Ezékiel 7
1 És lett hozzám az Örökkévaló igéje, mondván:
Yahweh gave me another message. [He said]
2 Te pedig, ember fia, így szól az Úr, az Örökkévaló Izrael földjéhez: Vég, eljött a vég az ország négy sarkára
“You human, this is what [I], Yahweh the Lord, say to [the people] [MTY] of Israel: All of Israel will soon be destroyed.
3 Most íme rajtad a vég, rádbocsátom haragomat, rnegitéllek útjaid szerint és rádvetem mind az utálatosságaidat;
[people of Israel], the end has come. I will punish you severely. I will judge you for all the wicked things that you have done, and pay you back for your disgusting behavior.
4 nem fog téged sajnálni a szemem és nem fogok könyörülni, mert utaidat hárítom rád és utálatosságaid közepetted lesznek, hogy megtudjátok, hogy én vagyok az Örökkévaló.
I will not pity you or act mercifully toward you. I will [surely] punish you for your wicked behavior [DOU]. Then you will know that [it has happened because] I, Yahweh, [have done it].”
5 Így szól az Úr, az Örökkévaló: vész, egyetlen vész íme jön!
This is [also] what Yahweh the Lord says: “You will soon experience many terrible disasters!
6 Vég jön, jön a vég, ébredt ellened, íme jön.
This will be the [of Israel]; your country will be finished! And your [lives] will be ended [PRS]!
7 Jön a végzet rád, ország lakója, jön az idő, közül a nap zavarodás és nem kurjantás a hegyeken.
It will be the end of you people who live in the [of Israel]. The time has come; the [when you will be destroyed] is near. At that time [the people who worship idols] on the mountains will not be happy; they will panic.
8 Most a közelben rád ontom hevemet és elvégzem rajtad haragomat, megitéllek útjaid szerint és rádvetem mind az utálatosságaidat.
I am very angry with you and am about to pour out my punishment [MTY] on you. I will judge you for all the wicked things that you have done and pay you back for your disgusting behavior.
9 És nem fog sajnálni a szemem és nem fogok könyörülni, útjaid szerint vetek rád és utálatosságaid közepetted lesznek, hogy megtudjátok, hogy én az Örökkévaló verek.
I will not pity you or act mercifully toward you. I will surely punish you for your wicked behavior [DOU]. Then you will know that it is I, Yahweh, who have punished you.
10 Íme a nap, íme jön, kisarjadt a végzet, kivirágzott a vessző, kivirult a kevélység.
The [of your punishment] is here! It has arrived! Disasters have come.
11 Az erőszak támadt, gonoszság vesszejéül, nem marad semmi belőlük, sem tömegükből, sem tombolásukból, jajszó sincsen értük.
People are acting violently and doing more wicked things. And nothing that belongs to those people will be left, none of their money, nothing that is valuable.
12 Jött az idő, elérkezett a nap, a vevő ne örüljön és az eladó ne gyászoljon, mert harag lobban föl egész tömege ellen.
Now is the time; that day has arrived.
13 Mert az eladó nem jut vissza az eladott jószághoz, amíg az élők közt van az élete, mart látomás szól egész tömegének, nem fordul el, és kiki a bűne miatt életüket nem tartják meg.
People who buy things should not [because of buying things very cheaply], and those who sell things should not be [because they had to sell things cheaply], [Yahweh] will be punishing [MTY] everyone. During the rest of their lives, people who sell some of their property will never be able to buy it back, because I, Yahweh, will never change my mind about what I have declared; because of your sins, [I will destroy] all of you people.
14 Fújták a harsonát, elkészítettek mindent, de nincs ki harcba megy, mert haragom lobbant föl egész tömege ellen.
Even though [soldiers] blow [to prepare for] a battle, no soldier will go into a battle, because I will have killed all of them.
15 A kard künn s a dögvész meg az éhség belül; ki a mezőn van, a kard által hal meg, s ki a városban van, azt éhség és dögvész emészti meg.
