Galatia 1
1 Unene ni Paulo mutuung'waa. Unene shanga nimutuung'waa kupuma ku ana adamu ang'wi kukiila ku ana adamu, kuiti kukiila kung'wa Yesu Kristo ni Itunda Tata nai umiukilye kupuma kuashi.
Paul, an apostle—not from men, nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—
2 Palung'wi ni aluna ihi nu nene, kumakilisilya imatekeelo a ku Galatia.
and all the brothers who are with me, to the assemblies of Galatia:
3 Ukende utule kilanyu nu ulyuuku nu upembeeye kung'wa Itunda Tata witu nu Mukulu uYesu Kristo.
Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,
4 Nai wipumilye mukola kunsoko a milandu itu iti kina akugune ni matungo aya na ubii. Kupuumila nu ulowa nuang'wa Itunda witu hangi Tata. (aiōn g165)
who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father— (aiōn g165)
to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 Ni kenda kuilwa kina mukenda kaya kupilukila mu nkani ninza ingiiza, nienda kuilwa kina mukupilukila kuli kupuma kung'waakwe ng'wenso nai umitangileku ukende nu ang'wa Kristo.
I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ to a different “good news”,
7 Kutili nkani ninza ni ingiiza, kuiti akoli antu ang'wi ni akumusasha unyenye ulwago nu kulowa kukaila nkani ninza ni ang'wa Kristo.
but there isn’t another “good news.” Only there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the Good News of Christ.
8 Kuite ga anga ize usese ang'wi amalaika kupuma kilunde wikatanantya kitalanyu nkani ninza isa nu ulo nai kutanantilye kitalanyu, nu a zung'we.
But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any “good news” other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.
9 Anga nai kaligitya un'gwandyo, ni itungili kuligitya hangi, ''Anga ize ukoli muntu nuikatanantya kitalanyu inkani ninza isa nizi naza muisingilye, nu azung'we''.
As we have said before, so I now say again: if any man preaches to you any “good news” other than that which you received, let him be cursed.
10 Ku uu itungili kuuduma ukamikiilyi nu a antu ang'wi Itunda? Anga ize nongolekile kugema kualoeelya ana adamu unene shanga ni munyamilimo wang'wa Kristo.
For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I wouldn’t be a servant of Christ.
11 Muluna, ndoilwe unye mulinge kina nkani ninza naza niitanantilye shanga ipumiie ku ana adamu.
But I make known to you, brothers, concerning the Good News which was preached by me, that it is not according to man.
12 Shanga ai ni nusingiiye kupuma ku muntu, ang'wi shanga manyisigwe, Badala akwe, ai ituile inge ku ukunukulwa nu ang'wa Yesu Kristo kitalane.
For I didn’t receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ.
13 Makonda kija migulya u likalo lane nu la kunyuma mu ikumbiko ni la ki Yahudi, iti nai natuilee kulaja ku utaki ilekeelo lang'wi Itunda kukilinkiila uugemeeligwa nu kulilimilya.
For you have heard of my way of living in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the assembly of God and ravaged it.
14 Ai natulaa nongolekile mi ikumbiko ni la Kiyahudi kukiliila i a luna ane idu Ayahudi. Ai natulaa ni kinyangulu lukulu mu logo nu la aTata ane.
I advanced in the Jews’ religion beyond many of my own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
15 Ku ite Itunda ai uloeeigwe nu kumbagula unene kupuma mu nda ang'wa ia. Ai unintangile unene kukiila ukende nu akwe.
But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through his grace,
16 Kumukaminkiilya ng'wana nu akwe mukati ane ili kina numutanantye ung'wenso mukati a antu nia mahi. Hangi shanga ai ndumile anga usigigwa nu a muili ni sakami.
to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I didn’t immediately confer with flesh and blood,
17 Hangi shanga ai nankie kulongola ku Yerusalemu ku awa nai atulaa atung'wa ze ikili une. Badala akwe nikalongola ku Uarabuni ni panyambele kusuka ku Damesiki.
nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia. Then I returned to Damascus.
18 Uugwa kukila i miaka itaatu ai nankie kulongola ku Yerusalemu kumiumba umbila u Kefa, ni kikie nu ng'wenso mahiku ikumi na ataano.
Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and stayed with him fifteen days.
19 Kuiti shanga nikihenga i atung'waa ni auya kwaala Yakobo, muluna nu a Mukulu.
But of the other apostles I saw no one except James, the Lord’s brother.
20 Goza, ntongeela ang'wa Itunda, shanga kukongela ku iko ni kukikilisa kitalanyu.
Now about the things which I write to you, behold, before God, I’m not lying.
21 Uugwa nikalongola ku mikoa a Shamu ni Kilikia.
Then I came to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
22 Shanga ai ntuile manyikile ku miho ku matekeelo a ku Uyahudi ayo nai atulaa mu ng'wa Kristo.
I was still unknown by face to the assemblies of Judea which were in Christ,
23 Ku iti ai atulaa akigiilya udu, ''Nuanso nai watulaa ukuaja itungili ukutanantya uhuili nai watulaa ukuugazanja''.
but they only heard, “He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy.”
24 Ai atulaa akumulumbiilya Itunda kunsoko ane.
So they glorified God in me.
