Jeremia 32

1 Das Wort, das zu Jirmejahu geschah, von Jehovah, im zehnten Jahr Zidkijahus, des Königs von Jehudah; dieses Jahr war das achtzehnte Jahr Nebuchadrezzars.

The worde that came vnto Ieremiah from the Lord, in the tenth yere of Zedekiah king of Iudah, which was the eightenth yeere of Nebuchad-nezzar.

2 Und dazumal belagerte die Streitmacht des Königs zu Babel Jerusalem, und Jirmejahu, der Prophet, war eingesperrt im Vorhof der Wacht am Hause des Königs von Judah.

For then the King of Babels hoste besieged Ierusalem: And Ieremiah the Prophet was shutte vp in the court of the prison, which was in the King of Iudahs house.

3 Ihn hatte Zidkijahu, Jehudahs König, eingesperrt und sagte: Warum weissagst du und sagst: So spricht Jehovah: Siehe, Ich gebe diese Stadt in die Hand des Königs von Babel und er wird sie erobern?

For Zedekiah King of Iudah had shut him vp, saying, Wherefore doest thou prophesie, and say, Thus saith the Lord, Beholde, I will giue this citie into the handes of the King of Babel, and he shall take it?

4 Und Zidkijahu, Jehudahs König, wird nicht entrinnen aus der Chaldäer Hand; denn gewißlich wird er gegeben in die Hand des Königs von Babel, daß sein Mund zu seinem Munde rede, und seine Augen sehen seine Augen.

And Zedekiah the King of Iudah shall not escape out of the hande of the Caldeans, but shall surely be deliuered into the handes of the King of Babel, and shall speake with him mouth to mouth, and his eyes shall beholde his face,

5 Und nach Babel wird er den Zidkijahu führen; und dort soll er sein, bis Ich ihn heimsuche, spricht Jehovah. Wenn ihr mit den Chaldäern streitet, wird es euch nicht gelingen.

And he shall lead Zedekiah to Babel, and there shall he be, vntil I visit him, saith ye Lord: though ye fight with the Caldeans, ye shall not prosper.

6 Und Jirmejahu sprach: Das Wort Jehovahs ist an Mich geschehen, sprechend:

And Ieremiah said, The word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,

7 Siehe, Chanameel, der Sohn des Schallum, deines Oheims, kommt zu dir und spricht: Kaufe für dich mein Feld in Anathoth; denn dein ist das Recht der Einlösung, es zu kaufen.

Beholde, Hanameel, the sonne of Shallum thine vncle, shall come vnto thee and say, Bye vnto thee my fielde, that is in Anathoth: for the title by kindred appertaineth vnto thee to bye it.

8 Und Chanameel, meines Oheims Sohn, kam zu mir nach dem Wort Jehovahs in den Vorhof der Wacht und sprach zu mir: Kaufe doch mein Feld zu Anathoth im Lande Benjamin; denn du hast das Recht des Erbbesitzes und dein ist die Einlösung. Kaufe es für dich. Und ich erkannte, daß es das Wort Jehovahs war.

So Hanameel, mine vncles sonne, came to mee in the court of the prison, according to the word of the Lord, and said vnto me, Bye my field, I pray thee, that is in Anathoth, which is in the countrey of Beniamin: for the right of the possession is thine, and the purchase belongeth vnto thee: bye it for thee. Then I knewe that this was the worde of the Lord.

9 Und ich kaufte das Feld von Chanameel, dem Sohne meines Oheims, in Anathoth, und wog ihm dar das Silber, sieben Schekel und zehn des Silbers.

And I bought the field of Hanameel, mine vncles sonne, that was in Anathoth, and weighed him the siluer, euen seuen shekels, and tenne pieces of siluer.

10 Und ich schrieb es in einen Brief und siegelte ihn und bezeugte es mit Zeugen und wog das Silber auf einer Waage;

And I writ it in the booke and signed it, and tooke witnesses, and weighed him the siluer in the balances.

