Hesekiel 11

1 Und es erhob mich der Geist und brachte mich herein an das vordere Tor von dem Hause Jehovahs, das nach Osten gewandt ist; und siehe, an des Tores Eingang waren fünfundzwanzig Männer, und ich sah in ihrer Mitte Jaasanjah, den Sohn Assurs, und Pelatjahu, Benajahus Sohn, Oberste des Volkes.

Moreover, the Spirite lift me vp, and brought me vnto the East gate of the Lordes house, which lyeth Eastwarde, and beholde, at the entrie of the gate were fiue and twentie men: among whome I sawe Iaazaniah the sonne of Azur, and Pelatiah the sonne of Benaiah, the princes of the people.

2 Und Er sprach zu mir: Menschensohn, dies die Männer, die Unrecht denken und raten bösen Rat in dieser Stadt.

Then said he vnto me, Sonne of man, these are the men that imagine mischiefe, and deuise wicked counsell in this citie.

3 Sie, die da sprechen: Es ist nicht nahe, daß man Häuser baue! Sie ist der Topf, und wir sind das Fleisch.

For they say, It is not neere, let vs builde houses: this citie is the caldron, and wee be the flesh.

4 Darum weissage wider sie, weissage, Menschensohn!

Therefore prophesie against them, sonne of man, prophesie.

5 Und es fiel der Geist Jehovahs auf mich und sprach zu mir: Sprich: Also spricht Jehovah: So sprechet ihr, Haus Israel, und was in eurem Geiste aufsteigt, weiß Ich.

And the Spirite of the Lord fell vpon me, and said vnto me, Speake, Thus saith the Lord, O ye house of Israel, this haue ye said, and I know that which riseth vp of your mindes.

6 Eurer Erschlagenen in dieser Stadt habt ihr viel gemacht, und ihre Gassen mit Erschlagenen gefüllt.

Many haue ye murthered in this citie, and ye haue filled the streets thereof with the slaine.

7 Darum so spricht der Herr Jehovah: Eure Erschlagenen, die ihr in ihrer Mitte hingestreckt, sie sind das Fleisch, und sie ist der Topf. Euch aber bringt man heraus aus ihrer Mitte.

Therefore thus saith the Lord God, They that ye haue slaine, and haue layed in the middes of it, they are the flesh, and this citie is the caldron, but I wil bring you foorth of the mids of it.

8 Das Schwert habt ihr gefürchtet, und das Schwert bringe Ich herein über euch: spricht der Herr Jehovah.

Ye haue feared the sworde, and I wil bring a sworde vpon you, saith the Lord God.

9 Und aus ihrer Mitte lasse Ich euch hinausbringen, und gebe euch in der Fremden Hand und tue Gerichte über euch.

And I will bring you out of the middes thereof, and deliuer you into the hands of strangers, and will execute iudgements among you.

10 Ihr sollt fallen durch das Schwert, Ich richte euch an der Grenze Israels, auf daß ihr wisset, daß Ich bin Jehovah.

Ye shall fall by the sworde, and I wil iudge you in the border of Israel, and ye shall knowe that I am the Lord.

11 Sie soll euch der Topf nicht sein, noch sollt ihr das Fleisch darinnen sein, an Israels Grenze werde Ich euch richten.

This citie shall not be your caldron, neyther shall ye be the flesh in the middes thereof, but I will iudge you in the border of Israel.

12 Und ihr sollt wissen, daß Ich Jehovah bin, in dessen Satzungen ihr nicht gewandelt seid, und Meine Rechte habt ihr nicht getan, sondern habt getan nach den Rechten der Völkerschaften um euch her.

And ye shall knowe that I am the Lord: for ye haue not walked in my statutes, neither executed my iudgements, but haue done after the maners of the heathen, that are round about you.

13 Und es geschah, wie ich weissagte, da starb Pelatjahu, der Sohn Benajahus, und ich fiel auf mein Angesicht und schrie mit großer Stimme und sprach: Ach, Herr Jehovah, willst Du Vollendung machen dem Überrest von Israel?

