ホセア書 6

1 來れわれらヱホバにかへるべし ヱホバわれらを抓劈たまひたれどもまた醫すことをなし我儕をうち給ひたれどもまたその傷をつつむことを爲したまふ可ればなり

"Come, and let us return to the LORD; for he has torn us to pieces, and he will heal us; he has injured us, and he will bind up our wounds.

2 ヱホバは二日ののちわれらむ活かへし三日にわれらを起せたまはん 我らその前にて生ん

After two days he will revive us. On the third day he will raise us up, and we will live before him.

3 この故にわれらヱホバをしるべし切にヱホバを知ことを求むべしヱホバは晨光のごとく必ずあらはれいで雨のごとくわれらにのぞみ後の雨のごとく地をうるほし給ふ

Let us acknowledge the LORD. Let us press on to know the LORD. As surely as the sun rises, The LORD will appear. He will come to us like the rain, like the spring rain that waters the earth."

4 エフライムよ我なんぢに何をなさんやユダよ我なんぢに何をなさんやなんぢの愛情はあしたの雲のごとくまたただちにきゆる露のごとし

"Ephraim, what shall I do to you? Judah, what shall I do to you? For your love is like a morning cloud, and like the dew that disappears early.

5 このゆゑにわれ預言者等をもてかれらを撃ちわが口の言をもてかれらえを殺せりわが審判はあらはれいづる光明のごとし

Therefore I have cut them to pieces with the prophets; I killed them with the words of my mouth, and my judgment goes forth as the light.

6 われは愛憎をよろこびて犠牲をよろこばず神をしるを悦ぶこと燔祭にまされり

For I desire mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

7 然るに彼らはアダムのごとく誓をやぶりかしこにて不義をわれにおこなへり

But they, like Adam, have broken the covenant. They were unfaithful to me, there.

8 ギレアデは惡をおこなふものの邑にして血の足跡そのなかに徧し

Gilead is a city of evildoers; it is stained with blood.

9 祭司のともがらは山賊の群のごとく伏伺して人をそこなひシケムに往く大路にて人をころす彼等はかくのごとき惡きことをおこなへり

As gangs of robbers wait to ambush a man, so the company of priests murder in the way toward Shechem, committing shameful crimes.

10 われイスラエルのいへに憎むべきことあるを見たりかの處にてエフライムは淫をおこなふイスフルは汚れたり

In the house of Israel I have seen a horrible thing. There is prostitution in Ephraim. Israel is defiled.

11 ユダよ我わが民の俘囚をかへさんときまた汝のためにも穫刈をそなへん

"For you also, Judah, there is a harvest appointed for you, when I restore the fortunes of my people.
