ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲವೃತ್ತಾಂತ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಭಾಗ 2
These [are] the sons of Israel; Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,
Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
3 ೩ ಯೆಹೂದನಿಗೆ ಏರ್, ಓನಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶೇಲಾಹ ಎಂಬ ಮೂರು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶೂನನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಕಾನಾನಳಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಯೆಹೂದನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಮಗನಾದ ಏರನು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಚಿತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದನು.
The sons of Judah; Er, and Onan, and Shelah: [which] three were born to him of the daughter of Shua the Canaanitess. And Er, the first-born of Judah, was evil in the sight of the LORD; and he slew him.
And Tamar his daughter-in-law bore him Pharez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah [were] five.
The sons of Pharez; Hezron, and Hamul.
And the sons of Zerah; Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara: five of them in all.
And the sons of Carmi; Achar, the troubler of Israel, who transgressed in the thing accursed.
And the sons of Ethan; Azariah.
The sons also of Hezron, that were born to him; Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.
And Ram begat Amminadab; and Amminadab begat Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah;
And Nahshon begat Salma, and Salma begat Boaz,
And Boaz begat Obed, and Obed begat Jesse,
And Jesse begat his first-born Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimma the third,
Nethaneel the fourth, Raddai the fifth,
Ozem the sixth, David the seventh:
Whose sisters [were] Zeruiah, and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah; Abishai, and Joab, and Asahel, three.
And Abigail bore Amasa: and the father of Amasa [was] Jether the Ishmaelite.
18 ೧೮ ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನ ಮಗ ಕಾಲೇಬ. ಇವನು ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ಅಜೂಬಳಿಂದಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆರ್ಯೋತಳಿಂದಲೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು. ಆಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಯೇಷೆರ್, ಶೋಬಾಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ದೋನ್ ಎಂಬವರು.
And Caleb the son of Hezron begat [children] of Azubah [his] wife, and of Jerioth: her sons [are] these; Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
And when Azubah was dead, Caleb took to him Ephrath, who bore to him Hur,
And Hur begat Uri, and Uri begat Bezaleel.
21 ೨೧ ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನು ಅರವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದವನಾದಾಗ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್ಯರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಮಾಕೀರನ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಆಕೆಯು ಅವನಿಂದ ಸೆಗೂಬನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಳು.
And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he [was] sixty years old; and she bore him Segub.
And Segub begat Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gilead.
23 ೨೩ ಗೆಷೂರ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಅರಾಮ್ಯರು ಯಾಯೀರನ ಸಂತಾನದವರಿಂದ ಯಾಯೀರಿನ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೆನತ್ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳನ್ನು, ಒಟ್ಟು ಅರವತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಂಡರು. ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನದವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್ಯರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಮಾಕೀರನ ಗೋತ್ರದವರು.
And he took Geshur, and Aram, with the towns of Jair, from them, with Kenath and its towns, [even] sixty cities. All these [belonged to] the sons of Machir, the father of Gilead.
24 ೨೪ ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನು ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಎಫ್ರಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಣಹೊಂದಿದ ನಂತರ ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಅಬೀಯ ಎಂಬಾಕೆಯು ಅಷ್ಹೂರನನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು. ಇವನು ತೆಕೋವದವರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನು.
And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb-ephratah, then Abiah Hezron's wife bore him Ashur the father of Tekoa.
25 ೨೫ ಹೆಚ್ರೋನನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲಮಗನಾದ ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನಿಗೆ ಐದು ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ರಾಮ್ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲು ಮಗನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಬೂನ, ಓರೆನ್, ಓಚೆಮ್, ಅಹೀಯ ಎಂಬುವರು ಅನಂತರ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು.
And the sons of Jerahmeel the first-born of Hezron were, Ram the first-born, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, [and] Ahijah.
Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name [was] Atarah; she [was] the mother of Onam.
And the sons of Ram the first-born of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.
And the sons of Onam were, Shammai, and Jada. And the sons of Shammai; Nadab, and Abishur.
