1 Kaj la Eternulo ekparolis al Moseo, dirante:
And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
2 Parolu al la Izraelidoj, kaj diru al ili: Mi estas la Eternulo, via Dio.
Speake vnto the children of Israel, and say vnto them, I am the Lord your God.
3 Laŭ la agoj de la lando Egipta, en kiu vi loĝis, ne agu; kaj laŭ la agoj de la lando Kanaana, en kiun Mi venigas vin, ne agu; laŭ iliaj leĝoj ne kondutu.
After ye doings of the land of Egypt, wherin ye dwelt, shall ye not doe: and after the maner of the land of Canaan, whither I will bring you, shall ye not do, neither walke in their ordinances,
4 Miajn decidojn plenumu kaj Miajn leĝojn observu, por konduti laŭ ili: Mi estas la Eternulo, via Dio.
But do after my iudgements, and keepe mine ordinances, to walke therein: I am the Lord your God.
5 Kaj observu Miajn leĝojn kaj Miajn decidojn, kiujn plenumante, la homo vivas per ili: Mi estas la Eternulo.
Ye shall keepe therefore my statutes, and my iudgements, which if a man doe, he shall then liue in them: I am the Lord.
6 Neniu alproksimiĝu al iu sia korpoparencino, por malkovri nudecon: Mi estas la Eternulo.
None shall come neere to any of ye kinred of his flesh to vncouer her shame: I am the Lord.
7 La nudecon de via patro kaj la nudecon de via patrino ne malkovru: ŝi estas via patrino, ne malkovru ŝian nudecon.
Thou shalt not vncouer the shame of thy father, nor the shame of thy mother: for she is thy mother, thou shalt not discouer her shame.
8 La nudecon de via patredzino ne malkovru: ĝi estas la nudeco de via patro.
The shame of thy fathers wife shalt thou not discouer: for it is thy fathers shame.
9 La nudecon de via fratino, filino de via patro aŭ filino de via patrino, ĉu ŝi naskiĝis en la domo, ĉu ŝi naskiĝis ekstere, ne malkovru ilian nudecon.
Thou shalt not discouer the shame of thy sister the daughter of thy father, or the daughter of thy mother, whether shee bee borne at home, or borne without: thou shalt not discouer their shame.
10 La nudecon de filino de via filo aŭ de filino de via filino, ne malkovru ilian nudecon; ĉar tio estas via nudeco.
The shame of thy sonnes daughter, or of thy daughters daughter, thou shalt not, I say, vncouer their shame: for it is thy shame.
11 La nudecon de filino de via patredzino, kiu naskiĝis de via patro, ŝi estas via fratino, ne malkovru ŝian nudecon.
The shame of thy fathers wiues daughter, begotten of thy father (for she is thy sister) thou shalt not, I say, discouer her shame.
12 La nudecon de fratino de via patro ne malkovru: ŝi estas korpoparencino de via patro.
Thou shalt not vncouer the shame of thy fathers sister: for she is thy fathers kinswoman.
13 La nudecon de fratino de via patrino ne malkovru; ĉar ŝi estas korpoparencino de via patrino.
Thou shalt not discouer the shame of thy mothers sister: for she is thy mothers kinsewoman.
14 La nudecon de frato de via patro ne malkovru, al lia edzino ne alproksimiĝu: ŝi estas via onklino.
Thou shalt not vncouer the shame of thy fathers brother: that is, thou shalt not goe in to his wife, for she is thine aunte.
15 La nudecon de via bofilino ne malkovru: ŝi estas edzino de via filo, ne malkovru ŝian nudecon.
Thou shalt not discouer the shame of thy daughter in lawe: for she is thy sonnes wife: therefore shalt thou not vncouer her shame.
16 La nudecon de edzino de via frato ne malkovru: ĝi estas nudeco de via frato.
Thou shalt not discouer the shame of thy brothers wife. for it is thy brothers shame.
