1 Ndị a gọziri agọzi ka ha bụ, bụ ndị ụzọ ha na-enweghị ihe ịta ụta ọbụla, ndị na-ejegharị dịka iwu Onyenwe anyị si dị.
ALEPH Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the LORD’s law.
2 Ndị a gọziri agọzi ka ha bụ, bụ ndị na-edebe ụkpụrụ ya ma jirikwa obi ha niile na-achọsi ya ike.
Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart.
3 Ha adịghị eme ihe ọjọọ ọbụla; ha na-ejegharị nʼụzọ ya niile.
Yes, they do nothing wrong. They walk in his ways.
4 I doola ụkpụrụ ndị a ga-erubekwara isi.
You have commanded your precepts, that we should fully obey them.
5 Ọ ga-adị m mma ma ọ bụrụ na m anọgidesie ike na-erube isi nye iwu gị niile!
Oh that my ways were steadfast to obey your statutes!
6 Mgbe ahụ, ihere agaghị eme m mgbe m tulere uche nʼiwu gị niile.
Then I wouldn’t be disappointed, when I consider all of your commandments.
7 Aga m eji obi ziri ezi too gị dịka m na-amụ ihe banyere iwu gị ziri ezi.
I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments.
8 Aga m erubere iwu gị niile isi; biko ahapụkwala m.
I will observe your statutes. Don’t utterly forsake me.
9 Olee ụzọ nwa okorobịa ga-esi bie ndụ dị nsọ? Ọ bụ site nʼibi ndụ dịka okwu gị si dị.
BETH How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.
10 Eji m obi m niile na-achọsi gị ike. Ekwela ka m kpafuo site nʼihe niile i nyere nʼiwu.
With my whole heart I have sought you. Don’t let me wander from your commandments.
11 Ezoola m okwu gị niile nʼobi m, igbochi m imehie imegide gị.
I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
12 Otuto dịrị gị, o Onyenwe anyị; kuziere m iwu gị niile.
Blessed are you, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
13 Aga m eji egbugbere ọnụ m gụgharịa iwu niile nke si nʼọnụ gị.
With my lips, I have declared all the ordinances of your mouth.
14 Ana m aṅụrị ọṅụ nʼịgbaso iwu gị niile dịka mmadụ si aṅụrị ọṅụ nʼime oke ịba ụba.
I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15 Ana m atụgharị uche nʼụkpụrụ gị na-atulekwa uche nʼụzọ gị niile.
I will meditate on your precepts, and consider your ways.
16 Iwu gị na-amasị m; agaghị m elefu okwu gị anya.
I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word.
17 Meere ohu gị ihe ọma, ka m nwe ike dị ndụ; aga m erubere okwu gị isi.
GIMEL Do good to your servant. I will live and I will obey your word.
18 Kpughee anya m abụọ ka m hụ oke ihe ebube niile dị iche iche dị nʼime okwu gị.
Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your Torah.
19 Abụ m onye ọbịa nʼelu ụwa; ezonarịla m iwu gị niile.
I am a stranger on the earth. Don’t hide your commandments from me.
20 Nʼoge niile, ihe banyere iwu gị niile na-agụ mkpụrụobi m agụụ.
My soul is consumed with longing for your ordinances at all times.
21 Ị na-abara ndị mpako mba, ha bụ ndị a bụrụ ọnụ na ndị na-anaghị agbaso iwu gị.
You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, who wander from your commandments.
22 Site nʼebe m nọ wepụ ịchị ọchị na nlelị, nʼihi na m na-edebe ụkpụrụ gị niile.
Take reproach and contempt away from me, for I have kept your statutes.
23 Nʼagbanyeghị na ndịisi nọkọrọ na-ekwulu m, ohu gị ga-atụgharị uche nʼiwu gị.
Though princes sit and slander me, your servant will meditate on your statutes.
24 Ụkpụrụ gị niile bụ ihe na-amasị m; ha bụ ndị ndụmọdụ m.
Indeed your statutes are my delight, and my counselors.
25 Mkpụrụobi m na-arapara nʼuzuzu; kpọghachite ndụ m dịka okwu gị si dị.
DALETH My soul is laid low in the dust. Revive me according to your word!
26 Akọwaara m gị ụzọ m niile, ị zakwara m; ugbu a, kuziere m iwu gị.
I declared my ways, and you answered me. Teach me your statutes.
