಸಮೂಹದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬನು, “ಬೋಧಕರೇ, ಮೂಕದೆವ್ವ ಹಿಡಿದ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದೆನು.
Someone in the crowd answered him, “Teacher, I brought my son to you. He has a spirit that makes him unable to speak.
18 ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಾಗಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವನನ್ನು ಒದ್ದಾಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅವನು ನೊರೆ ಕಾರುತ್ತಾ ತನ್ನ ಹಲ್ಲು ಕಡಿದು ಸೆಟೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆನು. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಅವರಿಂದ ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
It seizes him and it throws him down and he foams at the mouth, grinds his teeth, and he becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive it out of him, but they could not.”
19 ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿಲ್ಲದ ಸಂತಾನವೇ, ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗಿರಲಿ? ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲಿ? ಅವನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬನ್ನಿರಿ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
He answered them, “Unbelieving generation, how long will I have to stay with you? How long will I bear with you? Bring him to me.”
20 ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ತಂದರು. ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಆ ದೆವ್ವವು ಆ ಬಾಲಕನನ್ನು ಒದ್ದಾಡಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ನೊರೆ ಕಾರುತ್ತಾ ಹೊರಳಾಡಿದನು.
They brought the boy to him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw him into a convulsion. The boy fell on the ground and foamed at the mouth.
21 ಯೇಸು ಅವನ ತಂದೆಗೆ, “ಇದು ಇವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲವಾಯಿತು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲು, ಅವನು, “ಬಾಲ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ಹೀಗಿದೆ.
Jesus asked his father, “How long has he been like this?” The father said, “Since childhood.
22 ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅನೇಕ ಸಾರಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯೊಳಗೂ ನೀರಿನೊಳಗೂ ಹಾಕಿತು. ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ಏನಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕನಿಕರಿಸಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡು,” ಎಂದನು.
It has often thrown him into the fire or into the waters and tried to destroy him. If you are able to do anything, have pity on us and help us.”
23 ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ನಿನಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತೀಯಲ್ಲಾ? ನಂಬುವವನಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
Jesus said to him, “'If you are able'? All things are possible for the one who believes.”
24 ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬಾಲಕನ ತಂದೆಯು, “ನಾನು ನಂಬುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನನಗೆ ಅಪನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿದೆ ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡು,” ಎಂದು ಮೊರೆಯಿಟ್ಟನು.
Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe! Help my unbelief!”
25 ಜನರು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಓಡಿಬರುವುದನ್ನು ಯೇಸು ಕಂಡು, ಆ ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ, “ಮೂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕಿವುಡಾದ ಆತ್ಮವೇ, ನೀನು ಅವನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಾ, ಇನ್ನೆಂದಿಗೂ ಅವನೊಳಗೆ ಸೇರಬಾರದೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
When Jesus saw the crowd running to them, he rebuked the unclean spirit and said, “You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and never enter into him again.”
26 ಆಗ ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವು ಕೂಗಿ ಬಾಲಕನನ್ನು ಕ್ರೂರವಾಗಿ ಒದ್ದಾಡಿಸಿ ಅವನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದಿತು. ಅವನು ಸತ್ತವನ ಹಾಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅನೇಕರು, “ಅವನು ಸತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
It cried out and convulsed the boy greatly and then came out. The boy looked like one who was dead, so that many said, “He is dead.”
27 ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಕೈಹಿಡಿದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆತ್ತಲು ಅವನು ಎದ್ದು ನಿಂತನು.
But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and the boy stood up.
28 ಯೇಸು ಮನೆಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ, ಅವರ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ, “ಆ ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಏಕೆ ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
When Jesus came into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”
29 ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಈ ತರವಾದದ್ದು ದೇವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಉಪವಾಸಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರತು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದರಿಂದಲೂ ಹೋಗಲಾರದು,” ಎಂದರು.
He said to them, “This kind cannot be cast out except by prayer.”
30 ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಗಲಿಲಾಯದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಹಾದುಹೋದರು. ತಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಬಾರದೆಂದು ಯೇಸು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.
They went out from there and passed through Galilee. He did not want anyone to know where they were,
31 ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಯೇಸು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ, “ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನಾದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಜನರ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲುವರು. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದ ತರುವಾಯ ಮೂರನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿ ಏಳುವೆನು,” ಎಂದು ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
for he was teaching his disciples. He said to them, “The Son of Man will be delivered into the hands of men, and they will put him to death. When he has been put to death, after three days he will rise again.”
32 ಆದರೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
But they did not understand this statement, and they were afraid to ask him.
33 ಅವರು ಕಪೆರ್ನೌಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ, ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ನೀವು ಏನು ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ಮಾಡಿದಿರಿ?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
Then they came to Capernaum. After he entered the house he asked them, “What were you discussing on the way?”
34 ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿದ್ದರು. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಯಾವನು ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡವನು ಎಂದು ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.
But they were silent. For they had been arguing with one with another on the way about who was the greatest.
35 ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಮೊದಲಿನವನಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಇಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಅವನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತ ಕಡೆಯವನೂ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಸೇವಕನೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು,” ಎಂದರು.
Sitting down, he called the twelve together and he said to them, “If anyone wants to be first, he must be last of all and servant of all.”
36 ಯೇಸು ಒಂದು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಿಗೆ,
He took a little child and placed him in their midst. He took him in his arms and said to them,
37 “ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಇಂಥ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಯಾವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನೇ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
“Whoever receives such a child in my name receives me; and whoever receives me, does not receive me but the one who sent me.”
38 ಆಗ ಯೋಹಾನನು, “ಬೋಧಕರೇ, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸದ ಒಬ್ಬನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೆವ್ವ ಓಡಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಾವು ಕಂಡೆವು. ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮವನು ಅಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಅವನನ್ನು ತಡೆದೆವು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
John said to him, “Teacher, we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we stopped him, because he does not follow us.”
39 ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು, “ಅವನನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಬೇಡಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದವನು, ನನ್ನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾತನಾಡಲಾರನು.
But Jesus said, “Do not stop him, for there is no one who will do a mighty work in my name and can soon afterwards say anything bad about me.
40 ನಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧಿಯಾಗಿರದವನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
Whoever is not against us is for us.
41 ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀವು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದವರಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಂದು ಲೋಟ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
Whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ, truly I say to you, he will not lose his reward.
42 “ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಡುವ ಈ ಚಿಕ್ಕವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದರೆ, ಅಂಥವರ ಕೊರಳಿಗೆ ಬೀಸುವ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ನೇತುಹಾಕಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಸಾಡಿಬಿಡುವುದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಲೇಸು.
Whoever causes one of these little ones who believes in me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a large millstone tied around his neck and be thrown into the sea.

47 ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಬಿಡಿರಿ. ಎರಡು ಕಣ್ಣುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿ ನರಕದ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಒಂದು ಕಣ್ಣುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿ ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವುದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಲೇಸು. (Geenna g1067)

where their worm does not die, and the fire is not put out.
49 ಉಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
For everyone will be salted with fire.
50 “ಉಪ್ಪು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಆದರೆ ಉಪ್ಪೇ ಸಪ್ಪಗಾದರೆ, ಇನ್ನಾವುದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ರುಚಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಿರಿ? ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪು ಇರುವಂತೆ, ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಸಮಾಧಾನದಿಂದಿರಿ,” ಎಂದರು.
Salt is good, but if the salt has lost its saltiness, how can you make it salty again? Have salt among yourselves, and be at peace with one another.”
