ಯೆಹೆಜ್ಕೇಲನು 27
Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:
'And thou, son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyre,
3 ೩ ‘ಸಮುದ್ರ ದ್ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ನಗರಿಯೇ!’ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಇಂತೆನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ, ತೂರೇ, ‘ನಾನು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಸುಂದರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ’ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ!
and say unto Tyre, that dwelleth at the entry of the sea, that is the merchant of the peoples unto many isles: Thus saith the Lord GOD: Thou, O Tyre, hast said: I am of perfect beauty.
Thy borders are in the heart of the seas, thy builders have perfected thy beauty.
5 ೫ ಸೆನೀರಿನ ತುರಾಯಿ ಮರದಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಹಲಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ತಂಭವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಲೆಬನೋನಿನಿಂದ ದೇವದಾರು ಮರವನ್ನು ತಂದರು.
Of cypress-trees from Senir have they fashioned all thy planks; they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for thee.
6 ೬ ನಿನ್ನ ಹುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲನ್ನು ಬಾಷಾನಿನ ಓಕ್ ಮರದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿ, ಕಿತ್ತೀಮ್ ದ್ವೀಪದ ಹಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಹಡಗಿನ ಮೇಲ್ಮಾಳಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ದಂತದಿಂದ ಕೆತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Of the oaks of Bashan have they made thine oars; thy deck have they made of ivory inlaid in larch, from the isles of the Kittites.
7 ೭ ನಿನ್ನ ಹಾಯಿಯು ನಿನಗೆ ಧ್ವಜವಾಗಲೆಂದು ಅದನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಕಸೂತಿಯ ನಾರು ಬಟ್ಟೆಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲ್ಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಎಲೀಷ ಕರಾವಳಿಯ ಧೂಮ್ರ ರಕ್ತವರ್ಣಗಳಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ರಿತವಾಗಿದೆ.
Of fine linen with richly woven work from Egypt was thy sail, that it might be to thee for an ensign; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was thine awning.
The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad were thy rowers; thy wise men, O Tyre, were in thee, they were thy pilots.
9 ೯ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಗೇಬಾಲಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಣರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಸಕಲ ನಾವೆಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ನಾವಿಕರ ಸಮೇತ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ನಿನಗೆ ಸರಕುಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದೊಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
The elders of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee thy calkers; all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee to exchange thy merchandise.
10 ೧೦ ಪಾರಸಿಯರೂ, ಲೂದ್ಯರೂ, ಪೂಟ್ಯರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೈನ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೈನ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು. ಗುರಾಣಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿರಸ್ತ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೂಗಿಸಿದರು. ಇವರು ನಿನಗೆ ಮಹತ್ತನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು!
Persia and Lud and Put were in thine army, thy men of war; they hanged the shield and helmet in thee, they set forth thy comeliness.
11 ೧೧ ಅರ್ವಾದಿನವರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಲೆಕರು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೈನಿಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ನಿನ್ನ ಗೋಡೆಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರು. ಗಮ್ಮಾದ್ಯರು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೊತ್ತಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾವಲಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲು ನಿನ್ನ ಗೋಡೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇತುಹಾಕಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು!
The men of Arvad and Helech were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadim were in thy towers; they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they have perfected thy beauty.
12 ೧೨ “ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಬಗೆಬಗೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಯು ನಿನಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ತಾರ್ಷೀಷಿನವರು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಯ ವರ್ತಕರಾಗಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ, ಕಬ್ಬಿಣ, ತವರ ಮತ್ತು ಸೀಸಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kinds of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded for thy wares.
13 ೧೩ ಯಾವಾನ್, ತೂಬಲ್, ಮೆಷೆಕ್ ಇವರು ನಿನ್ನ ವರ್ತಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಗುಲಾಮರನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ತಾಮ್ರದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy traffickers; they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass for thy merchandise.
