ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು 64

1 ೧ ಪ್ರಧಾನಗಾಯಕನ ಕೀರ್ತನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಿಂದ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದು; ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವರವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ, ಶತ್ರುಭಯದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸು.

For the leader. A psalm of David. Hear, O my God, the voice of my lament: guard my life from the dread of the foe.

2 ೨ ದುಷ್ಟರ ಒಳಸಂಚಿಗೂ, ಕೆಡುಕರ ಗುಪ್ತ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕದಂತೆ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಭದ್ರಪಡಿಸು.

Hide me from villains who secretly plot, from the blustering throng of the workers of evil,

3 ೩ ಅವರು ನಾಲಿಗೆಯೆಂಬ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಸೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ವಿಷವಚನವೆಂಬ ಬಾಣವನ್ನು ಹೂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

who have sharpened their tongue like a sword, and aimed bitter words like arrows,

4 ೪ ಗುಪ್ತಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಸಜ್ಜನನಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವೂ ಹೆದರದೆ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಫಕ್ಕನೆ ಎಸೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

which from ambush they launch at the blameless, shooting swiftly and unafraid.

5 ೫ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ದೃಢಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ, “ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಡ್ಡೋಣ; ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೋಡುವವರು ಯಾರು?” ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

They strengthen their wicked purpose, they tell of the snares they have hidden, they say to themselves, ‘Who can see?’

6 ೬ ಅವರು, “ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿ, ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಉಪಾಯವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವೂ, ಅಂತರಂಗದ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯೂ ಅಶೋಧ್ಯವಾಗಿವೆ.

They think out their crimes full cunningly hidden deep in their crafty hearts.

7 ೭ ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಬಾಣವನ್ನು ಎಸೆಯಲು, ಫಕ್ಕನೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗಾಯವಾಗುವುದು.

But God with his arrow will shoot them, swiftly shall they be smitten.

8 ೮ ಅವರ ನಾಲಿಗೆಗಳೇ ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿಘ್ನವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಎಡವಿಬೀಳುವರು; ಆಗ ನೋಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರು ತಲೆ ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಿಸಿ ಅಣಕಿಸುವರು.

For their tongue he will bring them to ruin, all will shudder with horror at the sight of them.

9 ೯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರ ಕೆಲಸವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ, ಆತನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

Then every person, touched to awe, as they ponder what God has wrought, will tell the tale of his deeds.

10 ೧೦ ಸದ್ಭಕ್ತರು ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಪಟ್ಟು ಆತನನ್ನೇ ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು; ಸರಳಹೃದಯದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಹಿಗ್ಗುವರು.

In the Lord shall the righteous rejoice, in him shall they take refuge; and all the true-hearted shall glory.
