1 Rinambakan ni Josias ti Fiesta ti Ilalabas a para kenni Yahweh idiay Jerusalem; ket pinartida dagiti urbon a karnero a naituding a para iti Fiesta ti Ilalabas iti maika-14 nga aldaw iti umuna a bulan.

Moreouer Iosiah kept a Passeouer vnto the Lord in Ierusalem, and they slewe the Passeouer in the fourtenth day of the first moneth.

2 Insaadna dagiti papadi iti akemda sana pinakired ida iti panagtrabahoda iti balay ni Yahweh.

And he appointed the Priestes to their charges, and incouraged them to the seruice of the house of the Lord,

3 Kinunana kadagiti Levita a nangisuro iti entero nga Israel, a napudno kenni Yahweh, “Iyapanyo ti nasantoan a Lakasa ti Tulag iti balay nga impasdek ni Solomon a putot a lalaki ni David, nga ari ti Israel. Saanyo a pulos nga ibakbaklay daytoy. Ita, dayawenyo ni Yahweh, a Diosyo, ken pagserbianyo dagiti tattaona nga Israel.

And he sayd vnto the Leuites that taught all Israel and were sanctified vnto the Lord, Put the holy Arke in the house which Salomon the sonne of Dauid King of Israel did build: it shalbe no more a burden vpon your shoulders: serue now the Lord your God and his people Israel,

4 Ibunggoyyo dagiti bagbagiyo babaen iti nagan dagiti kapuonanyo ken ti puliyo, surotenyo dagiti naisurat a bilbilin ni David, nga ari iti Israel, ken dagiti bilin ni Solomon a putot ni David a lalaki.

And prepare your selues by the houses of your fathers according to your courses, as Dauid the King of Israel hath written, and according to the writing of Salomon his sonne,

5 Agtakderkayo iti nasantoan a lugar, mapankayo kadagiti nakaisaadanyo a bunggoy a nakaibilangan dagiti kapulian dagiti kakabsatyo, dagiti kaputotan dagiti tattao, ken mapankayo kadagiti nakaisaadanyo a kapulian dagiti Levita.

And stande in the Sanctuarie according to the deuision of the families of your brethren the children of the people, and after the deuision of the familie of the Leuites:

6 Partienyo dagiti naituding nga urbon a karnero a para iti Fiesta ti Ilalabas ken isagutyo met dagiti bagbagiyo nga agpaay kenni Yahweh. Isaganayo dagiti karnero para kadagiti kakabsatyo nga Israelita; aramidenyo daytoy a kas panagtulnog kadagiti sao ni Yahweh, a naited babaen kenni Moises.”

So kill the Passeouer and sanctifie your selues, and prepare your brethren that they may doe according to the worde of the Lord by the hand of Moses.

7 Nangted ni Josias kadagiti amin a tattao iti 30, 000 nga urbon a karnero ken urbon a kalding manipud kadagiti arban, a para iti daton a maipaay iti Fiesta ti Ilalabas, kadagiti amin nga adda sadiay. Nangted pay isuna iti 3, 000 a bulog a baka; naggapu dagitoy manipud kadagiti sanikua ti ari.

Iosiah also gaue to the people sheepe, lambs and kiddes, all for the Passeouer, euen to all that were present, to the nomber of thirtie thousand, and three thousande bullocks: these were of the Kings substance.

And his princes offred willingly vnto the people, to the Priests and to the Leuites: Hilkiah, and Zechariah, and Iehiel, rulers of the house of God, gaue vnto the Priests for the Passeouer, euen two thousand and sixe hundreth sheepe, and three hundreth bullockes.

9 Nangted met da Conanias, Semias ken Natanel a kabsatna, da Hasabias, Jeiel ken Jozabad a papangulo dagiti Levita iti 5, 000 a babassit a dingwen ken 500 a baka.

Conaniah also and Shemaiah and Nethaneel his brethren, and Hashabiah and Ieiel, and Iozabad, chiefe of the Leuites gaue vnto the Leuites for the Passeouer, fiue thousand sheepe, and fiue hundreth bullockes.