14 ೧೪ “ತೋಗರ್ಮ ವಂಶದವರು ಕುದುರೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಕುದುರೆ ಸವಾರಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಹೇಸರಗತ್ತೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
They of the house of Togarmah traded for thy wares with horses and horsemen and mules.
15 ೧೫ ದೇದಾನಿನವರು ನಿನ್ನ ವರ್ತಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು; ಅನೇಕ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಳಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದವು; ಅವರು ದಂತ ಕೊಂಬು ಮತ್ತು, ಕಪ್ಪುಮರಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಕಪ್ಪವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
The men of Dedan were thy traffickers; many isles were the mart of thy hand; they brought thee as tribute horns of ivory and ebony.
16 ೧೬ “ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಅಪಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ಅರಾಮಿನವರೂ ನಿನ್ನವರಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಮಾಡಿ, ಕೆಂಪರಲು, ರಕ್ತಾಂಬರ, ಕಸೂತಿಯ ವಸ್ತ್ರ, ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆ, ಹವಳ, ಮಾಣಿಕ್ಯ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಸರಕುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ತಂದು ಸುರಿದರು.
Aram was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of thy wealth; they traded for thy wares with carbuncles, purple, and richly woven work, and fine linen, and coral, and rubies.
17 ೧೭ “ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರೂ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ದೇಶದವರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಯ ವರ್ತಕರಾಗಿ ಮಿನ್ನೀಥಿನ ಗೋದಿಯಿಂದಲೂ, ಖಂಡಸಕ್ಕರೆ, ಜೇನು, ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಗಂಧತೈಲದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
Judah, and the land of Israel, they were thy traffickers; they traded for thy merchandise wheat of Minnith, and balsam, and honey, and oil, and balm.
18 ೧೮ “ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರವಾಗಿದ್ದುದರಿಂದಲೂ, ಅಪರಿಮಿತವಾದ ಬಗೆಬಗೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಯೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದುದರಿಂದಲೂ ದಮಸ್ಕದವರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಮಾಡಿ, ಹೆಲ್ಬೋನಿನ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನೂ ಹಾಗು ಚಾಹರಿನ ಉಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
Damascus was thy merchant for the multitude of thy wealth, by reason of the multitude of all riches, with the wine of Helbon, and white wool.
19 ೧೯ “ದಾನಿನವರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವಾನಿನವರೂ ಊಜಾಲಿನಿಂದ ನಾನಾ ಸರಕುಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಕಬ್ಬಿಣ, ಬಜೆ, ಲವಂಗ, ಚಕ್ಕೆ ಇವುಗಳು ನಿನಗೆ ಆಮದಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು.
Vedan and Javan traded with yarn for thy wares; massive iron, cassia, and calamus, were among thy merchandise.
Dedan was thy trafficker in precious cloths for riding.
21 ೨೧ ಅರಬರು ಮತ್ತು ಕೇದಾರಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಳಗಿನ ವರ್ತಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು; ಕುರಿಮರಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಟಗರುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಹೋತಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನೊಡನೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.
Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they were the merchants of thy hand; in lambs, and rams, and goats, in these were they thy merchants.
22 ೨೨ “ಶೆಬದವರೂ ಮತ್ತು ರಗ್ಮದವರೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಯ ವರ್ತಕರಾಗಿ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದ ಸುಗಂಧದ್ರವ್ಯದಿಂದಲೂ, ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ರತ್ನಗಳಿಂದಲೂ, ಚಿನ್ನದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನೊಡನೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
The traffickers of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy traffickers; they traded for thy wares with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.
Haran and Canneh and Eden, the traffickers of Sheba, Asshur was as thine apprentice in traffic.
24 ೨೪ ಅವರು ನಿನ್ನ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ, ಉತ್ತಮ ಕಸೂತಿಯ ಧೂಮ್ರ ವರ್ಣದ ನಿಲುವಂಗಿ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಸರಕುಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಹಗ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಬಿಗಿದ ವಿಚಿತ್ರ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಂದರು.