27 Mee ka m ghọta ozizi ụkpụrụ gị; ka m nwe ike tụgharịa uche nʼọrụ ebube gị niile.
Let me understand the teaching of your precepts! Then I will meditate on your wondrous works.
28 Iru ụjụ emeela ka mkpụrụobi m daa mba; gbaa m ume dịka okwu gị si dị.
My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word.
29 Chebe m pụọ nʼụzọ aghụghọ niile; site nʼiwu gị meere m amara.
Keep me from the way of deceit. Grant me your Torah graciously!
30 Ahọrọla m ụzọ ikwesi ntụkwasị obi; e kpebiela m idebe obi m nʼiwu gị niile.
I have chosen the way of truth. I have set your ordinances before me.
31 O Onyenwe anyị, ana m ejigidesi iwu gị niile aka ike; ekwela ka ihere mee m.
I cling to your statutes, LORD. Don’t let me be disappointed.
32 Aga m agbaso iwu gị niile nʼihi na i meela ka obi m nwere onwe ya.
I run in the path of your commandments, for you have set my heart free.
33 O Onyenwe anyị, zi m ụzọ m ga-esi gbasoo iwu gị niile; mgbe ahụ, aga m edebe ha ruo nʼọgwụgwụ.
HE Teach me, LORD, the way of your statutes. I will keep them to the end.
34 Nye m nghọta, aga m edebe iwu gị ma jiri obi m niile rubere ya isi.
Give me understanding, and I will keep your Torah. Yes, I will obey it with my whole heart.
35 Duo m nʼụzọ nke iwu gị niile, nʼihi na ọ bụ nʼime ha ka m na-achọta obi ụtọ.
Direct me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in them.
36 Mee ka obi m chee ihu nʼiwu gị niile ọ bụghị nye uru na-esite nʼọchịchọ nke onwe.
Turn my heart toward your statutes, not toward selfish gain.
37 Wepụ anya m site nʼihe na-abaghị uru; chebe ndụ m dịka okwu gị si dị.
Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways.
38 Mezuo nkwa i kwere ohu gị, ka a tụọ egwu gị.
Fulfill your promise to your servant, that you may be feared.
39 Wepụ nkọcha nke m na-atụ egwu ya, nʼihi na iwu gị niile ziri ezi.
Take away my disgrace that I dread, for your ordinances are good.
40 Ụkpụrụ gị na-agụsị m agụụ ike! Chebe ndụ m site nʼezi omume gị.
Behold, I long for your precepts! Revive me in your righteousness.
41 O Onyenwe anyị, ka ịhụnanya gị nke na-adịgide bịakwasị m, nzọpụta gị dịka nkwa i kwere si dị;
VAV Let your loving kindness also come to me, LORD, your salvation, according to your word.
42 mgbe ahụ, aga m azaghachi onye ahụ na-achị m ọchị, nʼihi na ana m atụkwasị obi m nʼokwu gị.
So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.
43 Esitela nʼọnụ m napụ okwu nke eziokwu, nʼihi na olileanya m dị nʼiwu gị niile.
Don’t snatch the word of truth out of my mouth, for I put my hope in your ordinances.
44 Aga m anọgide na-erubere iwu gị isi ruo mgbe ebighị ebi.
So I will obey your Torah continually, forever and ever.
45 Aga m ejegharị nʼọnọdụ inwere onwe nʼihi na achọpụtala m ụkpụrụ gị niile.
I will walk in liberty, for I have sought your precepts.
46 Aga m ekwupụta banyere ụkpụrụ gị nʼihu ndị eze ma ihere agaghị eme m,
I will also speak of your statutes before kings, and will not be disappointed.
47 nʼihi na iwu gị na-amasị m nʼihi na ahụrụ m ha nʼanya.
I will delight myself in your commandments, because I love them.
48 Ana m eweliri iwu gị niile aka elu, bụ ndị m hụrụ nʼanya, ana m atụgharịkwa uche nʼiwu gị niile.
I reach out my hands for your commandments, which I love. I will meditate on your statutes.
49 Cheta okwu i nyere ohu gị, nʼihi na i nyela m olileanya.
ZAYIN Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope.
50 Nkasiobi m nʼime ịta ahụhụ m bụ nke a: nkwa gị na-echebe ndụ m.
This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me.
