1 ೧ ಅಹಷ್ವೇರೋಷ್ ರಾಜನು ತನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೂ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದ್ರದ್ವೀಪಗಳಿಗೂ ತೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಿದನು.