And when I prophesied, Pelatiah the sonne of Benaiah dyed: then fell I downe vpon my face, and cryed with a loude voyce, and saide, Ah Lord God, wilt thou then vtterly destroy all the remnant of Israel?

14 Und es geschah an mich Jehovahs Wort, sprechend:

Againe the worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,

15 Menschensohn, deine Brüder, deine Brüder, deiner Verwandtschaft Männer und das ganze Haus Israels allzumal, sie sind es, zu denen die, so in Jerusalem wohnen, sprechen: Bleibt ferne von Jehovah, uns ist es, das Land, zum Erbbesitz gegeben.

Sonne of man, thy brethren, euen thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel, wholy are they vnto whome the inhabitants of Ierusalem haue said, Depart ye farre from the Lord: for the lande is giuen vs in possession.

16 Sprich darum: So spricht der Herr Jehovah: Zwar werde Ich euch unter die Völkerschaften entfernen, und euch zerstreuen in die Länder; doch werde Ich ihnen ein kleines Heiligtum in den Ländern sein, dahin sie kommen.

Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God, Although I haue cast them farre off among the heathen, and although I haue scattered them among the countreis, yet wil I be to them as a litle Sanctuarie in ye countreis where they shall come.

17 Darum sprich: Also spricht der Herr Jehovah: Und Ich werde euch zusammenbringen von den Völkern und euch versammeln aus den Ländern, dahin ihr seid zerstreut, und euch geben den Boden Israels.

Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God, I will gather you againe from the people, and assemble you out of the countreis where ye haue bene scattered, and I will giue you ye land of Israel.

18 Und sie werden dorthin kommen und wegtun alle seine Scheusale und alle seine Greuel aus demselben.

And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the idoles thereof, and all the abominations thereof from thence.

19 Und geben will Ich ihnen ein Herz, und einen neuen Geist will Ich geben in eure Mitte, und wegnehmen das Herz von Stein aus ihrem Fleisch und ihnen geben ein Herz von Fleisch;

And I will giue them one heart, and I will put a newe spirit within their bowels: and I will take the stonie heart out of their bodies, and will giue them an heart of flesh,

20 Damit sie in Meinen Satzungen wandeln und Meine Rechte halten, und sie tun. Und sie werden Mir zum Volk, und Ich will ihnen Gott sein.

That they may walke in my statutes, and keepe my iudgements, and execute them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.

21 Aber dem Herzen ihrer Scheusale und ihren Greueln geht ihr Herz nach; ihren Weg will Ich auf ihr Haupt geben, spricht der Herr Jehovah.

But vpon them, whose heart is towarde their idoles, and whose affection goeth after their abominations, I will lay their way vpon their owne heades, saith the Lord God.

22 Und die Cherube erhoben ihre Flügel, und die Räder samt ihnen, und die Herrlichkeit des Gottes Israels war oben über ihnen.

Then did the Cherubims lift vp their wings, and the wheeles besides them, and the glorie of the God of Israel was vpon them on hie.

23 Und die Herrlichkeit Jehovahs stieg hinauf aus der Mitte der Stadt und stand über dem Berg, der im Osten der Stadt ist.

And the glorie of the Lord went vp from the middes of the citie, and stoode vpon the moutaine which is towarde the East side of the citie.

24 Und es erhob mich der Geist und brachte mich hinein gen Chaldäa zu den Weggeführten in dem Gesicht, im Geiste Gottes; und das Gesichte das ich gesehen, stieg auf von mir.

Afterwarde the Spirite tooke me vp, and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God into Caldea to them that were led away captiues: so the vision that I had seene, went vp from me.

25 Ich aber redete zu den Weggeführten alle Worte Jehovahs, die Er mich sehen ließ.

Then I declared vnto them that were led away captiues, all the things that the Lord had shewed me.