51 Ndị mpako na-akwa m emo na-esepụghị aka, ma anaghị m esite nʼiwu gị wezuga onwe m.
The arrogant mock me excessively, but I don’t swerve from your Torah.
52 O Onyenwe anyị, ana m echeta iwu gị niile, ndị dị site na mgbe ochie, ha na-ewetara m nkasiobi.
I remember your ordinances of old, LORD, and have comforted myself.
53 Ana m ewe iwe nke ukwu nʼihi ndị ajọ omume, ndị gbakụtara iwu gị azụ.
Indignation has taken hold on me, because of the wicked who forsake your Torah.
54 Iwu gị niile bụ isi okwu abụ m ebe ọbụla m na-anọ.
Your statutes have been my songs in the house where I live.
55 Nʼabalị, o Onyenwe anyị, ana m echeta aha gị, aga m edebekwa iwu gị.
I have remembered your name, LORD, in the night, and I obey your Torah.
56 Nke a bụrịị ihe m na-eme oge niile: ana m erubere ụkpụrụ gị isi.
This is my way, that I keep your precepts.
57 O Onyenwe anyị, ị bụ ihe nketa m; ekweela m nkwa irube isi nye okwu gị niile.
HETH The LORD is my portion. I promised to obey your words.
58 Ejirila m obi m niile chọọ ihu gị; meere m ebere dịka nkwa gị si dị.
I sought your favor with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
59 Echeela m echiche banyere ụzọ m niile, chigharịakwa na-agbaso ụkpụrụ gị niile.
I considered my ways, and turned my steps to your statutes.
60 Aga m eme ngwangwa, agaghị atụfu oge irubere iwu gị niile isi.
I will hurry, and not delay, to obey your commandments.
61 A sịkwarị na ndị ajọ omume ejiri ụdọ kee m agbụ, agaghị m echefu iwu gị.
The ropes of the wicked bind me, but I won’t forget your Torah.
62 Nʼetiti abalị, aga m ebili nye gị ekele nʼihi iwu gị niile ziri ezi.
At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you, because of your righteous ordinances.
63 Abụ m enyi ndị niile na-atụ egwu gị, ndị niile na-agbaso ụkpụrụ gị.
I am a friend of all those who fear you, of those who observe your precepts.
64 O Onyenwe anyị, ụwa niile jupụtara nʼịhụnanya gị; kuziere m iwu gị niile.
The earth is full of your loving kindness, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
65 Meere ohu gị ihe ọma dịka okwu gị si dị, o Onyenwe anyị.
TETH You have treated your servant well, according to your word, LORD.
66 Zi m ihe ọmụma na ikpe ziri ezi nʼihi na ekwenyere m nʼiwu gị niile.
Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments.
67 Tupu m nwee nsogbu, a kpafuru m, ma ugbu a, ana m erubere okwu gị isi.
Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I observe your word.
68 I dị mma, ihe i na-eme ziri ezi; kuziere m iwu gị niile.
You are good, and do good. Teach me your statutes.
69 Nʼagbanyeghị na ndị mpako a gbasaala okwu ụgha techie m, ana m eji obi m niile na-edebe ụkpụrụ gị.
The proud have smeared a lie upon me. With my whole heart, I will keep your precepts.
70 Obi ha siri ike, ọ dịghị ihe na-emetụta ha, ma ana m enwe mmasị nʼiwu gị.
Their heart is as callous as the fat, but I delight in your Torah.
71 Ọ dị mma na m tara ahụhụ ka m nwee ike mụta iwu gị niile.
It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn your statutes.
72 Iwu si nʼọnụ gị pụta dị oke ọnụahịa nye m karịa imerime puku ọlaọcha na ọlaedo.
The Torah you have spoken is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
73 Aka gị kere m, kpụọkwa m; nye m nghọta ka m mụta iwu gị niile.
YODH Your hands have made me and formed me. Give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.
74 Ka ndị na-atụ egwu gị ṅụrịa mgbe ha hụrụ m, nʼihi na olileanya m dị nʼokwu gị.
Those who fear you will see me and be glad, because I have put my hope in your word.
75 O Onyenwe anyị, amaara m na iwu gị niile ziri ezi, ọ bụkwa nʼikwesị ntụkwasị obi ka ị tara m ahụhụ.
LORD, I know that your judgments are righteous, that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
76 Ka ịhụnanya gị nke na-adịghị agwụ agwụ kasịe m obi, dịka nkwa i kwere ohu gị si dị.
Please let your loving kindness be for my comfort, according to your word to your servant.