And the name of the wife of Abishur [was] Abihail; and she bore him Ahban, and Molid.
And the sons of Nadab; Seled, and Appaim: but Seled died without children.
And the sons of Appaim; Ishi. And the sons of Ishi; Sheshan. And the children of Sheshan; Ahlai.
And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai; Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.
And the sons of Jonathan; Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
34 ೩೪ ಶೇಷಾನನಿಗೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದರೇ ಹೊರತು ಗಂಡು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯರ್ಹನೆಂಬ ಒಬ್ಬ ಐಗುಪ್ತ ಸೇವಕನಿದ್ದನು.
Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name [was] Jarha.
And Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant for a wife; and she bore him Attai.
And Attai begat Nathan, and Nathan begat Zabad,
And Zabad begat Ephlal, and Ephlal begat Obed,
And Obed begat Jehu, and Jehu begat Azariah,
And Azariah begat Helez, and Helez begat Eleasah,
And Eleasah begat Sisamai, and Sisamai begat Shallum,
And Shallum begat Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begat Elishama.
Now the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel [were], Mesha his first-born, who [was] the father of Ziph; and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
And the sons of Hebron; Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.
And Shema begat Raham, the father of Jorkoam: and Rekem begat Shammai.
And the son of Shammai [was] Maon: and Maon [was] the father of Beth-zur.
And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bore Haran, and Moza, and Gazez: and Haran begat Gazez.
47 ೪೭ ಹಾರಾನನು ಗಾಜೇಜನನ್ನು ಪಡೆದನು. ಯಾದೈಯಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೆಗೆಮ್, ಯೋತಾಮ್, ಗೇಷಾನ್, ಪೆಲೆಟ್, ಏಫ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಫ್ ಎಂಬುವವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
And the sons of Jahdai; Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
Maachah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber, and Tirhanah.
49 ೪೯ ಇವಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದ್ಮನ್ನದವರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಶಾಫ್; ಮಕ್ಬೇನಾ ಮತ್ತು ಗಿಬ್ಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣದವರ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನಾದ ಶೆವ ಇವರು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು. ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಮಗಳು ಅಕ್ಷಾ.
She bore also Shaaph the father of Madmannah, Sheva the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea: and the daughter of Caleb [was] Achsah.
These were the sons of Caleb the son of Hur, the first-born of Ephratah; Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim,
Salma the father of Beth-lehem, Hareph the father of Beth-gader.
And Shobal the father of Kirjath-jearim had sons; Haroeh, [and] half of the Manahethites.
53 ೫೩ ಕಿರ್ಯತ್ಯಾರೀಮ್ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳವರು, ಯೆತೆರಿನವರು, ಪೂತ್ಯರು, ಶುಮಾತ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಷ್ರಾಗ್ಯರು ಇವರೇ. ಇವರಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಜನಾಂಗ ಚೊರ್ರಾತ್ಯರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಎಷ್ಟಾವೋಲ್ಯರೂ.
And the families of Kirjath-jearim; the Ithrites, and the Puhites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zereathites, and the Eshtaulites.
54 ೫೪ ಸಲ್ಮನಿಂದ ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮ್, ನೆಟೋಫಾ, ಅಟರೋತ್, ಬೇತ್ಯೋವಾಬ್ ಊರುಗಳವರೂ, ಚೊರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಮಾನಹತಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಧ ಜನರೂ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರು.
The sons of Salma; Beth-lehem, and the Netophathites, Ataroth, the house of Joab, and half of the Menahethites, the Zorites.
55 ೫೫ ಯಾಬೇಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಬರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆಯುವುದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರವೀಣರಾದ ತಿರ್ರಾತ್ಯರು, ಶಿಮ್ಗಾತ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಕಾತ್ಯರು, ಇವರು ರೇಕಾಬನ ಮನೆಯವರ ಮೂಲ ಪುರುಷನಾಗಿರುವ ಹಮತನಿಂದ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಕೇನ್ಯರು.
And the families of the scribes who dwelt at Jabez; the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, [and] Suchathites. These [are] the Kenites that came of Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab.