10 Naisagana ngarud dagiti masapsapul a para iti Fiesta ti Ilalabas, ket nagtakder dagiti papadi iti ayanda, agraman dagiti Levita babaen iti pannakabunggobunggoyda kas panagtulnogda iti bilin ti ari.

Thus the seruice was prepared, and the Priests stoode in their places, also the Leuites in their orders, according to the Kings commandement:

11 Pinartida dagiti urbon a karnero a nairanta a para iti Fiesta ti Ilalabas, ket inwarsi dagiti papadi ti dara a naawatda manipud kadagiti Levita' ken nilalatan met dagiti Levita dagiti karnero.

And they slewe the Passeouer, and the Priests sprinkled the blood with their handes, and the Leuites flayed them.

12 Inikkatda dagiti daton a maipuor, tapno ibunongda dagitoy kadagiti bunggoy dagiti tattao segun iti kapulianda, tapno idatonda kenni Yahweh, a kas naisurat iti Libro ni Moises. Kasta met ti inaramidda kadagiti bulog a baka.

And they tooke away from the burnt offering to giue it according to the deuisions of the families of the children of the people, to offer vnto the Lord, as it is written in the booke of Moses, and so of the bullockes.

13 Intonoda dagiti urbon a karnero a naituding a para iti Fiesta ti Ilalabas segun kadagiti sumaganad a bilin. Kadagiti nasagradoan a daton, inangerda dagitoy kadagiti banga, kaldero a dakkel, ken silliasi, ken pinartakanda nga inyapan dagitoy kadagiti amin a tattao.

And they rosted the Passeouer with fire, according to ye custome, but the sanctified things they sod in pots, pannes, and cauldrons, and distributed them quickely to all the people.

14 Kalpasanna, insaganada dagiti sagutda para iti bagbagida ken para kadagiti papadi, gapu ta dagiti papadi, a kaputotan ni Aaron, ket nakumikomda kadagiti daton a maipuor ken dagiti taba agingga a sumipnget, insagana ngarud dagiti Levita dagiti sagut a para kadakuada ken para kadagiti papadi, a kaputotan ni Aaron.

Afterwarde also they prepared for them selues and for the Priestes: for the Priestes the sonnes of Aaron were occupied in offering of burnt offrings, and the fat vntill night: therefore the Leuites prepared for them selues, and for the Priests the sonnes of Aaron.

15 Dagiti kumakanta, a kaputotan ni Asaf, ket addada iti naituding nga ayanda, a kas imbilin ni David kenni Asaf, Heman, ken Jedutun a profeta ti ari. Adda dagiti guardia iti tunggal ruangan; saanen a kasapulan a panawanda ti puestoda, gapu ta insaganan dagiti kakabsatda a Levita dagiti sagut a para kadakuada.

And the singers the sonnes of Asaph stoode in their standing according to the commandement of Dauid, and Asaph, and Heman, and Ieduthun the Kings Seer: and the porters at euery gate, who might not depart from their seruice: therefore their brethren the Leuites prepared for them.

16 Isu nga iti dayta a tiempo, naipatungpal amin dagiti masapul a para iti pannakarambak ti Fiesta ti Ilalabas ni Yahweh ken ti pannakaidaton ti daton a maipuor iti rabaw ti altar ni Yahweh, kas imbilin ni Ari Josias.

So all the seruice of the Lord was prepared the same day, to keepe the Passeouer, and to offer burnt offerings vpon the altar of the Lord, according to the commandement of King Iosiah.

17 Rinambakan dagiti Israelita ti Fiesta ti Ilalabas iti dayta a tiempo, ken ti Fiesta ti Tinapay nga Awan Lebadurana iti pito nga aldaw.

And the children of Israel that were present, kept the Passeouer the same time, and the feast of the vnleauened bread seuen dayes.

18 Ti kasta a pannakarambak ti Fiesta ti Ilalabas ket saan pay a napasamak iti” Israel manipud kadagiti tiempo ni profeta a Sammuel; wenno awan pay kadagiti dadduma nga ari ti Israel ti nangrambak ti Fiesta ti Ilalabas a kas iti panangrambak ni Josias a ken dagiti papadi, Levita, ken dagiti amin a tattao iti Juda ken Israel nga adda, ken dagiti agnanaed iti Jerusalem.