11 Und nahm den Kaufbrief, den versiegelten, mit dem Gebot und den Satzungen und den offenen;

So I tooke the booke of the possession, being sealed according to the Lawe, and custome, with the booke that was open,

12 Und gab den Kaufbrief an Baruch, den Sohn Nerijahs, Sohn Machsejahs, vor den Augen Chanameels, meines Oheims, und vor den Augen der Zeugen, die in dem Kaufbrief geschrieben waren, und vor den Augen aller Juden, die in dem Vorhof der Wacht saßen.

And I gaue the booke of the possession vnto Baruch the sonne of Neriah, the sonne of Maaseiah, in the sight of Hanameel mine vncles sonne, and in the presence of the witnesses, written in the booke of the possession, before al the Iewes that sate in the court of the prison.

13 Und ich gebot dem Baruch vor ihren Augen, sprechend:

And I charged Baruch before them, saying,

14 So spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels: Nimm diese Briefe, den Kaufbrief da und das Versiegelte, und diesen offenen Brief, und gib sie in ein irdenes Gefäß, auf daß sie auf viele Tage bestehen.

Thus saith the Lord of hostes, the God of Israel, Take the writings, euen this booke of the possession, both that is sealed, and this booke that is open, and put them in an earthen vessell, that they may continue a long time.

15 Denn so spricht Jehovah der Heerscharen, der Gott Israels: Noch wird man Häuser und Felder und Weinberge kaufen in diesem Land.

For the Lord of hostes, the God of Israel saith thus, Houses and fieldes, and vineyardes shall be possessed againe in this land.

16 Und ich betete zu Jehovah, nachdem ich den Kaufbrief dem Baruch, Nerijahs Sohn, gegeben hatte und ich sprach:

Now when I had deliuered the booke of the possession vnto Baruch, the sonne of Neriah, I prayed vnto the Lord, saying,

17 O Herr, Jehovah, siehe, Du hast die Himmel und die Erde durch Deine große Kraft und Deinen ausgereckten Arm gemacht. Nichts ist Dir zu wunderbar.

Ah Lord God, beholde, thou hast made the heauen and the earth by thy great power, and by thy stretched out arme, and there is nothing hard vnto thee.

18 Der Barmherzigkeit tut an Tausenden, und der Väter Missetat vergilt in ihrer Söhne Busen nach ihnen, der große, mächtige Gott, Jehovah der Heerscharen ist Sein Name.

Thou shewest mercie vnto thousands, and recompensest the iniquitie of the fathers into the bosome of their children after them: O God the great and mightie, whose Name is ye Lord of hostes,

19 Du, groß an Rat und viel an Tat, Dessen Augen aufgetan sind über alle Wege der Söhne des Menschen, dem Manne zu geben nach seinen Wegen und nach seiner Taten Frucht.

Great in counsell, and mightie in worke, (for thine eyes are open vpon all the wayes of ye sonnes of men, to giue to euery one according to his wayes, and according to the fruite of his workes)

20 Der Du Zeichen setztest und Wahrzeichen im Lande Ägypten bis auf diesen Tag an Israel, und am Menschen gesetzt hast, und Dir einen Namen gemacht, wie es an diesem Tage ist.

Which hast set signes and wonders in the land of Egypt vnto this day, and in Israel, and among all men, and hast made thee a Name, as appeareth this day,

21 Und hast Dein Volk Israel aus dem Land Ägypten mit Zeichen herausgebracht und mit Wahrzeichen und mit starker Hand und mit ausgerecktem Arm und mit großer Furcht;

And hast brought thy people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signes, and with wonders, and with a strong hand, with a stretched out arme, and with great terrour,

22 Und ihnen dieses Land gegeben, das Du ihren Vätern geschworen hattest ihnen zu geben, ein Land, da Milch und Honig fließt.

And hast giuen them this land, which thou diddest sweare to their fathers to giue them, euen a land, that floweth with milke and hony,

23 Und sie kamen und nahmen es in Besitz, aber sie hörten nicht auf Deine Stimme und wandelten nicht nach Deinem Gesetz; alles, was Du ihnen zu tun geboten hattest, taten sie nicht; und Du ließest ihnen all dies Übel begegnen.