These were thy traffickers in gorgeous fabrics, in wrappings of blue and richly woven work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords and cedar-lined, among thy merchandise.
25 ೨೫ ತಾರ್ಷೀಷಿನ ಹಡಗಿನ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಗಳುವರು. ನೀನು ಸಮುದ್ರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಘನವುಳ್ಳವಳಾದೆ.
The ships of Tarshish brought thee tribute for thy merchandise; so wast thou replenished, and made very heavy in the heart of the seas.
26 ೨೬ ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕುವವರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮಹಾ ತರಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಮೂಡಣ ಗಾಳಿಯು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಾಗರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಡೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters; the east wind hath broken thee in the heart of the seas.
27 ೨೭ ನಿನ್ನ ಆಸ್ತಿಯು, ನಿನ್ನ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು, ನಿನ್ನ ಸರಕುಗಳು, ನಿನ್ನ ನಾವಿಕರು, ನಿನ್ನ ಅಂಬಿಗರು, ನಿನ್ನ ಒಡಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಭದ್ರಪಡಿಸುವವರು, ನಿನ್ನ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು, ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸೈನಿಕರು, ಅಂತು ನಿನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೆಲ್ಲವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಶದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದೊಳಗೆ ಮುಳುಗಿ ಹೋಗುವರು.
Thy riches, and thy wares, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy calkers, and the exchangers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, with all thy company which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the heart of the seas in the day of thy ruin.
At the sound of the cry of thy pilots the waves shall shake.
29 ೨೯ ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ, ಅಂಬಿಗರೂ, ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಸಕಲ ನಾವಿಕರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಡಗುಗಳಿಂದ ಇಳಿದು ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಂತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.
And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land,
And shall cause their voice to be heard over thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall roll themselves in the ashes;
31 ೩೧ ನಿನಗಾಗಿ ತಲೆ ಬೋಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಗೋಣಿತಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು, ಮನೋವ್ಯಥೆಯಿಂದ ಗೋಳಾಡಿ, ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಬಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿಕ್ಕಿ ಅಳುವರು.
And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee in bitterness of soul with bitter lamentation.
32 ೩೨ ಅವರು ರೋದನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಶೋಕ ಗೀತವನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಪ್ರಲಾಪಿಸುವರು, ‘ಸಮುದ್ರದ ನಡುವೆ ಹಾಳಾಗಿರುವ ತೂರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿದೆ?’
And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee: who was there like Tyre, fortified in the midst of the sea?
33 ೩೩ ನಿನ್ನ ಸರಕುಗಳು ಸಮುದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಟಿ ಹರಡಿಕೊಂಡವು, ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸಿದಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯದಿಂದಲೂ, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಭೂರಾಜರನ್ನು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದಿ.
When thy wares came forth out of the seas, thou didst fill many peoples; with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise didst thou enrich the kings of the earth.
34 ೩೪ ಈಗಲಾದರೋ ನೀನು ಸಮುದ್ರದಿಂದ ಹಾಳಾದೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸರಕುಗಳೂ, ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಸಕಲ ಜನರೂ ಅಗಾಧಜಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿ ಹೋದರು.
Now that thou art broken by the seas in the depths of the waters, and thy merchandise and all thy company are fallen in the midst of thee,
35 ೩೫ ಕರಾವಳಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ತ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಬೆಚ್ಚಿ ವಿಸ್ಮಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅರಸರು ಭಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅರಸರು ನಡುಗಿ ಭೀತಿಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
All the inhabitants of the isles are appalled at thee, and their kings are horribly afraid, they are troubled in their countenance;
36 ೩೬ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ವರ್ತಕರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ, ಸಿಳ್ಳು ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನೀನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಧ್ವಂಸವಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೆಂದಿಗೂ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿರುವೆ.”
The merchants among the peoples hiss at thee; thou art become a terror, and never shalt be any more.'