77 Ka ọmịiko gị bịakwasị m, ka m nwee ike dị ndụ, nʼihi na iwu gị na-amasị m.
Let your tender mercies come to me, that I may live; for your Torah is my delight.
78 Ka ihere mee ndị mpako nʼihi ihe ọjọọ ha mere m na-enweghị ihe m mere; ma aga m atụgharị uche nʼụkpụrụ gị.
Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate on your precepts.
79 Ka ndị niile na-atụ egwu gị bịakwute m, ndị na-aghọta ụkpụrụ gị niile.
Let those who fear you turn to me. They will know your statutes.
80 Ka m were obi zuruoke na-agbaso ụkpụrụ gị niile, ka ihere ghara ime m.
Let my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be disappointed.
81 Mkpụrụobi m na-ada mba site nʼọchịchọ ya maka nzọpụta gị, ma olileanya m dị nʼokwu gị.
KAPF My soul faints for your salvation. I hope in your word.
82 Anya na-egbu m mgbu ebe m na-ele anya nkwa gị; ana m asị, “Olee mgbe ị ga-akasị m obi?”
My eyes fail for your word. I say, “When will you comfort me?”
83 Nʼagbanyeghị na adị m ka karama akpụkpọ nke dị nʼanwụrụ ọkụ, anaghị m echefu iwu gị niile.
For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke. I don’t forget your statutes.
84 Ruo olee mgbe ka ohu gị ga-anọgide na-eche? Olee mgbe ka ị ga-ata ndị na-akpagbu m ahụhụ?
How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute judgment on those who persecute me?
85 Ndị mpako na-egwuru m olulu, bụ ihe nke na-adịghị ka iwu gị si dị.
The proud have dug pits for me, contrary to your Torah.
86 Iwu gị niile kwesiri ntụkwasị obi; nyere m aka, nʼihi na ndị mmadụ na-akpagbu m ma o nweghị ihe m mere ha.
All of your commandments are faithful. They persecute me wrongfully. Help me!
87 Ọ fọdụrụ ntakịrị ihe, ha gaara ala m nʼiyi, ma agbakụtaghị m ụkpụrụ gị azụ.
They had almost wiped me from the earth, but I didn’t forsake your precepts.
88 Site nʼịhụnanya gị nke na-adịgide chebe ndụ m, ka m nwe ike rube isi nʼiwu nke ọnụ gị.
Preserve my life according to your loving kindness, so I will obey the statutes of your mouth.
89 O Onyenwe anyị, okwu gị na-adịgide ruo mgbe ebighị ebi; ọ na-eguzosi ike nʼeluigwe.
LAMEDH LORD, your word is settled in heaven forever.
90 Ikwesi ntụkwasị obi gị na-adịgide site nʼọgbọ ruo nʼọgbọ; ọ bụ gị kere ụwa, ọ na-eguzosikwa ike.
Your faithfulness is to all generations. You have established the earth, and it remains.
91 Ruo taa, iwu gị niile na-eguzosi ike, nʼihi na ihe niile na-ejere gị ozi.
Your laws remain to this day, for all things serve you.
92 A sịkwarị na iwu gị anaghị amasị m, agaara m anwụ nʼime nsogbu m.
Unless your Torah had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.
93 Agaghị m echefu ụkpụrụ gị niile, nʼihi na ọ bụ ha ka i ji chebe ndụ m.
I will never forget your precepts, for with them, you have revived me.
94 Zọpụta m, nʼihi na abụ m nke gị; achọpụtala m ụkpụrụ gị niile.
I am yours. Save me, for I have sought your precepts.
95 Ndị ajọ omume na-eche ịla m nʼiyi, ma aga m atụgharị uche nʼụkpụrụ gị.
The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me. I will consider your statutes.
96 Ana m ahụ nsọtụ ihe niile zuruoke, ma iwu gị niile enweghị nsọtụ.
I have seen a limit to all perfection, but your commands are boundless.
97 O, otu m si hụ iwu gị nʼanya! Ana m atụgharị uche na ya ogologo ụbọchị niile.
MEM How I love your Torah! It is my meditation all day.
98 Iwu gị na-eme ka amamihe m karịa nke ndị iro m, ha na-anọnyere m oge niile.
Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for your commandments are always with me.