And there was no Passeouer kept like that, in Israel, from the dayes of Samuel the Prophet: neyther did all the Kings of Israel keepe such a Passeouer as Iosiah kept, and the Priestes and the Leuites, and all Iudah, and Israel that were present, and the inhabitants of Ierusalem.

19 Narambakan daytoy a Fiesta ti Ilalabas agingga iti maika-18 a tawen a panagturay ni Josias.

This Passeouer was kept in the eighteenth yeere of the reigne of Iosiah.

20 Kalpasan amin dagitoy, kalpasan a naiyurnos ni Josias dagiti rumbeng a maurnos iti templo, napan nakiranget ni Neco, nga ari ti Egipto iti Carkemis idiay Karayan Eufrates, ket napan nakiranget ni Josias kenkuana.

After all this, when Iosiah had prepared the Temple, Necho King of Egypt came vp to fight against Carchemish by Perath, and Iosiah went out against him.

21 Ngem nangibaon ni Neco kadagiti mangibagi kenkuana, a kunana, “Ania koma ti aramidek kenka, ari ti Juda? Saanak nga umay a maibusor kenka ita nga aldaw, ngem ketdi maibusor iti balay a gubatek. Imbilin ti Dios a darasek, isu a saanmo a lapdan ti Dios, nga adda kaniak, ta amangan no dadaelennaka.”

But he sent messengers to him, saying, What haue I to doe with thee, thou King of Iudah? I come not against thee this day, but against the house of mine enemie, and God commanded me to make haste: leaue of to come against God, which is with me, least he destroy thee.

22 Nupay kasta, saan nga inkaskaso ni Josias isuna. Nanglimlimo isuna tapno makiranget kenkuana. Saanna nga inkaskaso dagiti sasao ni Neco a naggapu iti ngiwat ti Dios; isu a napan isuna a nakiranget idiay tanap ti Megiddo.

But Iosiah would not turne his face from him, but changed his apparel to fight with him, and hearkened not vnto the wordes of Necho, which were of the mouth of God, but came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.

23 Dagiti pumapana ket pinanada ni Ari Josias, ket kinuna ti ari kadagiti adipenna, “Iyadayodak, gapu ta nakaro ti sugatko.'

And the shooters shot at king Iosiah: then the King saide to his seruants, Cary me away, for I am very sicke.

24 Indissaag ngarud isuna ti adipen manipud iti karuahe, ket inyakarna isuna iti sabali pay a karuahena. Inyapanda isuna idiay Jerusalem, a nakatayanna. Naitanem isuna idiay nakaitaneman dagiti kapuonanna. Dinung-awan dagiti amin a tattao ti Juda ken Jerusalem ni Josias.

So his seruants tooke him out of that charet, and put him in the seconde charet which he had, and when they had brought him to Ierusalem, he dyed, and was buryed in the sepulchres of his fathers: and all Iudah and Ierusalem mourned for Iosiah.

25 Dinung-awan ni Jeremias ni Josias; agdungdung-aw dagiti amin a lallaki ken babbai a kumakanta maipanggep iti napasamak kenni Josias agingga ita nga aldaw. Dagitoy a kankanta ket nagbalin a kaugalian idiay Israel; kitaenyo, naisurat dagitoy kadagiti kankanta a dung-dung-aw.

And Ieremiah lamented Iosiah, and al singing men and singing women mourned for Iosiah in their lamentations to this day, and made the same for an ordinance vnto Israel: and beholde, they be written in the lamentations.

26 Maipanggep kadagiti dadduma a banbanag maipanggep kenni Josias, ken dagiti naimbag nga inaramidna a kas panagtulnog iti naisurat iti linteg ni Yahweh-

Concerning the rest of the actes of Iosiah and his goodnesse, doing as it was written in the Lawe of the Lord,

27 ken dagiti ar-aramidna, manipud rugi ken leppas, ket naisurat iti Libro dagiti Ar-ari ti Juda ken Israel.

And his deedes, first and last, behold, they are written in the booke of the Kings of Israel and Iudah.