[When those things happen, your enemies] will be [the city] with their swords, and there will be plagues and famines [the city]. [who flee from the city] into the countryside will be killed [their enemies’] swords, and those who stay in the city will die from famines and plagues.
16 És menekülnek a menekülőik, s olyanok lesznek a hegyeken mint a völgyek galambjai, melyek búgnak mindannyian – ki-ki bűne miatt.
Those who survive and escape will flee to the mountains, and they all will moan like doves because of their sins.
17 Mind a kezek ellankadnak és mind a térdek vízként folynak szét.
[Because everyone will be very afraid, ] all the people’s hands will become limp and their knees will become very weak.
18 És zsákokat kötnek föl és borzadály borítja őket, minden arcon szégyen és mind a fejeiken kopaszság.
They will put on clothes made from rough cloth, and they will be terrified. Their faces will show that they are ashamed, and they will shave their [to show that they are very sad].
19 Ezüstjüket az utcára dobják és aranyuk fertőzetté lesz, ezüstjük és aranyuk nem mentheti meg őket az Örökkévaló haragjának napján, vágyukat nem elégítik ki és hasukat meg nem töltik, mert bűnre való botlásukká lett.
They will throw their silver into the streets, and consider that their gold is only like [SIM] garbage, because they will realize that their silver and gold will not be able to rescue them when I, Yahweh, punish them. They will not be able to use their gold and silver to buy things to fill their stomachs, because having a lot of gold and silver has led them to sin.
20 És ékes díszét gőggé tették és utálatos képeiket, undokságaikat készítették belőle, azért tettem azt nekik fertőzetté.
They were proud of their beautiful jewelry, and they used it to make their detestable idols and disgusting [of their gods]. So I will cause them to be disgusted with those things.
21 És majd az idegenek kezébe adom prédául és a föld gonoszainak zsákmányul, hogy megszentségtelenítsék.
I will give their silver and gold to foreigners who invade your country and take away your valuable treasures. I will give those things to wicked people, and they will do disgraceful things to those treasures that I give them.
22 És elfordítom tőlük arcomat és majd megszentségtelenítik kincsemet, és bemennek abba garázdálkodók és megszentségtelenítik.
I will not (interfere with/stop) [IDM] robbers when they enter my sacred temple and desecrate it.
23 Készítsd a láncot, mert az ország telve van vérontó ítélettel és a város telve van erőszakkal.
Prepare chains to be fastened on you. People are being murdered [MTY] throughout the country, and people are acting violently throughout the city.
24 És elhozom a nemzetek legrosszabbjait, hogy elfoglalják házaikat, és megszüntetem a hatalmasok gőgjét és megszentségteleníttetnek szentélyeik.
So I will bring armies of the nations whose people are extremely wicked to occupy the houses of the Israeli people. I will cause Israeli [who think that they] are [IRO] strong/mighty to no longer be proud. Your enemies will cause your places of worship to no longer be acceptable to be used.
25 Rettegés jön, keresnek békét, de nincsen.
When your enemies cause you to be terrified, you will plead for them to make peace, but there will be no peace.
26 Baleset jön balesetre, hír lesz hír után, keresnek látomást a prófétától, de tanítás elvész a paptól, tanács a vénektől.
You will experience many disasters, and you will continually hear [about disasters that are happening in other places]. People will plead with prophets to tell them what visions they have received, [but the prophets will not have received any visions]. Priests will no longer teach people the [that I gave to Moses].
27 A király gyászol, a fejedelem ámulatba öltözik, s az ország népének kezei megrémülnek; útjuk szerint fogok cselekedni velük és ítéleteik szerint fogom őket ítélni, hogy megtudják, hogy én vagyok az Örökkévaló.
Your king will mourn, and his son will no [longer] [that good things will happen]. The hands of people throughout the country will tremble. And I will do to them what they deserve for their wicked behavior. I will [and condemn] them the same way they have [and condemned] others. Then they will know that I, Yahweh, [have the power to do what I say that I will do].”