99 Enwere m nghọta karịa ndị na-ezi m ihe, nʼihi na ana m atụgharịa uche nʼiwu gị niile.
I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my (meditation)
100 Enwere m nghọta karịa ndị okenye nʼihi na ana m erubere ụkpụrụ gị niile isi.
I understand more than the aged, because I have kept your precepts.
101 Ajụrụ m ajụ ije ije nʼụzọ ọjọọ ọbụla ka m nwee ike rubere okwu gị isi
I have kept my feet from every evil way, that I might observe your word.
102 Ewezugaghị m onwe m nʼiwu gị niile, nʼihi na ọ bụ gị onwe gị ziri m ha.
I have not turned away from your ordinances, for you have taught me.
103 Lee ka okwu gị niile si atọ m ụtọ, ha dị ụtọ nʼọnụ m karịa mmanụ aṅụ!
How sweet are your promises to my taste, more than honey to my mouth!
104 A na-enweta nghọta site nʼụkpụrụ gị niile; ya mere ana m akpọ ụzọ ọjọọ ọbụla asị.
Through your precepts, I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.
105 Okwu gị bụ oriọna dịrị ụkwụ m bụrụkwa ìhè nʼụzọ m.
NUN Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.
106 Aṅụọla m iyi, mee ka o guzosie ike, na aga m agbaso iwu ezi omume gị niile.
I have sworn, and have confirmed it, that I will obey your righteous ordinances.
107 Ataala m ahụhụ nke ukwuu; chebe ndụ m, o Onyenwe anyị, dịka okwu gị si dị.
I am afflicted very much. Revive me, LORD, according to your word.
108 O Onyenwe anyị, nabata otuto afọ ofufu niile nke si nʼọnụ m, kuziekwara m iwu gị niile.
Accept, I beg you, the willing offerings of my mouth. LORD, teach me your ordinances.
109 Mkpụrụobi m na-adị m nʼọbụaka m oge niile, ma echezọghị m iwu gị.
My soul is continually in my hand, yet I won’t forget your Torah.
110 Ndị ajọ omume esielera m ọnya, ma esitebeghị m nʼụkpụrụ gị kpafuo.
The wicked have laid a snare for me, yet I haven’t gone astray from your precepts.
111 Iwu gị niile bụ ihe nketa m ruo mgbe ebighị ebi; ha bụ ihe na-enye obi m ọṅụ.
I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.

I have set my heart to perform your statutes forever, even to the end.
113 Ana m akpọ ndị na-enwe obi abụọ asị, ma ahụrụ m iwu gị nʼanya.
SAMEKH I hate double-minded men, but I love your Torah.
114 Ị bụ ebe mgbaba m na ọta m; olileanya m dị nʼokwu gị.
You are my hiding place and my shield. I hope in your word.
115 Sitenụ nʼebe m nọ pụọ, unu ndị na-eme ihe ọjọọ, ka m nwee ike idebe iwu niile nke Chineke m!
Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.
116 Gbaa m ume dịka nkwa gị si dị, aga m adịkwa ndụ; ekwekwala ka olileanya m daa.
Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. Let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117 Kwagide m, aga m abụ onye a gbapụtara; aga m anọgide na-asọpụrụ iwu gị niile.
Hold me up, and I will be safe, and will have respect for your statutes continually.
118 Ị na-ajụ ndị niile na-adịghị edebe iwu gị, nzube aghụghọ ha niile bụ ihe na-enweghị isi.
You reject all those who stray from your statutes, for their deceit is in vain.

You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. Therefore I love your testimonies.

My flesh trembles for fear of you. I am afraid of your judgments.
121 Emeela m ihe dị mma na ihe ziri ezi; ahapụkwala m nʼaka ndị na-emegbu m.
AYIN I have done what is just and righteous. Don’t leave me to my oppressors.
122 Kwee ohu gị nkwa na ị ga-elekọta ya; ekwela ka ndị mpako kpagbuo m.
Ensure your servant’s well-being. Don’t let the proud oppress me.
123 Anya na-egbu m mgbu ebe m na-ele anya nzọpụta gị ebe m na-ele anya nkwa gị ziri ezi.
My eyes fail looking for your salvation, for your righteous word.
124 Biko mesoo ohu gị mmeso dịka ịhụnanya gị si dị ma kuziekwara m ụkpụrụ gị niile.
Deal with your servant according to your loving kindness. Teach me your statutes.
