Job 6
1 Da gab ihm Job zur Antwort:
And he answered Job and he said.
2 "Wenn doch mein Gram, mein Leid gewogen würde auf einer Waage, ganz genau,
Certainly [if] it will be weighed grief my (and destruction my *QK) in [the] balances people will raise together.
3 so wär es schwerer als des Meeres Sand. Deshalb sind meine Worte unbedacht.
For now more than [the] sand of [the] seas it will be heavy there-fore words my they have been rash.
4 Des Höchsten Pfeile kenne ich zu gut, mein Geist saugt doch ihr Gift in sich hinein. Die Gottesschrecken überfallen mich.
For [the] arrows of [the] Almighty [are] with me which poison their [is] drinking spirit my [the] terrors of God they are arranged against me.
5 Auf grüner Au, schreit da der Esel, und brüllt der Stier bei seinem Futter?
¿ Does it bray a wild donkey on grass or? does it low an ox on fodder its.
6 Kann man denn Fades ohne Salz genießen; besitzt das Eiweiß Wohlgeschmack?
¿ Is it eaten tasteless [food] because not salt or? [is] there taste in [the] slime of purslane.
7 So widert es mich an, auch jenes anzurühren, dergleichen gilt mir wie ein Trauerbrot.
It refuses to touch [them] self my they [are] like [the] illness of food my.
8 Ach, daß mein Flehen Gnade fände, daß Gott erfüllte meinen Wunsch!
Who? will he give it will come petition my and hope my he will give God.
9 Gefiel es Gott, mich zu zermalmen; zerschnitt er rasch in Großmut meinen Lebensfaden!
And may he be willing God and may he crush me may he loosen hand his and may he cut off me.
10 Dies wäre noch ein Trost für mich; ich tanzte noch im schonungslosen Schmerze, weil ich mit Worten an den Heiligen nicht zurückgehalten.
And may it be still - comfort my and may I jump in anguish [which] not it relents that not I have hidden [the] words of [the] holy [one].
11 Was ist denn meine Kraft, daß ich noch hoffen, mein Zweck, daß ich mich noch gedulden soll?
What? [is] strength my that I will wait and what? [is] end my that I will prolong life my.
12 Ist meine Körperkraft aus Stein? Ist denn mein Fleisch aus Erz?
[the] strength of Stones [is] strength my or? [is] flesh my bronze.
13 Verdiene ich denn keinen Beistand mehr? Ist jede Hilfe mir zu nehmen?
¿ If not [is] help my in myself and sound wisdom it has been banished from me.
14 Dem Leidenden gebührt von seinem Freunde Liebe, und muß er selbst die Gottesfurcht beiseite lassen.
[belongs] to Despairing [person] from friend his loyalty and [the] fear of [the] Almighty he will forsake.
15 Die Brüder aber sind mir untreu wie die Bäche. - Sie zeigen nutzlos sich wie Wasserläufe,
Brothers my they have acted treacherously like a wadi like a stream-bed of wadis [which] they pass away.
16 die durch die Kälte trauern und die der Schnee verbirgt,
That are dark from ice over them it hides itself snow.
17 die ebenso, wenn sie durchglüht, verschwinden, wenn's heiß, getilgt von ihrem Orte sind,
At [the] time [when] they flow they are silenced in heat its they are dried up from place their.
18 und deren Wegeläufe ganz verkehrt. Sie steigen dann als Dunst hinauf und sind nicht mehr zu finden.
They twist [the] paths of way their they go up in the wasteland so they may perish.
19 Die Karawanen Temas schauen danach aus; die Reisezüge Sabas rechnen drauf.
They look [the] caravans of Tema [the] travelers of Sheba they look eagerly for them.
20 Doch ihr Vertrauen täuschet sie; sie kommen hin und sind dann schwer betrogen. -
They are disappointed for he had been confident they come to it and they were disappointed.
21 Zu gar nichts nutze seid ihr freilich. Ihr seht das Unglück und verzaget.
For now you have become (it *QK) you have seen a terror and you were afraid.
22 Ja, habe ich euch gesagt: 'Von Eurem gebt mir! Aus eurem mühevoll erworbenen Gute zahlt für mich!
¿ For have I said give for me and from wealth your give a reward for me.
23 Befreit mich aus der Hand des Drängers! Vom harten Gläubiger erlöset mich!'
And rescue me from [the] hand of an opponent and from [the] hand of ruthless [people] you will ransom me.
24 Belehrt mich eines Besseren, dann schweige ich. Zeigt mir doch meinen Irrtum!
Teach me and I I will keep silent and what? have I erred explain to me.
25 Wozu verhöhnt ihr offne Worte, und was beweist denn ein Beweis von euch?
How! they are painful words of uprightness and what? does it prove completely from you.
26 Ja, haltet ihr schon bloße Worte für Beweis, die Worte eines Armen aber nur für Wind?
¿ To reprove words do you plan and to wind [the] words of [one who] despairs.
27 Laßt ihr auf Waisen etwas kommen, und sprecht ihr gegen euren Freund?
Even on a fatherless one you will make fall and you may bargain on friend your.
28 Nun aber wollet mit Verlaub mir zuhören! Ich täusche eure Aufmerksamkeit mitnichten.
And therefore be willing turn on me and on faces your if I will lie.
29 Hierher kehrt euch! Kein Unrecht laßt geschehen! Hierher kehrt euch! Im Rechte bin ich noch hierin.
Turn back please may not it be injustice (and turn back *Qk) still righteousness my [is] in it.
30 Ist denn auf meiner Zunge einzig Unrecht? Verstehe ich denn nicht, was Sünde ist?"
¿ [is] there On tongue my injustice or? palate my not does it discern destruction.
