1 ヘブロンで生れたダビデの子らは次のとおりである。長子はアムノンでエズレルびとアヒノアムから生れ、次はダニエルでカルメルびとアビガイルから生れ、

Now these were the sons of David, who were born to him in Hebron: the firstborn, Amnon, of Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second, Daluiah, of Abigail of Carmel;

2 第三はアブサロムでゲシュルの王タルマイの娘マアカの産んだ子、第四はアドニヤでハギテの産んだ子、

the third, Absalom the son of Maacah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith;

3 第五はシパテヤでアビタルから生れ、第六はイテレアムで、彼の妻エグラから生れた。

the fifth, Shephatiah of Abital; the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife:

4 この六人はヘブロンで彼に生れた。ダビデがそこで王となっていたのは七年六か月、エルサレムで王となっていたのは三十三年であった。

six were born to him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months. In Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years;

5 エルサレムで生れたものは次のとおりである。すなわちシメア、ショバブ、ナタン、ソロモン。この四人はアンミエルの娘バテシュアから生れた。

and these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shammua, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathsheba the daughter of Eliam;

6 またイブハル、エリシャマ、エリペレテ、

and Ibhar, and Elishua, and Eliphelet,

7 ノガ、ネペグ、ヤピア、

and Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,

8 エリシャマ、エリアダ、エリペレテの九人、

and Elishama, and Baaliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

9 これらはみなダビデの子である。このほかに、そばめどもの産んだ子らがあり、タマルは彼らの姉妹であった。

All these were the sons of David, besides the sons of the secondary wives; and Tamar was their sister.

10 ソロモンの子はレハベアム、その子はアビヤ、その子はアサ、その子はヨシャパテ、

Solomon's son was Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,

11 その子はヨラム、その子はアハジヤ、その子はヨアシ、

Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,

12 その子はアマジヤ、その子はアザリヤ、その子はヨタム、

Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,

13 その子はアハズ、その子はヒゼキヤ、その子はマナセ、

Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,

14 その子はアモン、その子はヨシヤ、

Amon his son, Josiah his son.

15 ヨシヤの子らは長子ヨハナン、次はエホヤキム、第三はゼデキヤ、第四はシャルムである。

The sons of Josiah: the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.

16 エホヤキムの子孫はその子はエコニア、その子はゼデキヤである。

The sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.

17 捕虜となったエコニヤの子らはその子シャルテル、

The sons of Jeconiah, the captive: Shealtiel his son,

18 マルキラム、ペダヤ、セナザル、エカミア、ホシャマ、ネダビヤである。

and Malkiram, and Pedaiah, and Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.

19 ペダヤの子らはゼルバベルとシメイである。ゼルバベルの子らはメシュラムとハナニヤ。シロミテは彼らの姉妹である。

The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel, and Shimei. The sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam, and Hananiah; and Shelomith was their sister;

20 またハシュバ、オヘル、ベレキヤ、ハサデヤ、ユサブ・ヘセデの五人がある。

and Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, and Jushab Hesed, five.

21 ハナニヤの子らはペラテヤとエシャヤ、その子レパヤ、その子アルナン、その子オバデヤ、その子シカニヤである。

The sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah, and Jeshaiah; his son Rephaiah, his son Arnan, his son Obadiah, his son Shecaniah.

22 シカニヤの子らはシマヤ。シマヤの子らはハットシ、イガル、バリア、ネアリヤ、シャパテの六人である。

The son of Shecaniah: Shemaiah. The sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, and Igal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.

23 ネアリヤの子らはエリオエナイ、ヒゼキヤ、アズリカムの三人である。

The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, and Hizkiah, and Azrikam, three.

24 エリオエナイの子らはホダヤ、エリアシブ、ペラヤ、アックブ、ヨハナン、デラヤ、アナニの七人である。

The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