And they came in, and possessed it, but they obeyed not thy voyce, neither walked in thy Law: all that thou commaundedst them to doe, they haue not done: therefore thou hast caused this whole plague to come vpon them.

24 Siehe, die Wälle sind bis an die Stadt gekommen, sie zu erobern; und die Stadt wird in der Chaldäer Hand, die wider sie streiten, gegeben, Angesichts des Schwertes und des Hungers und der Pest. Und es geschieht, was Du geredet und siehe da, Du siehst es.

Beholde, the mounts, they are come into the citie to take it, and the citie is giuen into the hande of the Caldeans, that fight against it by meanes of the sword, and of the famine, and of the pestilence, and what thou hast spoken, is come to passe, and beholde, thou seest it.

25 Und Du hast zu mir gesprochen, Herr Jehovah: Kaufe dir das Feld mit Silber und laß Zeugen es bezeugen; und die Stadt wird in der Chaldäer Hand gegeben.

And thou hast sayd vnto me, O Lord God, Bye vnto thee the fielde for siluer, and take witnesses: for the citie shall be giuen into the hand of the Caldeans.

26 Und es geschah Jehovahs Wort an Jirmejahu, sprechend:

Then came the worde of the Lord vnto Ieremiah, saying,

27 Siehe, Ich bin Jehovah, der Gott alles Fleisches. Sollte irgendein Ding vor Mir zu wunderbar sein?

Beholde, I am the LORD GOD of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?

28 Darum spricht also Jehovah: Siehe, Ich gebe diese Stadt in der Chaldäer Hand und in die Hand Nebuchadrezzars, des Königs von Babel, daß er sie erobere.

Therefore thus saith the Lord, Beholde, I wil giue this citie into the hand of the Caldeans, and into the hand of Nebuchad-nezzar, King of Babel, and he shall take it.

29 Und die Chaldäer, die wider diese Stadt streiten, werden kommen und diese Stadt mit Feuer anzünden und sie verbrennen samt den Häusern, auf deren Dächern sie dem Baal räucherten und anderen Göttern Trankopfer gossen, um Mich zu reizen.

And the Caldeans shall come and fight against this citie, and set fire on this citie and burne it, with the houses, vpon whose rouses they haue offred incense vnto Baal, and powred drinke offrings vnto other gods, to prouoke me vnto anger.

30 Denn die Söhne Israels und die Söhne Jehudahs taten von Jugend auf nur, was böse war in Meinen Augen. Denn die Söhne Israels reizten Mich nur durch ihrer Hände Tun, spricht Jehovah.

For the children of Israel, and the children of Iudah haue surely done euill before me from their youth: for the children of Israel haue surely prouoked me to anger with the workes of their hands, saith the Lord.

31 Denn diese Stadt ward Mir zum Zorne und zum Grimme von dem Tage an, da sie sie bauten und bis auf diesen Tag, daß Ich sie von Meinem Angesicht wegtue.

Therefore this citie hath bene vnto me as a prouocation of mine anger, and of my wrath, from the day, that they built it, euen vnto this day, that I should remoue it out of my sight,

32 Ob all dem Bösen der Söhne Israels und der Söhne Jehudahs, das sie taten, Mich zu reizen, sie, ihre Könige, ihre Obersten, ihre Priester und ihre Propheten und der Mann Jehudahs und die da wohnen in Jerusalem.

Because of all the euill of the children of Israel, and of the children of Iudah, which they haue done to prouoke mee to anger, euen they, their Kings, their Princes, their Priests, and their Prophets, and the men of Iudah, and the inhabitants of Ierusalem.

33 Und sie wandten Mir den Nacken zu und nicht das Angesicht, und man belehrte sie, früh aufstehend und lehrend, aber sie hörten es nicht, um Zucht anzunehmen.