125 Abụ m ohu gị, nye m nghọta, ka m nwee ike mara ụkpụrụ gị niile.
I am your servant. Give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies.
126 O Onyenwe anyị, oge eruola mgbe ị ga-arụ ọrụ, nʼihi na a na-emebi iwu gị.
It is time to act, LORD, for they break your Torah.
127 Nʼihi na ahụrụ m iwu gị niile nʼanya karịa ọlaedo, e karịa ọlaedo a nụchara anụcha,
Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, yes, more than pure gold.
128 nʼihi na m na-ahụta ụkpụrụ gị niile ka ihe ziri ezi, akpọrọ m ụzọ niile na-ezighị ezi asị.
Therefore I consider all of your precepts to be right. I hate every false way.
129 Iwu gị niile dị ịtụnanya; ya mere, ana m erubere ha isi.
PE Your testimonies are wonderful, therefore my soul keeps them.
130 Mkpughepụ na nkọwa nke okwu gị na-enye ìhè; ọ na-eme ka ndị na-enweghị uche ghọta ihe.
The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple.
131 Ana m asaghe ọnụ m na-ekupụ ume ike ike, na-achọsi iwu gị niile ike.
I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for your commandments.
132 Chee m ihu, meere m ebere, dịka i si emere ndị niile hụrụ aha gị nʼanya ebere.
Turn to me, and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name.
133 Mee ka nzọ ụkwụ m niile na-aga dịka okwu gị si dị; ekwela ka mmehie chịa m.
Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.

Streams of tears run down my eyes, because they don’t observe your Torah.
137 O Onyenwe anyị, ị bụ onye ezi omume, iwu gị niile zikwara ezi.
TZADHE You are righteous, LORD. Your judgments are upright.
138 Ụkpụrụ gị niile ziri ezi; ha kwesiri ntụkwasị obi.
You have commanded your statutes in righteousness. They are fully trustworthy.
139 Nʼihi na ndị iro m na-elefu okwu gị anya, ịnụ ọkụ nʼobi m na-ada mba.
My zeal wears me out, because my enemies ignore your words.
140 Nkwa gị niile bụ ihe enyochara nke ọma, ohu gị na-ahụkwa ha nʼanya.
Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.
141 Ọ bụ ezie na m bụ onye dị ala, na onye a na-eleda anya, ma adịghị m eleda ụkpụrụ gị niile anya.
I am small and despised. I don’t forget your precepts.
142 Ezi omume gị na-adị ruo mgbe ebighị ebi. Iwu gị niile bụkwa eziokwu.
Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness. Your Torah is truth.
143 Nsogbu na ihe mgbu adakwasịla m, ma iwu gị niile bụ ihe na-amasị m.
Trouble and anguish have taken hold of me. Your commandments are my delight.
144 Iwu gị niile bụ ezi omume ruo mgbe ebighị ebi; nye m nghọta, ka m nwe ike dị ndụ.
Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.
145 Eji m obi m niile na-akpọ oku; zaa m o Onyenwe anyị, aga m erubekwa isi nye ụkpụrụ gị niile.
QOPH I have called with my whole heart. Answer me, LORD! I will keep your statutes.
146 Ana m akpọku gị; zọpụta m aga m erube isi nye ụkpụrụ gị niile.
I have called to you. Save me! I will obey your statutes.
147 Tupu chị na-abọ, ana m ebili, na-akwa akwa maka enyemaka; olileanya m dị nʼokwu gị.
I rise before dawn and cry for help. I put my hope in your words.
148 Ana m amụ anya abalị nʼelu ihe ndina m, nʼihi ịtụgharị uche na nkwa gị niile.
My eyes stay open through the night watches, that I might meditate on your word.
149 Nụrụ olu m dịka ịhụnanya gị si dị; chebe ndụ m, o Onyenwe anyị, dịka iwu gị niile si dị.
Hear my voice according to your loving kindness. Revive me, LORD, according to your ordinances.
150 Ndị na-atụpụta atụmatụ ọjọọ nọ nso ma ha nọ iwu gị niile nʼebe dị anya.
They draw near who follow after wickedness. They are far from your Torah.
151 Ma ị nọ nso, Onyenwe anyị; ihe niile i nyere nʼiwu bụ eziokwu.
You are near, LORD. All your commandments are truth.
