Marc 16
1 Le sabbat étant passé, Marie de Magdala, Marie, mère de Jacques, et Salomé achetèrent des aromates, afin de venir l'oindre.
And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the [mother] of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
2 Le premier jour de la semaine, de très bonne heure, elles se rendirent au sépulcre, au lever du soleil.
And very early in the morning, the first [day] of the week, they came to the sepulcher at the rising of the sun:
3 Elles disaient entre elles: « Qui roulera pour nous la pierre de l'entrée du sépulcre? »
And they said among themselves, Who shall roll away for us the stone from the door of the sepulcher?
4 car elle était très grande. Levant les yeux, elles virent que la pierre avait été roulée en arrière.
(And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away) for it was very great.
5 En entrant dans le tombeau, elles virent un jeune homme assis à droite, vêtu d'une robe blanche; et elles furent étonnées.
And entering into the sepulcher, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were frightened.
6 Il leur dit: « Ne vous étonnez pas. Vous cherchez Jésus, le Nazaréen, qui a été crucifié. Il est ressuscité! Il n'est pas ici. Voyez le lieu où ils l'ont déposé!
And he saith to them, Be not frightened: ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him:
7 Mais allez dire à ses disciples et à Pierre: « Il vous précède en Galilée. Là, vous le verrez, comme il vous l'a dit. »
But go, tell his disciples and Peter, that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said to you.
8 Elles sortirent et s'enfuirent du tombeau, car le tremblement et la stupeur les avaient saisies. Elles ne dirent rien à personne, car elles avaient peur.
And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulcher; for they trembled, and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any [man]; for they were afraid.

10 Elle alla le dire à ceux qui avaient été avec lui, tandis qu'ils se désolaient et pleuraient.
[And] she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
11 Quand ils apprirent qu'il était vivant et qu'elle l'avait vu, ils ne crurent pas.
And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, believed not.
12 Après cela, il fut révélé sous une autre forme à deux d'entre eux, pendant qu'ils marchaient, en allant à la campagne.
After that, he appeared in another form to two of them, as they were walking and going into the country.
13 Ils s'en allèrent et le racontèrent aux autres. Ils ne les crurent pas non plus.
And they went and told [it] to the residue: neither believed they them.
14 Ensuite, il fut révélé aux onze eux-mêmes, pendant qu'ils étaient à table, et il leur reprocha leur incrédulité et la dureté de leur cœur, parce qu'ils ne croyaient pas ceux qui l'avaient vu après sa résurrection.
Afterward he appeared to the eleven, as they sat at table, and upbraided them with their unbelief, and hardness of heart, because they believed not them who had seen him after he was risen.
15 Il leur dit: « Allez dans le monde entier et prêchez la Bonne Nouvelle à toute la création.
And he said to them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 Celui qui croira et sera baptisé sera sauvé, mais celui qui ne croira pas sera condamné.
He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 Voici les signes qui accompagneront ceux qui croient: en mon nom, ils chasseront les démons; ils parleront des langues nouvelles;
And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak in new languages;
18 ils saisiront des serpents; s'ils boivent quelque chose de mortel, cela ne leur fera aucun mal; ils imposeront les mains aux malades, et ils guériront. »
They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 Ainsi donc, le Seigneur, après leur avoir parlé, fut reçu au ciel et s'assit à la droite de Dieu.
So then after the Lord had spoken to them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20 Ils partirent et prêchèrent partout, le Seigneur travaillant avec eux et confirmant la parole par les signes qui suivirent. Amen.
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