And they haue turned vnto me the backe and not the face: though I taught them rising vp earely, and instructing them, yet they were not obedient to receiue doctrine,

34 Und setzten ihre Scheusale in das Haus, über dem Mein Name ist genannt, es zu verunreinigen.

But they set their abominations in ye house (whereupon my Name was called) to defile it,

35 Und sie bauten die Opferhöhen des Baal im Tal Ben-Hinnoms, um ihre Söhne und ihre Töchter dem Molech durchzuführen, was Ich ihnen nicht geboten und Mir nicht in das Herz aufgekommen ist, daß solchen Greuel sie tun sollten, und Jehudah sündig machten.

And they built the hie places of Baal, which are in the valley of Ben-hinnom, to cause their sonnes and their daughters to passe through the fire vnto Molech, which I commanded them not, neither came it into my minde, that they should doe such abomination, to cause Iudah to sinne.

36 Und nun um dessentwillen spricht also Jehovah, der Gott Israels, von dieser Stadt, von der ihr sprechet: Sie ist gegeben in die Hand des Königs von Babel durch das Schwert und durch Hunger und durch die Pest.

And nowe therefore, thus hath the Lord God of Israel spoken, concerning this citie, whereof ye say, It shalbe deliuered into the hand of the King of Babel by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence,

37 Siehe, Ich bringe sie zusammen aus allen Ländern, wohin Ich sie in Meinem Zorn und in Meinem Grimm und in großer Entrüstung verstoßen habe, und bringe sie zurück an diesen Ort und lasse sie wohnen in Sicherheit.

Beholde, I will gather them out of all countreys, wherein I haue scattered them in mine anger, and in my wrath, and in great indignation, and I wil bring them againe vnto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely.

38 Daß sie Mir zum Volk seien, und Ich will ihnen zum Gott sein.

And they shall be my people, and I will be their God.

39 Und Ich gebe ihnen ein Herz und einen Weg, zu fürchten Mich alle Tage, ihnen und ihren Söhnen nach ihnen zum Guten.

And I wil giue them one heart and one way that they may feare me for euer for ye wealth of them, and of their children after them.

40 Und einen ewigen Bund schließe Ich mit ihnen, daß Ich Mich nicht von ihnen zurückwende, ihnen Gutes zu tun; und in ihr Herz gebe Ich Furcht vor Mir, daß sie von Mir sich nicht abwenden.

And I wil make an euerlasting couenant with them, that I wil neuer turne away from them to doe them good, but I wil put my feare in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.

41 Und werde Mich freuen über sie, um ihnen Gutes zu tun, und werde sie in diesem Lande pflanzen in Wahrheit, mit Meinem ganzen Herzen und mit Meiner ganzen Seele.

Yea, I wil delite in them to do them good, and I wil plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart, and with all my soule.

42 Denn also spricht Jehovah: Wie Ich all dies große Übel über dies Volk gebracht, so bringe Ich über sie alles das Gute, das Ich über sie redete.

For thus sayth the Lord, Like as I haue brought all this great plague vpon this people, so wil I bring vpon them all the good that I haue promised them.

43 Und das Feld soll gekauft werden in diesem Land, von dem ihr sagtet: Eine Verwüstung ist es, ohne Mensch und Vieh; in der Chaldäer Hand ist es gegeben.

And the fields shalbe possessed in this land, whereof ye say, It is desolate without man or beast, and shalbe giuen into the hand of the Caldeans.

44 Felder werden sie um Silber kaufen und den Brief schreiben und besiegeln und dafür Zeugen zeugen lassen im Lande Benjamin, und in Jerusalems Umgebungen und in den Städten Jehudahs, und in den Städten des Gebirges, und in den Städten der Niederung, und in den Städten des Mittagslandes; denn Ich wende zurück ihre Gefangenschaft, spricht Jehovah.

Men shall buy fields for siluer, and make writings and seale them, and take witnesses in the land of Beniamin, and round about Ierusalem, and in the cities of Iudah, and in the cities of the mountaines, and in the cities of the plaine, and in the cities of the South: for I wil cause their captiuitie to returne, saith the Lord.