152 Site na mgbe ochie ka m mụtara site nʼụkpụrụ gị, na i mere ka ha guzosie ike ruo mgbe ebighị ebi.
Of old I have known from your testimonies, that you have founded them forever.
153 Ledata anya ka ị hụ ịta ahụhụ m ma gbapụta m, nʼihi na echefughị m iwu gị.
RESH Consider my affliction, and deliver me, for I don’t forget your Torah.
154 Kpepụta m, gbapụta m, chebe ndụ m dịka nkwa gị si dị.
Plead my cause, and redeem me! Revive me according to your promise.
155 Nzọpụta dị anya nʼebe ndị na-eme ihe ọjọọ nọ, nʼihi na ha anaghị agbaso ụkpụrụ gị niile.
Salvation is far from the wicked, for they don’t seek your statutes.
156 O Onyenwe anyị, ọmịiko gị dị ukwuu; chebe ndụ m dịka iwu gị niile si dị.
Great are your tender mercies, LORD. Revive me according to your ordinances.
157 Ndị iro m na ndị na-akpagbu m dị ọtụtụ, ma aga m anọgide na-edebe iwu gị.
Many are my persecutors and my adversaries. I haven’t swerved from your testimonies.
158 Ana m asọ ndị niile na-enweghị okwukwe nʼime gị oyi, nʼihi na ha anaghị erubere okwu gị isi.
I look at the faithless with loathing, because they don’t observe your word.
159 Lee ka m si hụ ụkpụrụ gị niile nʼanya; chebe ndụ m, o Onyenwe anyị, dịka ịhụnanya gị si dị.
Consider how I love your precepts. Revive me, LORD, according to your loving kindness.
160 Okwu gị niile bụ eziokwu; iwu gị niile ziri ezi na-adịgide ruo mgbe ebighị ebi.
All of your words are truth. Every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever.
161 Ndịisi na-emegbu m na-enweghị ihe m mere, ma obi m na-ama jijiji nʼihi okwu gị.
SIN AND SHIN Princes have persecuted me without a cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words.
162 Ana m aṅụrị ọṅụ nʼime nkwa gị dịka onye chọtara ọtụtụ ihe nkwata nʼagha.
I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder.
163 Akpọrọ m okwu ụgha asị, ọ bụkwa ihe arụ nʼebe m nọ, ma ahụrụ m iwu gị nʼanya.
I hate and abhor falsehood. I love your Torah.
164 Aga m eto gị ugboro asaa nʼụbọchị, nʼihi iwu gị ziri ezi.
Seven times a day, I praise you, because of your righteous ordinances.
165 Ndị hụrụ iwu gị nʼanya nwere udo dị ukwuu, ọ dịghị ihe ga-eme ka ha sụọ ngọngọ.
Those who love your Torah have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble.
166 Ana m echere nzọpụta gị, o Onyenwe anyị, na-agbasokwa iwu gị niile.
I have hoped for your salvation, LORD. I have done your commandments.
167 Ana m erubere ụkpụrụ gị niile isi nʼihi na m hụrụ ha nʼanya nke ukwuu.
My soul has observed your testimonies. I love them exceedingly.
168 Ana m erubere ụkpụrụ na iwu gị niile isi, nʼihi na ị maara ụzọ m niile.
I have obeyed your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are before you.
169 Ka akwa m ruo gị ntị, o Onyenwe anyị; nye m nghọta dịka okwu gị si dị.

Let my lips utter praise, for you teach me your statutes.
172 Ka m jiri ire m bụọ abụ banyere okwu gị, nʼihi na iwu gị niile ziri ezi.
Let my tongue sing of your word, for all your commandments are righteousness.
173 Nọọ na njikere oge niile inyere m aka, nʼihi na ahọrọla m ụkpụrụ gị niile.
Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.
174 Ana m ele anya nzọpụta gị, o Onyenwe anyị, iwu gị bụ ihe na-amasị m.
I have longed for your salvation [yeshuat], LORD. Your Torah is my delight.
175 Kwere ka m dịrị ndụ ka m nwee ike ito gị, ka iwu gị niile gbaa m ume.
Let my soul live, that I may praise you. Let your ordinances help me.
176 Akpafuola m dịka atụrụ nke furu efu, chọọ ohu gị, nʼihi na echefubeghị m iwu gị niile.
I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek your servant, for I don’t forget your commandments.