17 La nudecon de virino kaj de ŝia filino ne malkovru: filinon de ŝia filo kaj filinon de ŝia filino ne prenu, por malkovri ilian nudecon: ili estas korpoparencinoj; tio estas malĉasteco.
Thou shalt not discouer the shame of the wife and of her daughter, neither shalt thou take her sonnes daughter, nor her daughters daughter, to vncouer her shame: for they are thy kinsfolkes, and it were wickednesse.
18 Kaj virinon kune kun ŝia fratino ne prenu kiel konkurantinon, por malkovri ŝian nudecon apud ŝi, dum ŝia vivo.
Also thou shalt not take a wife with her sister, during her life, to vexe her, in vncouering her shame vpon her.
19 Kaj al virino dum ŝia monata malpureco ne alproksimiĝu, por malkovri ŝian nudecon.
Thou shalt not also go vnto a woman to vncouer her shame, as long as she is put apart for her disease.
20 Kaj kun la edzino de via proksimulo ne kuŝu pro semo, malpuriĝante kun ŝi.
Moreouer, thou shalt not giue thy selfe to thy neighbours wife by carnall copulation, to be defiled with her.
21 Kaj el via idaro ne fordonu oferon al Moleĥ, kaj ne malhonoru la nomon de via Dio: Mi estas la Eternulo.
Also thou shalt not giue thy children to offer them vnto Molech, neither shalt thou defile the name of thy God: for I am the Lord.
22 Kaj kun virseksulo ne kuŝu, kiel oni kuŝas kun virino: tio estas abomenaĵo.
Thou shalt not lie with ye male as one lieth with a woman: for it is abomination.
23 Kaj kun nenia bruto kuŝu, malpuriĝante per ĝi; kaj virino ne stariĝu antaŭ bruto, por kuniĝi: tio estas fiaĵo.
Thou shalt not also lie with any beast to bee defiled therewith, neither shall any woman stand before a beast, to lie downe thereto: for it is abomination.
24 Ne malpuriĝu per ĉio ĉi tio; ĉar per ĉio ĉi tio malpuriĝis la popoloj, kiujn Mi forpelas de antaŭ vi.
Yee shall not defile your selues in any of these things: for in al these the nations are defiled, which I will cast out before you:
25 Kaj malpuriĝis la tero, kaj Mi postulas respondon pri ĝia malbonagado, kaj la tero elĵetas siajn loĝantojn.
And the land is defiled: therefore I wil visit the wickednesse thereof vpon it, and the lande shall vomit out her inhabitants.
26 Sed vi observu Miajn leĝojn kaj Miajn decidojn, kaj ne faru iujn el tiuj abomenaĵoj, nek la indiĝeno, nek la fremdulo, kiu loĝas inter vi
Ye shall keepe therefore mine ordinances, and my iudgements, and commit none of these abominations, aswell hee that is of the same countrey, as the straunger that soiourneth among you.
27 (ĉar ĉiujn tiujn abomenaĵojn faris la homoj de tiu tero, kiuj loĝis antaŭ vi, kaj la tero malpuriĝis);
(For all these abominations haue the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled:
28 por ke la tero ne elĵetu ankaŭ vin, kiam vi malpurigos ĝin, kiel ĝi elĵetis la popolon, kiu estis antaŭ vi.
And shall not the lande spue you out if ye defile it, as it spued out the people that were before you?)
29 Ĉar se iu faros ion el ĉiuj tiuj abomenaĵoj, la farantoj ekstermiĝos el sia popolo.
For whosoeuer shall commit any of these abominations, the persons that doe so, shall bee cut off from among their people.
30 Observu do Miajn ordonojn, por ke vi ne agu laŭ la abomenindaj leĝoj, laŭ kiuj oni agis antaŭ vi, kaj por ke vi ne malpuriĝu per ili: Mi estas la Eternulo, via Dio.
Therefore shall yee keepe mine ordinances that ye do not any of the abominable customes, which haue bene done before you, and that yee defile not your selues therein: for I am the Lord your God.
