3 Mose 3

1 "'Ist seine Opfergabe ein Dankopfer und will er von Rindern sie darbringen, so sei es ein fehlerloses männlich oder weiblich Tier, das man dem Herrn darbringt!

And if his oblation [be] a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offer [it] of the herd; whether [it be] a male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD.

2 Er lege auf den Kopf seiner Opfergabe die Hand und schlachte sie vor der Pforte des Festgezeltes! Die Priester, Aarons Söhne, sollen mit dem Blut den Altar ringsum besprengen!

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it [at] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron’s sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.

3 Dann bringe er von dem Dankopfer dem Herrn ein Mahl, das Fett der Eingeweidedecke sowie alles Eingeweidefett,

And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that [is] upon the inwards,

4 die beiden Nieren und das Fett daran und das an den Lenden und an den Leberlappen! Bei den Nieren soll er es abtrennen!

And the two kidneys, and the fat that [is] on them, which [is] by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

5 Die Aaronssöhne sollen es auf dem Brandopferaltar aufdampfen lassen, auf den Holzscheiten im Feuer, als ein Mahl süßen Duftes für den Herrn!

And Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which [is] upon the wood that [is] on the fire: [it is] an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

6 Kommt aber ein Opfer als Dankopfer für den Herrn vom Kleinvieh her, dann sei es ein fehlerloses männlich oder weiblich Tier, das man darbringt!

And if his offering for a sacrifice of peace offering unto the LORD [be] of the flock; male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.

7 Will man ein Lamm als Opfer bringen, so bringe man es vor den Herrn

If he offer a lamb for his offering, then shall he offer it before the LORD.

8 und lege auf den Kopf seines Opfers die Hand und schlachte es vor dem Festgezelt! Die Aaronssöhne sollen mit dem Blut den Altar ringsum besprengen!

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron’s sons shall sprinkle the blood thereof round about upon the altar.

9 Dann bringe man von dem Dankopfer dem Herrn ein Mahl: das Beste, den ganzen Fettschwanz, - dicht am Schwanzbein trenne man ihn ab! - sowie das Fett der Eingeweidedecke und alles andere Eingeweidefett,

And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat thereof, [and] the whole rump, it shall he take off hard by the backbone; and the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that [is] upon the inwards,

10 die beiden Nieren und das Fett daran und das an den Lenden und den Leberlappen! Bei den Nieren trenne man es ab!

And the two kidneys, and the fat that [is] upon them, which [is] by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

11 Der Priester lasse es auf dem Altar aufdampfen als Mahl für den Herrn!

And the priest shall burn it upon the altar: [it is] the food of the offering made by fire unto the LORD.

12 Ist aber eine Ziege seine Opfergabe, so bringe er sie vor den Herrn

And if his offering [be] a goat, then he shall offer it before the LORD.

13 und lege die Hand auf ihren Kopf und schlachte sie vor dem Festgezelt! Die Aaronssöhne sollen mit dem Blute den Altar ringsum besprengen!

And he shall lay his hand upon the head of it, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle the blood thereof upon the altar round about.

14 Dann bringe er von seinem Opfer als Mahl für den Herrn das Fett der Eingeweidedecke und alles andere Fingeweidefett,

And he shall offer thereof his offering, [even] an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that [is] upon the inwards,

15 die beiden Nieren und das Fett daran und das an den Lenden und an den Leberlappen! Bei den Nieren soll man es abtrennen!

And the two kidneys, and the fat that [is] upon them, which [is] by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

16 Der Priester lasse es auf dem Altar aufdampfen als Mahl zum süßen Duft! Dem Herrn gehört jedwedes Fett.

And the priest shall burn them upon the altar: [it is] the food of the offering made by fire for a sweet savour: all the fat [is] the LORD’s.

17 Für eure Geschlechter in all euren Siedlungen gilt allzeit dies Gebot: Fett und Blut dürft ihr nicht genießen.'"

[It shall be] a perpetual statute for your generations throughout all your dwellings, that ye eat neither fat nor blood.
